This awesome hot spot was gracious enough to host a private block party for 3 of the local residences (TMP, Marina Blue, and 900). The food and drinks were delicious and the live band (Face to Face) which I believe plays there every Friday, was phenomenal. What stood out the most was the service. You will never see friendlier servers and management anywhere. They were just sooooooo nice and I can only hope that this is the norm and not the exception because this was, as I mentioned, a private party. Our waitress, Stephanie, was da bomb. So darn sweet and helpful. Afterwards we went downstairs for a live show at E11even and it was so, so, so, good. Best adult entertainment I've ever seen. It wasn't vulgar. It was artistic, creative, and just beautiful... I will DEFINITELY be back

Had been wanting to check this place out for a while... We finally went last night and were pretty impressed. I give the vibe and service 5 stars.... The restaurant itself is very quaint with about 12-15 tables... The food was very good. Although we we're not blown away that is why my overall rating is 4 stars. Great restaurant for a romantic date . The outside terrace looked very nice for drinks. They told us the have free live music every night which we definitely plan on checking out soo

I came here for a private party in the upstairs lounge. The catered food was good, but not outstanding. Service was friendly, and about on par for any nightclub. The outdoor space is great if the weather holds up, although the view is nothing special. All you really see is the side of the nearby buildings. Overall just an average place to hang out.

You'll want to read this and hopefully you won't be offended. I never thought I'd go to such an obvious spot but we had just left the Arsht Center after a show and we were famished. So we "Yelped" and sure enough Touché came up. It seemed to have decent ratings so off we went. They are located right across from Club Space on a third floor rooftop. Okay, not much of a view since the outdoor lounge overlooks Club Space and an empty lot. More on the lounge in a bit. We didn't have reservations but we were seated very quickly with less than a 5 minute wait. Upon entering the restaurant the first thing you encounter to your left is the open kitchen and the tables to the right. I was surprised to see how small this place was. I counted maybe 14 tables if that. The menu is quite good and the way I like it, two pages. By the way, here you'll pay for the bread. Our server was not the swiftest and certainly shy. These are two traits you don't want from a server at a restaurant with these elevated prices. The atmosphere was quite pretentious and typical Miami "look at me" people. Most everybody I could spot was a "clubber" by default and I don't think they cared what they were eating. I spotted one table where people seemed to be there for the food. Either way we ordered the Focaccia bread with Rosemary for appetizers and from their list of even more pretentious wines I ordered a Tempranillo Teres. That's of course after striking out consecutively on two of my favorite wines from Willamette Valley. They were on the list but not in stock. Sad beginning indeed. The server tried to explain wines to me and why this one was better than the other. Kinda insulting as he was no Sommelier and pushing me to pick something I didn't want. Bottles ranged from $60 to $1,700 from their small but well cultivated selection. The service was slow so we flagged our server down after eating way too much bread. My significant other ordered the ricotta filled ravioli in sage butter sauce and I ordered the salmon on spinach. I will tell you the food was was very good. The salmon had a crunchy skin much like a crunchy hand roll and it was cooked to perfection. Not because the server asked but because I asked. It was on a bed of spinach and a light lemon butter sauce. The ravioli was home made and cooked perfect. I would say it was delicate in flavor. The server did not even come back to ask how the food was. He kept walking past us as if he was alone in the room. Someone who appeared to be the manager made it a point to visit with some of the guests at their table but certainly not ours. I guess you have to be VIP. I love my city. Not even a hello. But he was certainly catering to the fake body jobs and obnoxious Lamborghini owners. It took us a while to flag the server down after we were done while our water glasses stood mostly empty and we poured the last two servings of our wine. Look, a restaurant who reached out with such pretentiousness should make sure that their service matched their price levels. They certainly did not do that at all. We ordered dessert hoping for some service redemption but no luck. We had a ricotta cheesecake. It was heavenly fluffy and light served with raspberry coulee and fresh berries. I would highly recommend it. An espresso to top it all off and then back to the exercise of flagging our server down who was too busy counting his tips and walking by both of us 2 times ignoring us with every step. I finally got my check and we had one of those "ahhhhh" moments. Now i get it! A 20% tip is already on the check. No incentive to be the best you can be to...wait for it....EARN YOUR TIP. I will not be coming back here. This is a typical Miami experience lately. Good food and concept however, sabotaged by the service. Shame. We exited through the outdoor lounge a great band was playing and the atmosphere seemed very cool. I would spend some time there if bottle service is not required but I doubt it.

Recommendations: BREAD (Seriously) PENNE ALLA VODKA COTOLETTA DI MAIALE IN AGRODOLCE I have so many great things to say about this place. Last night I went to Touché with a few people to try their Miami Spice menu. We started at the bar for a drink, where they have couches and music playing with a view of downtown Miami. Inside the restaurant offers a more intimate vibe with limited seating, hosting around 50 spots. The waiter warned us not to order the bread due to the amount of food being served, but we're glad we did anyway. It was so fresh, with a unique taste. Try a small piece, it's worth the space. For appetizers each couple ordered the fried calamari and the meatballs. Both were really good. For the second course I had the linguine, which was great, but the penne could have completed the meal. By the time we got to the 3rd course we were full. The pork tenderloin was juicy inside and crispy on the outside, covered with sweet peppers. It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful too. Dessert was a blur. We tried all three, which were great as well. Throughout the meal our waiter was very attentive and spot on with suggestions. At the end of the meal he presented each of us with a membership card to return to Touché for a 3 course menu, including wine, for $39. It was an added bonus to an already perfect night out with friends.

Came to touché and let's just start out by saying it was the best meal I had in Miami. 5 stars hands down. Everything about this place is amazing. Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 Server knowledge of menu- 5/5 Room vibe- 5/5 Anything I can think of about this place deserves a perfect 5 stars, will definitely be eating here again!

Food was great. Our server, Sunny, was very attentive. Ambiance and lounge are very trendy, located on the roof of club Eleven. Due to size of restaurant (very small) go with reservations!

Blown away. Stephanie is not only an amazing bar tender but also an amazing host. Furthermore, taking advantage of the miami spice menu and having such a great time!! The restaurant is quiet, with an open kitchen, subtle bass from outside the windows, magical. Come check it out for yourself! Ps: Roxy is also a rockstar!

I went to Touche Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge for my birthday while in Miami. I found Touche using my Yelp app. I went to the rooftop lounge for drinks. I didn't eat any food. Touche has a very nice ambience and decent views of Miami. Service was average (bartenders were nice). The lounge area was busy at night (weekend). I wasn't at Touche long but we had a good time. Touche Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge is a great choice for drinks and socializing. I give Touche Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge a 3.5 rating on my first visit. I'll update this review once I try food here.

What an amazing space for a restaurant and bar. Views from everywhere. Sort of tricky to find the place, but follow the valet sign for 11/11 and that is it. Valet costs $10, which seems pricey even tough this is Miami We go there around 7:15 and were the first people in the roof bar. The restaurant doesn't even open until 8:00 pm. That is a first for me. But we had a drink and started to catch up. Once 8:00 rolled around, we were seated and the dining space is really nice and comfortable. Background music not too loud, so you can carry on a reasonable conversation. We all at the Miami Spice menu, which for Touche was 4 course, appetizer, pasta, entrée and dessert. More than enough food once we were done. I had: 1. Meatballs apptetizer (awesome) 2. Linguine and clams pasta (clams were sort of non-existent, but the pasta was very good) 3. Chicken saltimbocca for entrée (probably the weakest part of the meal, not bad, just not special) 4. Mud chocolate cake for dessert (good, wish it had been a bit more room temp). Service was very friendly and attentive. There was a lightening storm that put on a great show for us. Touche is a good spot after seeing a show at the Arsht Center or just for a special dinner.

I was a bit bummed that the view was not of anything really spectacular, it was more a view of downtown Miami (I think thats what the area is called) and a view of all the other bars, industrial buildings, some skyscrappers, and clubs within a close proximity. So, I came here for a work event - and the staff was very nice. The bar was fully stocked, and the drinks came out VERY strong. There was catered food - which was kinda average. The calamari was really good here too!

I really don't know what to say... We got a gilt city deal which included 1 bottle of wine, one appetizer, 2 entrees and one dessert. Valued at $120. You have to get the elevator to get to the rooftop lounge where the restaurant is. The location is beautiful. View is not that great from the rooftop. There's a building blocking the nice view of the Miami skyline. The actual restaurant is very nicely decorated. All white chairs and linens. Kitchen is visible which I like. A few minutes after sitting we were asked if we could move to another table. Then we realized they were trying to accommodate a bigger party. It's ok we didn't get bothered by it, the table we got moved to was even better! The waiter explained to us that the gilt coupon was $120 worth of food. So we could order till we reached $120 per couple. I was confused because the deal specifically said what we needed to get. But we did as the waiter said. The menu is very pricey. But totally worth it! Wow the food was delicious!!! We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer. Two 5oz meatballs. Delicious! Perfectly cooked. Very juicy! As our entree we ordered the filet without the Gorgonzola. It's wrapped in pancetta which gives it an amazing taste! WOW! Extreme perfection! Honestly, one of the best I've ever had! (I ordered it without the Gorgonzola.) Towards the end of our meal our waiter comes and tells us that since the gilt included a bottle of wine we had to order another bottle of wine obligated. He brought over the manager because he was confused himself. He had told us we had $120 to spend as we pleased. So now we were confused AGAIN! The manager came over and gave an explanation that not even he could understand and to say the truth, he was a little bit sarcastic and rude. Not to mention he had bad breath.... It was such a confusion. Obviously nobody wants to look cheap. But we were put in such an awkward position. It was very awkward and confusing. Finally we ended up paying extra anyway. I had never had anything like that ever happen to me with gilt before, or groupon. The back and forth with the manager was honestly extremely embarrassing! The miscommunication between the manager and the staff is very poor! That's the reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars. The food deserves 5 stars and the service from the waiter was excellent! Another thing, I think the clothing of the waitresses are a little too skanky... Anyway, I would definitely come back because the food was great! It's not a place to come all the time unless you want to spend $250+ on a meal every week! But everything was outstanding. Except that "minor" confusion!

This place has a decent view and the music was great but the bartenders are rude, they see you waiting and pretend that they are busy to keep you waiting. Also only in Miami do you ask for a cup with water and they only sell bottles at 7 dollars. Then people wonder why bars and clubs don't last in this town.

  • Abisai H.

This is hard to rate. Looking away from the fact that the restaurant is on top of a strip club in downtown Miami and next to club space, the restaurant itself is very nice! The terrace area has retractable metal roof, which I thought it was deff cool, it also has a pretty view and the lounge music they play is good. After arriving and giving the car to the valet guy we were escorted to an elevator on the side, if you don't know about the strip club you won't even notice it, immediately taken to the second level. The hostess then took us in to the actual restaurant and we were sat in a round table close to the bar and kitchen. Menus were handed to us, and we were shown to our waiter for the night. Moments later we were moved again to another table that was next to the original one. At first we were a little confused but they were trying to accommodate us for a better view, couldn't they have done that from the beginning? We had a Gilt City coupon and we were informed of having $120 to spend however we desired. We ordered the focaccia bread, and the meatballs to start. And the filet mignon as our main courses. The filet comes wrapped in pancetta and with Gorgonzola cheese on top, ours we ordered without the cheese. Our server was very attentive and came to check often but not during awkward times, like when your mouth is full of food and they're asking you if all is well. After dinner was done we requested our check and the problem began. There was a huge confusion from the upper management to the staff. It was clear the communication piece was lacking big time. We were told we had $120 upon arrival and then the manager told us we were required to get a bottle of wine and pay the difference. After trying to get clarification and come to an agreement we were honored the original $120 and paid the remaining balance. A couple of things tho, our waiter David was amazing. The manager was the complete opposite. He turned out to be a ball of sarcasm that ruined the great experience we previously had, his breath smelled like he had an entire pack of cheap cigarettes before coming to speak to us at our table and he did not know the definition of personal space. The whole time I kept having to move away from him because he was so close and no one like that repulsive smell of cigarettes. Which leads me to believe he was smoking on the clock while my food was being cooked and he was in the kitchen. I hope that wasn't the case.

The bartenders were extremely rude. Also, I asked for a cup of water with my vodka soda and the bartender refused and said I had to buy a bottle of Fiji water. I understand that they don't want people to stand around drinking free water all night, but I feel like it's unethical and dangerous to refuse free water to people who are drinking. Our cocktail waitress (Karen?) was very sweet and very attentive. The music was great and the atmosphere was fun. Unfortunately, the terrible attitude of the bartenders, and the fact that "drinking responsibly" is either very expensive or impossible, really put a damper on the whole night.

SOLID 4 We had 6:45pm reservations on a Saturday during opening weekend. I mistakingly thought there would be a sunset view and wanted to make sure to catch it. There isn't one, so don't rush here earlier like I did. I was expecting a view along the lines of Juvia, but that's not it at all. Touché is located in the middle of a bunch of warehouses and faces SPACE nightclub, amongst other abandoned or dreary looking warehouses. The east side catches a glimpse of high-rises and you do get a little bit of a skyline. What Touché doesn't have in view, they make up for in fabulous decor and great food! Valet parking was available right up front and $10. Crossing a maze of velvet ropes, we walked up to E11even where three bouncers in black and red suits were standing. The smell of cigarettes from E11even leaked outside even with doors shut. Thankfully, to get to Touché we took the elevator that's on the left hand side and outside (we didn't have to go inside the club). The bouncers were all very friendly and welcoming. Once the doors opened, we were in a beautiful outside lounge area. I didn't even care that the view was less than desirable anymore. Our friends were already at the bar so we joined them for a bit and we were escorted to our tables shortly thereafter. The restaurant is small. I would guesstimate it sits about 50-55 people, tops. Wooden planked floor, white tablecloths, modern track lighting, linen drapes, and ULTRA comfortable linen upholstered chairs all create an inviting, chic ambiance. The kitchen is open to the dining room, yet we did not even once catch even the slightest smell of food coming from it. Their ventilation system is very well done. Within 5 minutes of sitting, I overheard some loud voices. There was Chef Pellegrino making heads roll in the kitchen. She was intense! She kept going back and forth most of the night trying food and orchestrating the kitchen staff. I liked seeing her hands-on approach versus the "celebrity chef-i'm-too-good-for-it" attitude that often happens at other places. The menu describes itself as classic Italian, but they also offer items from their sushi bar. I don't mind it, but it is an odd combination. These are items we tried: Bread basket: I loved the breadsticks and the focaccia! I had to limit myself or I would have gotten full on just that innocent looking basket. Classic Meatballs: two 5 oz meatballs (veal, beef and pork combo) in a tomato sauce. They were perfect! Ceviche Roll: very good Hamachi & Japaleño Roll: excellent. It brings this (wasabi?) salt that was incredible! Porcini Mushroom Pappardelle: very good. It was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Colorado Lamb Lollipops: continuing my lamb kick, I had to order these. Not the best I've had in South Florida (Wolfgang's), but still pretty darn good. Who doesn't also love parma proscioutto & caramelized onion mashed potatoes? Filet Chateaubruand: good. It comes wrapped in pancetta and topped with gorgonzola. It is served with a carrot puree on the side. Alone, the puree is perhaps bland but it's the perfect combination to the very strong gorgonzola taste in this case. Ricotta Cheesecake: great Apple Tart: good Mud chocolate cake: good Espresso: bold and hot= perfect Service was great overall. Our waitress was very nice. Our only complaint was her handling of the wine. She was a little clumsy with it (spilling a little and overfilling the glasses). We had called ahead about a corkage fee and were told outside wine was not allowed. Once there, we inquired again. This time, the waitress said you are allowed to bring your wine, as long as it's not on the menu, for a $35 corkage fee. It would have been nice to know that when we initially called. That said, the wine we bought from them was not ridiculously priced and we were able to drink two of them (only three cabs listed on the menu though). They came a little a warm and we had to ask them to chill it a little more for us. At the end of dinner there was a significant mistake made when splitting our bill, but they took care of it immediately. One last gripe....they had advertised a jazz singer for both Saturday night for the lounge area (and we had been looking forward to that). I had also confirmed it with them via Twitter. I asked about it once we sat and the waitress said it would start at 7pm. By 8pm, there was no one singing outside. I inquired about it again and the waitress then said it had changed to a DJ (which didn't play until much later). Not sure whose fault that was, but it was disappointing. At the end of the day, it was opening weekend. I know they probably need to iron out logistics here and there. We met Chef Carla towards the end of dinner. She came by all the tables to welcome us and introduce herself. That was very nice. Despite the glitches I mentioned, I will be back in a couple of months. The food was great and the ambiance rocked! Go check them out!

I really like the scale and the roof top nature of this place. It's got good plentiful parking. Food was good simple Italian cuisine. A but too much salt for my palate, but flavourful. It was a quiet night and service was great

Went to Touche on a Friday night to try out their Miami Spice menu with two other couples. While expensive, Touche has some good options and a great space that make it a welcome addition to Miami. Touche is located on top of E11ven and you walk past the velvet ropes and take an elevator to the third floor. Once inside there is a well appointed outdoor cocktail lounge and a cozy glass enclosed restaurant with 15 or so tables. The big selling point is the open kitchen. While a rooftop lounge is cool, the view i really nothing to write home about; however, they did a great job with the decor. The interior restaurant is also very comfortable. I started off with the meatballs. It was a huge portion and tasted great but I think it could have been fluffier. The entree was Rigatoni a la Vodka and it was great. After the entree, we had three deserts, a chocolate mouse, a cheesecake and a custard. All were actually terrible. I would not recommend these desserts. After dinner you can stick around the outdoor cocktail lounge where a live band starts at 1130 PM. A bit later for me, but the space is cool and I would probably check it out next time. If Touche could improve their desserts, i would give 4 stars and 5 if the prices were a bit more appropriate.

Fun way to start the night! I went to Miami for a friend's birthday weekend. We went to see Fedde le Grand at Space across the street but we got there before the promoter so some people got us in to Touché (normally there's a cover). It's outside and us Californians weren't quite used to the Miami heat yet but that didn't stop us celebrating! It has a really chic layout with live music, TV's in the background, and the classic bar. The venue also had a lot of photo opps with the Downtown buildings in the background. The drinks were pretty comparable to what I've found in LA - $12 mojitos and $10 shots. I was upset they didn't do any birthday shots or deals but the overall experience was good. It put us in a good mood for Space!

Welcome to the real Miami, you can truly feel the dynamic teamwork and unity in this place. The staff is radiant and friendly. When I entered the rooftop I felt like I was in LA, only better it's Miami and you can sit with the cool kids. Everyone is someone here and it's amazing to be apart of it all. This place is going to expand hopefully from Miami to Paris! Very pleased with the food and music that accompanied the scenery. Glad to be so close to a wonderful escape! This is ELEVEN TEAM NO SLEEP TERRITORY! Only wish they were a hotel at this point you never want to leave!

A hidden gem in downtown... Then the manager Kyle came by and recommended the club outside .. We sat at the bar had amazing drinks the view was fantastic and breeze was relaxing. Everything was beyond my expectations ! Highly recommend

Dining at Touché left me wanting more - I don't think that I've ever had such a great "experience". I especially LOVED Chef Carla's attention to detail and command of the kitchen. The food was amazing, I felt like a Princess. The entire staff was gracious and I will return often.

I will give some credit to this place for the rooftop bar but I do not think it is anything special for dinner. The dining area is extremely small with approximately eight tablesfor diners. I had the grouper which was dry and especially salty. I think the salmon was a better option and more flavorful. Overall the experience was quite disappointing.

This will probably be the most disappointing review I've had to write. I will start off by saying the friendlyness when we arrived was great. I was really looking forward to this place, my sister booked it for my birthday dinner. The patio section was cute, I wasn't aware that there was an inside and outside. The dinner menu we had looked at prior was for inside only, that was disappointing because I wanted to be outside, even though the view wasn't great. Anyways, they sat us in a corner right where they keep all the table clothes and napkins and that stuff. Our waiter was alright, his counter part not so much. I'd say thank you and get no response. I ordered the El carnavel drink, was decent. As an appetizer we got the ceviche rolls. I will say they were tasty. For my entree I ordered the porcini mushroom sauce over pappardelle and my sister ordered the salmon. The waiter highly recommended mine and I understand why. It was unbelievably tasty. My sisters salmon was basic nothing exciting about it. We were full, no desert. Here comes the bad part... I got food poisoning on my damn birthday thanks to this place! All day me and my sister ate exactly the same we shared lunch. Even shared the food here. The only thing we can figure out is she only ate 1 or 2 of the ceviche rolls, I ate many. Or even could have been contaminated mint in the drink. Either way it happened and it was awful, I couldn't believe it! Luckily we want home after the restaurant because she thought she left the iron on so it hit me a good 30/40 minutes after we left. SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!

I went with a group of friends last Saturday. They don't have a cover charge which is great but the drinks are very expensive each $22. I guess they make it up. Love the open roof and ambience. Couldn't enjoy the live band much because it ends at 2am but they have a DJ or two the rest of the night. They told me it closes around 9 am or later (waow). The restaurant was okay. I am not sure if I will go to eat again but def will go back for drinks and good time. Very nice and when the weather cools a little even better. Friendly staff too.

Before I begin remember to decide if you want fancy water or nah, it will show up on your check. Ok so I gave them two stars i considered location, service, price and FOOD taste. I'm a believer that the food makes a restaurant bad, good or great. The restaurant has a rooftop setting and the decor was fitting but the view was of basically nothing, 3 floors high surrounded by taller buildings. The service was ok except for two separate waiters spilling food on two of my friends on separate occasions. Anyway a waiter described the food so well that I believed I was drooling but the food was not great in fact I was disappointed. See below.... Appetizers Let's start with the bread, while waiting they brought out some bread cold still in package and not all that great according to my wife I didn't bother trying it. We tried the calamari, it was salty and the fried fish that came with it was smelly, fresh fish should not smell bad. We also had the shrimp cocktail ok so it was served on ice, got it! but the shrimps were frozen almost solid. Now the meatballs, I couldn't eat it nor did I wanted to take it to go, it just wasn't that good bland Is a more accurate description and the sauce didn't help. Dinner Had the lobster from the pasta section of menu, it was ok , but I added salt and pepper to boost the taste and something about the pasta texture wasn't right either but the lobster was perfectly cooked, also had the salmon the skin was crisp well done but the salmon itself wasn't even great on texture nor taste. A friend of mine had filet mignon she couldn't finish it not due to portion but due to taste. I was expecting so much more, the restaurant looks nice I had a few drinks at the bar and it was a great atmosphere. All that went away when I started eating I just wasn't enjoying my FOOD! Oh and did I mention the price for everything? $$$

My fiance and I came to Touche for the first time on Thursday night to use a Gilt City deal. We were 20 minutes early, so we enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar lounge first. The bartender was very nice. When our table was ready, we were taken to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated at the worst table they had- right in front of the open kitchen, and it was suggested to us to sit in the 2 seats facing the kitchen, instead of the 2 that face the rest of the restaurant and the windows, since we would be in the way of the waitstaff. We didn't complain. Not a huge deal since we were not missing a nice view outside (the restaurant is only on the 3rd floor, and there is no city view). Just weird to have our backs to the entire restaurant. Anyway, the food was great. We shared the seafood salad appetizer. It had lobster, shrimp and calamari- very refreshing. For dinner, he had the lamb chops- really good, but not the best he's had. I had the snapper- very fresh, clean taste. Our deal also came with dessert, which we took to go since we were so full. Bottom line- I'd come back to sit at the little bar inside the restaurant to have the seafood salad and wine.

Food was ok service was absolutely horrible. My drink was spilled and not replaced, silverwear dropped and not replaced, 1/2 the table didn't have sharing plates. I had to ask 4 times for and espresso that took 30 minutes basically had to drink it on my way out because the rest of the table wanted to leave. Took way to long in between courses. Entrees took so long we canceled and left!!!

first (and LAST) time here. never again after confirming with hostess in the morning, we checked in for dinner for 2 on time. table wasn't ready though plenty of table seemed setup. 15 minutes wait. while smokig is not allowed inside the restaurant area, it is allowed just outside, and every time that door opens, you'll get flooded by stinky cigar somke. they finally seat us at a table ready for 4 people (?). we mention we are only 2, so they take 1 (?) other setup away. at the first attempt they got us the wrong dishes, waiter obnoxiously insisted they were the right ones, then another waiter called him back toward the kitchen, and the right dishes arrived. quality is at the bottom/average of what you'd find inthe most touristy area of Ocean Drive crowd and vibe were ghetto and unsophisticated, the bottom of what you'd expect from Miami metro. I'm intentionally being non-descriptive, and let the qualifiers to the reader's imagination, because I don't want to allow the restaurant owner to get this review removed credit for getting us the check and running the credit card very quickly, we coulnd't wait to get out. hostess, 1 waiter, 1 waitress were chatting by the check-in desk in the narrow corridor to get out, noticed us, continued impervious their chatting, we had to ask 3 times for them to let us through, and hostess dared to get upset "you don'thave to repeat it three times" ... well, I do, if you don't let your custmers through. STAY AWAY

Never plan to go back! If you are looking for a real fancy restaurant, i suggest you go somewhere else.. Service was not good and food was plain and boring! Not worth my money and time!

I've been to Touche 3 times and always enjoy it. The rooftop makes you feel like you are not in miami but another swanky city. They have a live band that plays covers of top 40 hits (they are actually good), and they offer Hookah as well. The deck has a limited menu and is a little pricey but the food is good.

I was a little hesitant with some questionable reviews, very happy decided to experience for ourselves. party of 6, everything single dish with the exception of the pork chop was delicious, beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. appetizers: calarmari, light and lovely, beef carpacio, outstanding, meatballs, fantastic, seafood salad, light and amazing, beet salad, small but light and delis. Froccaci basket, overkill on our order but great. Entres: Lamb lollipops, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! Lobster Diablo pasta dish probable table favorite, veal was good, pork chop good but not memorable. Wine selection was nice but pricey but expected since we are in Miami folks! all in all a place we will certainly return. not a cheap night out but really fantastic food and service. David provided outstanding service! live music was playing outside bar area, Face to Face and they were amazing! do yourselves a favor and go experience for yourself. we do have out local favorites and this will surely be added onto our list!

This is a review of the lounge and bar area. This place has a nice modern setting and on a good night you can catch a nice breeze passing through the open air area, this is the reason it gets 2 stars and not 1. The bartenders however will quickly spoil any good feelings you are having at this place, the service is downright awful , all of the bartenders have a frown on their face and generally conduct their duties with anger and others with I don't give a crap about you attitude, our bartender whom we had an open tab with spent most of the night texting on her phone we had to constantly wave her down to get drinks and food and she looked very annoyed when we did so it was frustrating to say the least, whenever anyone would look at her to get her attention for another drink she would look away or turn around and walk away. Had a sushi tuna roll which was over priced $19 for one roll and it was no better than a $8 roll from the supermarket, I did not see any reason for the $19 price tag. This place falls into the typical Miami B.S over priced ,over hyped , terrible service while they laugh at you all the way to the bank. Won't be back anytime soon.

I went there for a birthday dinner and had a great time. Our waiter Sonny was awesome he offered great suggestions on foods and wines. This place is beautiful. Very intimate with nice white linen. You can either have some drinks at the bar or sit and have a meal in the next room. The food was great! The portions are large, so come hungry!

Went there last night the rooftop is very nice and cozy. I was extremely disappointed with the service!! Lets start off for a brand new place the bartenders were not to nice, the drinks barely had alcohol for 15 dollars a drink. I couldn't believe a restaraunt/bar would not give you a glass of water. Bartender was extremely rude about insisting we had to buy a bottle of Fiji water. I was shocked!!! The sushi rolls were average and sooooo tiny from 14-18 dollars a roll! The croquets where very good I will say that. Next the photographer who walks around taking pictures had no personality very dry. It's like the people who work there are not inviting it was strange !! We were a group of twelve , happy easy going people. We couldn't believe how a new place would not be on top of there employees!! The bartenders took a long time to bring the check and it wasn't even busy. This place has potential but if the owner does not get on top of it . It won't last.. Everyone in our group was extremely disappointed with the service!

Amazing service, amazing wine (I wish I took a picture of what we drank!), and one of the best pork chops I have ever had! Loved the open kitchen and the band outside on the rooftop.

Gorgeous place and deliciously prepared food with the most amazing service by our waiter Sony! After the wonderful dinner we stepped outside to the nice lounge overlooking downtown Miami, for a few drinks, can't wait to go back!

The set up is nice. The food is average, it is what I expected but I have had better a number of times. We have a reservation and they seemed so disorganized with it. They did try to make it right in the end. Unfortunately I was already turned off. When we stated we were there for dinner inside and then the outside portion after, we gave us the menu to look at like "check the prices", before agreeing to seat us inside...

I had heard about this new restaurant in Miami from celebrity chef Carla Pellegrino and decided to come give it a try. Upon arriving we used the valet and took a private elevator up to the restaurant. Upon opening the doors you walk onto the Lounge terrace which has a very modern feel and retractable roof. We were seated inside the restaurant very simple and elegant decor. The restaurant sits about 40 people so it's very cozy. Upon making reservation I was asked for my credit card to guarantee and advised about the cancelation/no show fee. This restaurant has a open kitchen which was very nice, you see the chef in action. We were seated by the window and enjoyed a very nice view of the city. We came here with a gilt city offer. This gilt city offer supposedly included a bottle of wine, appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert. However our waiter informed us the value was $120 and we could order anything off the menu. More on the gilt city deal later. Warning the delicious focaccia bread is not complimentary. The food was very good my husband had the pan seared snapper and enjoyed it I had the filet mignon wrapped in pancetta and a wine dipping sauce, this comes with melted gorgonzola cheese, I recommend you ask for it without. The cheese is too strong and takes away from the juicy tender flavorful filet. It comes with sweet potato mash but we also had a side order of sweet potato fries. Up to this point our meal was very enjoyable our waiter David was great and very attentive. However there seems to be a huge miscommunication between the manager and staff about how the gilt city voucher works. The manager came over to our table with a bit of an attitude and gave us a very confusing explanation, to say the least our waiter didn't understand him either. He made us feel very uncomfortable. All in all the food is greatly executed and delicious the staff provides great service. All except the management or manager , this needs great improvement. We wouldn't mind coming back and paying full price for our meal, it was that good but the manager left a very sour taste. They have live music on the weekend on the terrace, however it starts later on the evening about 11:30 so if you want to make a night out of it and want to chill out on the lounge terrace make a later dinner reservation and get the best of both experiences.

Drove down from Orlando for the weekend and wanted to enjoy a good dinner. Well, Touche is more than good food---- its superb. Everything we ordered was delicious. The service was excellent. Really enjoyed watching the kitchen workers especially the chef Carla doing her thing. She came to our table to make sure everything was fine. Will be back again on our next trip down to Miami

Loved the food, loved the service. Restaurant is small so the real party is on the rooftop lounge. Honestly, I think it was a bit deceiving because it makes it seem like you are a very high rooftop lounge...not the case at all. You are on the second floor/top of a small building. Not a big deal but just thought people should know. Lounge are is very nice. Couches and chairs. Are for a live band with the large bar as well. Recommended as I will likely return.

We had a reservation for 9 15 but were not seated until 9 50. The manager was unapologetic about making us wait. The service at the bar while we waited was ridiculously slow. The food was good - not amazing where it would have been worth the wait. The service received in the dining room was great - very attentive. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Nicely decorated restaurant with a disappointing view of downtown Miami. The dishes and service need improvement. I want to give this place 2.5 but yelp don't have that option.

This place just keeps getting better! The food is just perfection. The staff is amazing but ask for Sonny. Wow, what a great experience. Chef Carla Pellegrino is so talented and just so freaking cool. #LoveHer

I celebrated my birthday here with 23 of my closest friends. We did the Miami spice menu. It was amazing. Chef Carla is not only talented but she's beautiful too. Ken and his crew were amazing. They took excellent care of us and everything we requested. Everything was delicious and my birthday was a great hit. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. And E11even was cool too!!!

Place was beyond slow, 4 hours for food, waiters are retarded and I cannot deal with this when the restaurant has 4 tables and 50 cooks!

The hospitality and service are worth the wine and dine. We went here for a girls night out and ordered a menu tasting but had to opt for only one entrée because we were so full by the time the main entrée was to arrive! Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail - jumbo was the correct description here Beef Carpaccio - thinly sliced just how I like it Fried Calamari, Zucchini, and Shrimp - the zucchini is a good add on Hamachi & Jalapeno Roll Ceviche Roll - The rolls were perfect in size and preparation which allowed for one sinful bite. Lobster Mac and Cheese - there were large pieces of lobster in the mac and cheese Red Snapper in Tuscan style sauce

Disappointing. The place is nice with a nice outdoor lounge. They have live music outside too so I guess it might be better for just drinks. The restaurant... Not so much. I guess the food and restaurant scene in Miami is just getting better and we are becoming more spoiled. I think the food was average. Nothing stood out and we were 5 in our table. Worst thing was the pasta with porcini mushroom. Sauce was way too heavy and pasta was stuck together... Not good. Other thing that was disappointing is that for the kind of prices they charge service should not be average. I can't say it was bad, the waiter was for sure trying his best, I just think they lack training. How is it possible that the crumbles of the fried calamari that we ordered as an appetizer were on the table by my plate while eating my entree and even when eating dessert. Those should have been cleaned... Takes seconds and table looms better. Like I said before, not bad but I have a large list of better places to go, so not going back.

Wow this is a excellent spot in Miami!!!! The food is Exceptional the ambiance is classy & trendy 100% my style. I have been here numerous times already. Every time I go back it gets better. Anyone I refer falls for the restaurant like myself. I also enjoy the club and the Outside lounge deck. I always stop by to have drinks at the bar. There is one Gentlemen there who is very attentive and provides impeccable service his name is Juan Carlos, if your at the bar request him. He gives grade A service. Now the food omg I crave the pasta daily. The chef Diego is AWSOME he is very hands on, which is rare in Miami. You can feel the love in his food, he explains the dishes in such a captivating manor he could help you order the entire menu, which would not be something you'd regret. I don't usually eat sushi but I had his Marilyn Monroe Sushi Role. It was fantastic and I will be coming back for more. Thank you so much Touché for coming to Miami and pleasing us with delicious food & classy service.

Unfortunately disappointing. Nice décor and lounge setting, but without much view (above strip club 11 and across from Space nightclub) Lounge/bar crowd seems to be beer-drinking pre-flow from strip club below. Many smokers in lounge. No favors at the bar (had full champagne bottle, but as we did not order as such, were charged by the glass!) 20% service charge included (even though FL law now precludes it since Jan 1) Pasta dish tasted like at grocery buffet. Kobe meatballs were ok. Pizza dough was undercooked (tasted like frozen) Coconut shrimp was greasy and over-breaded. Hint of spicy mango sauce in plastic cup. Celebrity chef I heard?

This restaurant is pretty cool. I made a reservation on OpenTable for 3 people. When we got there the hostess said it would be a short wait, so we found a spot at the bar with no problems. The rooftop is set up with couches, tables, a bar and a dance floor on the outside portion. We could have sat outside at one of the couches and ordered some food from the bar menu, which I'm sure would have been delicious, but we wanted to try out the restaurant. The restaurant is indoors, and very small. It is a more intimate setting, but not crowded, and there are tables to accommodate larger groups. The food was tasty and the servers were very friendly. After our meal, we thought we would go downstairs and check out E11even, but the cashier women said that we had to pay a cover to go inside. I though that was ridiculous. We had just paid for a pretty expensive meal at their venue, they should not have then insisted that we each pay a cover ($40 for women, $30 for men) to go inside the club. All-in-all, the restaurant was a good experience. I would go back to Touche (on a night with nice weather). But, I would probably just stay upstairs and enjoy the food, the bar/music, and the cool rooftop ambiance.

Quiet and intimate setting with bar seating if you want a little getaway from the scene downstairs. Delicious meatballs, spaghetti and salmon entrees. Finished off with a chocolate dessert that didn't disappoint.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
