The food is fantastic. I always get their large pizza which is enough for 2 meals and I've never had a bad meal from them. Also everything they make is made fresh from scratch. They also came out with gyros a few days ago and they are 100% fantastic. But when I go to North End pizza I'm also going for the experience. The crew there all work really hard to make sure you are leaving with a smile on your face. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I really wanted pizza but did not want the chain store kind so we came to yelp. We order the pizza for pickup and was anxious. We ordered a large cheese pizza, garlic knots and medium 10 piece chicken wings. Everything was amazing! The pizza had a great amount of cheese that ozzzed off and amazing crust. The wings were SEASONED and the flavor made me want more. The garlic knots were huge and flavorful. I ate so much I felt like I was going to explode. The owner told us we would love the pizza and would be back for more. He was right we are planning to try lunch and definitely will be ordering our pizza there for now and on.

After moving nearby, we have multiple great experiences with North End. Their pizza is the kind you will find in the Northeast- thin and flavorful. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Great place to order pizza and wings for the game or a night at home. Highly recommend the garlic knots.

By far the best pizza I have had since moving to the area for school. My friends and I only had the pizza but it was delicious. We had a large pie with pepperoni and mushrooms. To be honest, I was half expecting the mushrooms to have that straight out of the can taste/ texture but was pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case. Everything tasted so fresh. The crust had a nice mild flavor, the sauce was zesty but not over powering, the cheese was gooey perfection, and the toppings were abundant in every bite. Aside from the food being delicious, our first time visit to North End was made even better by Sarah. Not only was she extremely attentive, she was also genuinely sweet. During our meal, she brought us a sample of a gyro pizza (not sure if it's a new flavor pizza) and asked us to taste it. It was so yummy and she was so happy that we liked it, she gave me a hug. She made the experience more memorable. I will definitely be going back! If you like North East style pizza, I highly recommend you try this place out.

This is one of my favorite places to eat with friends and family. Their garlic knots are the best in town! Everything I've ever tried here has been absolutely amazing! What seals the deal is the friendly staff. I always feel at home when dining in. Five stars, would recommend.

We heard how great food is and all homemade by owners. Best marinara sauce and garlic knots I ever had anywhere. Pizza crust thin and crispy and toppings great except I wasn't a fan of meatball topping. I like beef meatballs and think, not sure, they were sausage or pork-based. Italian sausage tho is great here. We also had ravioli - also homemade. Delish! We can't wait to go back to have eggplant parm and veggie lasagna. The owners treat you like family almost and I hope they get the business they so deserve. We need this place to stick around.

Order: 10 hot wings xtra crispy, 12" half pepperoni half cheese pizza and a 12" Margherita pizza. Wings were the best part of the order. They weren't just thrown in hot sauce and served up, they were actually seasoned and it really made the wings very tasty! Def recommend the wings! Pizza was good, sauce was tasty and not watered down, dough was preped well. The Margherita was basically a white pie with tomato topping and basil BUT was still very good so no complaints for what it is. All in all great service and great experience. I recommend you give them a try!

We were heading to the Tijuana Flats off the corner of Aloma Ave. & Tuskawilla. We opened the door just to realize that the place was completely packed and there was not a seat in sight. Unless we wanted to stand and eat with out 8 & 2 year old, this was not going to work. We walked out in a hunger rage (not really) and started looking around. There it was in all its glory...North End Pizza. So glad we found this place. Not only was their food great, but the owner was awesome and so good with my kids. She hooked them both up with balloons and lollipops after they ate. It didn't end with the service. Our food was leaps and bounds better than we were expecting. I had the Pot Roast Panini that was fantastic. We also had the cheese stick app that was spot on. Not greasy at all and packed with cheese. I like stumbling on places like this. I probably would have never eaten here, but because Tijuana Flats was out I have found another hidden gem of a restaurant. I'll be back, North End. You have my attention.

Tried to order from them to try them out. Found their flyer and a coupon for $49.99 family deal. I call for carry out and not only was the girl on the line confused but she had no idea about the coupon. She kept talking to a man. Finally agreed and took my order, then ask me to psy by credit card. I said no it was a carry out and I'm paying cash. The man kept asking her if they knew us, if we had ever ordered before when I said no he got on the telephone. Told me to give them a credit card number to get verified because they didn't know us. I explained that we live here for a while and wanted to try them out and if it's going to be that difficult and they lost my business. he didn't care and hung up on me. Very rude!!!

These are the nicest owners I have ever met. They treat you like family here. The pizza are NY style just the at I like it. The garlic knots melts in your mouth and if you're lucky to have leftovers for breakfast, they taste even better!

My wife and I enjoyed a Margherita pizza this evening, and it was outstanding. Not the first time we have enjoyed dinner with North End, but they just keep getting better, and the service is phenomenal.

I decided to give this place a try since it's under new ownership (I liked the food a lot before) and I live very close. I ordered a pizza and a sub to take out. The sub was extremely overpriced for what I got, as compared to other places in town. There was very little meat on the sandwich and you could barely taste it. The pizza was disappointing as well. It was pretty bland. I put garlic powder on it when I home and it still didn't have much taste.

I had such high hopes for North End Pizza, I truly did. We arrived at about 6:30 Friday night, expecting a wait. We were lucky in that there wasn't one. I assumed this was either a really good sign (quick food) or a really bad sign (bad food). You order at the counter, pay, and seat yourself. One thing I noticed: the large sign-style menu at the entrance was difficult to read (I'm short, BF is tall and we both had issues) but it's not for the size or font - it's the glare. The sign is shiny and very hard to read without bobbin' and weavin'. They do offer printed menus at the register but you'll have to wait until it's your turn in line to grab one. The entrance is rather small and gets crowded easily. The have bottled beer and wine (small) in a cooler, as well as bottled soda, etc. My suggestion is to grab one of those because we got water and had to go back up front for our refills (not self serve). After placing our order we were told it'd be about 15 minutes. No problem. 25 minutes later we received our order of garlic knots. They were very, very delicious. Soft, buttery. GOOD. Though, not as warm as you'd expect for just being made. Hmm. Another 15 minutes and our pizza arrived. Now, I don't even know where to start with this. Let me say that even though we were given a short wait time I noticed as we walked to our booth that no one had their food yet. There were 4-5 other tables. No food on any of them. I figured we all showed up at the same time so I expected a longer wait. But the knots were barely warm, at best. The pizza? I expected steamy. I expected hot. I expected..a freshly made pizza. It was not steamy or hot. It was lukewarm and I was confused. We ordered the margarita pizza (mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, basil) and that is what we received. Except, you know when a pizza sits and the cheese firms up? You take a bite expecting to burn the roof of your mouth because you just can't wait? That didn't happen. There was no stringy, melt-y goodness. It was firm. Not hard. Just FIRM. I don't know if it sat and was forgotten about. I don't know if it was pre-made, cold stored and topped when we ordered. But I do know it wasn't good. We didn't complain (no thanks!) and ate the pizza simply because we were starving at that point. We did order another plain cheese pizza to bring home for the kids, which they inhaled. The BF had the leftovers the next day (warmed via micro, no less) and said it was much better than the one we had in house. Still, nothing great; just not bad. We didn't try for dessert. Prices are high; servings are small and I never got around to asking if they were house made. Marking this one off our list and on to the next. North End Pizza is located in the strip plaza located at the corner of Tuskawilla and Aloma. Seating can be limited as they have about 6 booths.

North End is part of our regular rotation for local pizza. I've tried calzones and pizza, both of which were tasty. They offer delivery, and their service is always prompt and friendly. They're also quick to offer a recommendation if you have trouble making a decision. Tip: Check their Facebook and website for specials.

We go here once in awhile and use their coupons. The pizza is alright, everyone seems to like it. Me not as much as the crust is not as thick as i like. We also get their wings and there is meat on the bones unlike many places that offer wings from chickens on a diet. They don't offer a 18 inch pizza that is a big negative. The staff. is extremely friendly, I had an earlier post that I removed as I looked it over i thought it was unfair. They are a respectable place and have decent prices. Not my favorite but the rest of the gang likes them. it doesnt hurt that they are right next to a Dunkin donuts, so i can really blow my diet.

Very tasty margarita pizza...thin crust and scattering of basil leaves. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and appreciative of our business. Patronizing mom and pop shops is certainly the way to go. Stop in and treat yourself to really good pizza...see you there.

Would give it a 0 if I could! TERRIBLE customer service and so much more! We came here because a friend who loved it was in town. However, when we got there we realized it wasn't the same owners/workers she was use to seeing. The lady who was our server, the owner, cashier, and chef was very rude and made us feel like we were a bother. Right off the bat she was trying to tell me how to parent my child and how I was wrong for not giving my child medicine that was not her place or her business nor did I ask for her opinion. Then when we asked for sauce for the chicken fingers she said she they had ranch and honey mustard and when I asked for both she looked at me like I was crazy and said "both?!"and then just walked away. The food was ok but I have definitely had WAY better to me it was a waste! Then when we went to pay she tried to take my son out of my husbands hands to hold him and he told her several times no and she wouldn't listen until I finally said no! She then just walked away and sat down like she was mad and started talking in another language. I can't help to think she was talking bad about us. Either way I would never recommend this place or return again!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A new neighborhood pizza place next to my barber. Our regular place was closed for renovations, so we decided to try them. Not a large place, but comfortable for eating in. Theme is the North End of Boston. The menu is what you would expect, with lunch and daily specials during the week. I ordered chicken parm dinner, which came with a small side salad, choice of pasta, and 2 garlic knots. My date had a veggie stromboli which was loaded and huge. All was good, and we decided to return in the future to try their pizza. The owner was friendly, and we appreciated his concern that everything was just right. Prices are reasonable ($11.99 for my dinner).

You can tell this is the type of place that wants to get to know you by name and the food just happens to be fantastic. This is likely going to become a regular spot for me.

Terrible service. We were overcharged and not offered a refund. Dined-in and it was uncomfortably warm. Pizza was just ok. Will not go back.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
