It may seem pricey at first glance, but when you look at the portions they serve, the prices are justified. I usually stop by in the morning on my way to work and buy a medium smoothie, and it will last me through the entire work day. I really appreciate how they list the calorie count for each smoothie and each size, because not all smoothies are healthy. Some smoothies have as many calories as a burger! It's almost intimidating how many options they give you, but luckily, the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable so just ask for a recommendation.

Been an awfully long time since I'd been to this location, but I was coming off a good workout and needed something to keep me going to do another physical activity immediately afterwards on a Saturday afternoon. Like most things in 21st century America, there are just too many damn choices here. Even the employees agreed with this observation, although they were so nice overall that they may have agreed with me if I had told them aliens had just landed on the Howard Frankland Bridge. Not sure if what I picked was any good for me, but it was the "meal replacement" I was looking for and had a palatable taste from start to finish. At almost $8 for a medium, I'm not going to be frequenting any Smoothie King again in the near future...but on this particular occasion, it did the job and the employees were pleasant and professional.

They make tasty smoothies, and their prices are lower than Xtreme Juice. However, the boosts are not free. And they use a lot of juice, not so much fresh fruits/veggies. Smoothie King is fine in a pinch, but I prefer Xtreme Juice.

Just your typical Smoothie King; the parking lot at this specific location is smaller than most. Unfortunately, most of the smoothies contain 50-100 carbs per serving so if you are trying to lose weight I would avoid most items on the menu. Even the "Slim-N-Trim" smoothies are packed full of sugar. My former favorite, Angel Food, only has 350 calories, but it has a whooping 84 grams of carbs! Since this recent disturbing discovery I have switched to the Lean Vanilla. If you are curious of the nutrition value of your smoothie you can find the information on Smoothie King's website: smoothieking.com/menu/nu… Smoothie King is a decent meal replacement if you are on the road and want to avoid fast food, but I prefer to make my own healthier protein smoothies at home.

These folks at this location are great. Not that others are bad but they really know there stuff. I used to get the same thing all the time. Then one day I came to this location, talked with them about switching it up they made some suggestions including his "off menu" smoothie and i was wowed. now i like to try all their options. they also have so many snacks, vitamins, protein bars(not that i get them) and beverages that its more then just smoothies. If you have a sweet tooth like me but want to try to avoid the weight gain this is a great way to do so

Just like any other Smoothie King. Delicious smoothies in various sizes offered in a wide range of calories. I like that they now offer them 100 cal less by leaving out the turbinado. One of my faves is Angel Food.

I come to Tampa every year during season and I can honestly say I won't be returning here or recommending this place even if I have to drive out of the way to a different Smoothie King. They wouldn't accept my smoothie king punch card (buy 9 smoothies get 10th free) because this store claims to have discontinued the punch cards. Even if that's so, there is NO expiration on the card and I paid for 9 smoothies earning my 10th one. The owner of the store and his little cashiers were very snappy and I didn't appreciate it- I actually felt as if I was being ganged up on. I did go ahead and reach out to corporate. If the owner of this Smoothie King can't honor the punch card in his store, not even giving a happy alternative, and treating his customers like dirt then I recommend driving out of your way to a different Smoothie King. There are plenty of owners who will stand behind the Smoothie King name and honor company cards. Smoothie King is a very well-known, respected company who does a lot and works with communities and I am extremely disappointed this man gets to own one.

I am a big fan of Smoothie King. I love the variety of fruit smoothies they offer and, even better, I can watch them add chunks of real frozen fruit rather than liquefied fruit and who knows what else. Every item on the menu has calorie counts posted for each size so you can make smart choices about what you're eating. Too many places offer "healthy" smoothies that taste great but caloricaly are liquid Big Macs. My go-to flavors include the Light & Fluffy - four ingredients, all of which I can pronounce (being strawberries, banana, orange juice, and turbinado). The Angel Food has a base of banana and strawberry as well but adds vanilla and some protein powder for a slightly more substantial drink. I am not sure the add-ins or blends with "immune boosters" or caffeine for energy really work, but I always feel a boost when I get one of these on a day I feel under the weather. This is my nearest location from work and while there are always at least 4 or 5 other people there when I visit, I've never had a terribly long wait. Quick trip out of the office and I can head back to my day with a fruit-packed "Liquid Lunch" that will keep my tummy happy, give me some needed vitamins, and is easy to sip during busy afternoons. As much as I love iced coffees, I'm glad for Smoothie King since these calories are much better spent than empty (but delicious) sugar calories.

Love Smoothie King! I went to SK on Fowler and 53rd back when I was in school at USF during the 90's... Still get the same thing everytime i go, and it's always good.

Well we used to go to this location quite often but we were just there and I ran in to get smoothies for the family. My husband's smoothie did not taste at all like it normally does (he orders the same thing every time). He went in to ask for them to remake it and the guy told him no. It was very clearly a mistake in making it but they refused. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
