Good, but expensive and greasy. Ordered the Broccoli and something calzone (not very memorable) for my daughter and I. I think it should have been made with white-sauce, but it had their marinara. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza to taste. I was just going to have a slice and take the rest with me. Spent $40, and wound up leaving the pizza because it was so greasy. I literally had a puddle of grease on my plate as I watched it pour from a steady stream from the slice I was holding slightly suspended. We had some casual onlookers gawk in amazement. This was my first visit, and It could have been an off day... or, a new cook.... or, just a fluke. I'll let you know when I go back if this place is consistently greasy. I'll just have to prepare with a week of salads, just in case.

It's a fantastic place for lunch if you are in the mood for quality greek food.

Came in with my wife and son on an early Sat evening. We ordered the gyro plate, super veggie calzone, and a chicken finger plate for the little guy. The food came out really fast. The portions were VERY generous, especially the "small" calzone. Seriously, that thing was huge and I can't imagine what the large calzone would look like. It includes breaded eggplant, broccoli, spinach, black olives, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and onions, and, of course, mozzarella cheese. My wife said it was delicious and a great vegetarian option. The gyro plate included a mound of fries that we all shared. The gyro itself was average, but then again I like a lot of feta and should of said something. I probably wont order it again since there are so many other options. Overall, we enjoyed our food and even have lunch for tomorrow! I can't wait to come back and try the gyro pizza.

Went here with my brother and mom on Saturday since my dad loves the place. My gyro was awesome! So was the service! There seems to be new eateries in town every time I come back home, but this one is worth checking out!

This is a favorite place of my father-in-law, we ate here twice in the week we were there. We had pizza one time and gyros the next. The pizza is good and they will alter the toppings willingly. It was quick and tasty. The gyros were very good. Not a fancy place but a good alternative to burger when you want something quick and informal. The owner is a nice guy and very personable.

Good and fresh Greek fast food. We had the Greek salad with gyros and the hummus, which were pretty good. Plus service was great! Thanks to a very sweet guy from Kazakhstan who was at the counter. Did I mention they have a nice outside seating area, too?

Fast food greek place that underwhelms on flavor. At the recommendation of the man running the register, I had the gyros combo. This came with gyros meet in a pita, fries, a greek salad, and drink. Both the gyros meat and the tzatziki were underseasoned. The tzatziki could have been mayo for all I could tell. It did not have the yogurt tartness, nor any significant cucumber or garlic flavor. The salad was also just okay. I wish I had tried something else. After I ordered, I saw a sign that said they had homemade pastitsio (which I don't care for) and moussaka, which I might have enjoyed better.

We come here for lunch several times a month, they have Great gyros, love the tzaziki yogurt sauce they make, the gyro plate is the way to go! Or the gyro salad is amazing too! I've had it with gyro meat or with chicken, both great! Very filling and light at the same time!

Totally under rated place. I can't believe there wasn't anyone here when we came in for dinner on a Sunday! Tons of Greek options as well as pizzas and sandwiches. Really huge portions for great quality food and a decent price. My husband and I shared the gyro plate. It came with a huge Greek salad and an equally huge serving of hot crispy fries. We struggled to eat all of it. For $10 that is a steal! The gyro was piled high with meat, fresh veggies and that yummy yogurt sauce. Their spanakopita was some of the best I have had. My husband who isn't a huge fan of spinach went back for seconds. This place is such a nice surprise in Niceville! I will be back the next time I am in town visiting friends!

We tried carry out and came back again! the Greek salads were fresh and the dressing was perfect! Loved the subs and the gyros.

I love the warp I ordered and the salad comes with the plate. Everything tastes so good. The food is too much for girls. I can hardly finish the whole meal, but my boyfriend loves it!

Knowing that my husband would be scared off by Greece in the name of the restaurant, I expertly casually suggested that we stop by on our way out of town. "They have a lot of sandwich options," I said. He reluctantly agreed. After going inside to pick up our food and returning to the car he was already more excited. Then we actually ate the food. I got the gyro plate and he got the cheese steak plate. While these foods are not great travel foods, they were awesome and delicious. The fries that came with both meals were superb with just the right amount of seasonings. The gyro was great and the cheese steak was everything you would want in a cheese steak. While I cannot attest to the authenticity of the foods, I can confirm that it was delicious and if we are ever in the area again, it is a place we will definitely revisit.

Fast delicious Greek food. Pricing, menu selection and service are great. Portion size is wonderful. We love this place and have been disappointed with any other local Greek restaurants because they just don't measure up to Fresh Greece.

I was originally hesitant as to how good pizza from a Greek place would be but I was blown away. We got the onion rings and the Buffalo chicken pizza. The onion rings tasted homemade and weren't too greasy or anything. The pizza was incredible, probably the best pizza I've had in awhile. The crust by itself wasn't the most flavorful but it worked very well with the actual toppings. Can't wait to go back!

Best gyros in this area. Much better then the Greek place in Shalimar. Made to order so hot and tasty. Best yogurt sauce I've ever tasted. Service is efficient and quick.

I was a little set off by the decor of this place. It's more of a lunch place, and not much to look at inside. However I did have a delicious spinach calzone. A good size portion. Great sauce and flavor. I'll definitely go back!

Absolutely delicious! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making food decisions. Pizza crust was perfect and salad was fresh. Definitely coming back

I can only write a review on the salad because it's what I had...I was not impressed. I ordered the small greek salad w/grilled chicken. The portion was fine. However, my grilled chicken was not freshly grilled. Also, was expecting romaine lettuce not iceberg lettuce. My salad came with a roll...what happened to the pita bread? Like I mentioned, I can only rate on the salad, not anything else.

Great Gyro, pizza, salad! The spot to get your healthy, tasty lunch in no time at all. The price was reasonable for a lotta food to-go. Delicious!

Love love love this place! We eat here at least once a week! The pizza is always fresh and delicious, the gyros are always made to order and and the subs are amazing!! If you are in the area you have to stop here and eat!

This "restaurant" is bipolar; doesn't know if it's Italian, Greek or American. The place is called Fresh Greece but there was nothing fresh about it. If fresh means heating up frozen gyro meat in a microwave then I guess it it fresh.

Seriously good food at a seriously good price. Gyro plate is my fav - everything is fresh and tasty. Service is friendly and speedy. Love this place

Actually was not impressed. Not super friendly workers. Prices were a little steep. Quality of food was mediocre. Booths and tables were not clean. Probably won't come back. Not horrible. Just not great.

Absolutely delicious Greek food. The service was excellent and the food incredibly tasty. Mussaka and pork gyro a must eat! We were driving by niceville and couldn't find a place to eat. SO glad we stopped here!!!!! Don't drive around town! Just come over here:)!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered the Gyro platter. It came with a fountain drink (free refills!) The wait was pretty extensive I think we waited about half an hour after ordering for the food to arrive at our table but it was seriously worth the wait. The platter came with a greek salad, fries, and a huge gyro. Seriously one of the best gyros I've had, the greek salad was DECLICIOUS and the fries were perfectly seasoned and tasty. This will be my go to place when the craving for a gyro strikes :) Loss of a star for the long wait.

I kept meaning to come here after reading all the raves about Fresh Greece, but every time I tried, my car would instinctively turn right and head to Tucker Dukes instead...finally with great force I managed to turn left and off I went to Fresh Greece...she's a tough one to find, because she's located right behind the only undeveloped land in the area and a little off the street...just know when your at the light at the Intersection of HWY 20 and 85 you have arrived..it will be on your right...when I walked in it immediately reminded me of the old Shakeys Pizza Parlors, because it was a big open room with picnic bench type seating...I walked up to the counter and I knew I was ordering a Gyro Plate, because everyone raved about them online...after I ordered that, I saw they sold Pizza by The Slice which is as rare in Florida as people that think Will Muschamp is a good Football Coach....so I had to add on a Slice of Cheese and a Slice of Pepperoni....in the 10 minutes I was waiting for my food, the Dad...The Son...and The Daughter were all making sure I was ok..making small talk with me, and assuring me my food was going to be ready shortly....I didn't think the wait was long anyway, but it's a real pleasure to have your business so appreciated at Family Run Restaurants like these...the whole family could not have been any nicer....all that is fine and dandy, but if the food is not good it would not have mattered...The Pizza was some of the best I've had in the area as it had a unique crust that had a nice garlic kick to it...the Gyro Platter has to be seen to be believed(see pictures)..fortunately I had read the reviews and only ordered one of them..even then it gave us both 2 meals over two days...this thing contained a massive Gyro loaded with tasty Gyro Meat..Lettuce..Tomato...and Tzatzki Sauce...enough French Fries to feed France...and enough Greek Salad to feed Greece...all of this for 10.99 and it included a drink!!....the food was fantastic and I am pretty picky when it comes to Gyro's...I feel pretty comfortable in saying for a Value-Quantity-Quality Ratio in the FWB/Niceville/Destin Area The Gyro Platter at Fresh Greece has no peer....I have to add though, The Pizza is the sneaky star of the show here, and I am going to come back at some point and get a Whole Pizza....Let me see.. Alot of Great Food at a Great Price all offered by a Nice Family that appreciates your business...I am a Fan and I will be back...5 Stars all the way and Thank You Fellow Yelpers for leading me here...When you come to Fresh Greece bring your appetite and wear loose pants!!

Good gyros, good salad (per my in-laws), but the pizza that was ready was gross, and the one ordered was kinda greasy with minimal toppings.

Not great. We went for lunch and the portions are decent sized. However the atmosphere and decor are pretty bad. Additionally the food was not traditional Greek food. I would consider this place more of a pizza joint.

Gyro plate! Gyro, Greek salad, tasty fries. Good price! C'mon. Don't throw your money away at other cardboard restaurants. Get tasty sustenance.

It's Ok. I was a little disappointed to see the meat pre sliced and warmed up in an oven when placed in the GYRO. I was expecting to see it carved off the spit. Meat portion is a little slim. Nice salad and fries that come with the sandwich though.

Delicious food! I had the gyro plate (gyro, Greek salad, fries and drink for $10) and it was amazing! We will definitely visit this place again!

Wow, this was so yummy and fresh! I do not even eat fries but these were out of this world, the salad so tasty and authentic and the gyro was delish! Best food I have had in a long time and inexpensive too! We will be putting this in the regular rotation!

Why have I lived here for over a year and never gone to this place?! I see it every day on my way to work, but just never made it in, and now I regret not going earlier. This is by far the best gyro, spanakopita and baklava I have ever had in my life. I LOVE Greek food and Fresh Greece delivered the most fantastic Greek I have ever had! And the price is amazing. Will be back for sure! Maybe tomorrow!

Best gyros and pizza! The gyro plate is an amazing deal-- $10 for a giant gyro, Greek salad with tons of feta, really good fries and a drink. My husband and I can share it and be satisfied. The pizzas are fresh and tasty. The avgolemono soup is excellent as well. We love to call ahead and pickup on the way home.

I avoided this place for a while when it opened, just because "Fresh Greece Pizza" sounds disgusting. However, it's turned out to be a reasonable alternative to picking up fast food. There are a lot of menu items, but not a lot of things that they do well. If they had 15 good, consistent recipes that they did well, it would be an instant improvement. The sandwiches are pretty good. My teenagers like the roast beef and the meatball subs. My husband likes the gyros. The pizza is okay. If you're used to real NY pizza, some of these reviews will leave you scratching your head after you eat here. If you like Chicago pizza, you won't even recognize it as pizza. It's not nearly as good as Tradewinds' pizza, which is nearby and comparably priced (if you're talking take-out pizza, that is). Considering the name of the place they ought to have a decent Greek salad, but the night I ordered it, I got a paper plate full of anemic lettuce with a tiny bit of feta, one olive, and no tomatoes, cucumber, or red onion. I felt cheated, and won't order it again. The ambiance is awful - they have a lot of space but most customers get take-out because no one wants to be there any longer than they have to. Hopefully someday they will do something about that, but I get the feeling they don't really care. I'd check the box for dive-y, but that implies a level of funky or quirky that this place doesn't really have. The service is lightning fast. Those guys hustle to get your order in a flash. I can see bringing a little league team here, but it's not somewhere I would bring visitors or meet my friends for dinner. I would really like to see them step it up. They're hard workers and I'd like to see them succeed.

The greek food was mediocre at best and a very limited menu was more of a sub shop. the pizza was a little better. Had it for dinner and felt sick the whole next day so wont eat there again. The kids only had the pizza and they weren't ill so maybe that was made better.

Family-owned and operating restaurant, friendly and efficient staff. Not fancy, shorts & flip-flops kind of place. Not a chain. My favorite pizza place in the local area. 'Super Special' pizza was awesome, generous toppings. Have also tried vegetarian special, tomato basil and garlic, and pepperoni--some picky pizza eaters in my family, all were satisfied. Generous gyro as well--next best thing to the authentic shaved roast lamb or beef I have had. Very military friendly, for those coming from nearby bases. They get busy on Sat & Sunday, plan ahead.

We tried the gyros here today. They were authentic and delicious. Service was good. Not much to look at on the inside but I'll be back. BTW, they serve pizza by the slice. You don't find that very often around here.

Awesome! This place has become my go to restaurant for lunch! The subs (especially the Italian) are fabulous and the also offer pizza which is hands down the best in the area. A lot of people think the décor could be better, but I personally believe you go to a particular restaurant because the food is good, and not because of the pretty wall paper. The place is clean, the food is awesome and my food has always been delivered correctly and with a sense of urgency. Five Stars!

My wife and I ate here for lunch on a Wednesday in September '13. The tourist season is mostly over and this place isn't really a tourist place anyway. We went because we had heard it was really good food and we were craving gyro. The place is a bit of a dive, but that doesn't always mean anything. The do take out, but we ate in. The service wasn't bad or good, just average. The prices were a little high for a non-tourist lunch time place. We ordered a gyro plate, small greek salad, and a piece of baklava. The sweet tea tasted horrible. The food came out fairly quick. The food was all fresh and tasted really good, minus the baklava. The baklava did not taste like baklava, strong taste of cinnamon. The salad my wife got and the salad that came with the plate was almost all iceburg lettuce with one piece of cucumber, one olive, and one slice of tomato. The dressing was really good though. The french fries were also really good. The gyro tasted really good, but had very little meat on it. Seriously only about three thin slices. Ridiculous. All in all the place wasn't terrible, but we expected better from its rating. We probably won't go back.

this place is amazing! my family moved to niceville years ago from new york (we even brought boarshead meats and real knishes to the area when we opened our deli in the 90's), and this is the first real pizza restaurant to open here, hands down. i have tried the pizza so far and can not wait for my next assault on the menu. they have gyros, subs, salads, and a very nice lil patio/ deck that overlooks the woods nextdoor. the decor is minimal, but look closely, what seems like a bunch of cop badges stapled to the walls are actually very, very cool patches from around the world... secret police, special forces, etc. anyone with experience in these fields will surely enjoy looking at this very unique collection, or bring in a unique patch of your own to join to the collection. thank you Peter (the owner, from Boston, by way of Greece) for bringing a real northern restaurant to our tiny hamlet.
