This place is a hidden gem. I organized a brunch for 12 Sweethearts of during a leadership conference. Having traveled from out of the area I relied on yelp to help me pick a spot. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The owner was so accommodating and nice, the food was healthy and delicious with great prices. The best part was the outdoor patio; such a beautiful inviting space!

Nice little bistro. Panini and salad was fresh and tasted great. Service was a bit slow but very nice. Definitely would come back

Oh my, I adore this place! I've been living right up the road from this gem for a year and am kicking myself for not making it here sooner! The food is tasty and the atmosphere is really perfection. It's like a little European café! What's not to love? I had the split pea soup and a chicken sandwich, both were delicious! I also treated myself to their divine pistachio gelato! Love, love, love. I docked a star because my waitress was quite snooty and really... you're not actually in Europe. You're in a barely surviving strip mall on Bearss. Drop the attitude, lady. Other than that, great experience and I'll be back many, many times!

Brittany and I were out running errands last weekend, and she decided to play "Russian Roulette" with my Yelp app to find a new place for us to have lunch. (You know what I mean.... spin the dial and see what is nearby). Her searching brought us to Season's Fresh Café which can be found along Bearrs Avenue in the PJ Dolan's Irish Pub shopping center, near Bruce B. Downs. This little European-style café is in the corner of this L-shaped strip mall, and you'll spot the outdoor café tables and chairs along the sidewalk as you approach the restaurant. Off to one side is a small outdoor patio which is nice during the warmer months. The inside of Season's Fresh was described as "cute" by my girlfriend, and I just smiled and nodded since "Cute" is a word that I reserve for describing her outfits, or a new puppy -- but never a restaurant. The interior has a collection of white tablecloth-covered tables and padded chairs, with fresh-cut flowers on each table. There is a floor-to-ceiling wall divider between the dining room and the kitchen, and you'll spot a lot of interesting pieces of decorative pottery tucked into the cubbyholes of this divider. All of the menu items are freshly prepared, so if you want to exclude certain items from your salads or sandwiches because of various dietary challenges, they can most-likely accommodate your needs. This is a perfect place to bring your vegetarian, gluten-free, non-GMO, and halal friends as everyone will find something that they like on this menu. Season's Fresh is open Mon - Sat from 9am till 5pm, so this is more of a brunch, lunch, and early dinner spot. As a result you'll see lots of homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps on the menu. The chalkboard by the front door outlines all of the day's specials, and I suggest that you stop for a look on your way into the restaurant. I started my meal with a cup of their very delicious "Caldo Gallego" Spanish shredded chicken soup. They also had a potato leek soup which Britt liked. I ordered the Seasons Fresh Chopped Salad which came with slices of marinated and grilled chicken over romaine lettuce, mixed greens, fresh salad veggies, tortilla strips & cilantro lime dressing. That came with a side of freshly-baked and toasted artisan bread slices. Britt had a chicken salad wrap on a spinach tortilla which she described as divine. I thought that the food was very good, and certainly quite fresh. My salad had little slices of raw beets, carrots and cauliflower amid all of the greenery, so that was a nice touch. They have several different homemade salad dressings and dipping sauces, so you can go wild as you customize your meal. Bottom line, this is a nice place, just north of USF with lots of healthy eats.

Fresh, unique items in a garden setting or inside their small cafe. I had the curry chicken salad in a butternut squash. It was light and just enough. They had a choice of dressings and I went with mango chutney which paired nicely with the curry. I met a friend for lunch who lives in this area and she suggested it. She had a chicken rice bowl and some non-dairy, no soy creamy broccoli soup. They have juices and smoothies, but we did not try them. Enjoy!

A quaint cafe with linen tablecloths and outdoor seating facing a garden. Serving homemade organic offerings including seasonal soups, sandwiches , paninis, wraps and more. Upon hearing the specials, I told the server that I don't eat meat and he recommended the rice bowl which comes mixed in a wonderful fresh salad. This had to be the heartiest salad I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. With the warm rice and the plethora of veggies, this salad left me quite satisfied for long after lunch. A real feel good vibe for the food and ambience. The dishes that the food is served in are beautiful high end China. The lemonade was fresh and fabulous! Located on bearss ave and n 30th st, in same strip mall as PJ Dolans Irish pub, check it out. A bit on the higher priced at $11.95 for my rice bowl but I really don't mind paying a bit more for organic and freshest ingredients as this tends to keep doctor bills to a minimum.

All I can say is wow! While there was a bit of a wait for the food let me just say it was totally worth the wait!!! This was by far the best breakfast we have had- probably ever. The seasonings in the food, the fresh made salsas and freshly squeezed orange juice- everything was over the top delicious. At first glance the menu seems simple - my husband had the fried egg sandwich with crispy Bavarian ham and I had the breakfast burrito. Both were excellent- both were made with unique ingredients which made every bite more delicious than the last. The restaurant is small and run by a close knit team who deliver exceptional quality meals and service. The decor is unique and beautiful and the staff gracious. There is even seating outside on their patio and free wifi. I cannot say enough great things about this place and we will definitely be back. The only negative thing I can say is how could we not have found this place sooner? If you have not eaten here - you should give this place a try!

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and the quality of food is top notch. If you're looking for a healthy option and some good coffee or espresso then this place is a MUST! Will definitely be back soon to try their breakfast!

What a hidden gem in Tampa!! Small family owned and operated, pretty cafe with European vibe and outdoor seating. Fresh, delicious food that is nicely presented and attentive service. European coffee bar and gelato too. An old friend in Tampa recommended it and is so far the best restaurant we have been too in North Tampa. I am a New York foody and Seasons Fresh would fit in and thrive anywhere in NYC. Great breakfast and lunch. Closed Sunday.

Gem of a place. Can't wait to come back! Very nice atmosphere. Outside dining which is rare for north Tampa. Water is slightly flavored, refreshing & just amazing. Iced tea I recommend for tea lovers. The staff is friendly & attentive. Menu is appetizing so going back to try more on there as soon as I can. I had the chicken panini with caramelized onions and tomatoes etc. with a side of couscous salad. You must try this place!

I love this cafe! I can't believe I've been in this plaza before and never knew it was here. So glad Yelp guided me to this place! My friend arrived around 1:10, saying we're a group of 4. Mark A. and I were running late, and didn't get there until 1:30. Our fourth was super late and didn't get there til almost 2. The server had no problems with us taking up a table without ordering yet while we weaited. FYI - our server also seemed to be the owner, a nice, funny, older gentleman. That speaks wonders to me that he's waiting tables. I ordered the fresh market juicer. OMG. It was SO, SO, good! It's a mix of all fruits that are currently in season that they've gotten from a produce market. Seriously, after almost every sip, I felt the need to comment on how delicious it was. My turkey chipotle sandwich was good too, so they do drinks and food well. The "chipotle" side to it wasn't too spicy, which works out for me because I can't handle too much spice. So it may not satisfy others who are really looking for that kick. Tried some bites of the other food at our table, and liked it all. Everything seems fresh and tasty, nothing bland. Second place winner of the meal (obvs, juicer won first) was actually the butter that came out with my friend's soup & breadsticks. It was a cinnamon butter! Yummy! We tried guessing the flavor at first, but couldn't put our finger on it. (I guessed honey.) Our server then explained to us that they whip up flavored butter with whatever's in season: cinnamon, strawberry, berries, etc. Strawberry butter?! Whooooaaaa! I highly recommend checking Season's Fresh out. I wish I lived in Tampa still, so I could frequent it more often. I'd love to try those different butters and get another one of those juice blends!

Wow! Carefully crafted, fresh, delicious food. Something you'd expect on College Ave in Berkeley or Tremont in Cleveland - only minus the self-conscious hipster pretentiousness. The outside patio is gorgeous- weather permitting. A gem in the rough of Tampa. Phenomenal!

Small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating in a casual atmosphere that reminds me bit of a few places back home in Key West. Everything is made with fresh organic ingredients, and lighter fare menu items like wraps, homemade soups and salads. Everything I've had (I've been there 3 or 4 times) is light, nothing has ever been weighed down in heavy spices or sauces. The food is decent. The service is decent. Prices are fair but perhaps slightly overpriced given the portions are a little on the small side. It is a favorite of several of my co-workers, and the outside dining area gives you feeling of being somewhere far from where you actually are...a refreshing escape from work for lunch.

Fresh organic delights, I can't believe I just discovered this place. They have a beautiful patio with gorgeous oak trees surrounding you

  • Ashleigh B.

Wonderful, intimate atmosphere and elegant minimalist decor. The food is prepared with a fresh, new side item and soup each and every day, so the menu never gets stale. They even have a breakfast menu on Saturday mornings IIRC. My only complaint would be that the food is perhaps a bit overpriced for what it is, although everything is very delicious. I will be back to try something from their gelato bar! The help can also be a touch slow, but I was by myself and buried in a book so I'll just chalk it up to that. :P

Here I go again! Goin against the yelpers grain! But we had a terrible experience and left hungrier and broker than we started before we sat down to eat! How the hell can u fix that?!?!? The only way too is a half fix by going next door, to wood fired pizza, and scarfing down an entire pizza to feed the double hunger need at least. The service was completely lousy and almost non existent. We had to beg to be helped with our orders, including coffee after, and then again to get the bill. Awful. Plates were measly in size and proportion. Taste and quality was nothing special or anything I couldn't pull off myself at home. The coffee is DELISHHHH if and when u get to order it. But that is no great feat on their behalf.....I give credit to the machinery and the Illy brand coffee. Decor is cute but who cares when you are being ignored and charged while being hungrier than u were when u walked thru the door. My husband says we need yelp icons, separate than stars, to mark as strange and absurd overall experience. Lol, ....not sure how much longer he is going to let me drag him out of his comfort zone of guaranteed great spots to eat into the unknown and unpredictable! Poor guy! Lol

The best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Super nice people too. Convenient location. Organic options. Beautiful outdoor seating.

We went for brunch on a Saturday morning . Even though it was August,we were able to dine comfortably on the patio. It is a very lovely especially toward the back. They serve Illy coffee & it is oh so yummy. Our breakfasts were prepared correctly and both were delicious. Presentation is superior. Our waiter & the owners were absolutely delightful. The only negative is the extremely long wait for our food. We were sort of prepared for it from reading other reviews but it was really way too long. We would return despite this

Kudos to my husband for finding this gem of a cafe, via Yelp, in a mall just after you turn onto Bearss from Bruce B. Downs. Everything is made to order. They have a nice choice of of meat and veggie combo sandwiches, panini, and wraps. With so many wounderful, healthy choices it was hard to choose. I went for Chipolte Turkey Breast with spicy organic greens, bacon and a choice of a sauce. I chose to have it in a wrap. All of the flavors blended together like a symphony. My husband started with Potato Leek soup. Yes, it was good. How do I know? I Tasted it, that's how. Sorry I got lost in my wrap so I don't recall what he had. Dessert, Mmmmmmm!! Season Fresh has home made Gelado. I had the Chocolate Orange, and my husband had a delicious creamed filled Italian pastry. The cafe also has an Espresso Bar, I had a very good Iced Cappucino. Fresh Squeezed Juices, and Smoothies are also items that might interest you. It's not a big cafe but there is an outdoor area that seems to be shaded. To my husband, good find honey!

What a true gem! I can't believe I missed this place before, great fresh organic, white table cloth with real "silver" ware, this place is a proof that healthy organic food doesn't have to be bland and boring. the simple garbanzo beans side salad is full of flavor, surprisingly with simple ingredients like fined diced carrots, parsley, onions and some delicious dressing. Don't forget to give their coffee mocha a try, you won't regret it, the last time I had such delicious aromatic coffee was in Madrid, Spain. Take my word for it.

Seasons Fresh is a wonderful little lunch cafe. They have a great selection of fresh made sandwiches, paninis, salads, and soups. Service is a little slow, but that's only because everything is made fresh to order, and once you get your food, you won't mind that you had to wait for it! One of my favorite things about Seasons Fresh is their attitude toward the customer. It has a very casual cafe atmosphere, but they are really adamant with their attitude that you are a customer and therefore you are to be served. As for the food... everything I've had there has been delicious. Most of it is very simple and well seasoned, although I've had a couple items that were a little over seasoned and not balanced very well (e.g., the honey mustard had far too much mustard, which gave it an unpleasant bite, and the omelette had too much red pepper, which overpowered everything else). I do tend to be sensitive toward that sort of thing, though, so I think it's definitely a matter of taste. Overall, the food is great, and considering it is all fresh and organic, the prices are very reasonable (think Panera Bread prices). Especially be sure to check out their daily chalkboard specials (the soups of the day are all phenomenal), and stop by on Saturday morning for great breakfast items.

I have been a fan of this place for ages. But I am going to have to give it up. The food is always great, but the amount of time that one has to wait is ridiculous. After a year of avoiding this place, I ventured out for lunch with a friend. Well they have gotten the delivery down now, however, to the detriment of the food. The food quality absolutely horrid now. I tried very hard to go regularly and give this business a boost, but I am afraid that I will not be going here again.

It's pretty good. The place is a bit crowded (table space-wise). Their cafe mocha is delicious. Food is decent. Selection a bit limited. Wraps weren't bad. They say they have halal wraps. Overall, a pretty nice place for brunch or an early bite to eat in the USF area.

This restaurant has potential, however it lacks a lot. It had a pleasant outdoor environment with a wooded patio. The service was slow, but somewhat friendly. We were surprised that the final bill was placed without a "thanks for coming in". The server didn't know what the ordered item contained (ie if cheese was on the sandwich). The menu had numbers and I ordered a sandwich, the server asked, is that number 11? To which I had to respond with the correct number of the sandwich I wanted. The vegetables were not cooked fresh, and I know this because they were not hot, despite the fact that I ordered a hot panini. Overpriced for the quality. We ordered sunflower bread and it tasted simply like white bread. We left quite simply feeling as though our lunch was just ok. Not worth the price to us.

This place is a gem! Delicious food, fresh produce, good design, and clean. The sandwiches were great and I loved the kale salad.

Had an early dinner with my father, place was clean , pulled pork sandwich was good, liked the fact you put your own sauce on it. Most places drown it in sauce as where a lot of people like that I don't. I'm picky, what can I say ? My boyfriend had the ribs. Not only are they tasty but with a quick round in the toaster oven they reheated pretty well later . Portion size was good. Mac and cheese was decent baked beans were a little heavy on the onions but again some people like that. It's a good place to eat the staff is friendly and it's not a madhouse in there they look like they have a small staff so be patient they're trying to work with you and they're kinda slow so they don't keep a heavy staff due to budgeting. I know it's hard to own a business and keep it running in today's market. so if you're looking for decent bbq at a fair price go to papa's pit. I live across the street and would make the trip back and it's not like there isn't options around. Hope this helped, have a good day. :-)

I visited this establishment today for lunch with my mother after seeing the stellar reviews on Yelp. Like many reviewers have said, this place has a great European feel that is hard to find in the area. White tablecloths, proper silverware, and fresh flowers are on every table, giving it a much more refined feeling that other dining places around Tampa. I ordered a half & half with the daily soup, beef & veggies, and the grilled chicken panini. The soup was simple and full of hearty chunks of celery, carrots, and beef. It had a clean finish and was very light, if somewhat bland. The panini, which was pressed, was only warm on the tops of the bread with the chicken and cheese still on the colder side. This sandwich boasted slices of grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, sweet onions, basil pesto, lettuce, and heirloom tomatoes, but all I could taste was the mozzarella. I also sampled what my mother ordered: a half & half with the other daily soup, garbanzo & cabbage, and the turkey chipotle sandwich. The soup was thicker and more flavorful than the beef & veggie because of the many garbanzo beans. The turkey chipotle sandwich was also a better blend without the overpowering cheese, and the meat had a wonderful taste that complimented the avocados, bacon, and lettuce well. To finish, we shared a caffe mocha. This was definitely the highlight of the meal. The mocha was so smooth and it had just the right amount of chocolate/milk/sugar mixed in to fulfill my sweet tooth craving. The taste was amazing, and well worth the splurge of $4. While the food was made from quality ingredients and fresh organic food, I left unimpressed by the taste. The portions also seemed quite small for what we were paying (half & half $9), so both of us left still hungry. On my next visit, I would skip the food and instead take advantage of the amazing coffee, atmosphere, and free wi-fi!

I get the vegetarian wrap with mango chutney and an extra side of mayo every time. Some days the veggies taste crisper than others but it is always very good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is so cute too. I have no idea how they can afford to have fresh roses everywhere, every single day. It creates a very nice ambiance. I am also impressed with their changing daily sides, especially the chickpea and kale salads.

Like everyone else's reviews for this place, great organic food at decent prices. This has been a main staple lunch restaurant for most of my co-workers for quite some time. I finally had the chance to join them. Everything they've ever said about this place is true. Very good fresh food. They were also right about another thing... you are going to wait for it. It took almost a half hour or more from the time a friend and I ordered until we got our food. Apparently this happens pretty often. I guess for future visits I will just need to order once i get there or do take-out. I'm usually not in a rush when I go out to eat, but when I get only an hour lunch break, time is money. I will say it is a very cute little cafe with a great outdoor seating area. Definitely check it out. Even if you only get a smoothie or coffee.

This place is absolutely amazing. I come at least once and week and always try something new. Everything is fresh and well worth the money you pay, the portions are large but so delicious you won't want to stop eating!! All of the sandwiches are good, the panini's I find are the most satisfying. Its so nice that they have daily specials with different soups so you are never bored with the menu. And the fact that everything is organic just makes it that much more enjoyable.

This place is absolutely charming! The ambiance is lovely & relaxing... a great place to come when you're not in a hurry. It is as close to Europe as I've felt in the Tampa Bay area... plus the food is delicious! The best butternut squash soup I've ever had came from here!

Had a great lunch with a coworker here. The place was a bit crowded since it was lunch, but they had quick service and were very polite about the wait time. I enjoyed there lunch menu, quite delicious. The owners are a kind cute couple, who were delighted to talk to us about everything from where they went on vacation and what inspired them to open their place. I will be coming back when I am in Tampa!!

I live around the corner from this place and had never been in until last week. Oh my was I missing out! I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and offered a table. When I told them I was just curious about the place they handed me a to go menu and gave me a detailed explanation about their passion for the slow food movement and using local ingredients for their offerings. I was pressed for time so I grabbed a pineapple, strawberry, mango smoothie and headed out. Holy cow!!! It was so amazingly delicious, totally fresh and natural. It truly blew me away! I can't wait to try out their lunch and dinner selections!!!

I am so happy this little cafe moved to a new location by my house! I loved my Bavarian Honey Ham sandwich with a delicious rice pilaf for lunch! I had sweet tea and later got a coffee to go, all of which were delicious! My boyfriend had an awesome roasted chicken panini and the regular unsweetened tea which he seemed to enjoy to the last crumb. I am definitely coming back to this place! I can't wait for the dinner/tapas menu to begin when it gets cooler!

It would be an insult to call this place good, it's outstanding!! the atmosphere is perfect it's almost like this place was plucked right out of Italy. They have outstanding attention to the details with their food. The wait staff and owners are very friendly. I recommend everything on the menu, but the french club is amazing.
