We ordered the Estafetta with Italian Sausage and Spinach & Feta and were totally blown away by how amazing it ended up! We also ordered a Caprese Empanada, which was also delicious. Definitely will be ordering from here again!

Great place. There was a mix up on my boyfriend's pick up order once. We called and Heights Pizza brought the correct order to our home free of charge. Excellent customer service goes a long way!

BEYOND excited to have Heights Pizza in the neighborhood. If you live in Seminole Heights you know there is a serious lack of fast casual dining options, so this is a welcomed addition. Since it was our first visit, we had to try out the pizza despite the other temping and completely unexpected menu items (i.e. Raspberry chipotle wings, empanadas, fried yuca) and we were not disappointed. The sauce was delicious and flavorful (and for this reason, I would like to request a little more sauce, please!) and the crust was cooked to airy perfection. The grease level was on point, and the toppings were bountiful (half black olive for me, half mushroom and red onion for the bf). Next time we will definitely try one of their specialty pizzas- I'm lookin at you, Estafetta. Put down the Dominos and Papa Johns and support this local business that's right in your own backyard (and by backyard I mean conveniently located on Florida Ave)!

I had higher hopes for this place. Got the supreme pizza and it was just ok. It was bland, no distinct flavoring. The crust was a bit crispy but lacking flavor. For the price there are much better pizza options in the heights. But they are open on Mondays. That's how we ended up here since Lee's was closed.

Ordered a small pizza, hot wings and a Greek salad. All were reasonably priced. Delivery was within the stated time, and the driver was exceptionally courteous. The pizza was delicious - a thinner crust, the sauce is flavorful and it isn't covered with a sheet of cheese. There was plenty of cheese, don't get me wrong! I just don't like pizza that's all crust and cheese, so this was perfect for me. The salad was good and the wings were very tasty as well. I'll definitely be trying Heights pizza again!

Have never gotten pizza from here. So we tried the Mexicana tonight and we will most definitely be ordering from here again! Phenomenal sauce, perfect crust just all around great pizza!

The place is really solid. The employee, who may have been the owner, explained how much they value feedback. Here goes. They were super friendly. The pepperoni calzone and garlic wings were a 4.5 of 5 stars. But the service and friendliness which is so uncommon around here is a solid 5 of 5. Can't wait to go back. Another great addition to Seminole Heights.

We were excited to try this pizza parlor; especially, since they deliver and Seminole Heights was in desperate for good pizza that delivers. Unlike Stephano's (that is no longer with us, maybe because delivery time was anywhere between 1-2 hours). This was a breath of fresh air. The honey BBQ wings were good and the homemade blue cheese wasn't bad either. The meat lovers pie had quality meat with the crust not too thick. Both the order taker and delivery guy were pleasant and a joy to speak with. As long as they can continue to keep the quality of their food up and customer service at what it is. They will be around for a long time. They already have an advantage on Cappy's, because it's 2015 and they take credit cards!

The pizza is better than the calzones, which are unremarkable. I wasn't impressed by the chicken wings, but the SO liked them. It's a block away, so I'm sure I'll be back.

My husband and I had heard about Heights Pizza from some friends. We're all about supporting local businesses, so we were excited to try! If you're not looking for it, you might miss it. There are only two small booths inside, so don't go with a large party. My husband and I ordered a half pepperoni/mushroom and half bacon/sausage. While we waited, the waitress brought us two small empanadas. We saw these on the menu and were curious because we didn't expect empanadas at a pizza place, but we were pleasantly surprised! They were absolutely delicious. We had intended to eat our pizza at the restaurant, but it arrived at our table in a to-go box, so we just decided to take it home (three miles away). I'd give the pizza a "B". The over-all flavor was good, the crust was thin, but crisp. I wish there had been more sauce and toppings though. There wasn't enough sauce to taste and the lack of toppings made the crust of the pizza the star - which was a bit disappointing. I will be going back because, as I said, we want to support local businesses and I want to like it!

Awesome place, great wings (try Chinos cilantro-lime sauce) the empanadas and pizza are also great.. Tried everything including the Caesar salad and I loved them all. Really friendly, fast delivery and they use really good ingredients too.. Best in the hood I would say.

Very tasty. Would have been 5 stars but I asked for no dressing and it came with oil. It was good but I prefer dry.

Just a quick review until I can sample more of the menu. I wanted to write this only because a 5 star average seems way off the mark for my experience. They were friendly enough at the register, but the food was nothing over a three. The beef empanada had very little beef, and had mozzarella cheese that was not even melted inside, and there may have been some rice too- as it was only two bites, I wasn't sure if it was the rubbery unmelted cheese, or they actually put rice in it. The pizzas seem reasonably priced, but they are thin crusted and not a lot of toppings, making it less than what I would consider a good value. The pie is greasy, but as I ordered a meat lovers, I'll take the charge on that one. I think that they are average so far, but nothing has been above average quality. Still is a welcome addition to the store front that had the worst food I have ever eaten, and hopefully they will continue to work on their food, and become another gem in "The Heights"

I am THRILLED that this replaced Brooklyn Express. The employees of this new place are nice and courteous. I came in and got a small pizza and extra crispy wings. Both were done within 15 min., were correct, and tasted great! My only small complaint was the roasted red peppers were overlooked and I would love to see a thin crust option. I will definitely be back!

Just got delivery and love, love, love the convenience! The food was all delicious. We ordered a pepperoni and cheese calzone, beef empanada, greek salad, and mild wings. The empanada sauce was fabulous. It reminded me of a salsa I used to get in Brazil...yum! The greek salad was fresh and I loved the artichokes added in. The wings and calzone were my husband's and he didn't speak until he was done eating...good sign haha.

The pizza: thinner crust, floppy, spicier and more flavorful sauce than most, and the cheese melted slightly chunky suggesting it's more fresh than some chains. We ordered a large pepperoni, and I enjoyed it. I also ordered a couple empanadas. The beef was great, but I didn't really like the pesto-and-cheese.

Great pizza made by great people. The Heights Pizza goes above and beyond the typical local joint with their fresh and homemade ingredients. The pizzas covers thin crusted deliciousness on both ends of the carnivore-herbivore spectrum. Want some meat? Order the Bogota Chicken BBQ pizza (chicken, chorizo, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce). In the mood for something a bit more veggie? The Estafetta is the name of the game (pesto base, artichoke, olives, tomato, red pepper, red onion, mozz). They also offer gluten free crust on small pies if you so choose. Pair a pizza with any of their perfectly crispy wing varieties and you'll eat like a king. My personal favorites are the sweet and flavorful raspberry chipotle and the oh so savory garlic Parmesan. I live very close by and they offer delivery, but I love stopping in to say hi to the people making my pizza. Knowing how friendly everyone is makes it that much better. If it weren't so late, I'd order a pie right now. Excuse me while I channel my inner Homer Simpson. Mmmm, Estafetta *drools*

Hip hip hooray for non-chain pizza delivery in Seminole Heights! A group of us were quite hungry on Saturday evening and decided to give Heights Pizza a try. We went for the Mexican pizza and a large pepperoni and mushroom and some hot buffalo wings. The food came very quickly and did not break the bank. The Mexican pizza was so good. The chorizo and spicy jalapenos were a great combination. The other pizza was tasty and the wings had a good level os spice to them. The person on the phone and the delivery driver were both extremely friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to trying some more of the offerings from Heights Pizza. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I had the estafetta pizza, it was amazing! With a pesto base and a ton of veggies it was super delightful. They just opened this week so I'm sure they are still figuring out all the little details. The food with out a doubt is delicious and will not disappoint. It is very small inside with only two booths so I suspect they are targeting take out and delivery customers to start out. I'd definitely recommend calling ahead to pick up or see if they are delivering. Also almost forgot, the cook brought out a sample of the fruit salad and it was like nothing I've ever tasted! I hope this place thrives!

New local columbian style pizza joint. Ordered the columbian pizza which has ground beef, onions, tomatoes, chorizo and corn. Very thin crust, a simple not sweet sause. Corn and chorizo made a different taste but works well on the pizza. Also had beef empanadas, and chicken and mushroom empanadas. Chicken and mushroom worked well together. On request they will offer special sauses, including a rasberry sause, but they do not offer unless requested. Finally the pizza cake with tres leches sause looked like simple white cake but the kid liked it. Avoid the lemonade. Very weak. Overall a good reasonably priced alternative to the same old chains.

I called heights pizza for delivery because I wanted to give this well reviewed new spot a try and because it's right in my neighborhood. As a dairy-free vegetarian, I worry that my pizza will be a sad pile of sauce and a smattering of vegetables that aren't my favorite. Heights pizza was far from mush- it was CRISPY, which is my absolute favorite food texture and clearly the way pizza should be. Deep dish, thick crust fans, please just go away because your opinions are wrong. The vegetables on the vegetarian and indeed the toppings options in general are nothing impressive and the quantities were not as plentiful as I prefer, but that doesn't matter because it was a DELICIOUS pizza and THEY HAVE VEGAN CHEESE. Not only that, it isn't posted on their menu and they informed me of it only when I tried ordering a cheese free pizza. It costs extra, but who cares? Not me, because the pizza was awesomely good, with free, fast delivery and its one of the closest restaurants to my house. Yay yay yay vegan pizza delivery is in my life. I can be a lazy, indulgent, pizza eating vegan at least once a week and I'm so happy about it. Another unique thing about HP is that they offer yucca and a few other Hispanic dishes, which didn't go with my normal pizza, beer, breadsticks combo but it's nice to have the option. Heights better hurry up and ring the vegan alarms (put vegan cheese on their menu) because they're going to have Seminole Heights hungry hipster vegans coming at 'em like a zombie hoard when word gets out about this vegan pizza option.

Why 4 stars? Because this is now my favorite pizza spot in Seminole Heights. --- --- --- So let's review the pizza situation in my neighborhood. Currently open: -Cappy's -Hampton Station -Heights Pizza Now closed: Stephanno's --- --- --- I'll be honest... I don't really enjoy Cappy's at all. It's the coolest looking place, but I have just never enjoyed the pizza. And the cash only aspect is just silly at this point. Hampton Station is a solid addition, and super close to my house, but I don't *love* the pizza here. I really did like Stephanno's, but I learned that they recently closed. So that leaves the newest member of the club, Heights Pizza. This was definitely my favorite of the group. We ordered a half supreme and half pepperoni and it was really solid. I was interested in some of the more unique pies like the Colombian, but the girlfriend is less adventurous :) The delivery driver refused a tip, and insisted that the best tip I could offer is feedback. Well... here's my feedback! I really enjoyed the pizza, and can't wait to try you guys again, and hopefully add that 5th star!

My favorite thing in this world is to find something amazing in an unexpected place. This spot on N. Florida in Semjnole Heights is sure to be a staple of the area. I had the raspberry chipotle and cilantro lime wings. The place doesn't look like much, as they apparently just opened like a day ago, but the food tastes like a gourmet five-star restaurant. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. You've got to try Heights Pizza!!! Get the wings!

This is the first time I have bothered to review anything but this place really deserves it!! Lovely local delivery place. They have been faster than their quoted delivery times both times I have ordered and they are really friendly. We have tried their salads, empanadas and chicken tenders but not their pizza yet. Everything is good! Their chicken and their cheese/pesto empanadas are amazing! The cheese & pesto empanadas are like eating a margarita pizza in a pocket - fabulous! Salads are fresh and huge with great dressing. I am so glad there is a great delivery place in Seminole Heights - keep it up guys!
