Tried this place because it was on EAT24. It was disappointing. The pasta was watery and the only sauce was stuck to the cheese. I don't know what the salad dressing was, but it wasn't blue cheese. The fried mushrooms were 10% mushroom and 90% tasteless breading. I'll try the place on the other flyer I got next time.

HORRIBLE FOOD! The pizza was like rubber and the fries were completely saturated in grease. The cheese sticks were dried out and nasty. Never will I come to this nasty little hole in the wall place again. Only reason we tried it was because a cute delivery boy brought a menu to our door.

Greasy shiny pizza in every picture (even the good reviews!) and terrible service? That says quite enough for me, but I did want to add that the only way I heard of this place is that some rando creep snuck into my hotel and slipped menus under the door. They are not supposed to do that. The hotel has informed them they are trespassing, and they do it anyway. When I order food from a reputable establishment, they're not even allowed to come upstairs at my invitation, but this guy just pretends to be a guest, hiding his menus under his shirt, and creeps around the hotel all day? With what I've seen on here about these guys, no wonder they have to break the law for publicity. Makes you wonder what other laws they are willing to break. Sanitation? Health codes? Employment eligibility?

True colors showed, I do not recommend. Took 2 hours to get a pizza. That I ordered. Long story short this guy who owns the place needs more help and shouldn't offer delivery if it's a 1 man operation. He told me he was from Italy then spoke to his colleague that he was Spanish half an hour later, I found that rude. I don't mean to say anything offensive but why would a business owner lie about his ethnicity?

On a business trip and checked into my hotel. Good News, delivery came in a reasonable period of time a was hot. The bad news was the ravioli were burnt and undercooked. The pizza was bland.

Worst place ever. 2 hours for delivery and they didn't even deliver all the food. 20 minutes later - ice cold disgusting garbage. These people never get it right. I give up on this dump. Total rip-off.

Had the crave for Italian, Schedule show it's open till 1am weekdays. I tried calling calling and calling, but no answer and after reading the below reviews I can see why. Not a good place to order food. I still have the crave for Italian :-(

KITCHEN IS HIDDEN BEHIND A CLOSED DOOR, THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE, could it be they use microwave oven in lieu of real pizza ovens?? tasted rubbery and nuked. Not NY Pizza in my book....crust was soggy, not crisp and the taste was nothing to write home about......will never make that mistake again

Really wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered. 1:15 mins and in only 3mins away . Delivered cold , garlic knots were burnt on the bottom, marinara sauce spilled in bag and cold. Free delivery yet there's a gas charge. Never ordering from here again.

Now that's ridiculously fast. I don't know what these other 2 people who reviewed this place are talking about. I orderes a Chicken Parm and it was at my hotel room in less than 20 minutes. Good food.

Deserves NO stars. Walked in to eat in. Young guy behind the counter freaks out cause I order a ham pizza, and there's no ham pizza on the menu. I didn't want to scold him so I waited till he figured things out on his own. I ordered a small pizza and half dozen knots. 25 mins later the owner or cook comes out with the order to go. I said I was eating in, looks at me as if im stupid, and says the guy told him it was take out. No apology. Doesn't offer me a plate. Marinara sauce was cold so i asked if he could warm it up. Looked at me weird again. As far as the food goes, terrible. I ate two of the knots, taking out the raw dough and left the rest. The pizza was not very good. I didn't take the leftovers, just rather them throw it in the trash. I do not recommend this place.

What a joke of a place. Placed an online order around 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. After an hour or so with no food, I call, no answer (to a cell phone mind you). I decide to take a trip there to see what's going on (since my credit card was charged). They said they just opened, even though the website said they've been open since noon. Ok, looks like a glitch in the system that left me hungry. No problem, you would think they would try and resolve the issue by offering to make the food, or giving me some sort of discount/credit/whatever to make me happy. Instead the guy grabs the order off the printer and says I need to call their online ordering vender to get my money back. Talk about terrible customer service. They are destined for failure.

I came into the N.Y. Pizza Grill at 10:45 pm to get two slices of pizza. There was only one slice of pizza in the entire restaurant. It was two years old according to the waitress who did not know the price. They charge me $2.00 and told me it was very good pizza. It had so much oil on it I had to it poor out before I ate it. The pizza here is terrible. The service is the same way. This is not New York Pizza.

I copied my review from Urbanspoon to here. It went from okay to BAD and AVOID. --------- While the pizza and other items are actually delicious, their delivery does take up to the full quoted hour or sometimes more. Sucks but it is true. Usually the guy rounds up the total to the next dollar, which is unethical but because the pizza is the best in the area for a non-chain, I will give them a pass. Update on 9.24.12. Been 70 minutes. Still waiting for my MF food!!!! AghhHhhh Updated 11.11.12 - A few weeks ago I cursed the owner out over the phone. This time, it took 1h 15m for the guy to arrive. The wings were not sauced, the pizza was lukewarm, and he brought a WARM Pepsi and not the usual COLD Sprite I order. No apologizes, no nothing. Delivery dude didn't even look me in the eye because he knew he f****d up. Called the owner, said I am over the inconsistency and that I try to give the smaller guy a chance over national chains but I am DONE with this place. Only Papa Johns and Pizza Hut seem to deliver on time and give me a better value for my money. The owner had the nerve to say he would replace the wings and soda but I said I was NOT going to wait another hour and just wanted to be credited back on the debit card, which he refused! The cost of losing me as a customer will cost a lot more than the lousy refund this cheapa$$ could have given me to retain my business. Told him he cannot legally take food back once it is handed over, to which he said "don't you worry about what the law is," which is appalling. AVOID this place: this owner is shady, understaffs his store (hence the lack of answered calls, late deliveries) and he rounds up the amount to the next dollar.

Extensive menu has everything from pizza to burgers. I ordered the Sicilian Pizza 22.99 plus 1.50 delivery. Pizza was not very good.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
