I love La Ha and have been eating at this location or the one in Milton for about 10 years. Staff is always friendly and service is exceptionally fast. Food is consistently good and although the salsa does vary visit to visit, it always ends up being one of my favorite portions of the meal. Favorite dish: Chicken quesadilla with rice and beans and a side of jalapenos. If you like sweet tea, it's a must have.

Mediocre in every way. Service was nice but not very attentive, my water glass was completely empty for a long time and we had to get up to find the waitress to order dessert. Food was good but very plain. Price was fair. I found it odd they didn't serve any alcohol, I would have liked a margarita or Mexican beer. Decor inside is awesome though.

Stopped in for lunch, place was steady, got seated right away, service was great, nice decor, pretty clean. Had one of the lunch specials. There was nothing spectacular about it, pretty average overall, but there was plenty so I thought it a good bargain for the $. The brown sauce on my burrito tasted like a little like canned brown gravy, and the salsa was pretty bland and could use a new recipe. Perhaps some chunks of tomato & cilantro.

This is my boyfriend's favorite place to go. Seriously, he never gets tired of it. Thankfully, it's delicious and very affordable. The service and atmosphere is always great and we always enjoy our meals at LaHa. Two vices: No booze, and closed on Sundays.

the hostess was sour and seemed upset when we asked for a booth. The chips were spot on but the salsa tasted like watered down generic ketchup. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. The food came out extremely quick. There was no flavor to any of the entrees, very bland. Her burritos were covered with a sauce thinner than the salsa and as flavorless. The tastiest item on both our plates was a slice of tomato. The only reason I give this place one star is the waiter.

The service was extremely fast. We had our food in probably 5 minutes after ordering. Our server was timely but not very personable. The food itself was good, but nothing amazing. I had the chicken enchiladas. Overall it was good for the time price and time spent.

The food is so-so. The chips are awesome, but the salsa tastes like (shrimp) cocktail sauce. I'm from Southern California and know what real Mexican food is, this place was lacking. The beans were a little runny, but the flavor was okay. I did like the rice, no complaints there. Same with the guacamole. I ordered a cheese enchilada, the enchilada sauce was a little bland, but otherwise pretty good. Overall, this place gets a 3 star. The only redeeming qualities of this restaurant is the food came out fast and they have Vegetarian options. Sadly, it just didn't have that wow factor.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
