This is the BEST dinner in Niceville and the portions are generous. I always get the beef and mushroom for myself and it's loaded with mushrooms and beef. The beef just melts in your mouth, it is so tender. My wife loves the Orange chicken. Don't waste your money at any of the other oriental places in town, Jim Jin is definitely the best by far.

Pretty good solid Chinese for pick up if you're ordering less than two items. I've been here maybe 4 times and the 4th time I ordered 3 entrees and one was wrong. I was pretty bummed. Just check to make sure you're getting the correct items. Food alone is 4 solid. Fresh and fast. And portions are huge! There's extra charge for using credit cards like .50 or something like that.

This is your typical take-out Chinese Food place. And I like for that reason and because it is NOT panda. Portions are large too. You can grab a lunch special that can feed two for like $6. The pork dumplings are the best thing I have tried on the appetizers menu. My go-to entrees are spicy beef, pepper steak with onion, chicken and snow peas, and roasted pork with broccoli. This is what I expect and like about Americanized Chinese food.

We discovered Jin Jin's several years ago and it's a favorite of our entire family. There are plenty of selections and PLENTY of food!

Pretty fabulous place!! My husband and I have both enjoyed everything we've ordered from Jin-Jin. Standard menu you'd find anywhere else and prices match the quality. has always been piping hot, even pickup. Definitely recommend!!

I did try the Jin-Jin in Defuniak Springs and it was amazing! I ordered the Green Beans and Beef with fried rice lunch. No complaints here! The green beans were seasoned well and sauteed nicely. The rice was fluffy and hot! The beef was tender and delicious! Perhaps it may not be the "chain," but just the individual locations that offer different experiences! If that is the case, then for the same amount of driving time, I will head to Defuniak Springs to get my Chinese food fix!

Our food was prepared to order right in front of us. The dishes came out quick and definitely among the best of takeout Chinese I've had. Vegetables were fresh, and overall the dishes were not as oily as you might expect from a quick takeout place.

Fresh food and served hot off the pan! I always get the 8piece fried chicken wings with fried rice for $5.75. Their price is very reasonable and food amount is plenty. Also free wifi! :)

Needed a quick dinner since my girlfriend and I just moved here. Explored destin and we were looking for a Chinese restaurant and we saw JinJins on the way back to our apartment. When we got home and dived in...she claimed her veggies were terrible. My rice and teriyaki chicken was bland as all hell. We won't be going back there. That was a bad example of the takeout chinese food in this area.

the food is consistent. I like it but I sometimes get a metallic taste from either the meat or the rice. I cannot quite tell. I'm still getting use to the fried dumplings.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
