The fam and I stopped in today for a quick lunch break and we really like this CFA. Now we are completely hooked on the CFA near our house, but since we were on this side of town we stopped in. The drive thru lines were long, as most of them are during the lunch rush, but as usual, CFA has the process down to a science. They were taking orders and money in the line and you grab your food at the window. Less wait time and an effective way to get your customers fed in a timely manner. We went inside and the lobby lines were empty. We walked right up to a register, and Jake, took great care of us. He read my order back to me and ensured we had everything we needed. The restaurant is clean on the inside and outside and the staff is friendly. I give this restaurant 4 stars because it is always a great dining experience. I would only like to see their parking improve. I am sure it can get quite busy during the work week and their parking lot can be hard to maneuver in and out of.

After a long drive towards home from Sarasota, I needed to stop some place before I made my way to a showing of RHPS. I noticed that Chick-Fil-A was still open and I was happy. I pulled in, the service was quick.. it was polite and efficient. I placed my order, the people at the window got it right and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. The food was right - which is unusual for a drive thru.

I just love Chick-Fil-A & I love this soup. They had some poor worker in the rain taking orders at lunch time to keep the line moving. So I couldn't let him work in vain, I stayed in line & ordered my soup. The line moved quick & I was back to work in no time. They serve with a separate bag of seasoned tortilla strips, but I always eat them separately. It is a creamy spicy chicken soup with corn & big chunks of chicken. Not bad for fast food, not bad at all. (p.s. get the bowl)

A DOUBLE DRIVE IN? Not all that cool, until you realize it means no indoor service. Curbside ordering and picnic tables is where it's at when you're in 70+ Tampa on a sunny day. Cheerful staff and perfect chicken make for an excellent break from the exhausting MOSI down the street.

I have been totally disappointed in this location since it was revamped. The drive thru has 2 lines then they meet to 1 window - that is what is called a bottleneck in traffic. The parking for the inside is impeded by the drive thru line. I went to get soup and it took 15 minutes - I think I could have been thru a grocery line and cooked it in the time the line took. The food is the same as all locations but some of the staff is a bit unfamiliar with customer service. One guy indicated that he had already rung up my order so I could not apply a discount they offered. He was too unwilling to make good customer relationships after that same 15 minute wait for soup. I have decreased my spending at the chain as this is the closest to me so the change in the footprint has lost this company a customer!

I'm getting very frustrated with this location. I ordered a salad, cold and grilled and it took them three times to get it right. Isn't a salad supposed to be cold? Not burning hot chicken! If you have a choice, go to the location on Bearss. They have much better service.

I love chickfila, but this location is a nightmare. Always crazy busy even at off-peak times, and my food is almost always soggy and not fresh. The peach milkshake is ALWAYS delicious, though. Cant go wrong with one. I mostly avoid this location though, and head over to the one on the corner of bearss and bruce b downs, no crazy lines and my food is always perfect.

Chick-Fil-A is the death of me. Whenever I'm driving around and feeling kinda hungry, my mind usually drifts to the oh-so-secretly spiced goodness that is CHICK-FIL-A chicken. I have no complaints except that it's always crazy busy! That must be a good thing... but it can mean a looooong wait sometimes. Also, it's just a drive thru. Literally, like Checker's. No indoor seating, but there are some outdoor tables. Most people just bop through in their cars (two lanes, one kind of awkward because the window is on the passenger's side). CHICK-FIL-A!!

went the 4/30/15 for lunch in side and it was packed...outside was packed also..sandwich was over the top as usual..large thick piece of chicken moist and flavorful...Had a free one for my wife as i answered a recent survey...fries were crispy and not soggy...shared a soda with wife....only 650 for both of us...a bargain/// keep up the good work....

This Chick-fil-a location has always been courteous, clean, and delicious! I've been coming here almost weekly for five years since I moved down here and have no plans to stop! The renovation looks BEAUTIFUL! I miss the outdoor tables a little, but the new building is very well laid out. Love all the staff and management here as well! They've worked with my college numerous times for fundraisers and events and we are never disappointed! Love this CFA! Eat mor chikin!

This Chick-Fil-A is still one of my favorite fast food joints, but the location at 5302 E Fowler Ave over the past several years has really lacked in drive thru efficiency. I thought maybe after the complete renovation that maybe they would have gotten more efficient it their service time... sadly they actually got worse. I went through the drive through last night and it took a total of 12:47:21 minutes between me pulling into the drive thru line and getting my order. Now yes 12:47:21 minutes not the longest time ever I agree but they could take a queue form the store on Waters Ave. who generally has me through their lines in about 6. There were 3 cars in front of me with 4 in front of them. Two of the ones in front of me were at the order boards and one in between. 5:00:98 minutes from my pull in to get to the board; 7:10:82 minutes to get from the board to the windows. The dinning room area was not full and there were only a few people in the lobby ordering. The staff as always were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this location but only for dine in ONLY!

Chick-fil-A is one of the best fast food joints for dieters and those looking for healthy eating. The chargrilled chicken sandwich is juicy and not has fewer calories than hamburgers. For those on Weight Watchers, this sandwich is 5 points.

Sometimes fast food is where it's at. Chick-Fil A in Tampa has been around since I can remember, and always provides a great tasting Chick-Fil A Chicken Sandwich. A classic, unchanged for the 30+ years I can remember. There is just something about the quality and taste of their chicken. The portions are not insignificant, and the chicken is so juicy. The chicken is lightly pressure cooked, until it's skin is almost golden brown. I like the sandwich plain, with chicken and a pickle inside a soft bun. Their fries are also really good, and their sauce condiments provide enough variety to meet anybody's taste preferences. In addition to their sandwiches, try their carrot and raisin side salad. Not bad. They even provide party trays. Oh, and I can't forget their nuggets and breakfast chicken biscuits. So good !!! I love this location in particular, close to my parent's home, and I swear their chicken is slightly better than their other locations. This place does have really long lines during lunch, but it's worth it. Chick-Fil A can be found mostly throughout the South, and in the DC area. I only wish, however, they would consider opening one in SF.
