Very misleading... Used to Love the BOGO Sunday's..... Wait, they changed it! If you buy a large and pay for a large..... You Only get a regular free. When did this change??? Roy, you need to notify your customers that it's not Buy One Get One Free!! Rather, we'll charge you if you really want one of equal value. This was not printed on any signs. Smoothies were still great, just a bad taste from the experience.

What can top a BOGO real honest to goodness smoothie. Order from the suggestions or feel free to create your own. All ingredients are super fresh and delicious! Watch while your meal replacement or pick me up is made fresh to order. I gotta admit it was the YELP reviews that helped me find this place. It's Xtreme Juice that has won my heart & will keep me coming back for more. Very addicting establishment, in the nicest possible way. What's a girl to do? Love, love a genuine good, healthy smoothie & this fits the bill completely!

When I'm feeling virtuous (or when I want to offset the guilt of eating an Einstein Bros bagel), there's nothing like a Hail to the Kale smoothie. It's green and healthful with enough fruit to be easy to drink. I find that the smoothies can taste a little funky if you order a small smoothie. I think you need to get the regular size or the boost flavor is too strong.

This place has a special spot in my heart, as it was my high school job. The smoothies are all made with fresh fruit and no added sugar. Sunday's they have buy one get one AND now if you don't want your free smoothie that day you can get a card to use it within that week or if used after that, $1 off. I usually get the Phunky Punch, which is pomegranate-tart like. Always makes me feel better after a night out drinking :) Recently, I've been on their juice kick. Hale to the Kale is amazing and very easy to drink, unlike most kale juices. & Dirty Hippie is my new favorite. The ginger is a great add to it. They do add ice to the juices, however this can be subbed out if asked.

I go here on Sundays when it's Buy One, Get One Free...One for Sunday and one to stick in the fridge for Monday morning. I feel healthier as soon as I walk in the door. Love the smell of the fresh fruits. Always a long line on Sundays but it moves pretty quickly. It's run like an assembly line and the youngins' working there do a great job. I usually get the Strawberry Banana Incident, Banana Blues, Berry Blast or Orange Ecstasy. Try the PB&J too. You really can't go wrong with any of them. I like that they use real fruit (not powders like some smoothie joints) and sherbets/frozen yogurt as a base. They also throw in a free "booster" - protein, vitamin, immunity, energy, etc. I just wish they had another (larger) location in Ybor or Downtown; I would go more often. Until that happens, they'll just see me on Sundays or on $1 Wheatgrass Wednesdays!

Stopped in on my way out of town, it happened to be BOGO Sunday! How excited I was that I didn't have to choose only one! The staff was nice and helpful and they use real fruit and from reading the material on the wall they take great strides to ensure the best selection and offerings of fresh healthy items. The inside isn't that big and by the time I got my smoothies it was packing out. I can see it is a pretty popular spot and my smoothies were perfect so I can see why! If I happen to be back in the area I will be back by again for sure!

Great place for smoothies way better then smoothie king I love the almond brothers but they have plenty to choose from they have buy one get one free in Sunday's but almost not worth it cause of the long lines

  • S L.

Over all I love this place! I can call my order in advance. I can creat my own juice or order one of the many on the menu. I favor the Dirty Hippie!!! Lol they let you add more ingredients and substitute. This place is just great. We need more of them around this county. Now if only there was a fast food place that sold a good turkey burger. My only issue with this place is the added ice to the juice but that's not going to stop me from coming and it's not that big of an issue to take away a star. It's a personal thing and I just gotta remember to request they hold the ice.

Wish prices were a little less but the buy one get one Sunday's is awesome!! Great way to start my three boys day off!

This place is great! Their smoothies and wheat grass shots are a must- try. The Hawaiian Storm smoothie is one of my favorites!

I love coming here. Fresh and good. Always friendly service. So much to choose from. They never disappoint us. Mango Mayhem & Hail to the Kale - throw some protein in and boom!

  • LeeAnna P.

Love the smoothies here! So fresh and flavorful. Great place to stop post-workout and on their BOGO Sundays. My place for wheatgrass shots when I'm feeling unhealthy and blah. My fave smoothie is the Hawaiian Storm. All the signature flavors are delish and their fresh squeezed juices are thirst quenching.

This place is so awesome! I'm back in town for a convention and it made me remember how much I miss it here. Very affordable, so many different options. The staff is always super nice too and the location is great, very visible and easy parking. They have tons of smoothies and lots of juices and now cold pressed juices too. Also single double or triple wheatgrass shots. Love it!!!

"Simply the best! Better than all the rest!" Not since living in New York have I been able to find a juice bar that offered REAL fresh juice. Their juices rejuvenated my kidneys after acute failure. I loved on the Dirty Hippie, Spicy Redhead and Mr. Orange. I always accompany my order with a shot of wheat grass or ginger. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Prices are excellent for the serving sizes. Hours are fantastic. I wish there were more locations. One word review: GO!

  • Sami H.

Best smoothie place ever, the pb&j smoothie tastes exactly like pb&j's and you get one free boost for every smoothie!

  • Mel R.

Terrific Juice Bar. Establishment is nothing special, it's a bit small actually. Highly recommend it for those with a health conscious looking for a healthy option while on the go. You can get just about anything here. Pricing is comparable to other juice bars so don't expect anything less here. So stop by while on the run and get yourself a refreshing, healthy, organic, glass of Juice from EJ.

You cannot go wrong with Xtreme. Fresh pressed juices and a copious number of unique smoothies. Oh and did I mention regular sized smoothies are BOGO every Sunday? Pfffffft! Try the peanut butter and jelly smoothie. It's out of this world! As far as juice goes, I'm a big fab of the dirty hippie.

  • Katie Y.

Every smoothie I've ever tried is amazing. The Strawberry Scream in particular is my favorite ;). The BOGO Sunday deal is obviously awesome, but on Wednesdays they also have $1 wheat grass shots and its easily the sweetest wheat grass I've ever tried! All about xtreme juice.

    (5)
  • Rudy M.

Trying to be healthier, I stopped by xtreme juice. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I asked the girl at the register if they had anything gluten-free( I should know) her response was classic..."I don't think that we put gluten in anything..." I ordered my smoothie, drinkable, but I found the majority of the protein that I had added, clumped, unblended at the bottom of my cup.... no repeat customer...

  • Carrie D.

This place has the best peanut butter smoothie in the world. Little bit of snobbery here but to be expected. Sorry my bank account isn't as big as the Lexus lady next to me but hey I like the smoothies too. Sundays can be hard b/c of the buy one get one free but considering you are paying $10 for 1-it's worth it as long as you don't mind hipster sweat.

Best smoothie shop in tampa!!! The past few times I've been here I've gotten the ragin' red bull (blueberry) and it is to die for! They have tons of different choices and add ons including several fresh fruit options and different kinds of protein. They also serve wheatgrass shots in more than 1 size (most places don't offer that). This place is truly a gem IMO and I'm glad I found it. Also BOGO smoothie Sundays are a huge plus!!! Love xtreme juice!

    (5)
  • Prianka N.

the BEST smoothies! Fresh and perfect. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I still can't find one that isn't delicious and refreshing. On Sundays it's 2-4-1 too, how can you beat that!

I hit up Xtreme Juice while in town running errands. I was pretty depleted after the black hole that is IKEA and knew some fresh juice would hit the spot. Imagine my surprise when I got there and, while looking over the wall-mounted menu, I couldn't find the juice! Column after column after column of smoothies that all sounded fantastic, but...oh. There's the juice: four choices, all carrot based. I chose the one that sounded best (a mix of apple, banana, carrot, and orange), though there was a list of ingredients if you want to concoct your own. Truthfully, if I'm going to experiment with different combinations of juices, I'd rather be in my own kitchen, where I can correct it if needed. I expected a place called Xtreme Juice to have some awesome/crazy combos of juice that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I paid and moved down the line to awkwardly wait with everyone else and feel like I was in the way in the roped off line. Design problem here: there are several people making smoothies and juices behind the counter at one time, so lots of loud machines and a line of customers who can't move very easily. I saw the girl call out several smoothies that no one was picking up, because a) they couldn't hear, or b) they weren't next in line to pick up. Despite all this, I'm still giving the place 4 stars, because my juice was damn good, and I think it would be better at off-peak times as an experience. Seriously though, with 32 smoothie concoctions on the menu, they ought to call themselves Xtreme Smoothie rather than Xtreme Juice.

I visit them for the first time in August while visiting and they make the best smoothie I have ever taste. I have a Vitamix at home and usually make my own, but they were awesome. I would definitely travel to their Dale Maybre location after church to get my weekly fix. Very Pleasant, helpful and extremely friendly people.

  • Joseph B.

Wow! Amazingly good smoothie! Even with ordering at 8:30pm, it tasted fresh. I even tried the wheatgrass shot, since the special was $1 on Wednesdays. That was refreshing, too. I will be coming back tomorrow to try something new.

Jamba Juice will always be my first love. However, since Jamba closed all Tampa location except for USF which is not open on weekends and inconvenient for non college students we were forced to explore other juice/smoothie options. XTreme Juice fit the bill. No added crap like smoothie king or tropical smoothies. Just fruit juice and ice / sorbet. As it should be. If you haven't tried it you should. We now live in west palm beach so don't get to enjoy this but every now and then. Yummy! Headed your way today before we head back home XTreme Juice!!

  • K S.

This place has beat smoothies than Smoothie King. I had a yummy smooth with chocolate and peanut butter. I can't recall the name. I'll stop there again if I'm ever in that area for a smoothie as a meal replacement. Great service!

  • Erin S.

Great prices! I'm a juicer so I'm hesitant buying them but it was fresh and tasty. Plus they have buy one get one free smoothies on Sundays, be prepared for a 30 minute wait minimum but it's worth it. I work around the corner and I love the Raging Red bull smoothie, fruity with a great redbull kick. I also had the Phunky Punch (b1g1) and it was all for $8. They also do wheatgrass, you can get it with or without and orange. I don't use one because I like the taste but that's the best pairing you can put with it so thumbs up. I had the 9 lives juice and it was quality I could make at home for $5. Over all the place is kind of small so Sundays are a bit crunched but it's worth it. Nice to have a juice/smoothie place that practices all natural no added ingredients. Keep up the good work!

  • Dipesh P.

I grab smoothies from here at least twice a week. The banana protein smoothie and fresh juices are really good. They're the only smoothie place un tampa that makes them all natural without having to ask to have things removed.

Xtreme Juice used to make the best smoothies in Tampa Bay, but it's obvious they have been cutting corners lately. Just 5 years ago, if you ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie they'd peel fresh bananas, drop in some strawberries, and serve it in a plastic cup with the XJ logo. Everywhere you went, friends would be like "Whaaat?? You went to Xtreme Juice and didn't bring me any??". The taste was amazing and everyone knew XJ made the best smoothies in Tampa Bay hands down. But now, sadly, all that has changed. Xtreme Juice now uses FRUIT JUICES from a bank of holding tanks on the back wall. The workers squirt a little of this, a little of that, blend it with some frozen yogurt, and you get it in a generic white styrofoam cup with no logo. I'm wondering if they water down these fruit juices, or buy them from concentrate. All I know is that something is different because their smoothies don't have a certain richness that they once had years ago.

One of the best smoothie places I've been to, which includes chains like jamba juice and smoothie king. Extreme juice has many flavors, more boost options than most juice smoothie joints, reasonable prices, offers vegan and health friendly snacks and other menu items. There's seasonal smoothie flavors and local flavor favorites as well. The best part of Extreme Juice is 2 for 1 sundays. I think in the summer you really can't go wrong with a 2 for 1 smoothie date. Pros: 2 for 1 Sundays!! Flavors Health Options Variety Taste Price Cons: Small place Not much indoor seating Long lines Overall great smoothies!

  • Amanda E.

Xtreme Juice has a great selection of smoothies. The thing that sets it apart the most to me is that they also offer the fresh juices as well. Usually smoothie places only have your fruit smoothie options, but Xtreme Juice offers many fresh juice options and even wheat grass shots. They also do a good job with recommendations and specials, including BOGO Sundays. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that there isn't much room to enjoy your smoothie. Between the parking lot and the lack of space, it's a get in and get out kind of place. But you get out with a delicious, fresh beverage.

Best smoothie place I've found. Great selection of smoothies made with real fruit. Can be made with or without dairy and with your choice of fruit juice. Service is quick and friendly. It's not always super clean but its not dirty. They get very busy, especially on Sunday's when its BOGO smoothie day. There is also a list of nutrition content next to the front door. It could be bigger but at least it's there. They also do juicing and I have seen many people get their wheat grass shots there. Xtreme Juice also offers an array of snacks like granola bars if you want something solid to munch on. They offer a great selection of smoothies with all different kinds of fresh fruits. It can be tough to decide but I have always enjoyed what I pick up. The Mango Madness is my current fave. I know they offer boosts to the smoothies like protein, etc but I have yet to try one. I am totally satisfied with my smoothie snacks!

Best juice/smoothie bar in town. Hands down. It smells like you walked into a cornucopia of freshly squeezed goodness. Wednesdays are pretty awesome, because it is Wheatgrass Wednesdays, shots for $ 1.00 each. Its pretty clean inside, the service is great, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a smoothie. If you want a great smoothie/juice, I highly recommend making the trip to Xtreme Juice. BT my pick is the Power 32 oz. Protein smoothie, chocolate with PB. DO IT!

came here after an intense spin sesh in search of a refreshing green juice. surprise, surprise they didn't have green juice or any other "fresh juice" option (beets, apples, etc) . more of a jamba juice/ frozen juice with lots of hidden calories place. also, the girls working here are incredibly rude. emailed the owner about this and never got a response. THANKSBUTNOTHANKS.

Morning stop for a tasty yet healthy breakfast. I was a hidden gem that I did not know sat next to Einstein Bagels until my aunt Melissa R told me about it. I have not worked my way up to the wheat grass but one day. My aunt has been juicing and I could see the difference so she was like head to Xtreme and try there juices and smoothies. So far Berries skinny with a few others and there boost are stupendous. I am a big fan and now a regular. The service is great and its such a treat before work now I crave them.

  • Steph G.

BOGO smoothies on Sundays? Can't be that! Parking is a bit tricky, especially in the morning (they share space with Einstein Bagels). Small outdoor seating, fast service, and scrumptious treats. They also juice. It's hard to find places that offer fresh veggie/fruit juicing on site!

    (4)
  • Maria C.

    BOGO every Sunday. Yay!

  • Dubya M.

It's definitely no Jamba Juice, but our smoothies tasted pretty good. They do get a zero for friendliness though. We walked in about an hour before closing and there was no one else in the restaurant, but none of the 3 employees said hello or acknowledged us. Also we couldn't sit down outside with our smoothies either because they had already pulled up and were drying out mats on their railing.

  • Yvonne B.

This is LITERALLY the only place I get smoothies from! The whole place smells of freshness: wheatgrass, oranges, pineapples...just amazing. My favorite smoothie is the Orange Ectasy; it is tart and sweet, the perfect combination of flavors! Almost everyone that works there I am pretty sure is a high school student at Plant, most likely. And while they are not the friendliest bunch of kids, they are polite and do their jobs quickly. Even on a Sunday (BOGO free regular size smoothies all day!!) when the line can be out the door, you never really have to wait too long and it seems they never run out of...well, anything! Everyone gets one free boost in their smoothies (fat burner, energy, immunity, etc) - which I think is pretty awesome, and they have a smoothie flavor for anyone's palate! For their deliciousness and the amount you get I think it is a fair price and you will definitely go back for more. I can NEVER get enough of them!

    (5)
  • Renee S.

I like the fact that they offer fresh juice, but I feel that if you order juice you get put on the back burner and the people that work here aren't really the friendliest. I go here because I don't know where else to go to get fresh juice

    (3)
  • Jafreisy P.

I love going to this place whenever I pass by it. Only reason it isn't 5 star is because of the location, it's pretty far. But they have the best smoothies and juice, and after drinking them I feel so much better and satisfied instead of going into McDonalds and drinking a McFrappe :-)

    (4)
  • M P.

Like their skinnier option for smoothies!

    (5)
  • Emily M.

Best smoothie place!! They use a large amount of fruit!!

    (5)
  • Nolan R.

This place is great to grab a smoothie after workout or even as a meal. I haven't had a smoothie there that was bad. I'm lactose intolerant and they've been able to accommodate my quirkiness. One cool thing they offer are the Smoothie Pops...think Fla-Vor-Ice, but with smoothie inside. Also this place isn't trying to sling vitamins or anything else like that other smoothie shops offer. NOTE: On Sundays, 24oz smoothies *regular size* are Buy One, Get One Free! This is a great deal. Expect a line and lots of yoga pants if you go on the weekends...not that that's a bad thing!

    (5)
  • Monica B.

This is my new smoothie spot. I've only had the Orange Creamsicle, Strawberry Scream, and Mango Madness which were all delish! I normally go with my hubby on BOGO Sundays, buy a regular 24 oz and get one free. Tasty and healthy!

wont be coming back. execution was poor. didnt add the correct ingredients to the drink.. first and last visit. over staffed. a drink w/ zero line shouldnt take more than 5 minutes.

Delicious!! The carrot/apple/orange juice is always perfectly balanced

  • Michele D.

Probably the best smoothie place in Tampa. Why do I think this? They use all fresh frozen fruits, fresh juices, frozen yogurt and sherbet as ingredients. No powder or squirt bottles at this joint. They also serve wheat grass shots, fresh juiced vegetables and fruit drinks as well. This smoothie shop has almost every flavor to hit every different taste buds. Well over 40 different combos and I am pretty sure you could try and make your own flavor smoothie with all the choices available. Don't forget to get your punch card because you KNOW you will be back. Last but not least Sunday is BOGO. As much as I don't want to share this info to those who don't know( lines are lengthy but moves on Sunday). I'll do it for my fellow Yelpers.

  • Travis H.

I really wanna go in on this place but I'm going to be nice. Who am i kidding i have to, i frequent this joint every so often mainly on Sundays to take advantage of the two for one deals. It's small inside so most of the time the line is outside the door but it's kool they work pretty fast here. They have sooo many drinks i can't say what's my favorite i usually just pick something and it's always good. They also sell my favorite chips in the world Pop Chips!!! So now here comes the negative this place is always and i mean always filthy smh. They have at least six employees all the time and i can't understand why the place stays trashed. Anywhere in between the front door and around the cash register its dirty. Outside of that i think this is a cool place to have a few blended drinks. P.S. The ginger shot is similar to a shot of moonshine so walk light.
