Service is excellent however the food was a lot less note able. 3 people who order the double dipper appetizers that the spring rolls are unrecognizable. Biscuits were good but our meals were below par. Looks like the board of directors changed the menu and to be honest it was not good. 2 of us had sliders the other had sea food. Edible yes but just bearly, this happened before in another Ruby Tuesdays. They closed about 2 years ago. Overall service 4 food 1. Try again guys this was a bad dinner.

This Ruby Tuesday, on the corner of Dale Mabry and Kennedy Blvd., is in the parking lot of my work, so it's in a very convenient location for me. While it's not some place I'll go when I want a decadent dinner, it certainly hits the spot on my lunch breaks!

I will say this, the Customer Service experience was amazing! The food was what you expect from a family restaurant get a nice salad, ice tea or cocktail you are good to go! However true story I forgot my wallet!!! I was carrying my purse everywhere no wallet! I finished eating and told the waiter I couldn't pay! I had to go get my wallet at home. The manager came to see me and she said it was ok, not to worry to get it next time? I could not believe my ears...I was expecting a very different reaction! Needless to say I went home am returned to pay! I usually for local small business but the manager Amber Stokes blew me away! Ruby Tuesday you have a great manager! Very happy and impressed customer.

What can I say, I have been visiting various Ruby Tuesdays for many years. Those that know me, know that I usually prefer independents to chains. That being said, through the years, this chain has taken a great turn towards healthier eating. I make grilled veggies at home all the time, but seldom do you find them in any restaurant and if you do the taste is often susp5. This is not the as with the changes Ruby Tuesday has made. I found their grilled squash absolutely delicious & cooked properly. The salad bar could offer more, but what it offers is fresh, crispy and spot on. Yes, you can make it unhea5, but you can also keep it healthy. I am quite pleased with the changes they have made, I will be visiting more often. Don't let me forget to mention, they have a good Happy Hour & good bartenders. What's a girl to do? Go to places you can get food and beverage you love.

Ok, say what you want about a positive experience at a chain, but it does happen from time to time. This review is primarily based around their salad bar. They have a killer salad bar and if you haven't tried it, you're missing out. We also ordered an entree off the menu and I was very impressed by the selection of sides available. For my random bouts of healthy eating, I was happy that I could order grilled zucchini and spaghetti squash instead of fries or mashed potatoes. All the food was good and the salad bar hit the spot.

Absolutely ridiculous that ruby Tuesday's promotes curb side pick up, when they actually don't. Tells me that their staff is very lazy and this us false advertisement for handicapped people. When I explained my ankle was badly sprained, the guy who answered didn't even offer to accommodate me and just said sorry and hung up. No wonder they can't compete w everyone else

I normally wouldn't review chain restaurants because everyone knows what to expect, especially at a Ruby Tuesday. However, my experience here last night deserves applause. I wouldn't normally choose Ruby Tuesday for a dinner outing, but they had free burger coupons on National Burger Day, which were valid through today. (That's already a huge thumbs up to Ruby Tuesday, not only the coupon part but that it wasn't a one-day only event.) The food is average, and what you'll find at any other similar restaurant. However, what they DO have is an amazing mango sweet tea for the sole reason that there are actual mango bits in it. And I'm not talking about the mango jelly; that's cheating. REAL mango. YUM! Anyway, so my reason for praise is their customer service. Apparently, the cook got my order wrong, but our server quickly realized it. He didn't even bring it out to me for me to correct it. He already knew. He also had the choice of NOT sharing this information with me. Instead, he and his manager came to apologize for the wait and explain to me what happened. I wasn't bothered by it at all because I didn't even realize we were waiting so long for our food. I didn't even complain a bit when they told us, and still the manager insisted on giving us free red velvet cupcakes. They weren't huge gourmet cupcakes, more like what you may make at home, but hey, still on the house. Nice work, Ruby Tuesday on Dale Mabry!

It was a Monday so it was slow, however the food and drinks were still great. We sat in the bar area which I like when your trying to have some cozy time. Plus we got to watch the homerun challenge on the tv's in the bar.

I wasn't impressed at all. The 2 stars is for the service and the drinks. The sign isn't lit properly so you'll run right into it and not know it. Look for a mall...o.O... DO NOT sit at the bar on the far left hand side unless you want gross water from the air conditioning ducts leaking on you, or god forbid, in your food or drink. The food wasn't that great. I had the lobster which was rubbery and dry. The petit sirloin was ok but a bit tough. The (3) "jumbo" shrimp looked like I should have fed them something instead of eating them. Flavorless, soggy, way too oily veggies. All in all I won't go back. A waste of 60 bucks.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in several years and their menu has changed a lot, for the better. Lots of grilled steaks and seafood, pasta, burgers and a salad bar. For $14 I had a 4 oz sirloin and three grilled shrimp. Steak was cooked perfectly to order and the shrimp were big and fresh and grilled nicely on a skewer. I loved the cheddar mash potatoes but the grilled zucchini, not so much - a little propaney tasting. Service was fantastic, our server was friendly and very attentive without being pushy. Looking forward to coming back again!

As a treat for my eldest boy who loves this place, we decided to go and have lunch there. The first thing we noticed was the lack of staff, as we walked in, and there was no host/hostess waiting at the desk. We had to wait a good 7 minutes before someone identified himself as the host and then took us to our table. Our server Ben was nice, helpful and the service was superb. However, as it was a bit busy, he did take long to bring our drinks, and then to top them off. I was not really impressed by the food. We asked for our burgers to be Medium Well, and they were almost well done. Mine was even charred on one side. I think Burger 21 has better burgers, so next time, if there is a next time, I'll try something other than burgers.

First Ruby Tuesday that I eat at in which the croutons were fresh! Service was excellent as was the food! I'll be eating here again on my next visit.

Back when Ruby Tuesday was in that group of restaurants that were all the same with different names (Bennigans, Friday's, Applebee's, etc.), Ruby Tuesday was the better of the group and, now that it has reinvented itself, it's even better. With that said, I should also clarify that my rating is in the context of chain restaurants, which are by definition mid-tier in my view. So, the number of stars doesn't imply that it's necessarily equal to other places I would give the same number of stars compared to their peer group. In any case, the food is far better than any of the places I use to group Ruby Tuesday with. While their new salad bar seems to be very popular, I'm never a fan of eating food that sits out in the open for hours and is mulled over by dozens of people before I get to it so I've only had menu items and have been pleasantly surprised each time. Last night, I had the Assiago steak and it was very good. The service has also been very good each time we've been there and the new atmosphere is far far better than the old Ruby Tuesday or any of the other places it use to be in the same group with. Ruby Tuesday still may not come to mind for fine dining or special occasions, but it's a great choice for a good meal any time.

Hostess was very friendly and so was our waiter Ben. Food was great, very large portions. Clean and quiet and restaurant. :)

Probably had my best meal from a restaurant for at least a year tonight at this Ruby Tuesday. Great waitstaff, great hostesses, great service and great food! Ask for Heather for your server! Additionally, we had two toddlers with us and Heather did those things to make their experience great! Yeah, oyster crackers!

Love the salad bar option, especially as it's free with many meals now. I usually get the turkey minis + side + salad bar for around $9.00. It's unlimited salad, which is awesome. They have MANY low carb side options like mashed cauliflower and grilled zucchini, which is delicious. The decor has gone from kitschy to classy, so it feels comfy and good enough for a first date. Check them out!

One of the best salad bars around! They not only have edamame, but bacon and the best croutons around! Add to that their wonderful grilled zucchini, and we have a winner! (Skip the mashed cauliflower.)

Zucchini cakes are a mouth full of salt and the cheese dip is disgusting :(
