Love this place. Just wish there weren't that much calories in the food, otherwise I'd be coming here daily haha.

Always good fresh consistent product. Love getting exactly what I want on my burger. Fries always great as well. So convenient to order on line and walk right in to pick up your food. This location has a friendly staff who makes you feel welcome.

It may not have been the best ever, but it ranks in the top 5. I am a hamburger eater. The service was good and fast. Plenty of choices has to how you want your burger and the toppings are free!

Burgers are one of my favorite things to eat. So I don't take rating a burger joint lightly. You have a good selection of great toppings to put on. I usually get them all. The burgers are the type that you can't fit a full bite in your mouth. The fries are good, the service is good, and the burgers are great.

Have tried just about every burger place in the area and Five Guys is my favorite. I've never been disappointed with my burger here and the Cajun fries are also pretty good. My go to burger place.

I was excited to have Five Guys, since earlier that day I saw a youtube video of a guy raving about how perfect the burgers were, how crispy and thick the bacon was, and how there was the perfect amount of salt on the fries. He was having such a great experience eating the burger on screen. So I decided to get me a late night snack and recreate that experience. I went in to Five Guys at 9:50 pm. I tried to order a bacon cheese burger. Tamela said, "there is no more bacon". Me, "so there is no more bacon". She looks back at the clock hanging on the wall. Tamela, "We have no more bacon". Me, "so there is No Bacon in this store". She looks back at the clock and said, "We close in 10 minutes". Me, "how long does bacon take to cook?" Tamela, "8 minutes and I would have to drop fresh bacon". Me, "I will wait". So this review is skewed toward customer service, which I think is just as important as the product. The whole ordering experience was horrible. I hate when people lie to me, or even try to be sneaky with half truth. It seams to me that at 9:50 the grill was clean and she wanted to short me bacon so they didn't have to clean the grill again. There apparently needs to be more training around customer service and that the store closes at 10:00 and not 9:50 pm. To top it off, do you think I was happy eating my burger, trying to recreate that great experience, after being lied to? NO. There is a dozen options for a burger within a 2 minute drive in New Tampa/Wesley Chapel. Do you think I will go ever go back to Five Guys again? For the DM - Date: 7/3/15, order #: 98 Time: 9:51pm

I love five guys! I went to this location right when they were opening this past week and they had yet to get a till into their register. They still took my order and got started on cooking the food for myself and the gentleman behind me in line. The staff were very pleasant and thanked me for coming in. I love the food here, although I think burger monger has a leg up on flavor, just by a tiny smidge. Burgers are tender and flavorful and commit me to fat kid sleepy syndrome immediately upon finishing. The fry portions are huge and they also fill the bag with the fries, I guess to justify the $3+ charge for them. It's a little on the pricey side for the amount of food, but man if I don't crave one of their burgers every couple of weeks.

Five guys burgers are good and average priced. But I do not understand how people think they have a lot of toppings. Standard toppings, plus bbq, a-1, japs, green peppers, that is not a lot to me. Also think that their fries are always undercooked, no color, not crisp. It will do, but prefer Burger Monger hands down and they have chicken too!

Order the cajun fries(regular size) with your cheeseburger much better than the plain fries. There is no way i could finish the fries. Delicious junk food.

Made to order burgers from fresh patties and delicious hot dogs.. not to mention the french fried that seem to fill almost the entire bottom of the bag. This location is prompt, fresh, fast, and accurate.
