After having been to more than 65 Hard Rock locations worldwide, I must say that this place stinks... No, literally... The cigarette smoke from the casino just pours into this HRC! The option to exit and walk through the cold air ALLLLL the way around the building to your car (probably parked i their parking garage) is not an option. After enduring the stinky walk into the cafe, you dine and then are forced to return through the stink back to your car. I stood outside for a bit to allow my clothing to breathe, something you can't do once inside, but that didn't work. After driving an hour back home, I showered and did laundry. The next day when I stepped back into my car... I was hit with a reminder that I had been to the HRC Tampa. If you are a fan of Ebay and have ever bought any clothing, one of the things you will see on auction descriptions is "from a smoke-free home". Well if I were to purchase a Hard Rock shirt or, dare I say, leather bomber jacket (quite pricey, you know...)... Well even though my hojme is "smoke-free", the jacket would not be, just based on having been subjected to the casino chimney heads. As far as dining goes... This location has the enjoyable menu that other cafes have plus the not so enjoyable second hand smoke. The merchandise shop has all the trinkets, bells & whistles that has put HRC on the map since June 14, 1971 (When the first cafe opened in London) As long as your purchase selection is an item you don't mind washing/rinsing off first in order to have it the way the manufacturer intended. My dining experience? It was a bad one, but like at every HRC management did EVERYTHING to make sure we left happy. Kudos to the manager. What did they do (or not do)? After waitign a very long time for our meal, on a not so busy night, they brought out the wrong food... Well my fiancee's order was flawless, but who wants to eat alone and then have the other person eat alone later when the right order comes out. The waiter made the offer to correct my food, which we waited a long time for (AGAIN), but made no offer to have both meals come out at the same time. The manager removed her meal and sent out an appetizer as well as free dessert vouchers (since we had NO ROOM for the dessert that night). The next time I feel like driving an hour through psycho area traffic in order to plant myself in a smoky environment to simply partake in a dessert... we will use the vouchers... Ummm... NO! Two thumbs down!

Ate there again.. the Veggie Leggie was excellent again! And it was fun to see the outfit Justin Timberlake wore during his debute in S. Florida - so sparkly!

The food was tasty and the service was just fine, maybe a little above average. One fish dish was blackened when ordered as not. They redid it but it took so long that everybody else was finished eating. We'd waited long enough for the first round that we couldn't wait! They didn't take it off the bill or offer anything like free dessert. Whatever. The kitchen mistake was a real downer on the meal.

Came here day of my flight to grab some food. Had the pulled pork w a bunch of shit on it was great especially w the fried peppers on it and for $11 bucks its a steal. Lady had the burger , almost killed the whole thing. The ice tea sucks, just my opinion .

Food has been excellent each time I have been here. Prices are a bit high, but expected to be so at a casino.

The Hard Rock Cafe offers diners a great entertainment venue and plenty of choices on the restaurant menu with burgers and entrees such as steak, seafood, and smokehouse choices. I have had the Cowboy Rib Eye steak and it is excellent as is their shrimp skewers. The Sampler Platter is great for sharing with a party and will fill you up. The Hot Fudge Brownie is an excellent dessert as well. Try their new Fiesta Burger if you want something a little more adventurous, seems to be very popular these days! What makes this restaurant so great though is the live music and acts that make their way here. You get a special feeling when you know you are dining in a place that attracts acclaimed acts that make their rounds in the Hard Rock Cafe. I saw Sugar Ray and Smash Mouth here and had a blast! I felt like I was back in the 90s and the people there were all having a fantastic time. The acoustics in the building are great - the only thing I might mention is that when live music is happening you might want to be sitting next to your date or friend if you want to hear each other, after all this is a place that entertains and does not try to cover that up! Another great thing about this restaurant is that it is open late, open until midnight weeknights and until 3AM on Friday and Saturdays, which any Tampa resident knows can be hard to find so if you have late-night munchies you can always count on the Hard Rock Cafe to feed you. Something you appreciate more after you travel and come back to Tampa to find everything in town closing at 10PM. Overall, a solid place with tasty food options and an excellent venue for live music and entertainment. Check out their Happy Hour: $5 appetizers and drink specials on weeknight from 4-7PM as well.

My bucket list is to attempt to visit all HRC locations!! So, I'm now crossing off Tampa location! Consistency in each of the HRC for the legendary burger has been appreciated. Typically walk in and grab my pin and then order food. Sat at the bar and bartender was friendly and attentive.

Love the location of the casino. Makes it very convenient to stop by to grab a bite and a drink, gamble a little before heading to a concert at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. I have noticed the slot machines don't drop much. The last time I was there I watched a guy pump 500.00 into the dollar slots playing the max bet. The poor guy did not win one spin! I played $100.00 on the slots myself and only won one spin of a few bucks before losing it all in the next 5 min. Luckily, I won my money back playing Black Jack and craps. If you plan on going here to gamble I would stick to the tables if you want to win anything. The drinks are good and they do offer a happy hour. We usually order the sampler which has always been pretty good. However, during our most recent it wasn't that good. We later learned the menu changes every April according to our waiter.

Great burgers. Yummy. Decent price and good food . Real nice atmosphere . Service is good. I find the wait staff very attentive. This cafe does not do the Hard Rock anniversary priced burgers unfortunately. Still the burgers are great at the regular price

Most Hard Rock restaurants are the same. Some have better memorabilia that sets it apart from others but for the most part, you'll have a great time no matter which one you go to. This one had the added bonus of having a stage at the very back of the restaurant. They were setting things up while we were eating so unfortunately we didn't get to hear any bands/singers, but maybe next time. We both had The Legendary 10 oz Burger which was a huge, charbroiled, pure beef burger grilled perfectly to our specifications. Delicious, topped with bacon, cheddar and an onion ring. The french fries were fresh made, crispy and out of this world.

Not usually a huge fan of the chain, but dang their burgers are good! I don't know if it's the alcohol or gambling that makes it better, but this Hard Rock Cafe is actually pretty solid. There's usually not much of a wait, even on the weekends. The margarita trio comes with a side of chips and salsa which is a cute idea, but I found the margaritas all way too sweet. The burgers were awesome. Mine had bacon, cheddar, and an onion ring on top and nice crispy seasoned fries on the side. They also offer a 10% discount for showing your AAA card. Great place to go before a concert at MidFlorida Credit Union Ampitheater across the street or in between gambling!

For those of you who follow my reviews, you know my husband and I love dining at the Hard Rock Cafes in each location we visit. With that being said, I'd have to say I was a bit disappointed with this particular café. Let's start off with the service. Hubby and I ordered our drinks. Simple. I ordered a Coke and he ordered a Captain and Coke. How long, exactly does it take to get this when it is midnight and the café isn't busy at all? After waiting for what seemed forever we received the nachos we decided to share. They were decent. The next day we decided to go back to the cafe because we had a coupon I received from my Hard Rock Rewards. Not only was the bartender barely attentive, but she rudely asked if we had already used the coupon the night before, which we didn't because I only had one. I was pretty disappointed in this cafe because of the service alone. I've been to a ton of Hard Rocks in different states and for the most part the staff are always awesome. This one, not so much.

Being from NV the casino theme along with the Hard Rock theme is well done. Very Vegasish. Had their local "Cuban style" legendary burger, and was very satisfied. Overall with the fun theme, good food, and great service equals top notch rating. Thank you.

I met my girls here on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate my birthday belated. Our waitress was really attentive and asked questions that we needed answered to the bartender. I had a magical mojito made with gin, muddled mint and elderberry liquor. It was so good I had 2. My friend and I split the chicken fajitas and a side of the mac & cheese. Oh my goodness that mac & cheese is very very yummy! I enjoyed the fajitas to just the right mix of spices with sautéed red peppers and green peppers and onions. I actually know some Mexican places that only give you green peppers so it was nice to have the red peppers in there too. For dessert we split the Oreo cookie cheesecake. I am not normally a huge cheesecake fan but this was really good!! Instead of just a thin crust of Oreo cookie it had a nice thick crust which I really enjoyed! I'll be back here next time we want to head to the casino.

Walked into the bar area and found a booth. They had a show going on with people playing the guitars and entertaining the crowd. The food is nothing to write home about. It's normal american food that tastes pretty boring. Ambiance is nice. Happy hour specials are good. I've been to many other Hard Rocks and they are all the same... blah food, cool entertainment, and drinks.

I have eaten and drank here a few times the service is good and the food was as well. I liked their happy hour menu, let's you try a few things and still have some money to lose on the slot machines after. They had some live music which gave us a mini concert feel while we waited for our food. Overall very good and I'll be back either to eat or just grab a drink.

If you're at the casino and not hungry enough for the buffet, this is an ok option. Know this if you're getting an appetizer. It'll arrive after you get your meal. I thought it was a fluke the first 5 times it happened. It's uncanny. They'll either forget the app altogether or it'll arrive as you've started your main course. Literally every time I've had a meal there this has happened. The food is good, not great. It's loud and cigarette smoke will choke you if you sit at the bar.

Very good food but drinks are pricy. This place has a giant stage in in so maybe you can have a meal and catch a show at the right time. We were there for lunch so it was quiet.

I ordered the chicken club salad which was very good. However, the atmosphere wasn't so great. There was a cover band on stage that was terrible- singer was always off key and seemed to think if he just sang louder he'd sound better. I couldn't talk to any of my friends at the table and ordering w the waiter was a challenge because it was essentially a rock concert. I suppose this would be cool, but not in a restaurant and not with a terrible lead singer.

This Hard Rock is located inside the Hard rock Casino. There is no outside entrance so a walk through the smoke filled casino is required. It is impossible to get to it whith out losing 20 dollars to slot machines. That being said the cafe itself is the best Hard Rock Cafe that I've been too. Let's face it, you don't go to any Hard Rock Cafe for the food. You go for the atmosphere and the 40 dollar tshirt. This location is also equipped with a stage and dance floor. For the best experience check the website for special event information. Going on a night when nothing is happening will give you a relatively quiet Hard Rock experience. Our latest visit was for an Elvis impersonator. He actually sounded and moved like Elvis and put on a great show. Do you know anyone who won't at least bob their heads to "you ain't nothing but a hound dog"? The food is mediocre at best at any Hard Rock Cafe but this one seems to try a little harder then most. My tip for you...stick to the appetizers or specials. Our party ordered several appetizers. From the Elvis specials we ordered fried pickles which are not on the regular menu. They were exactly as fried pickles should be. Crispy, salty, tangy and served with an awesome dipping sauce. The wings were also surprisingly pretty good. They were crispy, spicy and had a little bit of a grilled flavor to them. Spinach and artichoke dip....order this. Yummy cheesy dip similar to any but the impressive part is the crispy cheesy parmesean Flatbread that comes with it for dipping. For my entree I ordered the chicken chopped salad. Horrible. I only made it three or four bites and I couldn't stomach any more of it. I was hard pressed to find any actual lettuce in this salad. It was composed mostly of chicken and corn and soaked in balsamic vinegar. I was basically eating vinegar with a fork. I told the waiter I didn't care for it and he could take it away but he still charged us for it. We always have fun here. We will probably be back but next time I'm sticking to drinks and aps.

Just very bleh. I have been to plenty of hard rocks and this one was just very bleh. Burgers were just not that great especially for the price of them. Drinks were good though.

Music has always been a huge part of my life so it's always fun to check out a Hard Rock location and admire all the glitz that has went along with it. Don't really need to say more. Food was okay and the casino happily kept my money but a good time was had by all.

Overpriced food. Stinks like smoke everywhere. When I'm hungry and it smells like cigarettes, I feel like throwing up. I only stayed there bcoz I had a gift card. They smoke at the bar only but it smells even at non-smoking areas. The food was both good and bad. Good: The Bbq ribs, Bbq chicken, fries, veggies. There was a musician who was singing on stage. Bad: Mash potatoes, Caesar and Coleslaw salad. There are no prices for any of the drinks! Both alcoholic or not. I asked how much is the tea and the waitress didn't know. Well, then have it in a menu.

  • Bret A.

The space is laid out nicely with soaring ceilings and large open spaces. There are several areas to eat and drink depending on whether you would like to be near the stage for performances or music. The staff is friendly but there should be more of them as they are stretched to cover the tables very thinly. Prices are high and typical of the Hard Rock chain. Food is basically Americana and average. The smoke from the casino does filter in some, but you can tell there is a screening/filtering effort. To get there, park in the garage adjacent to the casino and wind your way through the casino gaming floor following signs to the Hard Rock Cafe. If you have breathing issues, I would call and ask for a shorter route as there has to be one!

I would like to start of saying I only have been to 3 hard rock restaurants but this was the best without question the best as in wait staff yet. Waitress had a grateful million dollar personality . She absolutely won us over with her delightful and gregarious attitude . Setting of this restaurant was greatly postured and the stage..... The stage was very nice. The entertainers we're very good and exuded talent syllable after syllable .Food was just ok but the moment when you are with someone you love with such a nice backdrop that was around us this made our exp awesome and we no longer tasted food on our pallet we tasted the love which was sweet on our tongue and made the exp so sweet. Will not revisit but I had a blast .

I am a frequent visitor here with the lady and the service every time has been great! The potato skins are just like the TGI Fridays version and are a must-if you are visiting here. The service is a hit or miss sometimes, pending what server your get and what night obviously but they are nice and caring overall. I would recommend this place for anyone to get the "hard rock" cafe experience at an above average price of food at least once.

I had been to the Hard Rock Casino a few times at this location but never visited the Café. A couple years back I had the opportunity to remove that distinction from my history. My employer held their Year End Holiday Party at the Hard Rock Café, at the suggestion of myself and a few members of our employee committee. After a bit of work between ourselves and the establishment we hammered out the menu and everything was set. With local band Charlie Hotel playing we all enjoyed some of the best food you could ever ask to consume. The highlight of the night for most were the Tupelo Chicken Tenders. These things still rank at the top of my list of desired eats. If you're looking for a place to have a great time, a great meal, and surround yourself in a great atmosphere, Tampa's Hard Rock Café is the spot.

Food was good. Price was fair the service was ok. The restaurant looked amazing. Very open they had a live stage and decor all over. They had a projection screen that played music video of all the rock stars which was cool to watch while eating dinner. I wish the live band was playing but I guess I arrived too early. Overall presentation for the food was neatly placed, and the food was nice and hot when it arrived. The drinks were on point and offered several drink options so I enjoyed that. I feel for hard rock the service was not something that was memorable. It was just ok. That's why I gave a three star otherwise I would have given a higher rating.

Good food for a decent price. I'm surprised that this is considered 3 stars, I would say it is 2 stars. We were looking for someplace to eat that was moderately priced. At the casino you either have buffets or expensive places, and the Hard Rock Cafe was a nice in between. We were told that on a Friday it gets busy at 7 p.m., so we got there at 6:45 p.m. and they were able to seat our party of 5 right away. The place is big and pretty dark. There is a stage in the back, so I bet there is sometimes performances. There is less memorabilia than other Hard Rock Cafes, so I felt like the decor was a little muted. I got the Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich. I would suggest trading the french fries for something else. I wasn't that impressed with them. I like my french fries thinner and crispier. There was just too much soggy potato. Also I thought when I chose the pickle it would be a whole pickle or at least sliced the long way. It tasted as if they made their own pickles, because it tasted more like pickled cucumbers if that makes sense. And they were round slices. I should have gone with the cole slaw. The sandwich itself was good. I also got the Sangria, which tasted really sweet. It was good, but maybe a tad too sweet. I couldn't find drink prices, so just to let you know a Sangria is $7.25. Overall I love the variety of choices at the Hard Rock and I'm never disappointed with my meals. This place was no exception.

Stopped in for dinner with my family of 5. We were seated quickly. The restaurant smelt like smoke. For me, it kinda ruined the meal. We ordered a big nacho plate as an appetizer. They were so spicy that no one in my party could eat them. We honestly had no more than 10 bites total. Cheeseburger entree was okay. Wings were our favorite but nothing special. There was no kids menu (which would have been fine) but after we ordered our kids adult meals, we found out that there is actually a kids menu - it just isn't written down. I think there are lots of better places to eat for the money.

We came to the hard rock cafe for a friend's birthday party. 9 of us showed up around 9pm and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. No worries, we're in a casino, we can entertain ourselves. After our 45 minute wait, the 9 of us were seated and then left alone for 15 minutes. The waitress came through and took every order- drinks, apps and dinners, all at the same time. The drinks didn't show up for another 15 or so minutes. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. What made the waiting worse is that the band is so incredibly loud that you can't hear the person next to you speak, so we basically sat in silence for an hour. We were also never offered refreshers on our drinks because we never saw the waitress again. One friend's entree came out first, a fish sandwich, he finished it before everyone else's arrived. When the other 8 entrees arrived, we discovered that HALF were wrong. The excuse? "the machine cut off the ticket and all of your burgers went to a different table." So we wait, again. At this point, our friends with food are feeding the ones without off their plates. When my burger finally showed up, it was cooked to death, but cold and the cheese wasn't melted. To add insult to injury, one of our friends found a very long blonde hair in her burger, which had to be refired, so she ended up not eating. In all, we sat at the hard rock cafe for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Despite all of this, no manager visited the table and we had to fight to have the hairy burger comped. Ridiculous experience, terrible service, horribly mediocre food. Never. Again.

This was a fun eating experience! There was live music during dinner which is always a treat! Food: I had the Smokehouse salad with chicken and shrimp and was satisfied with my meal. I would have asked for no cheese of id paid more attention. Service: the server didn't pay too much attention to us but the other staff tended to us well.

Horrible! Overpriced crap! They have a new feature appetizer jerk chicken skewers with a cucumber sauce and fried yuca pieces for $12.95. What a rip off! First of all the spices aren't jerk at all, the sauce is a pathetic version of tzatiki yogurt cucumber dip and you get four small yuca fries. First of all two lousy chicken tenders grilled is not enough to serve as an appetizer and my guess is the cost to make this plate was less than $1.00. It was CRAP! Serve three or four like a satay dish, and don't be so cheap with the sauce and yuca. Omg horrible! Service is lacking and on a Saturday night the band was horrible. And the sangria pitcher is nothing more than fruit punch with whatever fruit fly covered fruit they have at the bar. The worst sangria ever! This place is horrible! Eat anyplace else!!!! And would like to add that with an open kitchen, I was able to watch the waitstaff touch food (buns) being touched with hands uncovered with gloves! That is a violation of health code. Any food going from cooking to customer should be touched with gloves only! And the manager here should know better but I don't think they care about much in this place! The CEO should pay this place a visit as undercover boss!

This is the first time I visited. I say at the bar. Felt fairly crowded since there was a poker machine on it. Wasn't really thrilled with the smoking either. I think it's time all hard rock cafés go smokeless. The jumbo combo was ok. It had wings, onion rings, bruschetta, & chicken tenders. The cafe was fairly small compared to the others.

Pretty decent food. The meals are definitely over priced, but the place itself is cool enough that we didn't really mind. It was national cheeseburger day so we both went with that. My mushroom and Swiss was good, if not a little undercooked to what I'm used to with medium well. Server was a little robotic and it wasn't busy at all. Like most of the casino it is FREEZING in there so if you're not a native Floridian, bring a sweater so you don't have to pay $80 for a hard rock one (very clever guys).

The HRC boasts a second floor restaurant, Fresh Harvest, that is in contrast to the first floor casino. By that I mean that on the first floor the odds are against you and you'll come away a loser whereas on the second floor you'll be winner. FH is a generous buffet-style restaurant featuring several stations that, among my favorites, are a raw bar, salad bar and choice entree bars. One price includes everything including non-alcoholic beverage. I'm a luncheon patron and the price, paid in advance, is $20, BUT with the Seminole Platinum Wild Card price is only $15 - a very fair price. You will not be disappointed eating here! Great service too!!

Stopped in for a quick beer, shot and to check out the casino. Friendly staff very unique Cafe different than others. I would assume the food is the same. Sorry for the short review but that is all I know. Oh one cool thing is you can gamble from the bar!

  • Rachel M.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars but the last two times I have been we have had to send food back to the kitchen. The reason we had to send back twice was for the same exact thing cold food. Soggy cold onion rings. Who wants to eat that crap? Not me especially at $20 bucks for an appetizer plate combo. The bands that play are ok but they are way to loud. I had to literally lose my voice to have a conversation with my husband. So if you want to avoid hearing loss then make sure you eat dinner before 8 pm. on Friday. Our waitress was nice and helpful and had no problem with her. The beer was cold and the selection is pretty good. To bad the food sucks.

What can you say about the Hard Rock Cafe great food great entertainment and always a line. This one doesn't take reservations and if you've got a ticket for you move to the front of the line yes. Every night there's always something going on here either live entertainment a DJ or just great eating and drinking. This is one of the best locations of the hardrock that I've been to. If you're in Tampa be sure to stop in here for some great food and probably some fantastic sounds. But bring your wallet because this place is not cheap.

  • Martic R.

I'm surprised that there are not a lot of reviews of the Café, I'm assuming most people come to the Hard Rock to gamble, I don't usually win so I rather spend my $$ in more tangible things. I came here as part of a big group for a birthday party. I really liked the atmosphere, the food and the drinks!!. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. This Hotel also offers a "food court" area with reasonable food. For some reason it's easy to forget that this location is here and that the hotel offers much more than just gambling. Several events take place at the Hotel during the year and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

It's cool that Hard Rock hires people who otherwise might not get jobs other places because of piercings, tattoos or other "alternative" choices, unfortunately the attitude attached to my bartender on Saturday September 13th at 10:30pm was also pretty "alternative". I stopped in to order a piece of cheesecake to go, simple enough, just wanted dessert to take back to my hotel room. After rolling his eyes at me putting my order in he never came back. No "can I get you a drink while you wait" or anything like that. When I sat at the empty bar stool I was informed that "those two seats are taken, the people just went to the bathroom". This was clearly false as there we no drinks or any sign of anyone sitting there, but I get it, he didn't want me taking up two bar seats for a to go order, I've been a bar tender but I would've delivered this message without lying to the customer. Anyways, it took twenty minutes to get a simple piece of cheesecake, and I had to ask the hostess to go to the kitchen because the bartender was so oblivious. For a corporate establishment this was unacceptable service. My advice to management would be tell this guy to lose the disgusting bandana, don't let him keep pens for customer use in that nasty sweaty bandana and then hand them to customers, and I would say something about the 8 cent slot machine cash out voucher he also had in his bandana, but it may have been the best tip he got all night. When you think you're being cool and different you probably aren't, but crappy service is universal. Oh yeah, and those people that "just went to the bathroom" they never came back....

Came here on a Saturday night & sat in the bar area for drinks & dinner around 8:30pm. I was very surprised by how good the food was & choices of items on the menu. I had a grilled chicken salad that was very good, but the dressing was a little spicy. Why only 3 stars? The service was pretty crappy! Our server seemed bothered to be there. He barely spoke to us & just seemed annoyed by everything. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I requested my items be placed on a separate bill. WOW, so sorry that you had to split the check into 2 checks! Just really rude & I kind of regret not complaining about it!

Went on a Friday night when the buffet offers seafood. I watched my fellow diners cracking crab legs which were the size of a large straw. There really isn't much room for actual crab inside the leg when they are that small. I didn't eat any of the seafood because it just did not look good to me. The other food options were terrible and the desserts all tasted like cardboard. No flavor in any of the desserts...the cannoli just tasted awful and as it is premade the texture of the pastry tube by the time it is eaten is bad as well. The salad pickings were lettuce, cottage cheese, some cucumbers and then a bunch of cold pasta salads. All three of us agreed that the buffet at one of our local MI casinos (Firekeepers) is far superior to Hard Rock. Surprising and disappointing given the size of the Hard Rock complex that they cannot come up with a better buffet. Loser, loser...couldn't get a break on any of the machines. There is a hard core smoking contingent here and your breathing will suffer as a result. The best part of the place was the walk in from the parking structure. The walls are covered with various outfits that musicians have worn over the years. A mixed bag of artists too including Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Jimi Hendrix and Bette Midler. Go check out the interesting décor but skip the food and the gambling.

Not a gambler, and not a fan of smoky casinos, but have met buddies at the food court for lunch several times. Over the years, the casino has improved its ventilation and air handling, and smoking is not permitted in the food area, so it is not bad for eating....but you have to trudge through the banks of slots with stationary smokers tending their machines. The food selections are nice with lots of options for building a salad or pasta dish. Prices are competitive and quality acceptable, but not a place I would seek out if not enticed by buddies.

Not one to venture into the usual formulaic dining establishments, we ended up here visiting family; really only one of a couple options inside the casino itself. The look of the place is great, starting with the amphitheater-ish bar entrance, and accented by well-placed, classic Hard Rock framed music decor. Really liked one of the back walls of the dance area (which doubles as seating during the day) which used all length of cables to cover it, like a curtain. Had I a basement, I'd totally steal the idea! Now, in spite of being mostly empty, our order took forever to get taken, and eventually arrive. The server was attentive and pleasant, but considering the place was mostly empty: less than stellar start. As far as food, it was good, but I know Hard Rock standards are some of the strictest in the biz (you should try to peak at their kitchen book sometime!), so I'd expect nothing less. Presentation WAS the closest I've ever seen to a menu photo, though. Drinks also took a while to arrive and they were decidedly measured pours. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience, and you could certainly do worse. I guess I've just never understood the thrall these places have over people worldwide. Meh...

I come here about once a month to have a meal with a friend. Every restaurant is really good. Surprisingly good. The main restaurant is a little pricey in my opinion. But for the gamblers I guess it's right in line with Vegas style. I personally like the smaller restaurants that are breakfast and lunch style. Bakery. Salads.

This use to be a great place to eat but the past few times I've gone it hasn't been good at all. The burgers were burn on the out side the fries were cold, the nachos were soggy. Unless they really step up I wont be back.

I love eating at the Hard Rock Cafe when we go to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. It's a great treat, the food is hot and fresh, and the staff is very nice. Each time we go, I see something that I had not noticed before, a super cool setting. Can't wait to go back again!

This place is a casino. We ate at the buffet. the food was excellent and the service was great. We hung out in one of the bars for a while after dinner. The waitress was very attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Reasonable prices, excellent burger, excellent chicken sandwich (get the bbq sauce!) and really good fries. They also have decent prices draft beers and occasional specials on bottles. Go on a weekend night and there should be live music and dancing (but be prepared to pay a cover to enter)

We love the hardrock cafe!!! So great when you are at the casino and want a nice snack or dinner! We ended up getting the appetizer tower (I want to say is what it is called) OMG... so good! Comes with chicken wings, fingers, potato skins, southwestern eggrolls, and onion rings! SO GOOD and perfect for a late night snack!!! We will always be back! :)

My wife and I along with another couple on Saturday January 5, 2013 decided to go to Tampa Hard Rock Cafe located inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for late night dinner. Came to know that dinner is not served after 11 pm. There was a band playing which was not worth listening to it and later they had two local DJ's one had a Mohawk Hair cut and other one name I believe is Santana. The performance of DJ Santana was very poor and useless. He mainly played street music, which is not dance music. I wonder where the marketing managements find these DJ from......what can you expect from Tampa!!! I would not advice any one to go to Tampa Hard Rock Cafe if they want to spend a wonderful evening and listening to useless music DJ Santana plays.

Pricey, but delish! Love the burgers, pulled pork and onion rings. If you're offered the special, ask for a price before you commit! Great atmosphere, especially when bands are in town.

I am writing this based on the concert/bar only. We went to the Eddie Money concert and chose the General Admission tickets. The VIP seats appeared to be very well placed for viewing. Unless you arrive at least an hour early and wait at the rail constantly, or you are well over 6 ft, you will have a hard time seeing anything. The stage is raised above the VIP crowd nicely, but appears to be level with the G/A crowd. This leaves over 90% of the General Admission patron with a very 'limited view'. I am 5' 11" and could see the band from the neck up about 60% of the time. I would guess that men under 5' 10" and almost every woman not in the front spent most of the show watching on a screen to the side that had the resolution of a pizza parlor. The wait staff was understaffed and less than efficient. The security staff was just down right RUDE. The sound was nice. Eddie Money was great. But in the non-VIP area, the concert layout and the service left much to be desired. It might not be fair that a concert rating affects the restaurant rating, but if you choose to have concerts in your restaurant...

1st time there. Haven't eaten at one since they had one in Miami, which was horrible and closed down. I was not the least bit impressed. Had to wait too long for a bottle of perrier. While my bf was already on his 2nd coke. We got the appetizer tower, it was decent. The sw egg rolls were good. The chicken tenders were rubbery. My boyfriend, a 6'4250 lb healthy eater ordered the red, white & blue 10 0z burger. Looked a,azing in menu. Not so much. Looked like 4 oz. Didn't even come close to filling bun. A few mishappened crumbles of bleu cheese and an onion ring. Blech. He couldn't even finish it. He never ever wastes food. He just didn't want anymore it was that pathetic. I ordered eggplant parm. Was so excited reading about the celebrity chef inspired dish. First they brought me the meatball sandwich. Oopsy. How does that sound similar to eggplant parm? Then I had to wait another 10 minutes while m bf picked apart his awful burger for my correct dish to arrive. The sauce was good, The mozzerella was high quality fresh mozzarella. But the eggplant was greasy, overfried and tasteless. Nothing like the menu description promised. Wasn't even garnished with fresh basil like the menu said. I ate a little. Luckily my bf enjoyed it way more than his pathetic burger. No apology, nothing comped, no nothing. So unimpressed. The place was almost deserted too. No excuse for this place to be that awful. Definitely overpriced. Will never go back.

One of the worst places we've ever gone to eat...2 hours and still no food..honest! Poor waiter asked if he could send over the manager, Evie, and she didn't have the professionalism to come to the table, just send a 20% off card for the next visit..the place is a joke..the chef, kitchen staff and Evie sould all be looking for other employment..shame on you!
