I've been to RJ's a few times and thought it was mediocre at best, even for bar food. I made a huge mistake by choosing them for takeout for Sunday football. I had to wait 15 minutes after arriving 10 minutes after my food should have been ready. After I checked my order, they had forgotten one of my items. I should have checked it more closely because the cold roast beef sandwich I ordered was hot. It also didn't have any of the toppings. Two people tried to eat it, and it was so tough that they spit it out. I also ordered wings. Three hungry guys waiting for buffalo wings to go with their beer for the Buc's game wouldn't even eat a whole wing. That's pretty bad. They were so dry and hard they could've cut glass. The fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers were alright. But, after spending over $60 I'd say we were all pretty disappointed. Everyone told me to call to complain, but I know they weren't going to give me my money back and the last thing I want is more food from them. Especially considering it was almost all inedible anyway. I hate to say anything bad about a small business. I just thought I could save someone the aggravation and disappointment I experienced.

I've been coming to RJs for about three years now. they've recently renovated, adding more bar space. the beer is cold and the wings are awesome. something like 15 flavors. sleeper menu selection: pulled pork nachos!!! yum! it's really divey in here, but that adds to the vibe. got a galaga machine in the party room. bottom line: if you enjoy fried food, low lighting, and sports, you're in the right place.

I think the place had a bad day when I came in to eat. The service was not to par that day. The waitress had very few tables and yet was late to take our orders and get our food out on time.

Took us over an HOUR AND A HALF to get our mediocre buffalo chicken wrap and then I had to hunt down the waitress for my blue cheese and coleslaw (which never came). Our waitress was very nice and I feel sorry for her but this place is a disaster. We were there for a sports game (you're a sports bar right?). We arrived and ordered before the rush and this place clearly wasn't prepared to have more than 5 or 6 patrons at a time. The food is not complicated, there is no reason it should have taken this long. Also, i want to mention that NO ONE in the restaurant had food... it wasn't that our table's order was somehow misplaced...so what exactly was going on in the kitchen? Once our food came it wasn't even any good either.

Balsamic chicken salad had wilted spinach and it was obvious the lazy cook was trying to hide it because it was under all the toppings of the salad. My husband went into the bathroom and saw the kitchen cook leave the stall, not the urinal, without washing his hands. It's the blind leading the blind. That place should be shut down. It's very obvious that the staff is lazy and do what they want, especially the kitchen crew!!!! Never eat here unless you want to get E.coli from the cook not washing his hands after wiping his A**!!!!!!

You really wouldn't know this place was here unless you went searching for it. Used to be an old Beef o' Brady's and I'm guessing that changed when they moved over to the Marshall Center at USF. Not too bad inside, very large, lots of sports jerseys and flags decorating the walls and ceiling. Service was friendly. They were quick to change the channel at our request. Drinks cold and decently priced. I'd suggest more drink specials when there's NFL or USF games on to bring in more of a crowd. I didn't order food but my friend said the wings were good. Pool table and dart boards in the far end of the place with a large projector screen too. All in all not bad!

Best wings I have had in the area. Our server was very polite and friendly and made several recommendations. We found the place to be very clean and the service was fast. Did I mention the wings were great?

I have never been grossed out by a restaurant until going here. The bathroom switches were coated with a film, the table caddies and window shelves were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Amongst other things it was clear that there was a lack of general cleaning maintenance being done. Was so concerned that we left without eating. I highly recommend staying away from here.

One to many chances. I'm done trying. Save your money!!! There is a reason its always empty.. BAD FOOD!!! NO MATTER HOW OVER/UNDER COOKED OR UNAPPETIZING YOUR FOOD LOOKS, IT WILL BE SERVED UP!!! Waited 40 min to be served a small, cold, dried up piece of chicken with cold unmelted shredded cheese on top I couldn't bite through it, it was so tough. Time to close it up.. its been going downhill for years... dirty.. dated... and depressing!!!

Long overdue review. They're underrated and really have some great food and good service. There was one time our order (mostly all take-out) was wrong, but that was on us for not checking the boxes before we left the restaurant. The wings are pretty damn good and their wraps are delicious. Plenty of side options that come with most of the items on their menu.

Awesome neighborhood sports bar. An environment as friendly as Beef 'o Bradys but with better food, a more attractive wait staff, and a much better beer selection. TVs ALL over the place make it easy to watch any game any time. Happy Hour specials are really good, 60 cent wings and deals on draft beers to boot. The wings are some of the best I've had in town; available breaded, buffalo, or boneless, they have quite a few different sauces to choose from. I really enjoyed the gold fever sauce, a mixture of the hot and Carolina bbq sauces. Good food at good prices, great selection of beer, friendly emvironment, everything you want in a neighborhood sports bar. I'll definitely be back.

I haven't had the food here, so this review is solely based on drinks and ambiance. Note that it's set pretty far back in the plaza, so just keep going back behind the gas station. I stopped by to watch a football game with some friends. There was lots of seating, and plenty of screens to go around. Our server was very attentive and checked on us regularly. My friends who did have food enjoyed it, though they commented that the wings did seem a bit pricey. In terms of their beverage availability, I appreciated that they had several local taps and many affordable beer options. It was nice to be able to actually hear each other during a football game for once. I would definitely consider this place again for watching future sporting events.

We stopped in after a day kayaking and had the wings and beer during happy hour. Simply amazing. Great service and even better wings! We will definitely be back! Good with kids too.

They have great service and great specials on beer pitchers. Everything on the menu I have ever tried is very good. Local sports bar and similar to beefs menu and atmosphere
