Went to this place with friends. It was late but we were welcome by David who was a patron of this place. He made us feel welcomed and he even took our orders. Even if he doesn't work there at all. The food was great and cheap. And the ambience was descent! Service was awesome! I can't explain how great the service was. Very accommodating even at the late hours at night. Definitely will comeback and check this place next time!

I just had the WORST Chinese food of my life. Or at least tried to but literally spit out the first bite. Maybe it was *only* the rubbery mushroom?? So, I braved another bite. Confirmed. Rubber drizzled in syrup flavored slime. I hate to leave a terrible review for a small biz but the food was gross! And this is by NO means a "Bistro". False advertisement. It is straight up a bar, and a dive one at that-dingy, dark & smokey. Come here to get drunk with some interesting locals. For good Chinese food go to China Taste instead.

Great fusion of Thai, Vietnamese & Chinese flavors. Don't be afraid of the strip mall location, this place is a real find!

The most interesting and fun dining experience we've had in a restaurant in a long time! Me and the misses have always driven by this place looking for food but usually only saw people seated at the bar so we turned around each time. This time however we were with a big group after hanging at PKs down the plaza and we were all starving and thirsty. When we walked in we didn't see a hostess or waiter but we were greeted by Dave, a local patron on the bar who told us to have a seat and told our group of 8 he would help us with our orders. He explained to us that he didn't work there but helped out the place a lot since he was there so often and for someone who didn't work there he legit did a great job ha! We were a little confused at first but we all went along with it and Dave himself had fun with it which made the experience both funny and awesome. Totally the highlight of the night and made for a fun meal as he was totally honest and up front with us and even got us everything we needed. 5 STARS for the service we received as Dave and our waitress were superb and attended to our table with the quickness. Thank you! The menu was traditional american Chinese food; general tsos, beef and broccoli, lemon chicken etc. I didn't want to think so we ordered the crab Rangoon's and the sesame chicken. Surprisingly the food was actually not bad! The sesame chicken was very flavorful and very crunchy and they used all white meat which made the taste fresh. Plus the portions were large which was awesome because we were all so hungry. We had plenty of leftovers and each price per main dish was under $10. They even had a 2 for 1 bar drink special so I ordered a Jamison on the rocks and I received a HUGE pour which was an added plus. The misses ordered a vodka sprite and got it back in a pint glass! Cheap drinks + huge pours = SUCCESS! If ever I've seen a hidden gem this was it. Will def be coming back for more as connecting to the restaurant was a bar full with pool table, darts and video games which also looks to be pretty fun to check out next time!

Don't be fooled by this place, we walked in we didn't even know it was open and we were happily seated and the best care was provided to us. We ordered with low expectations cause it's normal Chinese food, but boy were we surprised. The food was fantastic, the hot and sour soup was a marriage of just the right tang to hear and the crab Rangoon was deliciously tantalizing. We were a pretty large group so i got to try a few dishes, the honey chicken was great, not something I usually order but the taste was great. The Seasame chicken, honey chicken, beef with broccoli, cashew chicken and Pad Thai were equally delicious! DO NOT RATE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Come in and try some great food and happy servers.

Want to be able to review the food but I can't. We walked into this restaurant one night, totally juiced about finding sushi close to the house. The 3 customers in this tiny little restaurant were all smoking inside!!! Wtf! As an ex-smoker who can relate to enjoying a cigarette at almost any minute of the day, WHYYYYY???? This place is way too small for that. Totally drove me and my fiancé away and we won't be back. Just doesn't seem sanitary to smoke over a sushi bar.

When this place first opened it was awesome. Authentic homemade food that I really appreciated. In the last year or so, it has become "out of the bag" type of Asian food. Definitely a clone of every other Asian restaurant out there and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
