Extremely underwhelming! My family is originally from Wisconsin so we were ecstatic when we heard there was a Culvers coming to town, then when we got a gift card for Christmas, it seemed "meant to be". Well, we finally got around to going tonight and we waited about 15 minutes to order, which was expected because the line was fairly large. We then got our drinks and sat down. After waiting another 25 minutes, we finally got our food. The food was okay, I can't really complain but at the same time I can't say that it came anywhere near my expectations. I had a bacon butterburger with cheese curds and the burger was ok. The meat was well seasoned and cooked but the cheese was not melted at all and falling off the burger in pieces. The cheese curds tasted pretty good but weren't warm by the time I got them so not great. My wife had the mushroom burger which is almost criminal to call it mushroom since it may have had the total of 1/2 - 3/4 of a small white mushroom cap on it diced. The onion rings she ordered were pretty tasty but suffered the same fate as my cheese curds, not warm. We then ordered food for some others who couldn't come, which didn't take long this time to order, and stood waiting for our to go order. We got our frozen items within a couple minutes and continued to wait for our 2 burgers to go (nothing special, normal burgers). We waited about 20 minutes because they were busy and I didn't want to be rude but when we asked the girl, she asked around and said it should be up soon. We waited about 10 more minutes and then finally stopped a manager (I think, hard to tell if anyone was in charge) and asked about our order. We then heard that person go over to a woman working at the "pass" and then watched her write up a ticket and hand it to the cooks and day "I need that on the fly". They didn't bother to tell us they lost our ticket but it was pretty obvious at that point. We waited another 15 minutes then finally got our burgers and had our frozen drinks remade and we were out, THANK GOD! I didn't expect "fast food" but I also didn't plan on spending 90 minutes for burgers and fried food. If I didn't have a gift card, I would have been extremely upset. Honestly, if you're in the mood for a greasy burger, I'd recommend Steak and Shake!

Not bad. Good fast food for the price. Custard is really good. Customer service was great, very friendly.

First time visiting this place after my girlfriend went on about how amazing culverts is. The cheese curds were interesting but the bacon double cheese burger was over prized and burned. Not worth the time.

Poorly designed parking lot as the drive thru blocks parking spots when busy. Service was fast and friendly being lunch time on a weekday. Ordered the bacon deluxe with a chili...burger was great, but chili tasted like out of a can and heated in a microvave and watered down.

God bless them but they can't get it right. Moved here from WI (home base) and have never waited more than 10 minutes. You are lucky if you get out of here in 40.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through line only to be given someone else's food. Fixing the problem took another 15 minutes. Sorry won't be back.

I haven't tried much off of the menu but they have great burgers for a decent price compared to other places of the same quality. Stay away from the grilled chicken sandwich, flavorless in my opinion. They have good fries and root beer. Heard bad things about their cheese curds, but I haven't tried them. They way the food is brought to you in the restaurant needs some work. Most of the time the employees look lost with your food. Overall a decent experience, but expect a bit of a wait.

I had heard the frozen custard is delicious, and I was in the mood for a rare fast food splurge. I walked in and the place was a mad house. It seemed like there were a dozen blue-capped employees , some delivering food and others seemingly milling around, confused and disorganized . I should have turned around once I saw the craziness . I ordered a malt and a chicken sandwich. I then stood waiting for about 5 minutes before the malt was brought to me, and after waiting about 10 minutes, my sandwich was still MIA and the malt, which I wanted to have AFTER the sandwich, not waiting in line, was melting. Another 15 minutes and the sandwich arrived. The chicken was fresh and tasty though bland. I certainly hope the disorganization and long wait for a simple sandwich is due to this being a new location.

Food took over 45 minutes to arrive to my table the fries were cold and stale and you can tell they have been sitting under a heat lamp for some time before being sent out..and thats not the worst part my burger WAS RAW AND BLEEDING!!! After waiting for soooo long you would think my burger would be cooked all the way at least..when I brought my bleeding burger to the manager named bryant he was rude to me and told me that all he could do was remake the order but I would have to wait on it because they were busy and they have alot of other orders to make...Really?! Ill Never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst fast food experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in to try it out. Had the southwest chicken sandwich. It wasn't anything special. My husband had the double deluxe burger. He did not rave about it. Compared it to a Steak 'n Shake burger. The curds were similar to mozzarella sticks with better cheese. The onion rings were very good. Perfectly breaded and salted.

I stopped by Culver's around 6:30pm on a Monday night. They've been open for about a week, so I was surprised by the long line around the building but it made me hopeful that the food would be worth it! 40 minutes later, 10 of which were spent trying to communicate with the drive-thru employee via their speaker that was having issues, I drove away with two Butter Burgers, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, and two Concrete Mixers. Their ordering system is unique; you order through the speaker, pay at the window, then pull ahead and wait a few minutes for them to bring your food out. This is part of their "made to order" mantra - nothing is prepared in advance. First, the burgers. They aren't gourmet, but are definitely better than your average fast food burger. I would say closer to Five Guys, but not quite there. The Cheese Curds... I was extremely disappointed by. This is one of the restaurant's staples, but it just tasted like mozzarella sticks. Perhaps they would benefit from a flavorful sauce, but there was absolutely no flavor in the curds themselves. The Concrete Mixers had great flavor, very creamy, but were lacking the "concrete" component. They were basically cold soup when we received them, and even an hour in the freezer didn't really help. So... would we go back? We don't eat a lot of fast food, and this wasn't good enough to make more than one exception for. Perhaps we'll stop by for a Concrete Mixer in the future (if they can make it less soupy).

We decided to try Culvers for the custard, and definitely were not disappointed! We had a car full, and ordered shakes, sundaes, a root beer float, and a concrete mixer (don't insult them by calling it a blizzard- it is wayyyy better!) And, although the drive thru was packed, but we got our treats rather quick considering the line. We have not had burgers there yet, but will definitely head back to try them soon! (FYI we took a road trip this summer and passed about 20 different Culvers throughout the mid west, and they were always packed!)

This is an amazing place for Midwest comfort food. Cheese curds? Yes! Everyone is nice. They make everything to order so if you're doing the drive thru BE PATIENT!! You drive around the corner and wait with a number on your car.

Saw this had opened and have been meaning to try it based on what all my Midwest friends say. I only stopped in for a sweet treat and the flavor of the day was turtle. I got a one scoop in a dish and took it home. It didn't disappoint. I was told I HAVE to come back and try the butter burgers so that's next on my list :)

Wow! This place was packed this afternoon. We went inside, waited in line for 15 minutes. We only got a cookie- dough concrete today and it was great. The employees we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The staff was also very allergy-friendly and made sure our concrete was made taking the appropriate precautions. We look forward to trying this again soon. (Although we didn't order lunch here, the counter staff was telling you the wait for lunch after ordering was 25 minutes).

Culver's was recommended to me by several friends and my boss, who loves bringing his son here. I am not a hamburger person, but I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would give it a try. The line actually moved quickly and I found the "pick up" area for the food was interesting. The staff member who brought my food out to me was very friendly. I ordered the the original butterburger, fries, and the Wisconsin Cheese Curds. Although the fries were a bit undercooked, everything was good. The food was so good, I forgot to take some pictures. If I am in the neighborhood, I would definitely return. I am happy that this location and the one on Hillsborough are not located too close to me. It would be too convenient just to run through the drive-thru!

The first time I went to this establishment my experience was less than stellar. It took them 15 minutes to make one order of cheese curds, and when I received them they weren't hot. I had to call the store from my phone just to get them to bring them out to me, so I believe they'd forgotten about my order. However, management reached out to me, apologized, and invited my boyfriend and I back for two free value meals. That alone right there showed me that their company values integrity and kindness. We ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with fries, and a bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds. Both came on time and were delicious and hot. The staff came up to us and asked us about our experience this time which was stellar compared to the first. My boyfriend and I will be returning customers. Especially after we ordered a small custard with peaches and marshmallow fluff to go! A nice way to finish a wonderful meal!! Thanks, Culvers!

I finally got around to stopping here on my way back to Pasco when I got off of 275 at the Bearss exit. I ordered a butter burger and some of there cheese curds. I was asked to pay and pull forward where they would bring it out to your car. The burger was just okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat one again. As far as the cheese curds I think they tasted like mini mozzarella sticks without the marinara. I don't see my self coming here again unless they turn it into an IN-N-Out burger!!!

The revisits of the burger joint by select the different items in the menu make me feel they are better choice. I would suggest not go for the shave prime rib, Atlantic code, or onion ring. These are the items I am not recommended. Go for the burger. Since we have sign up for the e-club. They have given us a coupon of but one get one free value basket. We have order the double cheese burger with bacon. We have up the cost from our value basket to a strawberry shake and curb cheese ball. The up charge is only $1.60. Our total price for two burgers and the upgrade side is less than $11 with coupon. Talking about the saving, this is a good value. The burger patty is ground beef smash into thinner piece and over hot plate grill top. The meat is seared to crispy since they are thin. As a result, the burger is great on taste. Because the patty is so thin, you may wonder when you have order double and it look like single. Please sign their mailing list and you can receive the coupon. Great services have put them in the 4 star. They are people constant check on you and take away the trash from your table.

We tried the burgers, curds, onion rings, fries an even the ice cream. All tasted average and fried items were greasy. Not worth the hype - disappointed.

I needed to grab food on the way home from a play date. This was just up the street and on the corner. Having never been to a Culvers, I wasn't sure what to expect, however, After a quick read through of the menu, I settled for a combo of their Bacon cheese burger, fries and a dr. Pepper. When I pulled up to the window, I paid, was given my soda and a number, the kind of number that you'd put on your table to wait for someone to deliver it to me. I sat there. No one told me to pull forward. After a minute, the girl looked out the window and I asked. "So, did you WANT me to pull forward?" she nodded. Great, be clear. that's the important part, I've never been here before. I pulled around to the very first (last) parking spot and waited.. less than a full minute for the person to bring me out my sack of food.. I'm sorry to say that i was disgusted when they smiled because they had what you'd say was meth mouth. It was disconcerting to say the least. But the fries were hot, if over cooked, and the burger was YUMMY.. I might come back.

I went to Culver's again yesterday to do homework with my mentee and eat some delicious food. They did not disappoint. I didn't get the cheese curds this time but I did get a snack pack burger. Perfectly cooked with good crispy bacon on top. My mentee got the Buffalo chicken tenders which she said she didn't really like but she ate them anyway. She just put tons of ranch and ketchup on them. Kids lol. They looked thin and dry and we're way over-priced ($9 for the basket) For a place that specializes in butter burgers and custard (had both....delicious) why is the chicken so expensive? Costs too much for inventory? I'm not in the biz so I don't know. I will continue to go back and try more menu items. Their salads look pretty tasty and would give an excuse to get the fried cheese curds again. They were delicious. Like a mozzarella stick but instead fried squeaky cheese. I hope they are getting enough steady business to stick around for a while. I still have free custard to redeem.

This place is the "Cadillac of Fast Foods" in the 21st Century. I travel to the Midwest a lot for business so I have been eating Culver's for years...and it's AWESOME. Now there are 2 new Culver's in the Tampa Bay area...this one and another one in Largo across the bridge. The one in Largo has not yet settled in...the food there is NOT up to Culver's standards...too greasy and not cooked enough...or cooked too much. But this location has it down perfectly...tastes just like the Culver's you get up in the Midwest. The Burgers and Chicken are the best of any fast food joint in the country these days. The french fries are better than everyone except maybe McDonald's. And the Ice Cream/Milkshakes just blow everyone else out of the water. The biggest problem you will have here is that it's just TOO darn busy! They are killing it in terms of business because it's sooooo much better than the McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger Kings of the world. Once you have to wait in line for this long...it ceases to be fast food. Of course when your biggest problem is that you are TOO busy and people like your food too much...not really a problem. Culver's as a chain has a chance to put the older chains like Wendy's and Burger King out of business over the long haul...seriously...it's THAT much better.

It's a nice welcome to otherwise not very attractive part of town on a busy intersection between Bears and Nebraska, Culvers is a welcome additions. If you are into fast food restaurant like a greasy hamburger and fried chicken sandwich, you would added to your already long list of fast food restaurant along fletcher ave. For me, it is the many flavors of delicious custard that draw me into culvers, and that's what the 4 stars is about!

Best fast burgers. The fries are amazing/addicting!!! Only down side is that they don't have coke products. Man those burgers are heavenly.

Not a bad place to get a burger off I275. Just don't got there on a diet or in a hurry. We showed up at 8:10, and the place was full. There was a line to order and a matching line for the drive-thru. I got in line, and it took about 5 minutes to order. After ordering, I sat down, and it was another 15 minutes before the server brought our food. I guess they weren't lying when they said food was made to order. In a dinner rush, that means there's a long wait. The food was fine. The burger patties are of that thin variety that the edges are crispy. I tried the sourdough melt, and I did not detect any sourness in the bread. It mostly tasted of butter and beef. I'm not complaining much. I also had the fried cheese curds, which basically tasted like little fried mozzarella cheese sticks. And I tried the Culver brand root beer, which was very creamy but not especially distinctive in flavor. My husband really liked his Deluxe Butter Burger with the crinkle fries and a chocolate frozen custard shake. The place was reasonably clean, and the staff was very polite.

I went here for my first time today. The burgers exploded with flavor. Well worth 5 stars. The custard in the turtle sundae was amazing! I had the double bacon cheese. So GOOD and the employees are very friendly!

Food was really good. Service was about average for fast food. Cashier was not sure what food they served. Originally ordered food and waited about 18 minutes for half our order. Other half came out about 5 minutes later. Decided we wanted to get ice cream and ordered. We asked for one of the deserts on there website and was told by the cashier. ..."What is that?" After showing her the picture on our phone she said "oh.... we can make that."...... guess what deserts were awesome again however we waited over twenty minutes and were told they had to re-freeze the custard. Long story short. ...... Food is really good but plan a long event.

I was so excited when I saw we were getting a culvers. I loved going to culvers when I lived in another state but very disappointed with this location. Very slow service... Took almost 15 minutes to get a burger and fries when ordering inside and the man standing next to me had ordered food for his family to go and had been waiting over 25 minutes. When he finally got his food, the order was wrong and no one even so much as apologized. Very disappointed

Awesome burgers and fries with a Wisconsin twist at this new fast-food drive through cum sit-down restaurant in north Tampa. The ButterBurgers are hearty and have a great char and texture, plus the buns are actually toasted, which is a huge plus, in my book. I had the signature Culver's Deluxe, which features two patties, cheese and lettuce and tomato. The crinkle fries are large and fried and salted just right. My friend had a kids' meal that was actually just right-sized for any normal adult. In fact, the only real qualm here is the portion size and calorie count, both of which are really too much for regularly consuming, unless, I guess, you live in Wisconsin and need to stay warm. Some of the desserts look mighty tempting, such as something they call a Concrete Mixer, which is a takeoff on the Dairy Queen Blizzard, featuring a ton of mix-ins. The kids' meal even came with a scoop of the signature frozen custard, a creamy treat somewhere between gelato and soft serve.

Being a new building the restaurant was very clean and attractive. The staff was friendly. We placed our order at 7:55 pm and it was delivered to our table at 8:29 pm. I wouldn't call that fast food. However, the food was very good! We ordered the fried cod dinner and Ruben sandwich with onion rings. The cod was good, the slaw was excellent, the crinkle fries were good. The Reuben was very tasty however skimpy on the corn beef but reasonable for a "fast food" restaurant. The rings we real onion rings, not greasy but were cut thin. There was a line of cars around the building and through the parking lot for drive through pick up. Lots of cars in the parking lot, with plenty of parking. Will go back again but will make sure it's when they aren't packed and the young staff have gotten more experience.

Completely impressed with the taste of my meal and the model of the company. Being a girl from the Midwest I was so delighted with the butter burger and to support a Wisconsin company. Burgers are from Wisconsin and never frozen! Typically a conscience eater....I question the ethics of ranches as no where does it say grass-fed, hormone/antibiotic free. Deducing this I will dine here sparingly For a quick meal and something other than the average fast food joint, I recommend this one.

Drive thru service was terrible, I had to beg someone to check my order since others were getting theirs before mine... I was told that my onions had to get redone, but at least come out & let me know... On top of all that wait my burger was made wrong ! No discount no comp no nothing !

A fast food place with selection a great concept. From pot roast, prime rib, fresh battered fish, pork tenderloin, Reuben sammiches, burgers, onion rings, cheese curds, custard, malts, you name and this place fries it up. Good was delicious in the old fifties style of of dining. Battered fish was light and fresh but the grease ran down my beautiful wife's arm and my double butter bacon cheeseburger did the same. I also ordered a chocolate malt shake that they make with frozen custard. After trying this with custard I gotta say I prefer my shakes with ice cream. This malt was too sweet believe it or not and the texture was best described as "slippery". So if carbs and calories and cholesterol are not a concern to you and just good old Fashioned comfort foods are what your palate is calling for than Culvers is our new hot spot. Overall I enjoyed the experience, just not sure it's to die for, lol

The food at this culver's location was cooked perfectly. I had a butter burger with cheddar cheese & all of the toppings. The burger was seared to perfection & the bun was also warm & crispy. The only downside to this burger joint is how long it took to get service & my burger. I waited 20 minutes in line & was told that the food would be another 20-30 minutes. I can say though that the food is worth the wait & I will definitely be back again soon

Their vanilla malts are simply amazing. The best I've ever had (and the only reason I keep going back)! If you like any kind of malt candy, it's like drinking a thick version of it. I'm not a huge sweet eater and I absolutely love them. I don't like typical "fast food" hamburgers. These are similar to Steak n Shake in my opinion. I tried the sourdough melt and a regular butter burger; I wasn't extremely impressed. (Especially considering the 15 minute wait.) For a burger, I'd go the extra 8 minutes away and get one from Five Guys (I always order online and it's ready in about 7 minutes). The cheese curds are tasty. They don't taste any different than a baked mozzarella stick. I wish that they included some kind of dipping sauce. I'd definitely recommend trying it if you have some time. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) and burgers that are above places like Burger King but below Five Guys. Definitely get a malt! 5 stars for the malt/ 3 stars for the burger (But I'm really picky about cheeseburgers!)

Love this place! This is the top of the list for fast food restaurants. Midwest corn-fed beef hamburgers, the best! Orders are cooked to order, so they may not be as fast as McD's or BK,.but you know your food is hot and fresh...worth the wait! I had the oversized pork tenderloin basket that you can only find in the Midwest...highly recommend! Daughter had a butterburger, she said was the best ever. We drove down from Wesley Chapel just to eat there, well worth it. Will be going back again and again!! Had the concrete custard for desert, so good! And cheese curds were perfect with the marinara. Hope they open a location in Wesley Chapel!

Wanted to give this place time to sort out any type of newly-open restaurant drama. You'd think after all the time that has passed since they opened, they'd have a good idea of who is a good fit for their establishment. Not the case, as this place is lacking in the customer service department. I understand that the younger folks working there probably don't know a thing about customer service, however; that is where management is supposed to provide training. Take it back to basics. Hello, please, thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day, etc. Now for the food...it was ok! I had the double deluxe. That was pretty good. Thin patties, good pickles, good cheese and a tasty bun. Not greasy or soggy. Cheese curds need a different batter. Basically they are mozzarella stick minis. Mint Oreo Concrete was way over flavored with mint syrup an very liquidy. Suggest Renaming to liquid concrete. Fries were ok, all were not evenly cooked. Overall meal was not as offensive as the impersonal, unprofessional and obviously unhappy staff. May visit again.

Culvers is awesome, and a place I'm so glad that we finally got. Originally I experienced Culvers in Cape Coral, Florida, so again I was excited when they came to Tampa. Now I hope they move to Brandon (it's 20 minutes closer). Having said that I will continue to drive to Tampa to get their food until they consider my city. Anyways, the burgers are so great and cooked very thin. The onion rings are perfect, not over battered, and just such a fantastic flavor. The cheese curds! My Lord, the cheese curds! I had heard about them but never tasted them. Well let me tell you if you go to Culvers and don't get an order of them you have missed the boat. Last but not least, the custard creams, the turtle sundae is to die for. Don't forget a flavored shake. Make this you're new burger place, you won't be sorry! :)

  • Bret A.

Somewhere between fast food and a sit down restaurant, Culvers is a different kind of restaurant concept. You order at the register and then sit at a table where someone will bring you food. They focus on quality farm ingredients made when you order so expect a bit of a wait after you order. The portions are very large and the ingredients definitely a cut above. Expect to pay $8-10 for entree type items like huge hamburgers, loaded roast beef and nice salads with fruit, etc. Known for their shakes and custard, like ice cream, these items are popular as well. They are very crowded so expect to wait, but that's OK as it will take you quite a while to read all of the menu options and choose. :-) The drive through is an alternate option but still runs a slower than other fast food chains. The quality wins out though so give it a try and just bring a little patience - its worth the wait.

This is exactly what it purports itself to be. A great place for burgers and frozen custard. The fries are tasty and the cheese curds are great when hot (so eat them first!)

So my mom saw this new resturant on Nebraska (where the old feed store was), she had visited this resturant in Kentucky and loved it. She wanted to take me, my sona nd my brother there so we could see how good it was. Well lets just say it was a bit of a let down. First the positives, the portions are pretty good for what you pay. My mom and I got the cod plate. It came with two big pieces of cod, and two sides for about $8. So not bad. My son and brother both got sandwhiches and fries for about $6. The meals do not come with drinks though. So we sit down and our food is brought out to us about 20 mins later (at least you know it's cooked fresh). Now the not so positive. My son asked for nothing other than cheese on his frisco melt, and sure enough they put onions on it. My mom's fish was under cooked. The took that back and made a new plate. The manager came out, but he was all of maybe 20 so he really didn't know how to handle this. This place is good, but it's not a place I will go out of my way for.

Heard the food was great...I wouldn't know because I died while waiting in the drive thru! Have been in line for 30 minutes!!! They let you pay and drive around back and wait for your food. No food could be worth this wait. Plus for two burgers fries and med drinks $20? No thanks I won't be back.

we have never lived where there is a Culvers, and discovered them in South Dakota many years ago. Yesterday we were happy to see one and went in for lunch....there was a mistake made on our order, and those people were so exceptionally nice and quick to fix it. I could not believe it...the double butter burger....had that special beefy, brown on it that you can find no where else...i just held it in my mouth and woundered when I would ever see another Culvers sign.....I really wanted to have fried chicken and mashed potatoes....I must find another.....a fan.

I wanted to see what all the excitement was after passing by a few times and seeing the drive-thru always packed. I had never heard of Culver's before , so I was going in with no pre-conceived ideas. The first problem that we encountered was the parking lot... It was absolutely crazy. Not very well desigened as the drive-thru lane, when busy, blocks the parking lanes. We came in and ordered The staff was friendly enough.. Two of our party had the regular hambuger meals with cheese curds and the other two had the more substantial meals of the pot roast. We take a number, get drinks and sit at our table and wait... As the parking lot would suggest, there were a lot of people in the restaurant. Not very many tables to choose from... One thing that we did notice was the employees were taking their breaks in the dining room... About six employees were taking up three tables and one was pushing a broom around them so he could still chat... It seems that with it being so crowded, that they could find another place to be. So we are still waiting for the food.. We notice other tables are getting antsy with their orders not being delivered. To make a long story shorter, We waited 25 minutes for our fast food meal to be delivered! The burgers came out fine, but the Pot roast orders were freezing cold! We had to send them back, probably to be nuked some more. It took about ten more minutes to get these plates back and by then the manager delivered them to us. There was an apology and an offer of free custard, but we declined as we were just happy to get the food into our hypoglycemic bodies... The burgers are greasy but good, but not extra-ordinary. The cheese curds are fried balls of cheese and were not anything special. The pot roast could have been made at any high school cafeteria, so I was not a big fan. In the area there are multiple hamburger restaurants and as the LED streetlight sign across the street blinked ads for Burger 21 and Steak & Shake, .. Mocking me...

Too many employees and they don't know what they're doing. I ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard, they gave me a cut up chicken breast with packs of actual honey..... Not worth it for $8, probably won't be back...

This place was extremely crowded and there was at least 25 employees that seemed clueless as to what was going on. You're basically over paying for McDonalds quality food. I didn't try the ice cream though so I'm sure that is really good.

Waited 30 minutes for a fast food burger and my order was wrong... Had never been here but I see them being built everywhere so I thought I'd try. I doubt I'll be back.

I don't eat fast food, but Culver's is actually really good! Their burgers taste kind of charred, which is awesome. They are soft, the meat is amazing, and the veggies are fresh. The fries are awesome. The milkshakes are awesome. The flavors of custard they have are kind of weird, they have a daily special and sometimes they are odd - but maybe I'm old fashioned. Only complaint I have is the service, they forget a lot of things and mix up your orders periodically when you drive around the side to wait.

Slow service. Over 25 minutes to get food after 8 pm. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry

I have been to Culvers in Wisconsin and always thought very highly of the food. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this restaurant. the walleye fish was a big puff of fried dough n burnt grease. horrible

Why, this place is nothing more than a McDonald's! I was expecting it to be a sit-down place with restaurant-style hamburgers. I had a deluxe burger with fries. The meat on the burger was paper thin, and with all the vegetable toppings, I could hardly taste the meat. The fries were grocery-style krinkle cuts. Now that I know what to expect, I'll go back when I'm in the mood for a low quality fast-food burger.

My wife and were so excited when culvers was being built but working in food service as managers we didn't get a chance to try you guys out until today. Got a warm welcome from employees that were leaving but a bare stare as we were asking questions at the register. So we figured out the menu ourselves because we would of just got yes or no answers. Was excited about the cheese churd and they were very delicious. I had the the melt and very good but a little greasy for my taste. As a manager I know customer service should be number one and the presence of a manager is very important and talking to new guest and building a relationship with the guest should be top of the list.
