Customer service shined at Atrio tonight. Specified a window table in our reservation. None were available when we arrived. We were given a free round at the bar for our wait. The wait staff were incredibly attentive and most gracious. The fare was 7/10, but the customer service, ambiance, views and atmosphere more than compensated for any minor deficiencies. This was a great place to talk in a wonderful atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my night here. PS BE MINDFUL OF THE CONSTRUCTION IN THE LOUNGE.

Sadly, I have to agree with some on the comments below on less than stellar experience. I was having a spa day with my friend and decided to take advantage of Miami Spice for lunch at Atrio. Was service a little slow? Yes. But I was catching up with a friend and really did not mind. My friend and I both had the same orders. Mushroom soup, lamb shank, and the chocolate cake. The soup? WOOOOOW. I am obsessed with soup (I don't care how hot it is outside) and this was absolutely amazing. Honestly, my favorite part of the entire meal. It was so creamy and there were so many mushrooms. Both my friend and I had every last drop. We basically left the bowls clean. Off to an amazing start. Not too long after we were done, the lamb came out and it looked SPECTACULAR (see picture). Extremely generous portion with great presentation. However, after taking a few bites I came way down. The lamb had NO flavor. Neither did the polenta. I had to add an absurd amount of salt for it to even begin tasting like something. It was such a let down bc the dish looked absolutely delicious but tasted so bland. My friend and I ate less than half and set it aside. **Please note the all the while there were pesky flies that would not go away (as in another previous review)** The dessert arrived and it was perfect. The chocolate cake was so rich in flavor and it paired so well with the salted caramel ice cream. Ugh, my fat ass only wishes it was a bigger portion lol. My server was very nice, and with the exception of the lamb and flies, it was a great experience. Too bad the entrée, which should have been the main focus, was such a disappointment. I would also like to add that at the end of the meal, a manager came over and asked about our experience and we told her everything was outstanding except for the flavorless lamb. She thanked us and told us they would take our comments into consideration, which I genuinely appreciate.

I was quite surprised by my lunch experience at Atrio in the Conrad hotel. We were seated promptly and asked for slices of lime or lemon for our water. The 3 pieces of lime was already brown on the edges, please see picture. I was in Hong Kong and had a drink before dinner at Lobster Bar at the Conrad. I asked for a mojito, but the bartender suggested me to order something else because the mint leaves were not fresh enough. Same premier brand of the Hilton group of hotels, but the difference is night and day. My appetizer was baby ramine salad. They probably worked really hard to pick away the yellow leaves so each salad had 2 small pieces of not so green lettuce. I had the slow braised lamb shank for entree. My friend had the same dish and her lamb shank was standing up and please see mine on the picture. The lamb was luke warm, and had no taste. I asked the server why my dish looked like a piece of bone with a few pieces of meat laying around. She just said thatwhen you cook the shank for a long time it would be that way. I wondered if the dish was sent back to the kitchen and I was the lucky recipient for a pre-owned lamb shank! Had the lemon pie for dessert. It was two very dry, very thin pieces of very hard pastry with a little bit of lemon filling. I need to qualify as to my introduction to this review. I was very unpleasantly surprised by this lunch experience, especially from Conrad, the premier brand of the Hilton group of hotels. Or Miami really rank that low in Conrad's priority?

Worst Spice Menu I've tried over the years. Actually, one of the worst meals I have had in a while. This isn't my first visit to Atrio. I remember in the past I was impressed with the view at the bar side, though much less so with the server, who recommended a Torrontes from California. Torrontes from California? I asked, giving the waiter a chance to correct himself. Yes, he said, when the wine actually came from Argentina. This time, the bar area is under renovation. Walking into the restaurant there was only one other table besides us, at 1pm on a weekday. We asked for some lime with our water, and on the plate were three wedges of lime, yellowed with brown, dried out edges, evidently cut at least a day ago. I am surprised they even brought it out to the table. I should have taken the clue and not order the salad. Sadly I did, because "Baby romaine, parmesan cheese panna cotta, truffled aged parmesan bechamel, parmesan crisp" sounds interesting, right? The romaine was limpy with some yellow edges, the panna cotta way too dense and salty, and the parmesan crisp is inferior to the ones I got at Whole Foods in both texture and flavor. My friend got the pumpkin soup, a better choice. The monk fish was another disappointment. The nuggets of fish were not fresh and were overcooked. The clams and mussels - the smallest I've ever seen, they are tinier than my finger nails - were dried out and chewy. The lamb shank with the polenta is a much more substantial meal, though again the flavor didn't impress. Curiously, while one came out nicely plated, the other arrived with chunks of meat around a bone. The waitress explained that the shank was cooked so tender the meat just fell off the bone. However, the chunks looked cut up, not fallen apart, and they looked like all sides were exposed to cooking. Before both the appetizer and entree, the server managed to set the table wrong, laying the spoon and steak knife at the wrong seat. Considering there were only eight diners at two tables, and considering this is Conrad, I'd expect a better job. Also, the food took an overly long time to come out. You better have a 2-hr lunch time if this is your work lunch. Oh I almost forgot to mention the worst part of the dining experience: having to swat flies as we ate. Yes, at Atrio in Conrad.

It's 11:58 am on a workday and your stomach starts growling. You stop typing up that email because, let's face it, all you can think about is what you are going to have for lunch. Options start popping up in your head and inevitably you have to make a decision: should you go the time-efficient route and grab something to-go, or should you actually enjoy your food while sitting down at a nice restaurant? If you are like me, you probably go for option 1, but secretly wish you chose option 2. But, what if I told you that you don't have to compromise for one of the two anymore? Yes, that's right, you now can have a delicious lunch in under an hour, and get back to work to have a productive afternoon. Enter the Taste of Time, the new express lunch menu by Atrio, at the Conrad. The menu offers not one, not two, but three delicious and elegant courses, all served in 45 minutes or less, or it's free! Did I mention that it's only $23 AND includes free valet? Yes, yes, and yes. Believe it because it's true. And let me tell you: in true Atrio fashion, everything is beautifully presented and absolutely scrumptious. Also, you will not get bored of this deal as the menu changes every three weeks! Take a look at my photo gallery with recommendations below. If you work in Brickell and are in the mood for a delicious yet time efficient lunch, make it a point to try the Taste of Time. Trust me, your work lunches will never be the same again!

Slowest lunch... Ever. My friend and I had an appointment at the spa so we had to leave after the appetizer. Here is a picture of the monkfish my husband ordered for me to go... Pathetic. The spa on the other hand was amazing and gracious and made up for the pretty crappy service at this place.

Great view superb service. The food was delicious. The bar next to the restaurant has a great view. Unfortunately the restaurant do not has a view that deserves. You won't regret the trip.

My friends and I ate dinner at Atrio last night and had a delightful experience. We had two Travel Zoo certificates that included wine, app., entree and dessert from a special menu for that voucher. The choices and the service were excellent. My snapper was excellent!!!! We had 8:45pm reservations on a Saturday night. The restaurant wasn't busy and so if felt as if we had the place to ourselves. A lovely experience.

I came here on a date, and what I liked about this place is that it's very low key and classy. The restaurant is on the 25th floor and has a beautiful view of both the Bay and downtown Brickell. I can't give Atrio 5 stars. My date & I ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine. We had a great time and the staff was wonderful. We weren't near a window or anything we were sitting in the center of the lobby. I'm not too fond for the layout of the seating... However It is a great place for drinks or for a date. I will defiantly give it another try for dinner sometime.

We've been here a number of times because they are the Conrad's (in Brickell) restaurant and we get free breakfast and generally a $100 food credit when staying in the hotel (thanks AMEX FHR) The breakfast is served as either buffet style or ala carte. When staying at the hotel you are given the cost of the buffet per person included, so it's really a no-brainer. Almost all of the items on the ala carte menu are within the buffet. The buffet has a nice mix of hot and cold food. There is an omlette station and I'm happy to report that they got some decent hot plates to prepare the eggs. The prior time it would take literally 15 minutes per omlette. They also have 4 juices that are from local markets (i.e. it was fresh) They have a wide array of pasteries, fruits, etc. And again, a good mix of local and international varieties. Of course the standard scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes are included too. Good coffee! Dinner is a whole other ball game. No buffet and a very interesting South American themed fusion menu. The chef like to puree a lot which was fine with me. I had a few meat dishes and they have a corn soup that is really good (again a puree) The dinner menu prices are a bit high. I wouldn't generally dine here unless I had some kind of credit from the hotel or if I was too tired and / or lazy to go out. ;-) The restaurant is on the 25th floor and has a nice view of both the city and bay. You can even sit outside for breakfast.

I'm rating my review more on the food quality. I like Atrio and have been a few times. Service here can be spotty and today was awkward. Our waiter left on a break so during our meal we had a change. I would have preferred that Dave would have gone from start to finish. There was a mix up in the order but still feel this restaurant is above average and then some. Very accommodating to say the least. Food was tasty, presented professionally and the decor is inviting and romantic. I do agree with some reviewers here that this restaurant could easily shine. Let's improve the service and I would say you are halfway there.

Really bad services too expensive and the food is ok but not the much for the price that charge. You can find a better place for less money.

The Atrio has all the potential to be one of the best restaurants in Miami...wonderful location, spectacular view, unforgettable art, but unfortunately the food and service did not live up to the expectations my guests and I had, being that this is one of the select dining venues of the well known "Miami Spice".

Went here for the simple convenience of being in the hotel we were staying at. Well the hotel is great, would definitely not recommend eating here. The "45 minute time saver or else your meal is free" took almost an hour and still paid full price. Then we have them the benefit of the doubt and went for breakfast in which they gave us the wrong order. The "farm fresh eggs" almost made me throw up. In general the food is mediocre at best and not worth the price.

The decor is fabulous! The view is amazing, but the food is expensive and not executed well. We went for lunch, it is in Brickell you have to valet they validate it and its like 2$ tip, not a hassle at all. We made reservations for lunch Miami spice they also have a daily spice menu. We showed up on time could not fine the hostess, one other couple was looking around for her also. it was unprofessional we had to go through the restaurant to find anyone so they could find her. We go seated the waitress was nice, answered all our questions and was very well trained. the problem was the food. The bread was stale, the butter way over salted. i got the duck confetti is did not taste well and had huge chunks of fat in it. i could not eat it. the ceviche started out well but then was drowning in ginger. For my entree I order chicken risotto, the rice was barely rice amazing flavor not a risotto, then they added odd things to the dish like grapes and the chicken was tough and over cooked. it made no sense. The best think about the dish was rice... the seafood linguine pasta was so tiny and had 3 bites of sea food and was flavorless. Presentation was amazing it was the execution and flavors that failed. We wont be back.

I gave only 2 stars because of amount of my entrée!! Was indecent! Good taste but very little portion x price. I don't will come back again. sophisticated environment do not need serve miseries for a gold price

I would have put 3.5 stars. My tuna tartar appetizer was good(but perhaps a little too much soy sauce/seasoning). My seared tuna sandwich was done perfectly and no sauce to overpower the tuna. Oh and the coffee was good too(been drinking cheap watery coffee lately so it made me super happy) And free valet. The Meh part... the pork belly appetizer was not as good as other places. Kind of chewy. We had reservations but the place was not setup(our table was missing several silverware and bread plate). and the entire hour while we ate, the waitress was setting up other tables. we were the only ones eating(at 12PM on a sunday!) And even though I was super hungry, the food came out reallllllly slow.

3.5 but rouding to a 4. And that's because of the food...it was delicious. This place is on the 25th floor of the Conrad Hotel. A little hidden oasis high above the Miami skyline. Amazing views and an intimate dining room welcome you here. Most importantly though was the food. Good sized portions, flavorful and delicious food. Unique touches (basil sorbet with the carpaccio appetizer) set this place apart from the crowd. The snapper was very good and fresh. The prices are a little steep and they were understaffed, but the service was very friendly and overall the experience was good. I would return. Good job guys.

The place is beautiful, great ambience, gorgeous views, but the food and service do not live up to the high prices. There are plenty of fairly priced restaurants in Miami with much better food than this. The menu is very limited. Only 3 appetizers, 2 soups, 3 salads, etc. The food is just plain ok. There was nothing any of the 4 adults ordered, from soups, appetizer, to entrees that was past average. For $30-50 entrees, I expect much more than average. The dessert we ordered, the doughnut bread pudding w strawberry jam ice cream, was the best thing we had. As for the service, I don't expect to ask our glasses to be empty, much less have to ask more than once, not have to chase down the waiter. Sorry, but there are thousands of much better restaurants in Miami. I'm rating it a 2 because it wasn't horrible, but not worth going back, at all.

Like it's neighboring lounge, Level 25, this place seems to only be good for the views and that (combined with pretty good service) gets the stars here. We had the first reservation available for the night, and got a seat right by the window. It was a nice view and the restaurant is very pretty. Service was attentive and friendly. My only complaint with Atrio is the food. I actually feel like the food made me sick. It was the only think I'd eaten that could have made me sick and, not to be graphic, but hurling bad chicken with tomato broth is gross. My friend's steak was okay, but not anywhere near the quality as steak I've had for half the price. The bread pudding saved the dinner. I was glad we ended with it because otherwise, I would've felt even more ripped off. We each paid about $80 for dinner and glass of wine for each of us and a shared dessert. For what we ate, I was not going home feeling like I got my money's worth at all. It may take a lot for me to come back to Atrio.

My friend and I went for lunch for the Miami Spice and the food and service were fantastic. I had the goat cheese for the appetizers, the mushroom capriccio the entree and for desert I had the peach trifle. I have no complaints at all. Also when you validate your valet card parking is complimentary.

What a beautiful view and great restaurant. We went to Atrio to celebrate and I have to say I was very pleased. The moment you walk in you the entire Miami skyline is in front of you and at night that is a beautiful sight. We sat down at our table and right from the beginning the service was spectacular. They service was so attentive and friendly. And the food was worth it. We had the seafood ceviche (very tasty) and for entree I had the branzino and my boyfriend had the red snapper. I have to say both were superb but the snapper was perfect. I was very impressed by the food. I would go back for a special event but I warn you, expect to pay about $100 a person if you get wine.

What a great restaurant on the 25th Floor in the Conrad Hotel. Atrio was a dinner I have been planning for some time and really was looking forward to going. I had made the reservations for 9pm Friday night, I wanted to make sure Ide get there in time after a boat ride. The Conrad hotel itself is beautiful and the valet is great (free if validated, only a couple tip dollars needed) with a swimming pool on top of the Valet sending a rippled lighting effect which was pretty cool. The hostess sat me and my Man down to a nice table by the window to see the skyline view at night. The tables had orchids on them which was a nice touch. The lighting in the restaurant was great as well set a nice romantic mood. It seemed like most the people stayed in the hotel as guests or business dinner guests. No one on the phone mentioned to me this would be the last seating and we had to order all of our food before the kitchen closed! I was rushed but knew what to order. But I did not expect all the food to come out at once!! We ordered the Duck Confit Spring roll and came with a smoked corn tomato jam, Ide compare to a sweet chutney it was great! We also ordered the Crisp Pork Belly it came with a Soft Poached Egg, Carbonara Sauce and a Parmesan wafer it was out of this world delicious! Perfect melt in your mouth tastes indescribable! I was sad when there was no more left! Three Sisters Salad it had Squash, Green Beans, Baby Corn, Goat Cheese, Cranberries and Pears it was delicious. For an entree I got the Grilled Florida Snapper came with a Red Grapefruit Salsa and a Basil Aioli. Perfectly cooked dish and was fantastic * see Pictures. My Man had the 10oz Prime Angus New York Strip Steak .. Really Delicious had a nice char perfectly cooked Medium-rare. We ordered a side of Fried Yucca .. mmm these were as good as they come, thick tasty squares and some yummy sauces to dip in just ask if there's something particular you want. Side of Cinnamon Roast Butternut Squash, this was less than desired, I would never order it again if I had to. Very romantic place the waiters are friendly, they're attentive to fill up your water. Do not come here at the last seating! They will rush you to order and give you all the food at once. I recommend looking around on the balcony , and the hotel itself is beautiful with tress in the floors on the 25th Floor ..

Breakfast buffets at the Atrio were not the highlight of my stay in Miami ;) Atrio has a beautiful view of the surrounding areas, but I had mixed experiences there. My last morning there, I went down right when it opened and the food and service was IMPECCABLE. However, whenever I stumbled out of my hotel room at a more reasonable hour, the food was cold and the service was shoddy. I expect more from a Conrad...

The place is nice, amazing view. The food is ok and expensive, about $35 a plate for a serving the size of the palm of my hand. The food takes forever, I waited for my appetizer for almost 40 minutes. The waiter never checked on our water. If you want to dine there, you will basically be paying for the view. Although the view isn't that great, you will be staring at bank buildings very up close -.- but we locals are used to so much flatness, having diner at a 25 floor looking down at traffic is pretty fancy to us. Anyways, you would be paying for a nice ambience here. 2 stars for service and 3 for food.

Man I traveled all the way from Atlanta and I was very unsatisfied. You people and your five star reviews should be slapped. Nothing about this place is five star except the bathroom, which is out an exit door and connected to the nice hotel. The manager was very helpful attentive and pleasant but our actual waiter was terrible. The bread was nasty as hell, my meal (lobster sandwhich) was even nastier! I could not stand to eat another bite. I was going to chop it up as a lost but the manager insisted that I order something else. I got a burger and it was delish but as it was my second choice, my appetite had already been ruined. The fries were good and fresh though! The scenery... you people... smh... have yall ever been to Chicago? Now thats some scenery. What I witnessed at the Atrio was pure comedy. Looking on top of bank buildings and watching workers construct about five buildings was not my idea of a view. No water, action, no reason for me to be there trying to celebrate my fiance's birthday. Waste of my time and money! The restaurant is so damn small I heard everyone's conversation. All four tables worth of people. What else... man forget it, point is I hated it! Thank God I had a coupon.

Nice lunch with a great view. Had the corvina ceviche for an appetizer, good but small. The roast farm chicken for an entree. Good portion, good taste. Served with rosemary jus and crispy pancetta bites. For dessert I had the key lime pana cotta. Good but I prefer vanilla :) Overall good lunch, clean restaurant, great service but high prices. I get that is what you have to pay for for a 360 degree view of Miami!!

Just came back from Atrio to try the Miami Spice lunch menu. Service was good, however food was bad. Everything was most likely frozen, and tasted like everything was microwaved...I ordered the CONFIT DUCK LEG AND GOOSE LIVER TERRINE, GRAPE CHUTNEY, which was below avg. The SEAFOOD BLACK INK LINGUINE, SNAPPER, SCALLOP, SHRIMP, SEAWEED CLAMS BROTH, was from frozen seafood, so a big miss there. ROZEN CRANBERRY NOUGAT, MARINATED BERRIES, was dessert. Im not a huge fan of dessert so nothing much to say here, as it all taste the same to me. Again service was good, but food did not seem near fresh at all, and was not good. However this is the Miami Spice menu and I have yet to taste their actual menu, so things could be different, but id rather not test it out again.

We recently returned to Atrio..we love going there. I had the lamb chops and my husband had the salmon. The lamb chops were the best I have had in a very long time.....delicious. We also had the Pork Belly appetizer, which was really good too; this was a recommendation from the waiter. I would have never picked it on my own. We had the bread pudding for dessert...really good. The view from this restaurant is breathtaking. Ask to be seated by the window. You won't regret it.

My hubby and I headed to Atrio to celebrate the end of a very productive week at work. It was my first time there and I was concerned about the reviews saying that service was mediocre. I just don't tolerate bad service where they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you eat there. I am glad to say that I completely disagree with that. Our service was impeccable! Our server and assistant server were extremely friendly and always on top of things. The manager on duty came over to our table at least three times just to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. And no, we were not complaining. The food, however, was just okay. My hubby started his meal with the crispy pork belly with soft poached egg, carbonara sauce, and parmesan wafer. The pork belly was good and tender and the soft egg really added to the flavor. We have had better, though, but it wasn't bad. I ordered the soft shell crab with fried green tomatoes and smoked corn relish. Mmmmm...my appetizer clearly won that round with flying colors. The soft shell crab is one of my new favorite foods and the one here is just yummy! For his entree, hubby had the grilled kurobuta pork chop with sweet onion puree, apple, blue cheese and celery salad. Again, it was ok, but not amazing and definitely not crispy enough. I hate to say that I have had better at home when my hubby cooks. My entree, again, was better. I had the hanger steak with creamy manchego polenta, chorizo, potato and apricot salad. I liked my entree but it wasn't memorable. I did finish my plate, though. Yet again, I always do :) We decided to share the duck fat roasted fingerlings. The fingerlings were good, but there was no duck fat in them. Someone should go to The Forge and steal their recipe for this dish. (I volunteer!). The dessert was really good. I went ahead with our server's suggestion to order the special warm doughnut with ice cream on the side. Mmmmm...good, good, good. I think I am a little bias here because I am a sucker for warn and cold desserts! To me, that combination is heavenly and this one didn't disappoint. On that note, the service, once more, was extraordinary. Everyone who participated in our dinning experience went above and beyond to make it memorable. Too bad that the Conrad Hotel has decided not to take advantage of an amazing location, breathtaking views, and a truly competent service staff that have the potential to make this place a gem and the go-to-place for basketball fans wanting to eat a nice dinner before the Heat games.

Great place to sit down on a clear sky evening and enjoy dinner with your significant other. Great lit up scenary of lights of lower Brickell area extending down to the Key (Biscayne). Food was great and the views were amazing. Especially when you have a hot date! Service was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous staff. A starter was brought out with the compliments of the chef and was a great way to open up our taste buds right before our meal. Steaks were prepared well and a must-try is the mushroom sauce for the steak. MMmmMmmmmm good! Did I mention, great service?!?!

Pork Chops and Mofongo. All else...be gone! (Mel Brooks Voice) It's all about location, location, location! This place is located on the 25th floor of a beautiful hotel, The Conrad, in Brickell. But what about the view? You can see all of Miami, just ask to sit near the ginormous windows. How was the food? I had the Chef's best fish in his special sauce with his special everything. She had the pork chops. PORK CHOP IS THE VICTOR! I ordered mofongo (plantain heaven), she ordered yuca frita (yuca hell) MOFONGO IS THE VICTOR The meal was enjoyed...VICTORY TO ALL

This place is horrible for the money you spend on their food! Our fish (sea bass) was filled with bones and the skin was left on it sticky and almost raw. To begin with, after they called me back to confirm my table in their private room overlooking the city, they decide to call me hours later to simply cancel and then the lady on the phone said that I can have my party of 7 by a window as I wanted. On our arrival, things were different. They wanted to put us in the wine room with no windows and I said absolutely not. Then their hostess said it was impossible to put a table by the window so she stuck us in the middle of the restaurant and offered us a free drink. The night progressively got worse, but no one said anything because we had family from out of town and wanted them to have a good time and experience the city. Our eating utensils were placed on the bare table with no cloth. So much for fine dining! Not to mention, some of the utensils had to be returned, because they were dirty. Our salads came out almost with the meals. Again, the fish that 3 of us ordered was disgusting and when I told our waiter about the bones he said "that's impossible" then I showed him and he didn't even offer to exchange the dish nor to give us a refund, this people were rude on a passive aggressive way. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. This meal was not worth the $500+ spent.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here and it was really solid. We were traveling down from Chicago to spend the weekend in Miami and when I made my reservation, I mentioned that it was our anniversary. So, first, they brought us champagne as a surprise for a toast and then for our desert, they made a custom plate with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate and caramel. It was a really nice gesture. We had a nice window seat overlooking the city. We had the ceviche for an appetizer and then both ended up having the scallops for dinner. All were excellent. We then had the donut bread pudding for desert. Wow. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth like we do. Service was outstanding. Our waiter even took the time to recommend places for us to go and do while in Miami. The only negative is that the wine list is pretty high end. Usually, you can find bottles of wine from $40 or so and then up. Their wine list started at $100 unless you bought by the glass -- which I did and ended up having a very nice Malbec. Definitely recommend.

The service and vibe is excellent. Beautiful view of the city since this restaurant is on the 27th floor. Just the right place to go for a nice intimate dinner. Atrio is on the higher end of price but quality and volume are worth it.

Dined here on 8/17. I loved the decor, ambiance and view. Service was very attentive. Menu had some interesting choices. Pork Belly app was yummy. Scallops with risotto were great. The scallops were line butter and the risotto was cooked perfectly. They also had a great wine list. For dessert I had the donut bread pudding. A little too sweet but still tasty! I would love to come back here next time I am in Miami. I hope they are still around.

Oh Atrio, you hold a special place in my heart as the site of both my boyfriend and I's first date and our one year anniversary dinner. Views are literally spectacular. Ask to sit near a big window and you can see the entire city. Mood is quiet, lighting is just the right kind of dim - dim enough to set a mood but not so dim that you can't see your food. Atmosphere is very intimate - quiet and reserved, not exactly the best place for my typically loud Cuban antics. However, this is the perfect special occasion date spot, especially if you're looking for a bit more romantic evening. So why the four stars? Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious. I have yet to have something I didn't enjoy thoroughly! But for $100/person (including wine), I want to have a meal that blows my socks off. I will say their mofongo, when it is on the menu, is SUPERB and my favorite thing at the restaurant. The burrata is quite delicious as well. My boyfriend is also quite fond of their steaks, but he has said they are not his favorite. Overall: 4.5 stars, highly recommend for a special occasion date night or celebratory dinner!

The view at this place is great. On the 25th floor at the Conrad Hotel. The food was good, not great but the place and the ambiance is return-worthy. We went there for my husband's B-day dinner and we both were pleasantly surprised by the place. The drinks were very good. The place was not busy ( Monday night) but we had to wait a little bit for our table but it was all worth it since the table, next to the big windows with the amazing view, was a plus. The hostess was really nice but i cannot say the same about the waiter. He was not bad, he was just unfriendly, not even a smile. The food was good though, i had the red snapper ceviche to start , it was nice but maybe lacked a bit of salt. We had the snapper and hanger steak for dinner, my fish was flavorful and yummy. My hubbie's steak i found it was cooked well, it was tender and nice flavor. For deserts we had the brad pudding and the key lime pana cotta, im not a fan of key lime but that was really yummy. In our waiter's defense, he did read the instructions i gave the restaurant when i made the reservation online about having a little cake or desert at the end of the meal ready with a candle for my husband's birthday. He also brought us 2 complimentary champagne glasses. Very nice touch.

Atrio does Miami Spice and everything nice. I made a reservation for dinner for two on a Sunday night, but I don't think we really needed it. We found a primo parking space on the street right next to the Conrad so we didn't have to pay for valet. Score! We don't make it downtown very much, but the Conrad seems like one fancy schmancy hotel. To get to Atrio, you have to take the elevator to the 25th floor and the restaurant is to your left. The hostess was very efficient and sat us immediately in a corner booth next to the floor-to-ceiling windows where we could look out over all of the lights and buildings of Brickell. She even brought me an orange wrap to warm me up when she noticed I had goosebumps. There were orange flowers and candles on the tables and the lighting was very dim. There were some interesting chandeliers that looked like crystal jellyfish hanging from the ceiling. The area kind of reminded me of a dining room on a cruise ship. The service got off to a slow start. We waited over 15 minutes for anyone to approach our table. The place was maybe half full so I don't know why it would take so long. I think it was the manager who finally attended our table and took our orders. The Miami Spice Menu is very eclectic and includes a vegetarian entree. The menu also suggested some select wines to pair with the food, so I ordered a glass of Tamas Estates Pinot Noir. It was very light and a little bit sweet and complimented my meal quite well. However, I would have expected it to have filled more than one-fourth of the glass. APPETIZERS A complimentary plate of 4 small slices of sourdough bread were served with warm butter before our appetizers came. It was ok; the crust was very tough and chewy. I ordered the watermelon chipotle gazpacho. At first sip, its fruity and refreshing but then turns spicy and smoky on the way down and leaves your tongue tingling. The soup was served with a crunchy, slightly cheesy tasting Foccacia croute. The boyfriend ordered the Tequila cured Salmon, which he liked although it was sliced paper-thin. I tried a bite of the accompanying pickled limes and cucumber and experienced a very unique, potent flavor - kind of like how I would expect potpourri to taste. We were also surprised with a special appetizer complements of the chef. It resembled Bruscetta, but served on top of the crostini was actually a square slice of Brie cheese (instead of Mozzarella) and instead of tomatos, it was topped with a summer fruit compote and shredded mint. I might be a bit biased since Brie is my favorite cheese in the world, but this dish was tasty. ENTREES The boyfriend ordered the Shrimp 'Chermoula.' The shrimp were big and plump, spiced with a Mediterranean mix of saffron, lemon, tomato, chili, ginger and garlic and served on a bed of rice. [The shrimp is listed at $40 on their dinner menu, so it's a great deal when you order it and an appetizer and dessert for $35.] My Open Heirloom Tomato Ravioli was actually one giant ravioli served in a big while bowl. My fork glided through the pasta, as it was thin and tender. The pasta pouch was filled with soft, sweet tomatoes and was topped with ricotta, sweet garlic confit and basil oil which resulted in a refined Italian taste. DESSERTS The boyfriend's dessert of choice was the Pineapple and Meyers Rum Oven Tart which was served with a tiny scoop of coconut ice cream and resembled a Toaster Strudel. The crust was flaky and the warm fruit filling was delicious - you could definitely still taste the rum, too. My meal ended with the Chocolate Ganache, served with a medium sized scoop of espresso ice cream, biscotti and half a strawberry. The Ganache was the consistency of a thick mousse and is the richest, thickest dark chocolate dessert I've ever tasted. It was rich, but not too rich to the point of being overwhelming. The biscotti tasted like a peanut butter chocolate cookie and really complemented it. I actually preferred the Oven Tart, but if you are a chocoholic, go for the Ganache. The bill ended up being just under a hundred bucks, with gratuity included. The food was delicious, but the experience wasn't awesome enough to make me want to come back and pay full price.

The view, the view, the view! Yes it's mostly about the view. Lol. Though the service was great the food left me with much to be desired. Nothing to run home to tell mom about but it will keep your tummy content. This place has a very romantic vibe

The bar, the views, the hotel, the complimentary valet are all wonderful. The service is generally very good. The desserts are acceptable. The food, just worth it. I have eaten there 3 times and I love the place the dogs is just not exceptional and they charge as if it were.

Came here for Miami Spice with my beau. First of all, the dining room had to be 55 degrees. I was SHIVERING. The view is lovely and we got seated in an adorable corner booth. Our server was very friendly and attentive, but then... he abandoned us! Halfway through the meal.. and he would only come by every 15-20 minutes! Sad times. The food was decent. Nothing to write home about. The softshell crab was very warm and delicious - but the gazpacho was unimpressive. The portions were pretty tiny for the steep prices. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the dessert - warm cinnamon doughut bread pudding with strawberry jam ice cream. I don't think we would go out of our way to come back here again, but I wouldn't put up a fuss if we did!

Used a Travelzoo voucher for a fix price three course dinner for two. The service and food were excellent although I probably would not pay their regular prices, on average $14 for an appetizer and $40 and up for an a la carte entree not including sides. The views of downtown and the water are great. The atmosphere is upscale and the music at a pleasant volume, low enough to have a conversation. Ordered the Dutch lemonade cocktail, which was perfect. For starters, our waitress recommended the Burrata salad, which is breaded and fried mozzarella on top of a tomato and water melon salad. The mozzarella was a generous size but in my opinion bland. I chose the smoked chicken salad. Didn't get any smoky flavor out of the chicken, it tasted like regular grilled chicken breast and needed dressing. The chicken is sliced and served on a bed of greens, almonds, nuts, grapes and dates and comes with a creamy pumpkin dressing. The dressing was the only thing that really stood out about this salad. For the entrees, we chose the NY strip steak and the lobster. The steak was lean and well cooked. You get a side of crispy onion rings and your choice of sauce. The lobster was fantastic. It is small lobster (about 1 lb) cooked and taken out of its shell, so you don't have to do any of the dirty work. The lobster meat is then piled on a bed of freshly made parmesan linguine and a vanilla butter sauce. The linguine were so delicious and fresh, I would order them as an entree by themselves. The lobster was perfectly cooked and actually quite filling. The vanilla butter sauce has an ever so slight sweetness to it and complements the lobster perfectly. Our side dish, the grilled asparagus was cooked perfectly, still somewhat al dente with a nice char on it and enough to share. The dessert menu was disappointing. I suppose I had high expectations after the lobster. The only item on the dessert menu that looked interesting enough (how hard is it to make meringue!) was the chocolate ganache terrine. Our waitress described it as a crust less chocolate pie, which it isn't. It's basically dark chocolate molten into heavy cream, then poured into a ring mold and chilled, served with a few fresh berries and coffee ice cream. I didn't get much coffee flavor out of the ice cream and frankly, it tasted like store bought ice cream. The chocolate ganache was extremely rich and too cold to even taste it. I had to let it cool off some for it to soften up a bit. Little tip, dip it into your espresso, really sets it off. Overall, the dessert was one dimensional (chilled chocolate with chocolate ice cream) and lacked crunch. It would be better if they infused the chocolate with raspberry flavor, added some chopped nuts or some kind of crust. It comes with a biscotti, which had also been chilled and therefore was stale and not crispy at all. Overall, the prices are very high although I might pay for the lobster dish again, it was that good. The dessert menu needs a complete overhaul. I've had better desserts at Outback. Valet parking with validation is $8 so look for street parking.

I went with my buddy there last night for dinner. Didn't know what to expect with in-hotel restaurants but the place was beautiful on the 25th floor. Our table was right by the window overlooking Miami skyline. They offered the Miami Spice menu but we went for the regular menu because we saw some interesting selections. I had soft shell crab for appetizer...wow...i wanted to order another one. For entrees, we had snapper and the cobia dishes...flavorful. Dessert, well see my posted pic. The portions were enough and the service was A+. Valet is free, just make sure to validate with your server before you leave. Will definitely come back and try the other dishes!

I went to Atrio recently with my business partners for a celebration dinner. We had not been here in over a year but our past experiences were very good with this restaurant. Unfortunately, this time was different. To start off with the positives: The restaurant is on the 25th floor of the Conrad and has an incredible view. We sat right next to the window which was the perfect setting. They take reservations and we were seated the minute we walked in. The hostess was going to seat us in the middle of the room but when we asked her for the table by the window, she gladly obliged. The ambiance and energy of the restaurant and great. On our recent visit, the waiter informed us after we had ordered that they were out of one item that my business partner ordered off the menu. After taking our order and going to the kitchen to place the order, the waiter returned several minutes later to say they were out of the fish I ordered. It was not busy at all and I would have expected him to know that. I ended up ordering the skirt steak instead. My business partners each ordered a fish dish, both of which were very bland. The skirt steak was cooked to my liking and was quite tasty. For a slow evening, it took much longer than I would have expected to get our food. It was a big disappointment from the 5 star service we always had in the past. Maybe it was just an off night but it was obvious the standards were not nearly what we had before. I would give them a try again but with all the restaurant choices in the Brickell area I will not be back soon.

The view is so amazing, the ambiance and decor is fabulous, and the service is spectacular. The food is excellent, everything tasted really good and full of flavor. The lamb was the best meat I've ever had. The restaurant is expensive, and as is all expensive restaurants, you can expect portions that will only fill a child. I suggest you tell them to keep the complimentary bread coming. The wine is excellent. Another plus is the free valet you get when dining here, which is a nice bonus. My only warning is that if the waiter asks you if you like water and you say yes, and he asks you " Sparkling, still, or regular" ( which I was thinking what is regular if still is regular) then you say regular, because the difference is that still is a fancy bottle that is $10 and no one tells you, and regular is tap water that's free. In any case, make sure you go to the lounge and go outside to really take advantage of the breath taking views.

Delicious NY Strip Steak, fries and mashed potatoes and red onion jus. Other than that, the menu wasnt extraordinary. The view of Miami is worth the trip; the bar has a balcony where you can eat off of a smaller menu or have after dinner drinks.

Very nice atmosphere almost makes you feel like your not in Miami. The bar area is beautiful, decorated with with sleek modern European style furniture. The balcony/smoking area with it impeccable view is simply fantastic! The only negative is the smokers. That whole bar/balcony area deserves 5 STARS. Now the restaurant, very nice but def average food quality and below average for quantity. I tried Atrio because with found a $65 coupon on travel zoo. The portions where very small, probably ok for the ladies if they don't eat like a guy. Guys you probably will leave hungry. When the manager came by I had to ask her if these portions sizes had to do with the fact that we used a travel zoo coupon or this is the actual portion size. She told me as well as the waiter that this was the normal portion size. I told the manager that if I would have came here and paid $160 for this meal I would have been very upset! For the travel zoo price it's ok but not for regular price. Now as far as the quality-all I can say is average. The ceviche was delicious! The entrees and dessert just average. Service: good although a little slow bringing out the bread and water. Suggestion - have a few drinks at the bar, soak in the beautiful view and go have dinner someplace else. Side note: This was the first time we tried travel zoo which worked well without any complication.

Great view! Great ambience, delicious food, and amazing service. However I left hungry and I spent 200 dollars with my wife. We also had a bottle of wine. They have a great wine selection. Atrio is worth trying but I don't know if I'd be back.

Though overpriced and a fluid menu that is hit-or-miss, they are very accommodating for business meetings. The service is wonderful, though management is sometimes unprofessional as they have already twice canceled reservations on me. It's a local favorite of many diplomatic meetings due to their international influence.

Got a restaurant.com $50 gift certificate for $5 and checked out Atrio for dinner. Even though I enjoyed my meal, I wasn't really wowed by it, and probably wouldn't return. The Highlights: -Service was spot-on -The view of the city was amazing -Free valet -It was quiet enough to hold a conversation -Dessert was delicious Everything else was just average. My steak was a little overcooked, the pineapple juice in my drink tasted like it had been sitting in a can for too long, and the menu selections weren't very exciting. The ambiance also kinda sucked. There were only like 5 or 6 other tables with patrons, and I think they were guests of the hotel. Had I paid full price, I probably would've been extra dissappointed, but since I didn't, I will say that it was just "ok".

MIAMI SPICE REVIEW But for the service (more on that below) this would have been a 4-star review; the Miami Spice Menu options are very generous and include some of the house favorites from the regular menu. The location is awesome- 25th floor of the Conrad on Brickell with a view overlooking the City to the west. The restaurant is fairly small- maybe 30 tables with several large tables in secluded areas for business meetings. Miami Spice Apps: I had the salmon nisoice salad. I would come back for lunch just to have this salad again. The portion was huge, the dressing was light, but very tasty and the salmon was perfectly chilled. And like any good niscoice salad the potatoes and green beans were cooked al dente and then chilled. My table mates each had the gazpacho and burta cheese plate. Both apps were also well liked. Miami Spice Mains: I had the snapper and others had the hanger steak. No one had the vegetarian option. The snapper was delicious and perfectly cooked. The portion was large- I left some on my plate. The Miami Spice Snapper was served with cilantro rice (the menu dish does not have a side). The cilantro rice completed the dish- not sure why it's not normally paired together....? The hanger steak was just okay. The snapper was definitely the winner of the two. Miami Spice Desserts: ORDER THE DOUGHNUT BREAD PUDDING. WOW! WOW! Service: It was horrid. It took 10 minutes for the staff to figure out who was our server at the start of the evening. As I mentioned previously, it is not a large restaurant nor was it crowded nor was there a large party monopolizing all the staff, so the 10 minute upfront wait time was inexcusable in my opinion. And the service never got better. It took forever for us to order cocktails. Also, my water glass was empty for 10 minutes in the middle of the meal and our cocktail glasses were left empty on the table for a while. Additionally, we had to hunt down the waitress to order wine and she never came to check in with the group on our sanctification with the main courses. While we had no issues, fish and steak are two items that can tend to cause problems. It took so long to get a check, that we had to put our wallets on the table in hopes of luring her over. Bottomline: At high end restaurants waiters should be around the table at a regular frequency and dinners should not have to hunt them down. Ohhhh, and there is strange techo/dance party music playing in the dinning room...not exactly what you would expect at a Hilton hotel restaurant. The Miami Spice meal was worth it; but the service was off. You might be better off (for the same price point) at Azul where the service is beyond 5 stars.

Great view and we had a wonderful young waitress who was enthused about the menu, unfortunately the kitchen couldn't deliver on her excitement. My wife had the filet, came out look like it came out of a package and was extremely dry, not worthy of the price. The watermelon salad was different and the one item worth ordering. I ordered the cobb and it came out like something one might get at a cafeteria. It looks like business is slow, and the kitchen staff must be purchasing and operating for the lack of business. You can do better by eating somewhere else.

I had heard about Atrio for a long time and came here for dinner during Miami Spice. Atrio is located on the 25th Floor of the Conrad Hotel in Downtown Miami. Upon getting off the elevator you are greeting by multiple marble artwork pieces from Romero Britto & a sign made of streaming water. I requested a table by the window to overlook the city and even though we had to wait for a while to get it, the receptionist at the front did her best to accomodate us. There are balconies to overlook the city before walking into the restaurant and a fancy bar that you can go to even if you're not planning on eating at the restaurant. Looks like a great spot for a happy hour. Once seated, the staff was very friendly and started off by making recommendations for us which we took them up on. I was blown away by two things - The Ceviche Appetizer & The Snapper Entree. The ceviche was like an explosion of flavor - fruit, spice and tender shrimp. The snapper came fully cooked, head, tail and all. With some lemon & salt it was very good as well. Perhaps just a little dry. I really enjoyed it though and am glad I chose to come here.

We had a private wedding celebration at the Atrio restaurant at the Conrad. Located on the 25th floor it was just what I was looking for. Great atmosphere, modern, trendy, and amazing view !!!!! We had appetizers served in the beautiful bar area before our guests entered the restaurant. I can't say enough of the excellent food. But what I appreciated the most was the incredible service both in the restaurant, service of food and the professionalism of their staff. Always making sure every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend it for a private intimate function . As far as the total cost, I feel like my expectation were met in every aspect and very definitely well worth every penny!

I was optimistic on the basis of the reviews of my fellow Yelpers, but, alas, despite a spectacular setting and heroic efforts by a very expert wait staff, the chef ruined what would have otherwise been an impressive experience. One entree and one of the appetizers was burnt. The others were over or underseasoned. This place is in the lobby of one of my favorite Miami hotels, so I may consider a second chance (the chef, I was told, is new)

I enjoyed my dinner at the Atrio. It was free valet parking, so that was nice. The view from the restaurant sets a great stage for dinner. I ordered the lobster dish, and it was excellent. The service was very attentive as well. My party used the restaurant.com coupon so that was helpful. I recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner.

I stayed at the Conrad for a long weekend and went to Atrio on a Sunday night for their Miami Spice (restaurant week) menu. The cocktails are less creative than those you'll find in South Beach, but it is a restaurant in a primarily business oriented hotel. The food was great. I had the black truffle meatloaf because I was sick of fish at this point, having had it some form for the last 3 of my 5 Miami meals. I found the portion size to be good a for a restaurant week deal. The restaurant is very small and intimate, with views of the Miami skyline. I would have thought they would put the restaurant on the other side of the hotel so you would have a view of the bay. Regardless, it was a good choice and well worth the Miami Spice rate of $35 for dinner (plus cocktails).

I went for the Miami Spice Menu, I did not like the food they served. I went with a group and got a chance to try most items on the menu, I was not impressed by any... the better ones were the appetizers, the gazpacho and carpaccio were the best. I tried the seared scallops and the cannelloni and I have had much better ones in other places, not to mention the very little amount of food served (usually Miami Spice is a menu that does not serve much food in the plates, but this was just a tasting). The peach trifle and the cheesecake were not too convincing either . the service was good.

Highly recommend the daily breakfast buffet and outdoor seating for a stunning view of Key Biscayne, Port of Miami and Bay when staying in hotel. During Spring and Summer, be there early to avoid baking in the sun. Wide selection of juices, premium tea and coffee are included with flat price. High marks for service, view, selection and convenience of location. Note: espresso cafe is not included - additional $4.50 plus gratuity. I can not speak for lunch nor dinner menu!

Enjoy the food with your friends and family in relaxing atmosphere though expensive. After the restaurant there's a possibility to move into the bar. I believe there's still room for improvement on the serving. Had slight problems with the meal as dishes were served incomplete or not to the standard wanted. One thing you definitely should get are the Yucca Fries, this restaurant opened this new potato for me. And I'm in search of where to eat them as it's a rare item on any menu. I totally fell in love with them! Yum.

The folks at Atrio treated us real well, food as well as service. Although I gotta say that I get really bugged by the over the top chivalry they got where women get their water poured first and are singled out to order first. That would be just massive fail if they had a crowd of queer folks. But in any case, this is a five star review for a reason. The bon mot from the chef was a crab w/garlic aioli that the meat-eating members of our party enjoyed, and the bread was tasty. Folks at the table especially enjoyed the prosciutto-wrapped pork and the grilled swordfish. They don't have any vegetarian entrees, so I ordered the cream of cauliflower soup (w/truffle brioche), which was VERY creamy and filling but good, and three sides: arugula w/parmesan (good, a bit salty), sauteed spinach (perfect) & the potato gratin (needed a touch of cheese). We also had this epic conversation about whether or not table salt could expire. Pro argued that the process of iodizing etc made it different than, say, sea salt, and that it could spoil. Con suggested that it was ridiculous to think it could spoil. I texted ChaCha, but ChaCha failed me. One of our party members (neither pro nor con) asked our server to check with the chef, who sent out a box of salt from the kitchen for us to inspect. This gave them back the fifth star, which I'd previously deducted for outdated chivalry. We also had a $100 gift cert from restaurant.com , which made the ~$350 bill for a party of seven completely bearable. My boyfriend assures me that he's received service as great as we had the previous two times he's been as well, so it seems like you can count on it.

Very disappointed in tonight's meal/service. I've been here before during Miami Spice and loved it. Previous visits were great and so was the food. Not sure what happened tonight, but I will have to think twice before coming again. We started with a bottle of wine and three appetizers. The apps were AMAZING! After the apps, everything went downhill. The main issue was two main courses were sent back for being cold and one being overcooked and chewy. When we told our server, he was rude and unapologetic. He even went as far as to question the texture of the scallops. Basically making us feel like we were lying and inconveniencing him. Even after the food came back out, he never asked if it was ok or apologized for the error. Thankfully the manager came over and was extremely nice and apologetic. He did comp both dishes, which was very nice of him to do. With all the competition in Brickell, Midtown, Downtown, South Beach, Mid Beach, North Beach, etc. you can't treat your customers rudely. Especially at this type of establishment!! I will have to think long and hard before coming back to this place to spend my money for such poor service.

I went to Atrio at the Conrad on Saturday w/ five other people for Miami Spice. We were all supremely disappointed. The food was bland, and the portions were minuscule. Frankly, the size of the portions didn't matter much since the food wasn't anything to write home about. The menu on the Miami Spice site looked wonderful, but unfortunately the food was far from it. I wouldn't recommend Atrio to anyone. The location is beautiful, but the fare leaves much to be desired.

very good experience \great view of the city and the ambience was very nice and chi chi. The menu was limited I suppose they change their selections daily or weeklybut the food was fabulous so I guess its not quantity but quality of the food. A bread basket almost tortilla chip like crisp with 3 sauces a butter, mango salsa and spicy green cilantro onion green sauce. My boyfriend had duck salad wth the spinach. The duck was tender and has a hoisin sweet sauce. Also a complimentary appetizer from the chef was a shrimp ceviche on a plantain wrap it was delicious!. I had the famous crab cakes for appetizer two hige crabcakes that were good, did not taste fishy at all but I was easily full by it and wanted to save room.I had salmon that is in the pictures with a guacamole type dip with cabbage it was perfectly cooked and a huge portion along with asian noodles. Noodles were good but a little heavy for me. Dessert was a cafe con leche...no not the drink you originally pictured but came in a huge plate first with 3 chocolate covered expresso beans with an expresso mousse and next an oreo ice cream and oreo crust and next a small warm vanilla cake with a cafe con leche molten center with raberry and creme sauce .....very very good !! Atrio is a latin asian fusion and very fancy but service was great very pricey entrees ranging from 20-48$ but you get what you pay for . Appetizer $16 dessert 12 and cranberry and vodka was $10.

Had dinner here with my hubby last night and had a beautiful and very romantic experience. This restaurant is situated on the 25th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Brickell ave.. the walls that face Brickell are all glass so you can imagine the spectacular view you have of the city.. We asked for a table in front of the window and the very attentive hostess sat us at a corner booth with the most amazing view.. very romantic. The service was top notch. They had the Miami Spice menu but we did not order from there. Their regular menu has a lot of interesting dishes. Appettizers we had the fried burrata served with arugula and heirloom tomatoes.. well if you've had burrata you know that is amazing right? now imagine it being lightly breaded and fried..YUM! my hubby had the duck confit roll served with a smoked corn/tomatoe jam. the duck meat was so tasty and savory by itself, you almost didn't want to add anything to it, but when you spread the jam..oh wow..perfection of savory and sweetness. Entrees.. I had the local fish, Yellow Tail Snapper grilled it's paired with a creamy avocado sauce and topped with a tomatoe relish..amazing. My hubby had the NY strip steak cooked perfectly medium, served with onion rings and bernaise sauce.. I tried it and it was sooo juicy. Sides we ordered the Summer Succotash..and the Mofongo.. both full of flavor..loved them. .After such a feast we didn't have space for dessert. I don't know why other reviewers had a negative experience..but Saturday night the ambiance was trendy.. the place is beautiful, beautiful view, they play upbeat music, service was spot on. free valet... overall I would definitely recommend this place. and plan to come back..

I read yelp reviews all the time, and while the following complaint made in this review may seem small, it's the principle. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance for my husband's birthday. At the time of the reservation, I requested a table next to the window. Now, Atrio does say that they cannot guarantee a window seat, but when I called the day of the reservation to confirm and ask them to write Happy Birthday on my husband's desert, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone actually assured me we would have a seat next to the window. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess "Maureen" pointed to a few different tables, none of which were by the window. There were 4 tables by the window, 2 of them empty. When we mentioned this to her, she told us that all the tables were set up for parties of 4, and that all the parties were present and ready to be seated so we couldn't have any of those tables. I mentioned that we were told we would have a window seat, and she told us it wasn't possible, and led us to another table and pointed out that we could still see out the window (If you have been to Atrio, you will know that EVERYONE in the restaurant can see out the window, that wasn't the point). So whatever, we took the table. After we were seated, "Maureen" proceeded to seat parties of 2 at the tables she told us were reserved for parties of 4, next to the window, for the rest of the evening. On top of that, they did nothing for my husband's birthday as they assured me they would do when we spoke earlier that day. Otherwise, the food was pretty good, not great, especially for fine dining, and our server was pleasant and professional. The whole seating issue was just frustrating in light of the fact I was trying to make it a special evening for my husband. We considered speaking to the manager, however, we decided not to ruin our evening dealing with a complaint, and instead, I am posting on yelp so that all our fellow yelpers AND Atrio's management can see how they treat their guests. Thank you Atrio for a total underwhelming experience.

I took people here for business lunch and I was blown away with the excellent level of service. The staff seems to be very well trained, and extremely well mannered. I tried out the spice menu for lunch, shrimp chermoula was great, and the skirt steak as well. Dessert and appetizer were tasty and well presented. The view from this place is spectacular, highly highly recommend...

While on a mini stay-cation at the Conrad and thanks to Miami Spice, The BF and I decided to go check out Atrio. Reservations are not required, but may be recommended so you can get a table right by the window for a great view of Miami. The red velvet chairs are extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional! To drink I had the Tropical Heat and my Miami Spice meal consisted of the Tequila Cured Salmon, Shrimp Chermoula, and the Pineapple Pastry for dessert. From beginning to end, everything was extremely flavorful and presented very well. I would definitely order the Shrimp Chermoula again! The restaurant started to fill up as we were finishing our dinner, but it was still not extremely full where you had to wait to get seatd. It's the perfect location to have a romantic dinner where you can take your time.

I want to start out by saying that the service was great, and made the experience a lot more tolerable than it could've been. Michaelangelo was awesome, and the potential to become a great restaurant in Miami is there, but just lacks finesse and execution. (Please read my review on the neighboring hotel bar 'Level 25'. Beautiful bar, great view, great pours on cocktails. I read a review about Friday happy hour and when we arrived, there was no longer one. I was charged for a drink that I did not order. Bartender wasn't the friendliest of bartenders, and made us rather go into the dining room to have dinner, whereas we would have easily stayed at the bar, as that is what we usually end up doing. Anyway thanks to the gentleman, here is my review of Atrio.) We walked over to the restaurant and thought the place looked stunning. Definate potential. Good for groups, business meetings, romantic dates, all of that. It was a quiet night, and all the tables by the floor to ceiling windows were taken, and we opted for a corner booth, which was set very nice, with table runners and everything. Beautiful. I had looked at the menu at the bar, so we already knew what we wanted to order. All the descriptions sounded very appetizing, and the prices seemed reasonable for what I thought was going to be an exciting meal. Now I knew why they were slow on a Friday night. Hotel restaurants obviously do better if the hotel is at a higher occupancy, but in a city like Miami, where we need better options, you can't just do enough; you need to go big. Now I know the hotel just won hotel of the year bragging rights within the company, and a culinary acquaintance of mine just started working there, so I went in with high expectations. I'm sorry to say I was disappointed. We ordered a few items. We had the pan fried foie gras with brioche, cherry compote, and cotton candy, the heirloom tomato and burrata cheese plate, the corn chowder, the panfried veal sweetbread app, and the french fries. We love a great foie dish, and this one didn't qualify. The foie, which seemed to be of great quality and delicious, wasn't cooked properly, and the items worked together well, but I wish it wasn't presented so separately. Definately don't crave it as much as Timo Restaurant''s foie gras crostinis or Bourbon Steak's ever changing seared foie gras presentation. The heirloom tomatoes were delicious, the burrata cheese okay (try Fratelli Lyons), and it was served with a spiced balsamic reduction. Not sure what the spice addition to the reduction was, but it took a simple dish and made it unappetizing. Couldn't put my finger on it, but simplicity would've been much better. The corn chowder was delicious, maybe just a touch bland, but I could have bowls of this stuff. My favorite course of the night. The french fries, which our server explained were as good as the golden arches, and they were. They were delicious, and the emphasis on the accoutrement (ketchup, dijon mustard, tabasco, mayonaisse) was a nice touch. The veal sweetbreads were what left us leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. They were undercooked, and just tasted grainy and unpleasant. We enjoy sweetbreads a lot (try Sustain Retaurant) and unfortunately we had to send this one back. Service was very attentive, and the dish was taken away. We were offered to replace the dish with something else, but with the track record of the evening, we decided to try a desert. My girlfriend wanted something chocolaty so I ordered the chocolate genache tart with bourbon sauce. If you're going to pull something out of a box, at least do it as well as Cheesecake Factory. This pie tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge a bit too long. Atrio is absolutely beautiful, and could be a great dining destination in Miami. Not sure what they're waiting for.

Overall, great meal and great service. We used the TravelZoo deal (which expires in 2 days). This was valid for ANY two entrees - even the most expensive $54 16oz Porterhouse or the $48 lobster tail. What do you know, but they're out of the 3 most expensive items - porterhouse, lobster tail, and rack of lamb. Mind you, they did tell us this *before* we mentioned we were using the TZ deal, but I find it VERY VERY hard to believe that they actually ran out of those 3 items. We dined early and the restaurant was FAR from full. I think they realized everyone would be coming to use the deal right before they expired so they just decided to not make the most expensive things available. Can't lose money on what's not available right? So, if you're reading this and intending to use the TZ deal tomorrow or Sunday the 31st - my money says that they will still be out of those things when you go. Now, that issue aside.... the food was superb. We started with the fried mozzarella salad / tomato combo - awesome. Cobb salad was fine. For main courses, we had the duck breast (cooked perfectly) and the prime filet - also cooked perfectly and a very nice piece of meat. Service we thought was great - very attentive and knowledgable. Oh, and parking was validated (FREE) - that's always nice.

Wonderful food and service. The decor was very nice, but nothing really extraordinary. They did a great job of placing this restaurant on a high floor, which is what Acqua at the Four Seasons should have done. The views are spectacular. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great views and staff but inconsistent food - dinner is by far the best meal.....

A spectacular view and decent pricing. They have a Kobe beef hamburger on their lunch menu for $20 which is about what it will run for any plate on their lunch menu. They have a short list of cocktails for $6 on Fridays if you are in the mood for a drink while you sit on the balcony an look out over the bay.

I visited the Conrad during the Miami Spice promotion. Unfortunately there weren't many options on the normal menu at this time so I chose from the spice menu. Overall the food was actually pretty good but COLD. I sent back my appetizer which was supposed to be hot and the waiter brought me a warm one that was fresh from and I quote "the microwave." After that I received my date's cold steak instead of my own followed by his dessert. The restaurant was not at all full so I'm not sure why the service was poor. Upon checking my bank statement I was also unpleasantly surprised that I was overcharged for the meal. The view was definitely not worth it...

Me and my partner we have been coming to this restaurant for a while and multiple times throughout the month. We love the bar and the view and we used to love the service at Atrio. Tonight as I'm leaving and she's driving to Morton's which never let's us down. We experienced the worst costumer service, the worst meal and just the horrible bedside manners from the manager at the time Josh Walsh. Our reservation was for six, because we arrived a little early we decided to go to the Noir bar and enjoy some drinks. The drinks were 50 percent off so her usual martini which was 14 dollars we had it for $7 and my Perrier Jouvet which is normally $35 dollars was $17. We consumed about $90 dollars in drinks and we enjoyed the bay view from the 25 floor as we waited for the restaurant to set up. We were seated immediately and given the menu. We both wanted to have some Good quality steak so we both optioned for their best plate which was their New York sirloin. We order some truffle mash potatoes and grilled asparagus with our meal and another two flutes of champagne. As you can see the restaurant is in fact expensive and if you don't think 80 dollars for two steaks is not expensive well good for you. We expected nothing but good quality, good portion meal. Our steaks came burned and stiff as if they had stuffed it with a nice dose of prescription Viagra. The steak was uneatable. We called the waiter over and explained our concern. He didn't seem to care and just brought us the bill for what we had consumed and charged us 22 dollars for a simple Romaine chicken salad we had before our meal. Didn't even bother to call the manager which is done in the cheapest of restaurants. The manager at the time which is not who we usually see when we go. Had No options for us, didn't even offer to provide a new steak. He was a pompous smock that didn't care about costumer service/satisfaction. As I'm leaving and rescheduling dinner with Morton's I will never ever return to this place. It is a shame that on a Friday at 6 pm in such a beautiful restaurant only two couples were dining. I honestly don't think they will be open for too long if they don't improve their costumer service and the way they prioritize on what's really important. Te view will always receive a five star, but today the whole experience for me will be half a star. And for this manager, I think he would be better fitted to work in the fast food service at a McDonalds or Burger King. There are no stars to really explain for his service and hospitality. Thank you Atrio, really looking forward to the next restaurant that will occupy your space and will make better use of its potential.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Brickell. The service is OUTSTANDING and if you are lucky enough to have Edwin as your server, you will have no choice but to come back! Truly and outstanding waiter who is knowledgeable, personable, and makes sure that you have a wonderful dining experience. I had the grilled snapper and my wonderful other half had the pan seared scallops with pea risotto. Both dishes were AAAAAAAAAAmazing! Red wine, a scrumptious chocolate dessert, and coffee rounded out our evening and everything, without exception, was EXCEPTIONAL! The other fantastic thing about this restaurant, if you have't been, is the view. We wanted a table right by the window but there wasn't one available when we arrived. Edwin promised us that as soon as one became available, he would sit us there and as promised, he certainly did - about 10 minutes after arriving. I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Groupon actually has a deal going on so snatch it up! I can't imagine it will be around for long. So in summation - EXCELLENT service, AMAZING food, GORGEOUS view... what more could you ask for? Remember - ASK FOR EDWIN! It will make your dining experience all the better. Tell him an avid Yelper said so :)

I thought it was awesome .. The scenery, ambiance and atmosphere is very classy and low key. The service was nice and the food was awesome !!! The ribeye , grouper were amazing .. Even the complementary bread was tasty! It is pricey it's worth it, plus when you eat there valet parking is validated and free. I recommend !!

Good food, good service, good views. For appetizer we had the delicious goat cheese croquettes and the pork belly which was also yummy but our second choice. The sauce, the doneness and everything about the lamb chops was perfect , our favorite entree of the night. On the other hand, we would not order the snapper again. It was cooked well but it was topped with a slaw that tasted like pure vinegar. We shared a side of the truffle risotto: delicious and highly recommend. The yuca frita was also good but now worth eating over the risotto so we left most of it and packed it to go. All that and 3 cocktails was $170. Yikes.
