Not much to say here, it's IHOP. But I did want to shout out 1)all the staff for their extremely friendly and courteous service, and 2) mention that despite the fact its small and appears crowded, the wait is very fast(at least for us and everyone else who was there at the same time as we were late morning/midday today). The next time my 4 year old insists on pancakes with 4 flavors of syrup, we'll very likely find ourselves back here.

So I have been having breakfast here every Saturday morning for two months and I have nothing but great things to say. The host/hostess is always nice and accommodating, giving you a true estimate of your wait time, not lying to you to keep you there. The waitresses are always smiling and helpful and after two visits they remembered my order and how I like my bacon (burned). There food, well it's IHop, so it's always good. Your water glass is never empty and your not constantly bothered with questions. I've hot nothing bad to say about this place and I highly recommend it if your in the area. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

This is the best Ihop in the Tampa Bay area. The servers are very efficient and friendly and my food always come out quick. If you have ever had a bad Ihop experience, this locatin will turn you around. The food is exactly what you're looking for in a breakfast diner and it's not exactly the healthiest place, but if you need pancakes and eggs, you can never beat an Ihop.

Been here a million times going back to the 80's when this place, Bino's and Village Inn where about the only places in south Tampa open late at night. I've never had an issue, and the service and food have always been consistent. While I prefer Pop N' Sons for breakfast yoms, there ain't nothing wrong with a Colorado omelet and harvest grain pancakes. Nom nom nom nom nom!

I love Ihop, I wish they opened branches in Sydney so I could eat there every week. We have been to this location a number of times, and my favorites are their omelets, especially Garden Omelet and Chicken Fajita Omelet. We stopped here the other night just for their chocolate pancakes with chocolate chips and whipped -pictured-. They were steaming hot and totally hit the spot for us. Waitstaff always good and I always enjoy eating at Ihop. See you soon!

I am staying at the Best Western next door and was dying for waffles but noticed how busy they were so I waited until later on . I was seated, ordered by meal and received my check right away, I guess I wasn't aloud to order anything else, so I ate and left . I have never gone to a restaurant and received the check when the food arrived . They were not busy and looking to turn the table, if the server was ending her shift she should have said something. I was going to go back for dinner since it is so convenient but I will drive down the street and find something else.

So while my stomach was touching my back at the club, I was super happy to see those blue letters that say IHOP! We make it to IHOP we get seated and I am ready to order. I was already sleepy and freezing cold because IHOP had there ac on artic. So I go into ordering my fat burger and fries with my sprite. Our waitress was this young very sweet country girl that was "yes ma'am" and "oh honey right away dear." lol I loved it. My burger came out fast but not fast enough and I just dug right in. I must say they jipped me on the fries big time but the burger hit the spot and inflated my tummy again. We were out in a jiffy and I know this won't be my last trip here.

Service is friendly -- these ladies seem to enjoy their jobs -- and there is simply no better people-watching at midnight anywhere else in South Tampa. This was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. With First Watch around the corner and Pinky's up the street don't waste your time here. I know what you're thinking...but Todd First Watch and Pinky's are way more expensive....Bullsh#t. don't waste your time on this old broken down dump.

This is a really small place, but for being so small they manage to serve food pretty fast. I have been to a few IHOP's that did not have high quality food like I have had here. If you are willing to wait, then I say you should definitely eat at this IHOP.

At the 3:57 in the morning, I didn't expect to wait for over 30 minutes for a sweet tea and a water, and on top of that I've been here well over an hour and still have not received any food what so ever... They've had several walk outs tonight/early morning simply because people are tired of waiting to long for their food. I personally believe the kitchen staff is just as responsible as the servers. Every bus boy is quick at everything and has helped me more then anyone else. Side note: after I decided to make them bring it to go instead of dining in and asked for my check immediately, I then realized when I got into the car, I didn't even receive my 4 sausage links and scrambled eggs. Thanks for only half of my meal

After a comedy show fund raiser for a friend, I needed to grab a quick bite. But it's Monday, it's after 10 and it's Tampa. Very little is open this Late. What to do, what to do? We high tailed it to IHOP and got our food on. The waitress was surley, but the food was tasty. Other than the service being minimal, I really can't complain.

While we were waiting to order we noticed the coffee cups were dirty with lipstick. The silverware was dirty. The server was unaware of what items go with particular meals without looking at the menu. As we were leaving the restaurant we noticed that a worker was sitting on the window of the restaurant talking on his phone and spiting on the ground in front of customers while they were eating. This visit was very unpleasant.
