Drive around the back side of the restaurant, through the alley behind it, and look through the screen door and look at the area around the back side of the restaurant. Is there anything about that area behind the restaurant, or just inside the kitchen door that screams "eat here!" to you? Your food is coming from that kitchen. Need I say more?

Great food at an awesome price! The food was still fresh (for a buffet), even 45 minutes to close. The manager even went back and made some fresh General's chicken when he saw me checking the buffet and asked what I'd like. Service was awesome too, the waitress didn't let our glasses drop below half. There's even a sushi/California roll bar at the back and the desert bar blows away any I've seen at a Chinese buffet. Great place, so go here if you want a cheap but delicious lunch or dinner buffet. We'll be back for sure!

As far as Chinese buffets go, this is one of the better ones in this area. You've got to get there early for lunch, because the place fills up quickly. The buffet is extensive, so much so that they seem to put food wherever they have space in the buffet area. The staff is friendly and they work quickly to keep the food coming and to clear plates away. Priced right, as well.

Really bad food, they leave the food in there all day without swapping out unless its finished. There were gnats flying around the fruit too. They also didn't have everything heated, think this place could be much better if the owners tried harder.

This is one of my favorite places to eat lunch. They have a large variety of food choices from their buffet and they do a well enough job of making sure the food stays fresh. Some buffet restaurants leave their food sitting for a long time and then it becomes too dry and tough, but not here. The lunch prices are very low here. It's probably the better deals around the area if you have a huge appetite and you don't want to spend a lot. Some of the foods they have are of course fried rice, spicy chicken, broccoli beef, and sweet and sour chicken. Also, I was surprised to see sushi and for dessert they have ice cream and an assortment of other treats. Another thing that they do very well is that when you are done with your plate and are ready to get seconds or thirds, they will pick up your plate to make sure when you return there isn't a dirty plate in your way. I would recommend trying this place out to anyone who likes Chinese food and a good variety of different food choices..

Food is pretty good, but not necessarily for the price. They often run out of certain foods on the buffet, and take a long time to replace them. Most of the time when I opt to pay the extra price for the crab I get 1-2 pieces and then they wont make any more, so it totally isn't worth it. Never tried the sushi, or any other of their cold bar seafood/ Wait staff was a lot better the last time I went there

Stopped by after picking my mom up at the airport and wanted to grab something to eat before the long drive home. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately and brought to a semi-sticky table. The waitress asked what we wanted for drinks and then we checked out the food. Wow....hardly the selection. There was ONE buffet table of actual hot food. The Gyoza dumplings looked soggy and broken, the filling looked like dog food..literally. The spare ribs were UGHHHH oh so disgusting tasting, and all bones. There was no egg drop soup. The sesame chicken was pretty good though, it was crispy and not as oily as it looked. The lo mein was exactly the way I like it, not dark from too much sauce and oil and not soggy, it was light and had a lot of veggies. The ice cream is in a cooler that you open from the top, it would behoove them to wipe the shit down every once in a while. It looked like there were tubs of opened ice cream sitting in a very noticeable moldy cooler. Why put sprinkles on that "yummy" ice cream when it can be topped with crusty bacteria and herpes? We never got any refills on drinks. I gave them 2 starts because they were polite. And the cost of 3 adults and 1 child were $30 with tip. Next time I think I will want to see more than 1 five star review at a place before I go there.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
