HORRIBLE!! Do not order from this place! Only giving it a star becausw it is required to give it something. I would give it zero stars if possible. We ordered from this disgusting place since we were on our last leg of a 10 day trip and they placed a flier under our hotel door. They said it would be 40 min to an hour. Our food finally arrived, completely cold after 2 hours and a phone call asking where our food was. We noticed immediately that the pizza was completly cold, after arguing with the driver he finally agreed to remove the pizza. When we opened the other food, it too was completely cold.When we called to have them come pick up the food and reverse the charge, the driver (since there was no manager) began to accuse us of just wanting free food! Extremely rude! They are being reported to the better business bureau and hopefully this will prevent anyone else from ordering their disgusting food!

Yummy pizza!! My boyfriend and I were skeptical ordering from here based on recent reviews, but we decided to go ahead and order anyway. We ordered a large Margherita pizza and it was very good! Delivery was quick and the service was good as well. I don't have anything bad to say about this place.

Horrible! We waited an hour and a half for our food. We called 5 different times and was hung up on twice. The chicken tenders and calamari was almost black, the breadsticks were, literally, in a puddle of grease. Seriously, you're better off going to McDonalds. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I don't even want to give this place one star. It took 1.5 hours for a pizza to get delivered. It was cold upon arrival, pizza was over cooked and covered in grease. Horrible horrible horrible. I should have read the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

This food is the most discusting and revolking food that I have ever had delivered to me. I called at 7:20pm and called back at 8:40pm them telling me he was on his way up the elevator. Next thing you know 20 minutes later still no one. Finally he shows up, all of our food is completely cold. Not even warm. Completely soggy you couldn't even tell what it was. It was discusting and we sent the food back with the driver. We called back saying we want a refund and all they said was "no we don't have a manager. You just want free food." "We can't give free food to everyone who doesn't like our food" my mom called him an asshole and this place needs to be shut down and they need to stop putting flyers underneath doors of really nice hotels. Botton line don't EVER order from this place. Its DISCUSTING.

Was working in Tampa and decided to order pizza to the hotel room. Ordered just a large pepperoni pizza and about 40 mins later a delicious large piping hot pizza arrived. I proceeded to eat almost the whole thing by myself it was that good. If people's reviews are just based on delivery times your priorities are screwed up. Awesome pizza and if I'm ever in Tampa again I'll definitely be checkin them out.

The delivery may take a while (based on other reviews) but I ordered and waited at the restaurant and it only took a few minutes for a large pizza to go. While waiting, I met the family who owns and works there. They were so friendly and the pizza was great! I'm from NY and I really appreciated the NY style goodness. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Terrible service. They said it would be about 55min but 2 phone calls and 2 hours later they showed up with cold food. Called to complain and they said to call back tomorrow between 2-5 for the manager. Asked then to pic the food back up and give me a refund (driver still in parking lot) they said they didn't know how to refund with their credit card machine.
