Picked up bagels to go today & only had 3 varieties. Two of the three were wrong. They were very apologetic when I called. The offered to make the ones I wanted since they are now out of them. Great gesture & I took them up on it, but now I need to go back in an hour to pick them up. When I returned to pick up the correct bagels, they had exactly what was wrong and didn't even throw in anything extra for my troubles of having to go back there.

Just got a fresh bagel to go. I ordered a "non toasted" bagel with cream cheese. Do not understand what part of "non toasted" we don't understand? I just got done eating a bag of ooze with a side of bagel. I now have to see a client, glad I have sanitary wipes in the car. Just wish they would listen for a change.

Ok, yes the service is slow, but that's because they cram-pack way to much on a menu in a location probably just meant to serve bagels and coffee. Beside the slow service, I have to say this is my favorite local breakfast, and sometimes lunch, stop. The staff is super friendly and they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I've twisted and turned the simplest menu item and they're always happy to oblige, not with a snotty attitude or a roll of the eye, they just always happily make it happen. My favorite is their breakfast sandwiches, no similar establishment (panera, etc.) comes anywhere close.

I liek this Einstien. The owner is a nice guy. You have to watch how much cream cheese they put on the bagels. I have taken to asking for it on the side, so I get just the right amount.

Einstein Bros is EH to me. Not a huge fan of their squishy, doughy bagels-- they just taste plastic to me... but maybe that's just coming from a northern girl with a finicky palate for bagels. They are quick to compile your box o'bagels, but slow on bagel sandwiches and lox/bagel combos. I would skip any flavored cream cheese other than the veggie... and the lox is good, but not great. On the great end is their flavored coffee-- always hot and tasty. All in all, a decent place, but nothing close to Tampa Bay Bagels.

I've only gone here to pick up bagels and cream cheese en masse when I'm having an early meeting with clients. Always satisfied though and no complaints. Location is convenient, bagels are decent, prices are reasonable.

I've always enjoyed Einstein's. I had their Lox bagel for the first time and though they messed up the shmear by gaving me Honey Almond rather than Veggie it was pretty good, next time I'll order it without tomatoes. If you're looking to indulge- go with the Asiago bagel, it doesn't get much better.

WARNING -- Extremely SLOW service! Bagels are great, but if you're in a hurry don't bother. Coffee is lackluster, so skip the coffee altogether. If you've got 20 minutes to spare to wait for two toasted bagels with cream cheese, then this is the place for you!

Hm. The bagels this last visit were doughy... do they not kettle then bake? Methinks I need to ask them about the production process next visit. Not as good as other Einsteins.

Would give 0 stars but not an option. Were out of almost every bagel. Sort of like a gas station being out of gas. No hot tea either. Not sure what the manager was managing. 6 employees visible with no bagels and none of them making any more?! Another day 9/19/15 - out of plain bagels at 10am on Sat.

Einstein Bros is like Noah's bagels. You get huge, fluffy bagels. A New Yorker would probably cry, but it does its job of getting me a ton of carbs when I have a rare craving. I do love a toasted everything bagel with some smoked lox schmear. Yum. The chicken salad isn't great, and I find the egg sandwiches too greasy. The pace is usually pretty clean, and the staff is efficient.

I've been to plenty of Einstein's and this one is definitely mediocre in comparison. They didn't give my husband a pickle with his sandwich meal like he gets at other Einstein's and they also don't have a survey that prints at the end of the receipt to get a free drink or coffee at your next visit. The place is clean but the service is rather slow. This may be to the fact that they don't have a large staff. We ordered soup and after waiting a while for it were told that they ran out. They refunded us our money and the staff was apologetic but the experience was just annoying when we were hungry trying to eat our sandwiches. I ordered the Bagel Thin Eggwhite Sandwich- Asparagus, Mushroom & Swiss On an everything bagel thin. The actual bagel was overly salty which usually doesn't happen. I love salt and use too much all the time, so the fact that I thought it was salty shows how salty it must have been. Beside being overly salty it was a good sandwich. My husband got the Italian chicken panini and he like it. Overall, we like the Einstein chain but this one is okay.

Don't expect hand crafted bagels and you will be fine and maybe even enjoy your experience. Busy Saturday morning and frantic manager, I found the atmosphere a little stressful & hectic. The floors could be cleaner & the ordering process more efficient. Cinnamon raisin is one of my favorites and it was just ok. I asked for reduced fat cream cheese because I don't like the heavy taste of regular. However I still found the taste at Einstein Bagel not as I had desired. The iced mocha was delicious.

Bagels are toasty and chewy... Service is slow... But it's not their fault, it's the people ordering that make the lines back up. Never had a bad experience and always look for a coupon online. They normally have a free bagel with shmear when you purchase a drink. Also, they now have NUTELLA to spread over their warm bagels! Glad they finally caught on to a great thing!

This place needs an overhaul. Outdated, dirty, and disorganized. Always lots of people working but takes forever to get your food. Food prep area looks dirty and disorganized.

Came in on a Sunday around noon, it the drive they was backed up into the highway, and the line was out the door. You would think it was simply busy, however there is clearly an issue with efficiency and management. The manager was frantically asking his employees how they were doing and rightfully so since no one knew what they were doing or where the cups for coffee were. I ordered at the first counter and proceeded to pay at the second but no one prompted me for payment, I actually had to volunteer to pay for my meal. I could've easily ended with free bagels but felt bad on how poorly the establishment was running. In comparison to other Einstein Bagels, this one simply does not meet quality expectations. The bagels were hardly toasted and the smear wasn't as plentiful as it should have been. It took 15-20 minutes from ordering to get two bagels with cream cheese and iced coffees. Needless to say, I will probably drive all the way to Fowler Ave to get Einstein Bagels in the future.

When ever I'm near an Einstein's, I always pick up a bakers dozen, so I was happy to see this location was just 4 blocks from my hotel. They have so many flavors to choose from but my fave is the spinach bagel. All bagels are made fresh several times a day. Which is why I was sad that the newest bagel that I was looking forward to (the pumpkin walnut crunch) was gone. I was even more sad that they didn't slice my bagels and when I was ordering the girl sad "no problem" to my coupon, yet when I checked out another girl said they couldn't except it. Why were the girls on different wave lengths? Any way, I enjoyed my flavorful fresh bagels when I returned home. All we have here are "Catholic" bagels. Parking was very convenient and the store appeared clean. A lot of people don't know that they have punch cards. Buy 6 doz. and get one free! Make sure you get their card! Current health inspection: 1-high priority, 2-intermediate and 5-basic violations.

Is there a zero rating? Worst bagel place ever. My favorite bagel is the everything bagel. They don't have any. Not one. Boo hoo you think, just deal. They were rude about it. Note to staff: when you're down to 18 of a bagel flavor, make more! Or, if everything is popular, make more every day. Thanks for a bad experience and a ruined breakfast and morning.

Love the bagels at Einstein!!! Not quite as good as a New York bagel, but it's hard to find good, authentic bagels in Tampa. The Power Bagel with peanut butter, the Everything Bagel with turkey and cheddar, or the Tasty Turkey are my favorite menu items. They offer several varieties of tasty schmears ranging from plain to onion and chives, veggie, strawberry and maple. I usually order the low-fat plain cream cheese if I get a cinnamon raisin bagel. It's so tasty it doesn't seem like low-fat cream cheese! The bagels at Einstein are made fresh every day and I've been lucky to snag some bagels hot off the tray. The coffee is pretty good also. They have several seasonal roasts during the fall and winter that are fantastic and their dark roasts coffees are nice and bold. Minus one star because they run out of Everything Bagels a lot and that's my favorite bagel.
