I haven't had any trouble at this location. There's barely a line when I go and service is always quick/accurate. I'm addicted to their breakfast sandwiches and Greek salad. Also, the iced coffee is pretty delicious and strong!

Panera bread company is one of my favorite little spots to grab a coffee and cinnamon scone then work from their cafe. They always have fresh hot coffee brewed... And it's damn good coffee, it doesn't taste burnt like "other" competitors coffee does. Their selection of bagels, pastry, and enters is second to none. The staff is always very friendly. My favorite thing is their iced green tea! It's delicious and pairs very nicely with a salad which they also sell... Several selections actually. Let's talk about their bread bowls... Filled with your choice of up to 10 different soups. I love the vegan black bean soup and the broccoli and cheese soup! So good!!! My kids love the Mac n Cheese... I steal bites from them and it's tasty! White mac n cheese with and apple sounds like a nice little snack after school. Ambiance is quiet and certainly good for families. I will never stop going to Panera .... Good coffee and Tea! I'm in.... Let's go!

I love love love Panera Bread. I grew up down the street from where I grew up and anywhere that I have been to a Panera, they deliver the same quality of food. We originally went to this Panera location because we had gotten coupons for a free Panera drink from USF. I didn't know that there was a location closer to USF, because I just moved here. Fortunately, they still accepted our coupon and were very nice to us. Sometimes when you have a coupon and don't get anything else the staff aren't very nice to you, but they made no distinction between the way they treated me or anyone else. I've always had a good experience here, and I don't plan on going to the USF location over this one.

This is a great Panera! There's plenty of parking, plenty of room, no matter how long the line is when I get there at always move super fast. If it is always made quickly and consistently. I love Panera!

A friend and I ate at Panera today. I wanted to eat healthy, so I tried the Power Mediterranean Salad for the first time. I loved it! I got a half portion with the dressing on the side. It had a sun dried tomato hummus, so I did not need to add dressing. It was busy, but service was prompt.

Love Panera, love their food, love the atmosphere, in general I love the feel of the place. What I don't like is the attitude of the cashiers at this restaurant. The manager is pleasant along with one other young lady who serves-Always service with a smile. The rest of the serving staff are dismissive and rude. Never had a problem until I filed a complaint about the service of one of their cashier & since then non-stop attitude. It's a shame, but wouldn't u know a new Panera just opened closer to home. Moving on..,,,,

Oh my goodness. I love Panera. i have been to so many Panera Bread locations, and this is the worst Panera ever! To make a long story short: I ordered, waited, got my food, sat down, and saw that there was a dead moth on the lettuce on my sandwich! Thank god I hadn't taken a bite of it yet. I mean, how lax do your kitchen & food prep standards have to be to leave a DEAD BUG on someone's food?!? How completely repulsive. To make matters worse, when I brought it to the manager's attention, she rolled her eyes, let out a sigh, and told me I could "either get a new sandwich or a refund." Not ONCE did she ever even apologize. And then the rest of the staff acted like I inconvenienced them by having to make me a new sandwich! Are you freaking kidding me?! Needless to say, this Panera location failed in both sanitation and customer service, and there is no way that I'll be back to this particular Panera Bread.

There's always something wrong with my rapid pick up order here. Other than the service the bagels are pretty good.

This panera is not the best. The food is pretty good but I find the employees I have encountered are not the friendliest. Also, it seems like there are always a ton of employees but just one or two making food at some of the busiest times. I always try and call ahead my order otherwise I find I spend most of my lunch break waiting for food.

Lousy food. I really want to like it here, but the truth is that the food is GARBAGE. Service is always friendly, so it really has nothing to do with them. I typically order salads and this time ordered a panini. It was a soggy greasy mess. Never coming back.

Went to Panera today for lunch after not having eaten there in over a year. It was lunch rush and the line was long, but I was through it in no time. I got the you pick 2 (which I usually do) and opted for the Asian sesame saled (as I usually do as well) and vegetable soup with pesto. I haven't eaten inside there for many year, but I am definitely a fan. I waited less than 5 minutes and they had a nice presentation on the platter. I believe the portions are bigger on the salad dine in vs. Carry out. Salad was delicious as usual. Soup was good, but not great. Bread to dip in soup, very good. I also tried their acai berry iced tea...very refreshing. I'll definitely be back there for lunch soon!

Good food. Like must other Panera locations since it's a franchise. I love the coffees and sandwiches here

Standard Panera awesomeness, but this location has a bit more space to spread out and get some work done. And the bagels always seem to be fresher than most. Maybe because of the volume of business they do throughout the day they're able to keep things churning. The sand hill cranes that congregate outside are kind of cool as well. You can be eating, and some very, very large birds just might walk up to say hello. Don't feed them, but it is neat to see.

Standard Panera Fair. But this is more a hit or miss, as every time I go and order they proclaim "Hot Bread" just as I have picked up my meal... it is very discouraging. The rewards program is getting a bit better but for a non-fountain drinker I find that I let the free soda expire. Don't get a salad to go the portions are pathetic, a full really ends up as a side and a pick 2 is practically non-existent.

Pretty decent. Great study spot since it is very quiet (free Wi-Fi; might have to restart your laptop for it to pickup, then click on a browser, agree, then surf). They were short a lot of items when we went. So we just got two mocha drinks, much cheaper than Starbucks and for study spot, much quieter.

Went for breakfast, while tempted by the huge pecan rolls I was good and had the spinach/ artichoke souffle which was crispy on the outside but creamy delicious on the center. So good! My husband loves the sausage breakfast sandwich but opted today for the steak and egg sandwich. He was very pleased with the steak which he said was prime rib. Nice large space with outside dining. Lots of students, couples of all ages. Good for every demographic.

I stopped by this Panera while waiting for a job fair to open the other day and service was great! Workers were very friendly, even at an early morning hour and as soon as I went to sit down my order was immediately ready, despite the place being packed with people. I ordered a bread bowl clam chowder and it was pretty tasty. Perhaps not the best clam chowder I have had in my life, but great for something from them. I've never used the wifi at a Panera, but I've always thought about using it when I go. One day I will have to.

It's a Panera ... I could just say that and end my review, but unfortunately, I found out to my own painful experience that not all Panera's are created equal. As for this place, THUMBS UP!!! ... u get your FREE WIFI, fast service, GOOD FOOD. Reccommend this place for anyone in the North Tampa area. FYI, they use to be across from a Circuit City, but as we all know Circuit City went out of business !!! ... pretty sure no one reading this review really care anyways, lol like always, this review will self-destruct in 5 seconds ...

SO dissapointed in this Panera. I LOVE Panera normally and the one on Bruce B Downs is fantastic, however I have been to this location now twice and got sick both times. Ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad. Sounds safe, right? Wrong! The first time I got a HORRIBLE stomach ache. Second time, actually got sick. Such a shame. Maybe it's their lettuce, I don't know. Stay away from the salads and you should be fine. Hopefully :)

Always brownie points for free wifi, which yes, means all Paneras automatically get some brownie points for having free wifi. Though I haven't tried the sandwiches at this specific Panera yet, I would assume it's just about the same.. with hopes it might even be better! I did get the hot cocoa which is mediocre, but it's not like you would really go here expecting a fantastic cup of cocoa. The service here was super friendly and smiley which is nice, or maybe it's because it's just slow and there was no reason to be grouchy. I would say yes, this Panera is as good as any Panera can get. It was clean out on the patio, not packed, and I got to sit contently listening to my music, blogging, yelping, and sipping on my cocoa.

Just came by to try the new broth bowls. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were quite tasty. The bowl had lots of fresh vegetables and a flavorful broth with a nice kick to it. The soba was cooked well and had a decent chew. The store itself was pretty standard. Service was quick and friendly. I will definitely keep the broth bowl on my list next time I'm getting a craving for soba.

I don't generally frequent a lot of chain restaurants as I much prefer the originality that comes out of a small Mom & Pop kitchen. Many of my friends don't share my sense of dining adventure, and that's how I end up at places like Panera Bread for lunch. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, the servers are nice, and the restaurants are generally picked up and wiped down during the lunch-time rush. I just find the food to taste very generic from one store to the next -- some might call this consistency, but I long for something "off the menu" and unique. On this day, I was meeting a client who works in the nearby Highwood Preserve office complex, and Panera was an easy spot for us to sit at a high-top table, share a sandwich, and work on a few thing while using their WiFi access. We ordered their "Pick Two" lunch options which gave me a bowl of their broccoli cheese soup which was chopped broccoli, shredded carrots and select seasonings simmered in a cheese sauce. To that I added the smoked turkey sandwich which was made with smoked turkey breast, lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, and red onions on their freshly baked country bread. The food was ok, and we were successfully able to access the internet and complete our work. From that perspective our lunch was a success, but next time I'm going to take him to someplace much more interesting.

I thought I'd reviewed this location before...the food is pretty much the same quality that you'd find at any location, however I will never order anything to go from this specific location again. Third strike in a row, you're out. I don't understand how it can be so difficult to get an order, with no special requests or substitutions, right. If I don't check the bag, there is ALWAYS something missing, or something incorrect. I expect this from McDonald's, not Panera.

I'm sitting in my local Panera Breads where I just had a Chicken Greek Salad where they left out the chicken. Problem is I started to eat the salad and by the time I remembered the chicken it was gone. That's a bit late to go back and complain. The staff isn't paying the same amount of attention that they used to. The visit before this I had to tell them that they were out of unsweetened Ice Tea and out of Splenda. This time there were no lids for the cups. It may not seem like a big deal but a shop that I managed I made sure that shelves were stocked. Where's the manager? It's they're job to make sure that these small jobs are taken care of. Panera is not a gourmet restaurant, although the breads are very good . They're my go-to for a good bowl of soup, a tasty sandwich and a good glass of iced coffee or tea. They're reasonably priced, they have a good selection of food for every taste. I like their convenient hours and that you can order a just a drink or a meal without feeling self conscious about it. As long as things don't get worse than what I described I'll keep going back.

standard panera. one complaint- not enough outlets to match the demands of people doing computer work there.

I've loved Panera since they've been here in Tampa. Food is pretty consistent throughout the chain. The menu is varied to everyone's tastes breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do like their move to as much natural ingredients as possible but do think it may have changed some of the flavors I enjoyed like the tomato basil bread. Not sure if it's me or if the batch was just off today but the bread on my Turkey Bacon Bravo wasn't as good today. Service is fine. The service complaints I see on here I write off to this being a very busy location with a huge menu and staff just trying to get the food out properly and fast. Panera is just a better option than typical fast food for me.

This my second time at Panera. It little expensive for restaurant selling sandwitches. Their printed menue is so confusing with no marked prices making difficult of large group to sit and think about what to order. It ends up ordering stuff I don't like in both times. Coffee is not strong enough. Cinnamon rolls was doughy. The place itself is good for sitting especially outside as it is huge and beautiful area.
