I've been to this place twice before for dinner and yesterday I went for brunch. I find the food to be pretty good here. I usually order either a rice bowl for dinner or an egg bowl for brunch. You stick with that, you will be fine. The servers are usually very friendly. Also, prices are very reasonable and it is never a long wait to be seated (even during brunch, which is usually crazy at most places). I would recommend this place to others.

The lunches here are great with a lot of interesting tasty choices. The brunch on the other hand is just ok. Unlike the Daily Eats (same parent company) this place does not have all natural eggs. Also no real maple syrup. It's a bit pricey for average fare but the back deck is lovely.

Tried this place with friends who come here all the time. WOW...so good. I got the Hot & Spicy Tuna bowl with Asian Noodles. So tasty, fresh, and healthy! My husband got the Southwest stir fry with Spagetti Squash and he loved his. Will definitely come back the next time I'm visiting my friends in the area.

Immediately see that there's an outdoor patio with a live singer. A bit cloudy and chilly out but the music is bright and cheery. While I wait for a good friend to join me, I order a Bloody Mary. A little disappointed it's not unlimited but fell in love instantly!!! It's a "wine based vodka, crushed black pepper, fresh tomato juice, and a splash of hot sauce and celery" yum o yum. If anything I will definitely come back for this alone. My friend ordered a Sangria and it looks tasty. She says its ... I ordered a Benny Bowl which comes in a huge ceramic bowl. It's scrambled eggs and ham over toasted and chopped English muffin pieces. Overall a tasty brunch.

Been doing take out for months now. Good food but it is like eating in the caf at college. Outside is nice weather permitting. Thought I would meet a friend for lunch and had to eat inside because of the heat. What a disappointment. Had to simultaneously save my seat and pay for my order, get my drink and utensil while balancing all that and my table number . No wait staff until 3pm. Ugh. When I asked the young lady who was clearing tables if I could have a take out container for my left overs she pointed me back up to the register to where I could pick up a box myself. Not going to ever do lunch here again. Because the food is good, we will continue take out but don't plan on eating in any time.

I love love love Ciccio's. From Maxmosa and Banana pancakes all the way to the Chicken Thai bowl! Definitely one of my favorite spots in town!

I love this place. How could I have not reviewed this sooner when I have been here at least 3 times. What I like most about this place is the outside patio I love the misting fan the shade the sunshine and the landscaping. The atmosphere is perfect especially with the music playing in the background. Service is especially wonderful. In my opinion just looking at the menu it seems a little bit difficult for me. Servers are always very helpful and breaking it down. I tried Farro here for the first time. I liked it a lot. I have tried various types of bowls including those with chicken and steak. There's so many healthy varieties I just want to try everything. My husband whom doesn't like a lot of vegetables really likes this place too. We are happy that its close by because we will keep coming back whether its for breakfast lunch or dinner. We will bring our doggie Mocha too since is this place is very dog friendly. I must not forget they do have a variety of mimosas and beers and wines that makes everything even better.

I've been here multiple times with my husband and every single time we are blown away by the service and the food. One time the kitchen made a mistake on our order and they were very gracious and corrected the problem immediately and took the entree off of the bill! I'm also thoroughly impressed by any company that offers a military discount and Ciccio Cali definitely does that! Not only is the customer service amazing, the food is even better! My go to is the Hot and Crunchy Tuna over Asian noodles and my hubby usually orders something different to try something new each time we go. If you're a fan of brunch, please also check out their brunch a live music on the weekends! It's absolutely fantastic.

Let me first say that when my husband wanted to go here I had no clue what it was or the type of food and not too happy because of it. However, delicious! We were instantly seated and had fast service as well as some amazing food! Try the stuffed pretzel! I actually cannot wait to go back! (And the boutique on the corner of the plaza is really cool too)

This place is the best. I am visiting the area for a business trip and a friend took me here my first night. She thought I would like it and boy was she right. The food is phenomenal, and the service is really great. I got the mahi half moon bowl with spaghetti squash and it was delicious. The next night I was looking for a place to go and since I couldn't get this join out of my mind all day I decided to return. I came this time on a tuesday. It was popping! There are 2 dollar sangrias and tacos (or flats) on Tuesday. Really great place. The only thing I'm bummed about is that they are not in Orlando :(

  • Brandi T.

The crunchy tuna bowl was delicious but I noticed a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller portion. (probably won't order this again). My husband ordered the Chicken coconut curry and said he could tell it was time for shift change. Bland and less than spectacular. Service, champagne sangria and beer were good. Not the best visit at Ciccio's but certainly not the worst in Tampa.

I had heard about this place from a friend on Facebook, I should have tried this place a long time ago!! I had the Thai bowl with noodles and absolutely loved it. Seriously, I couldn't stop thinking about it for a few days afterwards. I think next time I will ask for the sauce on the side because I felt there was a little too much of it. The peanut aioli was absolutely delicious and it was a lot less peanutty than I thought it would be. My husband got the spicy Brazilian with yellow rice. He seemed to really like his and I thought it was good, but it wasn't even close to mine! I was very happy with my choice. We can't wait to go back and try some other items on the menu. Who am I kidding? I will probably get the Thai bowl again, but I might make hubs get something else so I can sneak a bite.

Brunch is becoming a weekend habit here; the bowls are delicious and healthy, and the perfect amount of food!! The maximosa is refreshing and a must have. Don't ask, just do it ;) Love how they have fans blowing a gentle breeze on the outdoor patio especially on the hot summer days. Whenever we come for Sunday brunch there's a live singer giving it such a relaxing and tranquil vibe. There are several gluten free options and they are marked right on the regular menu so no need to ask or wait around for a special menu.

This is a hidden gem in New Tampa. It is always so hard to find a place that you want to go back to, but this could be it. It has a very healthy menu. I had the big tuna tuna bowl and it was spectacular. My som had the ultimate Brazilian and the wife had a fajita bowl... They were both great. Being a first time guest we were given a very unhealthy...yet delicious chocolate chip cookie. I plan on heading back to try the breakfast.

This location is packed at lunch, first time there. Parking is tough. It's so crowded that you may have to eat in the outdoor patio, which is very nice. We had the rice bowls; Mexican, Brazilian and Thai. All three were pretty good, however the thai needs to spice it up a bit. The bowls were large, very good size portions. The service is very good too, very nice young ladies. My only complaint is that too many yentas take up valuable table space. When we entered I noticed 2 tables that I thought were finished, no food on the tables, just a couple of sodas. We ate taking our time, about 45 minutes; when we left those yentas were still chatting. This is not Starbucks, restaurants need to turn tables. Any how, we will be back, but at 11am.

Really delicious and healthy food. Although the food is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it.

The hot and crunchy was amazing! Pedro was beyond fabulous!! And sure can't complain about the happy hour specials!! Great place to come seat outside and enjoy the weather!

Went for Sunday brunch and I loved the cream stuffed pretzel French toast!!!! My daughter had a meal with pancake, eggs and sausage. She loved everything except the pancake. We will be back, just won't get pancakes.

Ciccio's wraps aren't bad, exactly, but they're not worth the price. In order to convince you that the price is a bargain, they offer some sort of "side" -- which may not be exchanged for any other "side" on the menu, even if you're allergic. And the quantity you get is homeopathic. Any other restaurant would call it garnish. Add to that the tiny parking lot, in which you'll be competing with Koizi's all-you-can-eat sushi patrons, and you may well wonder if it's worth the trouble to eat here. Allow me to save you the trouble: it isn't.

  • Kara C.

We love this place, especially their Taco Tuesday! My favorite dishes I ways repeat: The Basic chicken wrap (ask for the Marsala sauce to go along with the wrap) and if you like spice, get the Brazilian bowl!

I've been here several times, but what has really stood out to me is the service and accommodation for large groups. I was sad to see that World of Beer had gone away but have found that Ciccio Cali has filled a special niche all on its own. They have a good beer and wine selection to accompany their trendy looking bar. I do wish they had more room at the bar, as it seems like it gets a bit busy traffic-wise due to its proximity with the kitchen. I really like their Spicy Thai Red Chili. It had a really rich flavor and was actually spicy enough for me to notice. I really enjoyed the sweet and sour flavors with the strong garlic undertones.

I love this place! I always end up getting a bowl with rice or noodles, and it's huge! My boyfriend has a big appetite and even he is stuffed after finishing it all. It is a little pricey, but the food is really fresh tasting and I believe it's organic? Staff is always very friendly!

I really do enjoy coming here, especially on $2 for Tuesday nights. The food is excellent, but this location is chaotic during lunch hour. Orders are placed at a counter by the front door - where the line is crowded and confusing - and your food is served at your table shortly after...hopefully all is well after that because it's difficult to get any server's attention at that point. Unfortunately, ordering at the counter makes dining less personal and allows for errors in alterations or substitutions...a simple request when I placed my order at the front counter (PLEASE NO SAUCE, or on the side at the very least) was either lost in the shuffle or just ignored...my stir fry was DRENCHED in sauce. The upstairs dining area was incredibly hot today as well. Normally I am very happy with this place, but I was extremely disappointed this visit. I doubt I will return during the lunchtime rush.

Service and atmosphere for Ciccio was great. The staff were warm and conversational while not being over bearing or absent. As for the food, everyone at my table loved their meals. I had the Buffalo Chicken and between my other three friends there were 2 Crunchy Tuna and a Half Moon. There was a great combination of rice and toppings and very healthy portions of your protein. It would be very hard to end up with just spoonfuls of rice when you're done! The only negative thing I have to say about my meal is that for a non vegetarian friendly individual (taste/texture just aren't my thing, which I understand is more of a personal issue) there just weren't a lot of dishes that sounded like they could standalone and I wouldn't feel bad saying I wouldn't want x, y, and z. Which led me to the buffalo chicken bowl. However it was so packed with buffalo flavor, down to the rice being soaked in the sauce/taste as well, that it was way too rich and almost overpowering. I could only eat a little before having to put my fork down and box the rest up to go. I should have asked if it was possible in future bowls to forego the sauce being added to the rice to help balance things out a bit, but I forgot. Nevertheless, it's a great place to go! Especially if you're someone who likes vegetables more than me (which is practically everyone). :P

Awesome place. From the food to service to entertainment, everything was great! The outdoor patio had a mist machine so it wasn't too hot. The Brazilian bowl was so good. Kyle was a great waiter and accommodated a difficult group with kids. The mimosas were delicious too. The bowls are about 9$ and mimosas are 4$. This is a nice place for almost any sort of casual occasion.

I could come here at any time of the day. They have the most BOMB breakfast selection. I got the French toast. And all of their lunch/dinner bowls are on point. But most of all, the slamgrias and the live music outside just puts anyone in a good mood. I always recommend this place to my guests at the hotel for dinner. Love it

This place is Awesome. I had the Hot & Crunchy Tuna... the Tuscan pizza and the Tuna Citrus. All were full of flavors ! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We're definitely coming back!

I recently had the chance to go here when they had the full lunch menu available. Me and J-Fur's parents were in town, as were Joel H.'s rents. We had just finished up watching J-Fur become Dr. Hunsecker(!!!!) and were famished. My lunch mates really like the place, so it was an obvious choice. I had the club wrap, consisting of turkey, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, with a choice of dipping sauce, and I chose the caesar. I really liked the wrap, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I could have done without the raw chunks of tomatoes, but as I have mentioned, I am pretty picky. Sadly, I have had a bit of a stomach flu, and could only finish half of the wrap. Maybe the third time I visit, the stars will align and I can actually eat a whole meal.

Ok i'm back again and they are back to a 5 rating again. The cream cheese stuffed pretzel french toast was simply deeeeeelish! The cali egg bowl with potatoes and guac was yummmmmmmy! And the sparkling champagne mimosa was crisp, citrusy, n refreshing! Service was on point. The live music was delightful and the A/C was pumping! Congrats! I crave you once again!

Fast fresh food in a cool ambience. If you want to eat really healthy this is the place! I ordered the California chopped salad with chicken. The salad was really big and fresh. I added both the chopped chicken and the blackened chicken. I prefer the chopped chicken over the blackened chicken bcuz the texture was a bit "rubbery". When they brought my salad out they did forget the dressing and took a good 10mins to grab Which was a bit of a nuisance. My daughters ordered the kids pizza and they loved it. I did try a bite, and the pizza was very Delish! Better than most local pizzerias! The kids pizza is quite big as it is 3 slices each! Our waitress was very prompt in taking out order. Several of the staff were a bit clumsy, spilling/breaking dishes and dropping cleaning products near the tables.

I didn't realize they had a brunch menu on the weekends til 3. Little limited in the lunch items that I'm used to... Everything else was pretty consistent with the other Ciccios that I go to. This location has a lift seating area, REALLY nice outdoor area and live music too. The server dropped our food off with no forks but otherwise had a quick healthy lunch with no issues.

Simply the best fresh food in town. Californian vibe restaurant, friendly staff and I never get disappointed with their food. Will always recommend for those who are sick of all the crappy food around here

Good healthy place. I wish it wasn't just local. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Tampa. Great gluten free menu too.

Had the tuna poke over rice. Great flavor profiles. Really fresh ingredients. Tuna is sashimi grade and lightly seared. The sesame oil and black sesame seeds give it a nice rich taste. Highly recommend for the healthy eaters. Don't sleep on the beer selections. Lots of local brews like cigar city, funky Buddha, tampa bay brewing company on tap.

I thought I should have liked this place better than I did. We stopped here after an afternoon bike ride and sat outside for lunch. Upon arriving, we stood at the hostess stand for what seemed like an awkwardly long time. We were finally seated outside and ordered. I had a taste for some fresh fruit and asked if the 'fresh fruit' was actually fresh cut daily or if it was from a bag delivered by Sysco. I was assured it was cut fresh daily and ordered it as a side to my pancake, eggs, and ham. The woman ordered a 'pretzel french toast' and asked for an egg as a side. Our waiter came back and told us that he was sorry, but they could not prepare an egg as a side; the manager informed him that the smallest egg dish they had was a 2-egg dish that was $7. That's something I've never heard before, but ok, screw the egg. The food finally showed up and the first thing I noticed was the 'fresh fruit'. It was the familiar Sysco mix: squishy cantaloupe and honeydew, a single piece of syrupy pineapple, and four grapes with brown tops and wrinkly skins. What else did I notice? I was expecting her pretzel french toast to maybe be french toast crusted with pretzels. Instead, it was a cream-cheese stuffed soft pretzel that was maybe fried on a griddle for a bit. For a somewhat healthy restaurant, we certainly weren't expecting this dish that would fit in better at an Ohio State Fair. At least the pancake was good.

Went back to try the Sunday brunch. This place is just too cool we took my Aunt and little cousin this time. Total 6 people. We ate so much. Everyone has a full breakfast with drinks and coffee for a total of $56.00 dollars!! You can't beat that fur brunch. I had the seared Asian runs bowl....on top of spaghetti squash. It was so damn good. This place offers very healthy choices for a reasonable price. We didn't wait 2 minutes before we were seated. There was live music playing.... It was really nice music as well. They also have bottomless mimosas on Sunday! Truly making it a Sunday Funday!! This place is once again one of the healthiest and best choices in the Tampa Palms area I have experienced, the cool California ambiance makes you feel like you are dining west coast style. I'll be back for sure!!

This is our new favorite place. The menu is easy to understand the concept of this place is very creative. You have so many choices to customize your meal. The food tastes great, so good in fact that everyone at the table was so curious about everyone else got that we were sharing with each other. I didn't taste anything I didn't like. The kids menu is great also, usually kids are very picky but these kids ate it up like it was going out of style. The staff was friendly and our server was polite and knew the menu well. We will definitely be back

I was hanging with an old college friend at a "geekfest" when we decided to go to dinner near her home in Tampa Palms. She asked if I liked Ciccio Cali and I told her I had never heard of it. We went, we ate, and I wanna go back! As soon as you walk in you feel a fresh vibe from the clean white and green decor. A bit of confusion as I thought that I was supposed to order at a register, but realized there was a hostess stand...based on other reviews I guess it depends on the time of day on whether the restaurant is full service or not. We ordered Chips, Salsa and Guac....fresh and delish...especially the guacamole. At this point was already impressed because my hipster server was soooooo nice and extremely helpful since I was a first-timer. The options all seemed healthy and yummy, but I'm a noodle lover, so I knew whatever I got would include noodles. I ended up with a Asian Noodles with Poki. It didn't look like a lot when I got my bowl, but I needed a box in the end. I was really blown away with the simplicity of the food that was packed with so much flavor! It was perfectly balanced with sweet/savory sauces, crunchy jicama, roe and fresh tuna that was slightly seared. The server gave me a free chocolate chip cookie to end my first visit and it was damn good too! 5 stars for atmosphere 5 stars for fresh, yummy food 5 stars for service My only complaint is that it's too far away from me! I have to find more reasons to be in Tampa Palms! Now I want to try all of the Ciccio restaurants!

Great lunch for a good deal. The champagne sangria was delish, pared with crunchy ahi tuna over Asian noodles. Spicy sauce on the side....yummy. Everything's was hot and served quickly. We will definitely come back.

Love Ciccio's. My favorite is the spicy Brazilian chicken with yellow rice. You get a lot of fresh, healthy, flavorful food for the price. It's definitely enough for two meals. My mom gets the vegan and loves how filling it is. My only criticism would be that the iced tea is always warm and they never add enough ice, so within a few minutes the ice is completely melted and you have lukewarm tea.

  • Samantha P.

The food and the atmosphere were great. I tried hot n crunchy tuna. It was good but it was not that spicy as I expected. My friend had the boom boom chicken. It came with the thai chili sauce which were good but it was a little bit spicy. Overall the food, the atmosphere and the service were great. I would definitely come back. Next time I would like to try Tuna Poke!

The Fitness bowl - blackened chicken was very good. The Big Tuna had chopped tuna chunks. It was a bit busy. Next time I will get the Fitness Bowl. The music was a bit loud. We sat up stairs. The chairs were a bit un comfortable. They don't serve hot tea or coffee. Overall it was a good meal and experience. I plan to return!

I've been coming to this place when it was first Ciccio and Tony's (I believe where Cappy's now is), and then they moved and transformed into Ciccio/Lodge (Vallarta's now calls that building home). They sure have come a long way to get to Ciccio Cali, and having all of the background of where they came from might make my review a bit nostalgic. For one, their wraps used to be a lot larger, so it is a bit of a bummer to pay $8 and $9 for a small wrap with a side. You definitely get more bang for your buck by going with a bowl (my husband is obsessed with the steak Thai bowl- that's literally all he's ever tried here), and I really like the Hot & Crunchy Tuna bowl. P.S. Don't be a square and just get rice for your bowl- either get the chilled noodles (they are lightly marinated in a sweet soy-based sauce) or the awesome farro (has a great nutty flavor that goes well with the Spicy Brazilian bowl). Their menu has also shrunk sizably; they used to have a lot more wrap and sauce options. At least they didn't get rid of their ridiculously awesome Mushroom Marsala sauce, or else I would have raised hell... and as the Grannie in the Frank's RedHot sauce commercial says: "I put that sh** on everything!" It really is that tasty. Though they have cut back on menu items, the things they do make are very good and have a lot of flavor. So in the end, it really is about the quality of the food- and they definitely have that here.

Wow. So on a whim we decided to try out this restaurant because we've heard so many good things, so why not? Woah Woah Woah. When you walk in its kind of like taking you to a different planet on terms of look and feel. The people there were incredibly nice. When we told our waiter, Josh, that it was our first time there he was more than happy to explain all of their options and answered any questions we had with a smile and not with the annoyed rbf(resting bitch face) like most places. By the way, the food was amazing! They had a lot of gluten-free and vegetarian options, which one of our dishes we decided to try was of the vegetarian variety. It was the Thai bowl with farro, which is fluffly brown rice as they say. It was a burst of flavor in your mouth! Kind of had a different taste every time because of the combo of veggies, mango, crisy thingys, and sauce. Our second dish was the chicken marsala pizza. I absolutely love chicken marsala and to have that in pizza form, wtf?? It was fantastic!! There was the wine sauce as the pizza sauce and it was on a thin crust as well. I can't even. Both dishes were light and flavorful and didn't make you hate yourself after eating it. I felt good and energetic! To top it off since it was our first time, the assistant manager, Brandon, gave us a complimentary cookie! It was the size of my head and so were the chocolate chips. Had a great time, great food and great service! What more could you ask for?? Will definitely be coming back soon, also telling all of my friends!

This is the second time I've been to this place and still come out underwhelmed. The first sign of a less-than-impressive dining experience is when the hostess tells you there is a 15-25 minute wait when there are empty tables in plain sight. Apparently, a "manager override" was required to seat the two of us at a six-table which took all of three minutes to convert into a four-table. The fare is tasty, but the portions are small, leaving you lighter in the wallet and not really satisfied. Then there was the matter of the soup that was ordered, but never delivered... In short -- not worth the money.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day I finished writing Act IV of my new American tragedy theatrical piece dubbed Ciccio Cali. Act IV, like the previous three acts, was set in the beautiful outdoor seating area of a restaurant, Ciccio Cali, in Tampa Palms. The weather was perfect, just the right amount of Florida sunshine and shady trees and seventy degree temperatures floating in the air. The table was covered with food. At one place setting was a wrap. As usual, this wrap looked and tasted amazing. At another place setting was a bowl filled with farro, veggies and a peanut sauce. To truly grasp the power of Act IV, we need to return to Act I. Ciccio Cali exists in a place that used to be reserved solely for beer drinking. It was never high on my places to visit in the Tampa area despite the fact that it consistently popped up on recommendations and isn't far from our apartment. Why did I avoid this place? Because my wife and mother-in-law dined there and enjoyed the food immensely but every time they talked about how good it was, my mother-in-law always brought up that it seemed expensive. That was a major turn off. So anytime my wife suggested Ciccio Cali it was immediately shot down. "You'll love it," she would say. "Yeah and I'd also have to pay for it," was my typical response. Eventually, due to reasons that at this time have been forgotten, I gave into her pleas for a lunch date at Ciccio Cali. I promised myself that I would hate it. But, despite all the willing and wishing, I was not able to hate the place. In fact, I loved it. My wrap of choice is the Buffalo wrap (sans the blue cheese). Instead of filling it with blackened chicken, I asked for the veggie and broccoli mix. The veggies were combined with some rice (for slightly more you can combine your veggies with farro or spaghetti squash) and then mixed with a slightly spicy buffalo sauce. All of this was then placed on a tortilla and pressed in a way that simultaneously crisped the outside and clamped the tortilla shut. Along with the wrap came a dip of my choice. I went with their mustard which has a sweet, tangy taste. While mustard and buffalo sauce may sound like a weird pairing, it actually worked. In fact, it worked so well that it conjured visions of some of the American duos that have made this country great. It was sort of like eating the condiment version of Sonny and Cher, Laurel and Hardy or Ike and Tina. J-Fur's meal of choice has been (and always will be) the Peanut Stir Fry with farro. This meal is piled high with veggies, farro and peanuts and then covered with a delicious peanut sauce. The sauce isn't spicy or super sweet and it doesn't overload you with peanut flavor. It flows nicely with the veggies and farro. Are there any downsides to Ciccio Cali? They are a bit frustrating because of their dinner prices and brunch menu. I am okay with paying the lunch time prices. The plates of food are pretty big so I don't leave feeling hungry. At ten dollars the wrap is right at the edge of where I feel that I am getting value for the amount of money I pay. Dinner ups the price a dollar and, while it isn't much, it pushes the meal past that point. So I only dine at Ciccio Cali during the lunch hours. No problem, I have weekends off. I'll just show up then for some wrap love. Not so fast butterfly. Ciccio Cali has a special brunch menu on weekends and the wrap I love isn't part of it. Neither is J-Fur's Peanut dish. That means we can't dine at Ciccio on weekends either. So no nights or weekends at the restaurant and a job that doesn't allow me to slip away for lunch. Basically we are limited for when we can visit this place. But I'm okay with that. Ciccio Cali's becomes another reason to look forward to those days off work.

Oh my, this was quite a marvelous surprise. A friend and I happened by this place quite by accident and what a delightful accident it was. I had a hard time making a selection as everything looked really good to me (I was really hungry too). So I finally settled on a Fitness Bowl with a kale base. Grilled chicken and broccolini in a perfect light vinegar dressing and a side of hot sauce. Sometimes less is more (ingredient-wise) and this was certainly one of those times. It was all I could do to stop myself from rolling around in the bowl - it was THAT good - really! This was a late lunch and they weren't all that busy so we were able to sit and talk for a very long time without worry. A wonderful experience - I am still smiling.

i came here during my visit to tampa for a quick lunch before going to busch garden. We can pick the protein, what we want it with and the dressings. The noodles that my friend had with the tuna was aaaammmmzing! i had the spicy brazalian with rice which was delicious as well but not as good as the noodles. i wish they had one in NYC. :(

Yummy food! Love the white bean hummus. Red velvet cupcake is something special. Their recipes are just great. There's not much to say - I feel like if I tried every dish, I would like them all. Cute decor, I like how they remodeled.

We love this place, a little pricey but great food & it's healthy too! Weekdays during lunch is a nightmare - it's super busy. I usually hit the place after 1pm for weekday lunch. We went for a late dinner once, it was nice - they seat you at your table. I like that they provide low carb options too!

This is my go-to place for a quick meal that is filling in a healthier way. First of all, I love all the options they have, so in reality the menu is huge when you consider all the combinations possible (my favorite: Brazilian bowl). Secondly, as a "saucy" person, they have 20 different sauces to choose from, all of which are delicious (personal favorites: lime caesar, citrus aioli). Third of all, they have an awesome special on Tuesdays for $2 flats and selected drinks. Also, if you like edamame, lime, and garlic, get the appetizer - yum! Bottom line: casual place with very good food and a lot of options. Everyone can find something they like here, and chances are, it will be one of their favorites!

Great service, healthy choices!! Good happy hour everyday :) (3-7 drinks only). Loved the menu because there are so many healthy choices Crunchy tuna bowl is delicious! Spaghetti squash was very good. Prices are affordable for the quality of food you are getting in Ciccio. Very relaxed ambiance. If you are near new tampa you must give it a try. It is located right by the I-75 exit so it is easy to get there Ciccio is a different type of restaurant in Tampa :)

Visited with a family of 4 on a busy Friday night, and although it was tough to find parking, we were able to get sat right away. I visited here because I am allergic to gluten and dairy and they have these options ready to go right on their menu! I could not have been more pleased with the service as well. Since it was our first time our server was able to explain the menu set up. There seemed to be live entertainment outside we had just missed, and there were tiki torches and what looked like a nice area to sit outside next time. We were delighted with everything we received. Everyone's plates were empty or nearly so, perfect portions. I was concerned with the cream like sauce on my dish (since I can't eat dairy) and the waitress was happy to even explain how they make it and the ingredients they use to help me feel more comfortable and assure me it didn't have dairy. That really made the place for me, I get very sick if I accidentally ingest these things, and having someone assure me what I was assured was safely made me feel so much better. To top it off the manager (or owner?) came over at the end of our meal to make sure we were satisfied with our service and bring us two very large peanut butter cup cookies. (NOT gluten/dairy free) It was a very nice gesture and my family enjoyed them. We will definitely be returning!

One of my favorite healthier lunch spots in New Tampa! Love their bowls made with kale or spaghetti squash base and they offer a great choice of various proteins (ahi tuna, chicken, etc.), all of which are perfectly paired with lighter healthier sauces. Portion sizes are generous and filling. Expect to pay $10-15 for lunch with ice water - well worth the $!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Please keep making the kale and chorizo soup and Shanghai sizzle! Oh! And shout out to our awesome waitress, Sam! Give that girl a raise! She has great taste! Best Gluten free and dairy free meal in Tampa!

Walk in. Order at counter and pay. Grab napkins and utensils. Find a seat and they will bring out your food (unless you are ordering to-go) My friend and I came here for lunch and we were a bit confused. But follow the directions above and you'll be fine. Lol. I think during brunch and dinner it may be different. They have Ciccio stir frys, Cali bowls, Cali fit entrees, Cali grilled wraps, thin crust pizza, kids menu, and Pasta (for dinner only) I ordered the Cali steak wrap with chef's choice of side which was a pasta salad. The wrap was filled with steak, lettuce, black beans, corn, avocado, sour cream and salsa. The steak was tender and flavorful and everything combined together inside the wrap was very tasty. It sounds like a burrito, but it was more of a fresh healthy wrap. Didn't make me feel fat and bloated afterwards. Lol! The pasta salad was also flavorful and delicious. My friend ordered the Buffalo wrap that was filled with chopped chicken breast, blackened chicken breast, and yellow rice. She said it was pretty good and had the perfect amount of spice. I can't wait to come back and try other entrees. DF= Dairy free and GF= Gluten free

Ate here Sunday August 2 with my husband and my son who had just moved moved nearby. Enjoyed the great service, fresh food ,live music for brunch and was delighted to find such a great place. The manager came over and introduced himself and even gave us some dessert cookies after hearing it was our first time in. My son Matt will be a frequent diner. My only wish is there was one in South Florida where we live. A great place to go for fresh food at great prices.

This place is delicious! And I love how healthy you can make your meal. For example, you can customize the bowls to how you like it and they offer different choices in base (like rice) and spreads/sauce. Speaking of which, I highly recommend trying the bowls! (My personal favorite is the Spicy Brazilian with yellow rice and Ciccio Salsa). The to-go option makes it easy if you are unable to dine-in. Brunch is extremely popular here and can get really busy on the weekends due to their yummy drinks (mimosa, sangrias, etc). The staff is really helpful and friendly... I've had no complaints so far!

  • Kim O.

Awesome food. We came here for brunch twice and have had some winners. The Monterey hash is delicious. All the breakfast bowls are yummy and you can choose the potatoes, which are packed with flavor or go healthier with faro as your base. The stuffed pretzel French toast is amazing. It really is a pretzel, stuffed with cream cheese and toasted with some fruit and whipped cream on top. Yum! I would stick with the mimosas if you are brunching. I tried the red sangria and it was super watery and bland. I've also ordered their wraps to go and they are my favorite. I'm going to try every one of them at some point! The diablo wrap is chicken, yellow rice and a spicy salsa and it is good! The steak wrap is also amazing. My server recommended the mushroom Marsala sauce to go with that one and it was perfect. Really like this place!

Yay! I am so glad Ciccio's in back in New Tampa! I must admit that I was a wee bit disappointed that it's Ciccio's Cali and not Ciccio's Lodge like the previous location in the Publix plaza. I initially fell in love with Ciccio's because of their queso and guacamole, and my husband fell in love over their crispy cheese burger, which was a panty dropper of a cheeseburger. Just sayin. It's true. But neither are on the Ciccio's Cali menu. Cue tiny violin. Anywho, enough about the past. We went for brunch a few weeks ago and I had the Monterrey hash- sautéed peppers, onions, potatoes, and ham with two eggs over easy. It was awesome! So flavorful, and I have to applaud them for their portions- just enough to fill you up and satisfy you without getting too full. My husband got the piggies in a bowl- ham, scrambled eggs, and pancakes with a maple syrup drizzle. I found that to be incredibly bizarre (eggs and syrup??), but the Mr. was all over it! Service was friendly, prices were fair, and the food was great! Nothing on the lunch menu was tickling my fancy, but I'm sure we'll continue coming for brunch!

  • MaryAnn C.

Love the food and the maximosa's! The bowls are incredible both geared for breakfast and lunch. Today we are the spicy Brazilian with brown rice and was out of this world- you get to pick a sauce to go with your dish, and while they have a nice selection to chose from...they also have some hidden gems not listed on the menu! Ask your server and they can let you know the additional options :0). The staff here is so over the top friendly and we love on the weekends while we have been here there is always live music. The decor is great and there is an up and downstairs to the place and while normally we have always sat inside- we started sitting outside out on the patio because the set up is gorgeous and there are fans outside to make the setting as comfortable and enjoyable. Now, outside of the fantastic food- which we have now tried about six different dishes- they have incredible cookies, cup cakes and deserts. You will never leave here hungry or disappointed!

It can be pricey per entree but there's usually enough food to take a meal home. Great ingredients and flavor. Everything I've had so far has been delicious. Anything Thai, Boom Boom Chicken and Braised Beef w/Blue Cheese.

We ordered the Hot and Crunchy Tuna bowl with rice and Spicy Brazilian bowl over the kale mix. We thought they were both really excellent. Great flavors, good portions, healthy. Nice, modern, clean atmosphere. We ordered chips and guacamole, the server forgot to put it in, but when we reminded him, we received it right away and it was taken off the bill, without our suggestion. I was very pleased.

This place has a nice indoor/outdoor/2 story setup and cool vibe with live music playing in the patio area. We stopped by for brunch on the weekend and I had a Bravo Egg Bowl with farro. It was tasty and seemed very healthy for me. They have a nice bar area which is cool for drinks before or after dinner, or for Happy Hour. One of the managers stopped by to say hello and introduced himself and talked a little about the various beers and food that they serve, that nice of him....

So you've done it....you've helped me find my new favorite place. They've only been open for like two months, but this place will be around forever. First is the ambiance...sure a little nervous when you see it is a strip mall, buy they liked up an end unit with a classy patio and somewhat natural backing. We went on Saturday 2/15 at about 1pm and sat on the patio. They had a guy singing island songs offering a pleasant environment for brunch. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by a hostess who led us to an outside table. Our server appeared in a flash and explained their brunch and offerings. I had a Cali breakfast bowl topped with guacamole. My wife enjoyed a Thai noodle bowl...They arrived in a dog bowl looking dish that at first made me think I was leaving still hungry. But these delicious surprise made me want to lick the bowl. And I was stuffed! All considered, you'll find me here a lot and I offer a coveted five star.

This place is excellent. They have an amazing variety of dishes to choose from, and every time I've been there I order something new. My favorite dish so far is the Poki Tuna bowl over farro. The ingredients are so fresh! Especially the tuna, it was perfectly prepared. I'm also a fan of the vegan dish they have with farro, broccoli and spaghetti squash. They prepare the SS with some type of tomato sauce that pairs perfectly with the taste and texture of the SS. The service is usually pretty excellent, but one time our server wasn't that great. He wasn't mean, nor was he rude. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he didn't seem like he wanted to be there and he didn't smile at all. Still, the majority of the time I've been here the service has been excellent.

Ciccio Cali has been one of our favorite places to eat in Tampa Palms until today. My daughter ordered take out for three and I was to pick it up on my way home from a doctors appointment. When I arrived and pulled into the take-out parking I decided to call and ask if the order could be brought out to the car explaining that I had a broken leg and it was difficult to get out of the car. (I had to park next to the curb/flowerbeds). I was told that it was not possible because they would not know when I pulled in. I explained I was right in front looking at the girl talking to me on the phone. She replied "I'm sorry your leg is broken but no I'm to busy." I made my way in where my order was ready at the counter, paid and left. I doubt that I will return to Ciccio. I am a huge supporter of customer service and strive to provide a comfortable environment and go the extra mile in the patient care industry. I'm not sure what was so difficult about my request. I might also note it was 1:45 in the afternoon, no one was at the counter to order.

I'll have to go here and try more of the menu items but so far I like what I see. The food seemed to be much healthier than the usual quick food stops and the decor made it feel very inviting and like you had real table service. You walk in and you order at the counter and then they give you a table tent with a number on it for someone to bring you your food (kind of like Taco Bus if you say you are dining in). I went for lunch and ordered the Spicy Brazilian Cali Bowl and it was delicious. With it they suggested that I have the salsa as my dipping sauce. My only issue was that the bowl was too deep and made it difficult to eat it how I would like to so I would probably ask that they put it on a plate next time. For about $9 the portions were pretty well sized and the food tasted very fresh and of good quality. My only other gripe is that they only gave me a tiny bit of salsa to go with all that food. Not sure if they charge extra for another one because I didn't ask. I definitely plan to go back for lunch and possibly happy hour as well.

This was my first time and I absolutely loved it. What made them stand out was truly the service and atmosphere. There was a live band which really set the tone. I felt so relaxed on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Dania was my waitress and was amazing. So sweet and helpful. There was a mistake when we got our food, we got chicken instead of fish (which honestly could have been our fault saying "fit for life" rather than "fish for life") but Dania was so apologetic and brought us the fish entree immediately. Everyone there made us feel so welcomed. I will most definitely be back. : ) thank you Dania!

I kept reading all the 5 star reviews about this place and it has been bookmarked way too long. Was down in the Tampa Palms area running errands around lunch and decided to swing by -- the parking lot was full. (I had to park across the street at Olive Garden to find a spot). There were a few Tampa Police Department patrol cars surveying the parking lot -- I can only assume it is to control the parking madness of customers trying to reach the deliciousness of Ciccio Cali. Once we finally made our way to the entrance the line was out the door and there was zero seating available. Browsed the inside of the restaurant it is hip and modern with a bar serving beers, wine, and a few cocktails. I saw homemade sangria, mimosa and Bloody Mary to name a few. As we waited for the line to dwindle -- this gave us some time to browse the menu on the wall. I chose the quesadilla wrap (choice of blackened chicken or grilled steak with black beans, cilantro, roasted potatoes, & jalapeno jack cheese) - the chicken was my choice with a wheat wrap and ranch dressing for sauce. This literally melted in my mouth. Perfect bite of heat from the blackened chicken and then a bite of the side pasta salad to cool things down. My side kick chose the Big Tuna Bowl with sticky rice (sesame seared rare ahi tuna, broccoli, soy beans, cilantro, lettuce). She nixed the drizzled wasabi for the lime vinaigrette. There are so many different combinations you can choose from -- you will just have to come try them for yourself. Truly a great experience and I cannot wait to go back. Get here before noon otherwise parking is painful.

We had 40 minute waits at both the japanese hibachi and the chain italian places in this area, so we decided to take a header and try Ciccio Cali's for dinner. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Amazing healthy food, great service, and personal touches for first time visitors like free chocolate chunk cookies for dessert! The wait staff was knowledgable about the food and made great suggestions (thanks Kelsey). VERY PLEASED, and from now on unless Ciccio Cali is the place with the 40 minute wait, it will be the first choice in the area.

Southwest stir fry is amazing, great local family restaurant real close to home. Great place at night to have beers or brunch on the weekends ! The only reason I am giving this place a 4 is the parking and pricing. Extremely difficult during the week to find a parking spot during lunch. Best bet is to park across the street and walk over if you can even find a space.

A much better experience the second time around! A creative small plate of Brussel sprouts was delicious, hot and spicy chicken stir fry was good, Chardonnay was cheap and tasty, and cookie to-go was delicious warmed up the next day! Service was excellent; our server was attentive and helpful in making menu selections. Restaurant was a bit cold which cooled our plates quickly and parking spots are tiny, but otherwise, this place seems to have it all under control given a few months of practice!

Food was excellent although for the price portions were small. Took forever to get water, when we did she brought one glass for two people. No silverware at the table when our meals came so we had to ask and received two forks and only one napkin. The topper is being vegetarian, and receiving a stuffed pretzel French toast that had raw tuna on the plate with the fruit. Food taste good but service and presentation were HORRIBLE at best.

I've been a fan since 1999 when they were at the smaller place. The food was great and all the waitresses were cute. They lost their soul when they moved into the larger place with the Lodge. I'm glad that's over. I really like their new location and the new fresh look. I'm sad they removed the linguine and shrimp along with the Fra Diavolo sauce and pasta from the menu. That being said I love the Tuna crunch bowl and the Brazilian bowl. Their wraps are alway fresh and low cal. Downside: They need a bigger craft beer selection and a few more pasta items on the menu would be greatly appreciated. Attention: all you Tampa Palm soccer moms and couples with babies please drive down the road to Beefs or McDonalds. Don't spoil it for the rest of us.

We have eaten at this place at least once a week since we found out about it a month ago. The food quality is unreal. Might be the most unique flavor combinations I have ever had. Kids are welcome. Our 2-year-old likes the open patio and live music. We have had brunch, lunch, dinner and takeout. Food is always fresh and amazing. The waitstaff puts the icing on the cake of this great place. Our first time in they gave us a free cookie. The waitstaff is fast and not pushy. If you have not eaten here get in the car now. You stomach will thank you!

What a great gem to have in Tampa Palms! We were so sad to when we heard that WOB was leaving but so glad to have this restaurant take it's place! Just had dinner with the fam there, (it was between this place and Vallarta's, which is also new to Tampa Palma), and am so glad we decided on here. My daughter and I had the Half Moon Taco bowl. O. M. G. Deliciousness! The Mahi Mahi was in bite size pieces and went perfect with all the goodies they put in the bowl. We especially liked the bit of heat the jalapeños gave. My husband and son went with pizzas and though they were very tasty. The crust was nice and thin and the ingredients tasted fresh. I stole a bite and loved it! I'm a bit of a crust snob, and this crust hit the spot. I can definitely say without a doubt we'll be back to try more things. I'm so glad we live in Tampa Palms!

The restaurant is a pretty modern place with a good interior. The food is like of like a subway for food bowls and wraps. They have quite a bit of variety, but some of the items can be okay quality.

Ate here for the first time tonight....it was AWESOME!! I had the Baby Broccoli and Chicken with brown rice stir fry. The peppers, broccoli, squash, and zucchini were perfect! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the trendy environment and the awesome music. Free cookie on your first visit?? Yes please! And guys, this was no chocolate chip cookie, this was a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.....it was HUGE!!!...and can I say, delicious?!?!? 5 out of 5 stars, will definitely be going back!

Ciccio Cali was a fun find when we were staying in Tampa for the weekend. Our waitress was extremely nice (forgot her name- she had cool blue hair!) and went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. We went for lunch and started with the Guacamole and split a chicken wrap. Food was great! Our favorite part was the "Slamgria". A big glass of Sangria with a small bottle of Merlot upside down in the drink. So good, and different! We will be back to visit and hope they open one in Orlando!

The ambience here is great. The food is tasty with a lot of gluten free options. It was a bit more difficult to get information on other allergens that gave us confidence. The live music was a nice touch. All-in-all, a very good dining experience. The menu is varied in ways that definitely make me want to come back to try other dishes.

I had to wait a couple of months to be able to eat here or anywhere. So I was really looking forward to eating here. I give it four stars for the decor and ambiance. The service is not spot on but its their first week and they are putting in good effort. The food is okay. I think it is healthy but its not great by any means. It is good for Tampa, lets put it at that. The decor is really modern. It has a green, white, and industrial material theme. I think they are trying to portray modern, healthy, and clean. They have morals and white subway tile throughout. The music is a little lacking. It is like my pandora station when I put on like Deadmau5 or something. I want them to play something more funky and less mainstream. Play like jazzy trance or just anything not so mainstream. The service is not set in stone yet. The servers don't know their way around the menu. The hostess are confused at times and most people don't seem to know what they are supposed to do. But its their first week. The food is a mix of random cuisines. It has a Italian name but claims to be Californian food. It is mostly stir fries, pizzas, pastas, and salads. The stir fly was alright but I think the sauce was not home made. It was brought. There also was no apps. For a place that has a bar and will do a large bar business, you have to have apps. I was also not made aware that I could have picked shrimp. If you live in New Tampa, USF area, or Wesley I suggest you go here. Its a cool to meet with friends. They also don't have hard liquor .

Yep. I don't get it. This restaurant has great reviews, but when trying it for myself it proved to be sub-par. To start, I just wanted a Coke so I ordered one and then received a 60 second speech from the waiter about how they only use organics and they don't have Coke products... I prefer the organic hipster soda to Coke anyways, but you should probably change your menu not only to get rid of something you can't order, but to highlight the fact that you have cool sodas. After all that, it was quite tasty, but unfortunately the highlight of that meal. I had the Spicy Brazilian Bowl for my entree and when it came I was underwhelmed just looking at it. Then I ate it. The entire thing was room temperature. The chicken had been sitting out for quite some time as it wasn't hot or cold and seemed to have lost most of juiciness. And this seemed pretty consistent with most of the other ingredients in the dish - room temp and just eh. It sounded great on the menu, but failed to find any cohesion in the flavor profile when actually prepared. That's all I can speak on for myself, but my dad ordered a bowl that was served to him without the sauce that was supposed to come on it. After having the sauce brought to him, he still didn't find it very flavorful. My mother's dish was brought 15 minutes later than ours since they ran out the rice she wanted. To their credit, they did take this off our tab, which made things a little better and proved they actually care. Good. I may come back here since it is supposed to be good, but if I wanted leftovers, I would have just stayed home, ya know?

This place is amazing. The menu is great and unique and there are tons of healthy options - and there's booze! I've moved up to the northeast and find myself constantly wishing I could go to Ciccio's! When I visit Tampa, it's my first stop. I highly recommend the spicy crunchy tuna bowl, it's incredible! Overall, amazing food and absolutely worth trying.

Haven't been to Ciccio's since it was at the old location (new location formerly World of Beer). The atmosphere is very open and tranquil, the outdoor seating looked inviting with the nicely planted patio. The new menu is fantastic, nothing to feel guilty about here. Everything looked appetizing. If you are expecting the old Ciccio's Lodge, abandon thay expectation now. The menu lacks the quest, burgers and other fare more typical of Lodge. That's not a bad thing if you're looking for a healthy alternative to the typical New Tampa chain food troughs. Our waiter was friendly, and while our Mr. Pib was flat, he replaced it no problem. I ordered the grouper cali bowl, which was much larger than expected (dinner plate sized) with brown rice. The flavor was exceptional and the dish filling. My date opted for the half pizza (peperroni) w/basil which she loved, too. There is plenty more on the menu I'd like to try; I will definitely return.

Pluses, quick and courteous service clean and modern. There there is nice outdoor seating. There was also a nice selection of drinks for brunch if that's your style. Cons. If you like eating from a dog bowl, typical potatoes and an extremely boring breakfast menu, then this is the place for you. It is likely you probably had just woken up so to add to your breakfast zen there is dance music echoing loudly through the establishment to help you relax. Maybe this is for a younger crowd but for me this just adds to the long list of terrible breakfast establishments in America. Too much effort in making a fancy place and not enough effort in making quality food.

We sat outside for brunch, which was nice BC they had someone singing. The guy sounded great and played a good selection. I ordered a scramble bowl which was delicious minis the under cooked potatoes. The waitress was friendly, but my second glass of wine took over 15 mins to come out. Overall I had a good time. Good music, good atmosphere and good food. Another Sunday fun day. I will be back again.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. A little pricey but worth it. Get a bowl.

Interesting concept. Food is very good. Staff is excellent and attentive. We had the brunch and food was cooked to perfection. The bowls look awesome. I has the Hardy Breakfast and it was great. Family loved the food too. I would recommend sitting inside and relaxing to the live music. Great place to chill and unwind.

We just ate here, and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. The atmosphere was clean and open. I only wish I had gotten a drink, but my friends said they were good.

One word- wow! I've never been so eager in my life to tell people about a place to eat and to come down and try it themselves! Only because I haven't found a place before that was close to me that was amazing in all categories! The food is delicious the environment is awesome and the service is great. The greatest part is that it's supposed to be really healthy but I didn't even know and I can usually tell! I highly recommend anyone around the area and even people that aren't to try it and taste anything on the menu honestly :)

This is now officially my go-to restaurant. I have been here about 6 times in the last few months, the most recently last night for dinner. And every single time the food is fresh, well prepared and very tasty. My favorite dish (I'm really hard pressed here, there are so many really good dishes) would have to be the Hot and Crunchy Tuna Bowl. Seared tuna on top of brown rice (there are it her carb/no carb options) with delicately crunchy onion ring pieces and sriracha mayo, cucumber and jicama slices. I've eaten this a number of times and every single time it amazes me how the flavors compliment each other and the textures meld. When the restaurant reopened in its new location, they brought with them a number of old standards, like the Penne Marsala, which is perhaps the single best pasta dish within 100 miles. I'm not kidding; it's amazing and addictive, so beware. I seldom finish most restaurant servings and I swear I almost licked my plate when I ordered this. If there's a downside (and a minor one at that) it is that the staff seem to neglect refilling soft drinks and water, especially at lunch service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and service is swift and accurate. I just need water when my glass is empty. Go, enjoy, explore the menu.

We ate dinner at Ciccio's for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Have you seen their menu? It's incredible. There were nine, NINE, options that I was trying to narrow down. Finally, I decided on the Half Moon Fish Taco with farro. I never had farro and before that night, I never heard of farro. It's delicious and it's my new favorite grain- much heartier than brown rice, just as healthy as quinoa (unless you're wheat-free). The combination of grilled mahi, black beans, salsa, cilantro, guacamole and lime vinaigrette was so good, that I don't think I'll ever get around to ordering the other eight items. We'll definitely be going back!

Great California style place in north tampa. Service was incredible and food was great. Even the owner was by our table to thank and greet us.

This was our first visit to the new Ciccio Cali and we loved it. We were immediately greeted by a friendly server who sat us right away. The ambience of the place is nice, and the light colors brighten it up. Live music outside, friendly, knowledgeable server who knew the menu. Enjoyed the white bean hummus and chips with cucumber and carrot slices. Plenty of hummus, unlike many places today that give you a tiny amount. The Josh Cabernet was very smooth, had never heard of this wine. The Napa Blue was unbelievably tasty and the short rib meat melted in the mouth. The Spicy Thai stir fry was also awesome, nice and spicy just as I like it. There was enough food in each plate that we took it home and enjoyed for lunch the next day. Since it was our first visit, the server gave us a large peanut butter cookie that was as good as the meal. Will definitely be back for dinner, and lunch!

Easily my favorite restaurant! We eat here weekly- and sometimes twice a week because the Tuesday $2 menu is so great. The food is spectacular. Seriously, I've been eating there for 6 months and have never had a bad meal. Everything is always fresh and each dish is full of flavor. Service is good- only have had a bad experience once. A male server at the end of the night with a poor attitude who ignored us the whole time. He was more interested in talking to employees who were off the clock and watching football than bringing me the extra side of sauce (and water, and a beer for my friend...) I asked for. Other than that, excellent service. Servers know their menu and have tastes everything- so they can give you a real, genuine opinion. Again, we go weekly and wouldn't let one bad visit stop us- the food is amazing. Oh yeah, try the cookies. To. Die. For.

I can eat hear every week and almost do! Service is good and the food is delicious. Love the live music, the outside shaded patio, this place is totally chill. It is usually a pretty busy place especially Mon-Friday at lunch time. My favorite is the Napa Blue over a bed of the yummy noodles and their s'mores cookie is delicious. If your in New Tampa give this place a try!

I can thank Ciccio's for my newfound addiction to bowls. It totally ruined my burrito relationship with Chipotle... The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and combined harmoniously. I've tried a few different bowls with either noodles or sticky rice, and narrowed down my top two favorites (with sticky rice): 1) HOT & CRUNCHY TUNA (seared rare ahi tuna, scallions, jicama, avocado, siracha aioli and cucumber topped with tempura battered onions and sesame seeds. 2) THAI (chicken breast or grilled steak, crisp lettuce, scallions, cilantro, carrots, mango, crisp wontons and peanut aioli.) Let's not forget the honorable appetizer: GARLIC LIME EDAMAME -the best thing to happen to edamame. Not only is it finger-licking good, but it's drink-the-juice-at-the-bottom-of-the-dish good. I could eat it as an entrée if it were triple the portion... Easily. My only criticism is the constant switching of menus. There's always that one thing I want to try next time but then they go and hide it on me...

I came here for lunch and it was crowded! But the food was so fresh and delicious. Noodle bowls, pizza, salads, all great!

Had drinks this time, but have heard from many coworkers how great the food is. I used to love it before they moved so I'm excited to try it again.

This place is great! There is plenty of variety and the meals are healthy and fresh (especially if you choose the right base for your bowl). They are very flexible and friendly and we love having lunch there. I highly recommend the Thai or the Napa blue.

First time eating at Ciccio Calle. We dined outside and the whole experience was exciting. I had TUNA POKE and a glutton free red cherry cupcake. Both were flavorful and unique.

This place is awesome. They gave us free cookies for being new. The food is so unique yet so delicious. We loved it. We actually went here because of their Yelp reviews and found the place to exceed expectations. Friendly staff, amazing food, and huge portions. We had so much food. The atmosphere is great too. Highly recommend going at least once to experience it. Great photo opportunity out front in front of their very unique sign too.
