Probably the best the most clean shawarma you can get in Tampa. The spices are ok. Hot not cold rubbery like other places, prompt service. The portion is somewhat small but all above is worth it.

I came here yesterday and had the mini greek salad with grilled chicken. AMAZING!!! It comes with potato salad, tons of veggies, tzaziki sauce, their delicious signature greek dressing (which they sell bottled for $3.99...make sure you get some). They also include pita slices which are very soft and chewy. I came bake today for more!

I love going to the Little Greek in New Tampa. People that work there are really nice and efficient and the food is delicious. I love to go at lunch and get their mini Greek salad with grilled chicken or gyro meet. I love chopped salads and they'll chop it if you ask. I've also had the falafel gyro, gyro, chicken gyro and their lemon chicken soup. All delicious! I highly recommend Little Greek

Although the painters had a bad case of GRSSK syndrome -- what the devil is a phi, the Greek letter F, doing in "P(F)CK-UP" (pick-up)? -- the food we've eaten here is consistent with other Little Greek locations. My village salad was plenty big and came crowned with two scoops of potato salad. The dressing was a bit sweet, but I prefer olive oil and red wine vinegar anyway. Jodi pronounced the dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with ground beef and herbed rice) delicious and loved the lemon sauce drizzled on them. The compressor on the icemaker is louder than the music when it clicks on, which is annoying for a minute or two at a time. But I grew up under a major airport's flight path, so I've learned to start shouting as needed. Hopefully they'll get that fixed soon anyway. I wouldn't recommend paying $2 for a side of potatoes. You get four spears--half a potato. In a fast casual place, that seems a bit stingy. The entrees are a much better value.

Second time getting takeout from this restaurant. I arrived at what appeared to be shift change. I had a couple of issues with my order when I got home. I called back and Joe offered probably the best customer service I've ever had. I'll be back to give them another try very soon. Thanks Joe.

A great little find in a New Tampa shopping plaza. The greek dressing is on the sweeter side but quite pleasant and makes for a delicious salad. The spanokita was great and so was the tzatiki. The chicken and mousaka are also highly recommended!

My Greek aunt says this is fast food Greek and I agree---but that works for me sometimes! It is easy to get in and out of here with good and healthy food. I really love the Greek salad here. The dressing is so tasty. The chicken gyro is also really good. The quality of the chicken seems good and the pita is filling. It has a good amount of lettuce, tomato and red onion. This is a go to for us when we get done with work and just cannot cook for dinner. I like to order an extra salad to take to work the next day too. The service is friendly and fast.

Great place to eat, especially if you want something filling. Platters have a pound and a half of food on it, usually split it with a friend because of the portion. The chicken skewers were surprisingly juicy and tender and I love combination of lamb and beef they put into their sandwiches. Over all its fast, friendly and an a easy gateway to traditional greek food.

We've been here several times since it opened, and every time has been delicious. We get the gyro and chicken pitas and they're so filling! It's a great meal for a fair price, and the quality is great. This is our go-to Greek or Mediterranean restaurant of choice. And the staff is always very friendly!

This is what Greek food should taste like when not home made. Absolutely the best Greek salad I have had in a while. My wife makes me go out of my way to get her the chicken pita. Service is also great. Love this place.

The food is hit-or-miss in my opinion. I recently ordered the gyro platter, a cup of the lemon chicken soup, and an order of dolmades. The platter was fresh and very filling. In fact, I would rank it consistent with some of the more established Greek restaurants in the Bay area. On the other hand though, the soup and dolmades were very average. The meat in the dolmades had a pungent taste to it and lacked freshness. The service at this location was very friendly especially compared to other eateries in the New Tampa area. It is difficult to give my experience any more than three stars but definitely not less than that.

Gave this place two opportunities. Tried the Euro and the Greek salad. Pita bread is below par along with the food quality. Fast service though...

First time here as they just recently opened. The store was clean and the service was friendly. I ordered the Gyro Pita that comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki. The counter girl brought me my order and I took it to go. Enjoyed it for the most part; the veggies were fresh and the sauce was good. The pita could have been toasted a bit more and the meat was kind of on the bland side and cut too thin. I never really felt satisfied. I cooked myself a burger afterward. I'll try them again as their menu has a lot to offer and they are really close to home. Not my "go to" place for a great gyro.

For a fast food counter service dining experience, this is pefect. We ordered the steak souklavi which came with rice and salad. The steak was on skewers (2) and grilled. Presented quickly - looking forward to coming back.

This place is the best...the food is FRESH, the service is GREAT, the prices are RIGHT! (better than ACRAPOLIS). TRUE

Terrible food ...DRY chicken, burned Dolmades with partially cooked rice , cold spinach pie... Unfortunately it was carry out or I would have asked for my money back... I should have left when I walked in and it was completely empty !

Quick Panera style counter service with friendly staff. The food was good, simple, and healthy. I've been there several times now and have tried both the chicken and lamb skewers, greek salad, and chicken lemon soup as well as pita sandwiches, and everything has been very good.

We live accross the street and love having great greek right next door! We ordered to-go and even in to-go boxes could not be happier with the food quality and we also had great service! We will have to dine in next time but so glad you are in our area! :)

Great food and service! I recommend the Greek chicken pita, Greek salad, and their chicken lemon rice soup! Small sit down area so it's a good "to go" option in my opinion.

My wife and I ate at "Little Greek" the first week it was opened. We were met by a very friendly staff member who helped to explain to menu and how to order. It was very simple to understand the menu and order, and we had no problems. I had the greek salad, and my wife had chicken dish. They were both outstanding. We have been back two other times, and highly recommend that you try the restaurant. Very friendly staff, clean environment, reasonably priced. Drinks are self serve - so you can take a "go cup" if you wish.

Ordered dolmades / salad plate with side of greek potatoes. Flavor wad good but dolmades grape leaves undercooked and tough. Potatoes also undercooked. May try another location to see if any better.

Really great food for when I am in the mood for something clean, healthy and quick. Their greek salad is worth trying and the chicken skewers are my favorite easy and healthy dinner.

This Greek restaurant is a chain that just open in New Tampa a year ago. They are best system restaurant in this area. What I mean of that is from the time they receive the order to deliver the food is usually on target. Normally for the grilled food is taken more time especially for the kebab. They have enough man power and operation to make the assembly look easy and fast. Our foods deliver in 10 minutes and they are faster than any mini restaurant. I will not call this fast food since the foods are cook to your order. The cook is well train to shorten the time of deliver. Tonight we have order on the light side of the menu. By the time we have added on the additional skew, it is not in the light side any more. We have order the lamb kebab and the chicken kebab and added a skew of steak kebab. Good value for dinner under $25 and use the yelp free drink offer by the restaurant. With the coupon, we have the reduction $5 of the total bill. The kebab came with the side Greek salad and rice. It also comes with pita bread. The Greek salad is very flavorful. It has a potato salad in the middle of all the mix green (lettuce, tomato, red onion, beets, Kalamata olives, pickle green pepper, cucumber). The soft feta cheese is sprinkle over it. Lovely cheese. The skew meats (chicken, lamb and steak) are marinated and cook over the open grilled. They are will balance spice with Middle Eastern flavor. Taste sensation. I like the steak skew the best. If you take the meat from skew, the flavor stick in the finger with finger licking good. The restaurant has small capacity seating. I like the kitchen crew shaving the Gyro with electric ring cutter. It was smoothly shave. Most of the gyro is shaving by knife which has no control of the thickness. This restaurant using the electrical shave has control over the thickness and allows crispiness. I don't like shave it too thick and cause the smell of the lamb Gyro. Technology has improved on food process. Like it.

This is my new favorite restaurant! I love the gyros with side Greek salad. The food is fresh and consistent. If you haven't been here definitely give it a try. You order at the counter and if you're eating there they will bring it out to you on plates with silverware. The ice tea is good and you can fill and refill to your hearts content. The servers are pleasant and service is quick. It's a good value because we leave here almost too stuffed to get twistee treat. Almost. Actually the baklava is on point too!! Only weird thing is the music. It bounces between hip hop, rock, and ethnic tunes. I'm not sure if I'd be happy with one over the other tho. Just a bit odd. Love it here and could eat here days in a row.

We purchased a Groupon and glad we did. Cute place, warm and welcoming staff with great service. But we went for the food and loved everything we ordered. Dolmades and Spanakopita was very very good. The side Greek Salads were super and perfect. We went in around 7:30 and they had constant flow of dine in and take out traffic. A great option for lunch or dinner.

They have a new app but unfortunately wasn't able to use the credits I had with the app because the scanning system wasn't working. Staff as always was extremely friendly and the food as as great.

I have eaten here many times. I usually get the chicken skewers, light meal. Even though it is under light meals, the portion comes in a decent amount.

Let's start with what's improved since over a year + since I first tried Little Greek. The service is much improved from the moment I walked in the door. The take-out order was correct, packed well and they even offered to help me carry it to the car. Thank you. I ordered a grouping of apps: hummus w/grilled pita bread...which was not grilled, tasted more nuked, and chewy/rubbery. Dolmades that had overcooked meat inside and no real flavor. Avgolemono soup (chicken-lemon rice soup) says homemade... but opening a can of Campbells Cream of Chicken soup, mixing in overcooked rice and adding lemon juice with more salt does NOT mean homemade. It was the worst! Not edible! The only app we liked was the Spanakopita (spinach pie) w/Greek side salad. It was flaky, tasty, and not too salty. The 2 stars are for the improvement in staff. Please improve your consistency in your food. Apparently, I pick the off nights cus there a lot of good reviews.

Almost a year and a half later & I decided to give Little Greek in New Tampa another chance since it was Customer Appreciation Week. During this week, gyros were buy 1 get 1 free, and mini greek salad with charbroiled chicken was $4.99. Consistency is good when the food tastes good, but yet again it was bland. Gyro meat was bland, bread was not toasted and fell apart. Chicken on salad had no taste, and the food was still unappealing all around. I know this place has good reviews, but I swear, I'm not the only one who feels this way. I gave this place another try, and yet again, food is blah as well as service. Just an FYI, don't look at your cell when there are people waiting in line to place their order.
