Excellent, charming and relaxed spot in trendy Sunset Harbour. Great alternative to the more heralded Panther Coffee up the street except less expensive, much better breakfast and lunch selections, more comfortable seating, and more personalized service...now if I can only get them to open up for breakfast earlier than 8AM during the week...love the outdoor seating and tables.

1.5 Drink/Smoothie 2 Cleanliness 2 Customer Service 3 Ambiance Over $8.00 for a watered down 16 ounce smoothie that they're advertising as a 20 ounce? What a weird experience. Once I've had the good stuff (Smoothie King), I have now graduated to being a smoothie snob. This place doesn't make the cut. I ordered the "Chia Power" which already consisted of Protein powder, chia seeds choice of milk, strawberries, blueberries, spinach-- and I chose almond milk. I then asked if they could replace the strawberries with acai berries. They were out. Then I asked if she could add pineapple instead. She agreed while being more focused on figuring out the register, then anything else. Really they should have advertised, chia and fruit flavored water and I would have felt better about the experience. I ordered the larger size in hopes that I could repeat having a smoothie for lunch rather than an entire meal (like I did the day before), but that didn't pan out as planned. I couldn't even taste the protein. I walked out of the cafe, water, oops I mean smoothie in hand, perplexed as to why I decided to go inside in the first place. Like Fe says, I have to agree, it seems to me as though they have no idea what they're doing in there. Would I return? No thanks! If you choose to take the plunge, hopefully your dining, sipping or slurping experience turns out better than mine!

We had a chicken empanada which was delicious and fresh. Salmon crock and goat cheese salad, on recommendations, and it was delicious, as well as beautiful presentation!

Savory bakery and cafe is a must! Opened by two French young brothers, everything is made in-house, from delicious empanadas to hot pressed paninis, waffles, and soothing juices? If you love french macaroons, they sell the best too!

Nothing Savory about this place. 1) Each coin-sized macaroon, not fresh, was $3. 2) Apple, carrots, lemon, ginger juice was undrinkable, way too much ginger. They have absolutely NO idea what they're doing. 3) to top it off, 3 macaroons, a PEAR, and a juice = $15 This place should be located on Ocean Drive for the tourists, not us locals at Sunset Harbour, home to some of the beach's best establishments...Savory Bakery, please move the hell out of this area, you're tainting Sunset Harbor.

This is a great cafe in Sunset Harbor with delicious food! The salads and sandwiches are terrific and filling... the Cobb salad is my favorite. Definitely a nice place to go for food or coffee/wine. I live nearby and it's my local favorite by far and has a friendly staff

I love this place! The food is great and the service is amazing. Max and Fabian go out of their way to make sure that everyone feels at home in their quaint cafe bakery. I love the quiches and sandwiches and their desserts are to die for.

Fantastic Coffee! Ambience is warm and friendly, so much nicer than the surrounding coffee shops! Brothers Max and Fabian run the quaint bakery and are wonderful.

A place to relax and enjoy. Delicious food like macarons and quiche lorrain, and one of the best cafe latte I have tried. Prices are very reasonable and service is EXCELLENT! Highly recommended.

I think I would've given this place a solid 4 stars had the server not taken 20 minutes after we'd ordered our drinks to take our meal order?! I don't know if it was the fact that I was starving (I'm sure that's exactly what it was) but I was extremely irritated at the lack of attention from our server. My sister and I decided to check this place out since its relatively new in the area. It's a quaint little spot, very casual, local and right near another shop we were planning to stop by after breakfast. Bummer #1 but not a deal breaker was the limited seating. There were about 6-7 tables outside and about 2-4 inside. I can't remember because we were seated at the bar area directly in front of a window. We ordered our drinks and then started chatted. Bummer #2 - About 10 minutes into the conversation my sister notices that our server still hadn't come by to take our orders but was rushing around servicing other people, greeting regulars and chatting with the cashier guy. After about 20 minutes and my own loud and obnoxious growling stomach I got up, walked over to the cashier guy and asked him if he'd take our orders which he did. He apologized for the delay and took our orders down. Bummer # 3 - I ordered eggs florentine in which I received eggs Benedict which came with some sort of meat (I think it was ham or turkey? I don't eat either). The food didn't take too long to come out but I did have to send mine back because it wasn't what I ordered. I could've sworn I ordered the florentine but the cashier guy swears I didn't. Either way he sent it back and brought back the florentine which tasted ok. Overall this place was OK, the food was OK too. My first impression of it wasn't all that great mainly because of the server. I'd recommend this place to someone looking for a nice, local and laid back spot but not if their servers are going to take so long to take customers orders.
