I mean..... how can you go wrong with Chick-Fil-A? My friends are somewhat appalled that I still support this place. You know how academia is... all about free speech, until they disagree with it. Personally, this is America and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Mine is: I like Chick-Fil-A chicken and they could be psychotically right-wing OR left-wing and I'd probably still eat there. (OK I'm done.) Anyways, you know the deal, simple yet amazing fried chicken and great service! My only gripe with this visit was that they messed up my order and gave me a four-piece nuggets instead of a four-piece tenders. I don't know about most yelpers, but four nuggets at Chick-Fil-A is a snack. I can down those things in literally less than a minute. I should have checked before I left, I'm sure they would have been happy to exchange it (cuz the service is that good). Also, this location is a pain in the butt to get in and out of in my opinion. Too much neverending traffic on both Bearss and Bruce B. Downs. It's technically fast food, but I wouldn't go here if you're in a hurry. The line is always long and you'll spend 5-10 minutes just trying to get back on the road! OK enough negative stuff. The food is delicious and the people are friendly. I always have and will continue to go to Chick-Fil-A because they are a great example for the way fast food should be served. Yum!!

TL;DR - Good chicken, Great Coffee. Kids sized meals for adult sized prices. Breakfast Focused Review: I just want to start off by saying that I love their new coffee. Their original flavor reminds me of cafe sua da (vietnamese coffee). If you like McD's coffee, you'll enjoy this. Just like their waffle fries, the hash browns are also probably sprinkled with crack. Savor every bite because the serving sizes are smalllllll. Ditto with the chick bites. I can inhale the 3 piece order before even pulling out of the drive-thru. But they're both so good that you'll think about going. The spicy chicken biscuit is good but it could be great if it had a bigger kick to it. Customer service is great as always. One time while dining in, the manager came over and asked if we needed refills and personally got them for us. If the meals were a tad cheaper, I'd eat here everyday.

The food was good of course, but I was standing outside the door waiting for the manager to open it. I was about 2 minutes early and was trying to sit down and enjoy the breakfast before work. He literally looked at me waiting there, and instead of letting me in or telling me to wait a minute he said nothing and continued moving whatever he was moving inside. I've experienced way better customer service.

I never post reviews of the places where my family dines out. However, I created this account to express just how poor my experience was at CFA at Cove Bend Dr. and Bearss Ave. My family and I decided to stop by this location for lunch last week, and boy was it a mistake. After waiting for 16mins just to receive our meals, we discovered that half our food was missing! 7mins later we finally have everything we had ordered, and my husband takes a bite of his chicken sandwich only to find a whitish ooze seeping out from a pinkish middle. Moreover, our fries were all cold and mushy. It's as though they had been sitting for quite some time. I really wish our experience had been better, as we are HUGE fans of Chickfila in general. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be eating at this location again.

I'm from Michigan but every year I head to this place. We don't have chick fla a were im from but they make the best spicy chicken sandwich. Plus there always friendly.

Chick-fil-A is one of those brands that consistently miss the mark in advertising their own virtues. If you went by billboards alone, all you'd know about CFA is that cows can't spell and think that encouraging carnivores in a slightly different direction will keep them safe. (Helpful hint: Cows and chickens should work together to encourage vegetarian meals.) Chick-fil-A's true virtue is consistently fantastic customer service. They seem to take great pride and pleasure in being helpful. And I don't just mean the Stepford-wife cheerfulness, or the fact that every single person in a crew uniform has been trained to respond to even the most halfhearted "thanks" with a million-watt smizing "My pleasure!". What I mean is that you might as well be in Disney World when you're at a Chick-fil-A. You want a huge cup of ice water with so many lemons that you could make unsweet lemonade? No charge. My pleasure! You're in a wheelchair? Would you like me to carry that to your table for you? My pleasure! Sure, the employees tend to take their breaks at the only outdoor table that has room for a wheelchair (i.e., a place where a metal seat isn't already there). Of course they do -- it's the table nearest the door. I'd fall into that habit myself. But nobody has ever refused to swap tables so we could use it. So what is a vegetarian going to say about a chicken place? Despite its genocidal cows, Chick-fil-A has more vegetarian options than many other fast-food places. Any salad is a few bucks cheaper without chicken (and they're tasty), and there are also fruit salads and carrot-raisin salads available. And don't forget the waffle fries. (As if you could.)

Service is always remarkable. VERY clean. Kid area is perfect. Has WiFi, so while the kids play, I get work done. Menu is pretty healthy and amazingly delicious. But I go there for the service and the play area, they never fail me.
