We came here for Sunday brunch on a gorgeous late fall afternoon. We sat out on the porch to enjoy the weather. They actually had a DJ out there blaring out house music throughout the meal...at 11:30am...on a Sunday...with a group of patrons whose average age was somewhere near 40. This would be incredibly strange pretty much anywhere else in the United States, but this is Miami, so no biggie. The food and service were both clearly above average in my opinion. I had their bacon jam and Gouda sliders and their Elvis pancakes. I liked the flavor of the sliders. My one criticism is that they were not very evenly cooked. One bite was medium well. The next was almost rare. Still, it tasted good. The Elvis pancakes were pancakes (obviously) covered in peanut butter, bananas, maple syrup, and candied bacon. They were quite good. And they were actually lighter than I was expecting. Prices were pretty reasonable as well. We would come back.

So after going to the ft lauderdale location last Friday we came to check out the sunset location. We were greeted and waiting for 20 min for a table on a Friday night, the place was pretty busy and there's plenty of parking nearby at reasonable prices we paid $7 for ours for the night. Our waiter Gabriel was absolutely awesome! Super friendly and all smiles and it helped he was handsome too! Anyways we took suggestions and ordered the spinach dip which was good and he brought my sons order right away!! This made me very happy because this had been an issue at the ft lauderdale location where my sons order was placed with the app and didn't arrive until after our entrees. Anyways my son who doesn't like burgers ordered the sliders and he absolutely loved them! I ordered the farm burger which is the best in my opinion on the menu, my husband ordered the pretzel and he loved it but he said he couldn't finish it because it was so huge. My friend and I shared a the other burger with the egg and caramelized onions but again I think the farm one was better. I ordered Tator tots with mine and they were ok I prefer the fries it comes with we also had dessert at the end the brownie with ice cream this was not worth the calories at all my son are the ice cream and I ate some of the brownie but it was mostly left behind and it's not something I will be ordering again. We sat outside which was nice because it was cool and they have fans and mist sprayers to keep everyone comfortable. They have a projection screen outside and 2 TVs on the corners, not enough TVs if u want to watch a game people from the inside were standing outside trying to watch the Lebron game because they couldn't see it inside. Overall it was a good experience the food was good and the service was excellent!

An upscale burger joint. I really enjoyed my meal here. I had the Sweet and Smokey - smoked maple cheddar, caramelized onion, maple pepper bacon and bourbon bbq. Also... drumroll please... truffle fries! Rok:Brgr is decorated fairly hip and they're open late, which is a godsend. But when we were there, we had minimal interaction with our server and only a couple tables were occupied. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

First time here for lunch. I ordered the spicy crunch burger! So delicious. It had Fritos inside! Who would've thought that chips in a burger would taste so amazing. If you're into spicy food you must give this burger a try. All burgers come with a side of fries which are delicious as well. I will definitely be back to try some more of the stuff on their menu because it all sound delicious.

Let me start this review by letting you all know that I am NOT a fan of burgers. I like them, but I don't LOVE them (I'm more of a pizza girl). Something about mashed up meat just doesn't do it for me. However, Rok Brgr has single-handedly changed my mind about burgers. Their flavor combinations are amazing. Fried egg on a burger? Brie cheese? Smoked gouda? Truffle aioli? Truffle parmesan fries? SOLD! I absolutely love this place and visit them at least twice a month. You want an amazing burger? You can't go wrong with Rok Brgr. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I wish Yelp didn't force you into having to actually "give" a star because today this place deserves 0. Unfortunately, there was an hour wait at Town so I headed to Rok burger thinking it was a great option based on its reviews. As soon as we got there my daughter had to use the restroom and to say that pigs shouldn't be peeing in those conditions is putting it lightly. I understand it is Mothers Day and they had a "special" from 10-3 but that doesn't mean you trash the place and stop cleaning. Once we made our way to the table there are only two menus, one for me and one for my mother. We asked for a kids menu there were none and quite frankly I didn't feel like buying my 4 and 6 year old a $15 burger with literally just the burger and ketchup because they're kids they don't need a fancy burger-- this place should not call itself "kid friendly". Then the server is an awkward small guy who stood next to me not saying one word, not hello, not how may I help you... Just stood there until I asked for a mimosa which he brought back HOT (how is that even possible?!). Then as if he was already uninterested enough in working today, as I order my food he proceeds to start yawning... Seriously? I must have shot him a death stare because he then tried to excuse himself by saying I showed up at the end of their brunch special. Well sorry that I didn't show up at a time that was convenient for you... Maybe you should take a nap in the back. Before I seem unsympathetic about this poor guy being worked to death from 10-3 let me just say that I am VERY unsympathetic. I work 12 hour nights and would never dream of yawning in a patients face as they ask for 10 seconds of my time. Shake it off, dude. If I thought it couldn't get any more awkward, it did. When the food came out he came to the table bouncing and claiming to have regained his energy! Hooray! Too bad by then I was over him and the bowl of syrup with a side of "French toast" they served me. To the server: find a job you're actually good at. To the owner: find a new Chef, new servers, and a maintenance person. Two thumbs down! Never again will I throw away money in this place. Going back to reading everyone's reviews-- it seems that this place is hitting Rok bottom for the past year. All of the 5 star reviews are from long long ago! Lesson learned.

Random Monday night outing with my better half, just happened to find parking right in front of this burger heaven.... the misses briefed their menu as I paid for street parking and decided we'd check Rok:Brgr out. We sat at the bar and were served by Javi and Sara. Both were of which were very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We tried a few different craft beers and ordered burgers (you really can't go wrong with any of the burgers).... as a plus all burgers were just $10 on Mondays... seriously burgers and MNF.... We'll be back again!!

This is by far one of the top 3 BEST burger places I've been to in Miami and I'm never disappointed when I come here! Unfortunately tonight I was pretty upset with the service I was given. I work in the biz myself so I won't put any names out there but both my server and the kid who dropped off my dessert both need more happiness in their lives :) sorry, gotta give it

Those who believe in *first impressions matter* would send ROK:BRGR packing. As you walk in, you pass the very well lived in outdoor seating area with ripped cushions, broken chairs, faded wood work and decorations that are stained and water damaged. Or, if you happen to stop by at downtime, ROK:BRGR may look to you like a ghost town in the middle of SOMI. The once lively and trendy corner of 58 & 73rd seems to be past its prime. I sometimes wonder if ROK:BRGR is willing, even trying, to stay open for business. I've stopped by a few times to try a few things. I've had the chicken and waffles, which I must say is pretty good and well balanced. Soft chicken, great mini waffles and sweet maple syrup, a dish made way better with a side of hot spicy sauce, and the omission to the fact that the correct name should be chicken tenders and waffles. I've also had the burgers, which are also pretty good, maybe OK as far as taste, but back to pretty good when it comes to creativity. I specifically recommend the D Wade because it comes with Manchego cheese and pieces of Spanish chorizo, it is like having a deconstructed gourmet version of a "frita cubana". But what I don't like about ROK:BRGR is the lack of spunk, the somewhat passive "I don't care" attitude of some employees (and maybe the management). Case in point, if you want dessert, there is no dessert menu. If you ask your waiter, he/she may not know. You have to wait for a manager to come and sell you on a mediocre pastry, cake, or brownie. On top of that, presentation is really poor. On one occasion I opted for "the owner's grandmother rum cake (secret recipe)", a supposedly highly coveted treat. Well, the dessert looked like a Jackson Pollock creation when it arrived to the table. Apparently, this is what happened. The rum cake was taken out of the fridge and placed on the plate. The bottle of caramel was also taken out of the fridge and used to smear cold caramel on the cake. Then, the plate was put on the microwave to warm up, except it just didn't warm up, instead the caramel exploded all over the place. I figured some of the caramel burned, because there was the mark of a fork used to scoop something out from the caramel on top of the cake. And that is what came to my table. I did not take a picture to further embarrass the staff. Things like that are the ones that keep people from coming back. People that don't care, employees who think is OK to not give the best possible service, who think they can get away with not having your table ready, who don't know the menu, who are too lazy to do the right thing. I don't know what the future holds for ROK:BRGR, but if there is no change in attitude, this boat may sink. The beer selection is decent. The taps are interesting. Happy Hour is killer. The food is good. The attitude is poor. And lazy.

Great spot! Came by on a Monday and enjoyed their $10 burger special and 1/2 off happy hour --- service was awesome! We were sat right away, food and drinks didn't take too long, and we received attentive and pleasant service all throughout our stay. If anything, the burger meat could use a bit more salt/seasoning - we had the tuna, black n blue, and farmhouse. But overall, great time! Will definitely return.

The burgers are pretty tasty I must say. They have gluten free option as well for my fiancée. I got the lobster burger which was pretty amazing. The size was enormous. I m usually a pig but I barely finished it this time. The truffle fries was to die for. I would come back just for those fries. Daymmmmmnnnnn.

So the man n I were in the mood for a burger, heading south on US1. Crazy to me that Lokal didn't even come to mind, I mentioned Rok:Brgr and we stopped by. Our server was a tall, bald, bearded gentleman who was awesome. The service was amazing, always checking in but not annoying at all. He definitely knew his shit about the menu and beer. We both had a Big Rod by Miami Brewing along with their deviled eggs and fried pickles. Both were delicious and the flavor was definitely there. The pickles were a perfect thickness, not allowing the breading to take over. We also split the Drunken Pretzel burger (which we later learned it won the Burgerlicious award) and the South Floridian. We enjoyed both, and the pork belly on the South Floridian was crispy and flavorful. The truffle fries are a great choice too. Btw, this was a Monday and burgers are $10 and beers are $5 which was fucking fabulous. DOPE SPOT, DOPE BURGERS -TPK

Finally decide on Sunday afternoon to head down to ROK BGR to give it a try. We get there at 3pm after going around a few times looking for parking. We get to the hostess and he told us they are not taking any more names on the list until 4pm. The attendant was pleasant as he told us to come back next Sunday!! Are you serious?! At least tell me the wait list is one hour! I'll decide then if I stay or if I leave. Besides who eats brunch at 3pm?? That's lunch in my book!!!

This place it's conveniently located near south miami. We found it while driving around the area. It was Friday at 7:05 pm. The place it's extremely casual with a nice outdoor seating area. We could see a lot of families with kids so we wanted to try it. The nice and friendly waitress came right away. We ordered drinks, she explained the menu and made a few recommendations. We ordered burgers with sides. The Burgers are huge and delicious. The drinks were really good. Sadly none of the sides were great. Fries were salty and the onions rings were not as great either. The prices are from average to high. The kid's sliders were as good as the regular ones only smaller, but just as good. Desserts? The cake was delicious but the giant chocolate with peanut butter was super salty. The kids tried it and that was it. We will try it during happy hour & will stick to burgers and drinks.

Service was a tad slow but the food was GREAT. There was a mega rok burrito on a special menu which was amazing. Rib eye in it, cooked to perfection. I had the South Floridian burger and the red onion marmalade was perfect. The mac and cheese with short rib was also really good. Friendly staff as well. Nice selection of craft beers.

Let me start off by saying ROK BRGR is AMAZING; from the food to the ROK BRGR team! My family took me on Wednesday 8/5/15 for my 25th birthday dinner and it was honestly one of the best places I have been to in a while; I watched my sports while enjoying some live entertainment (AMAZING SINGERS.) ROK BRGR is now one of my new favorite places to go to; it's so different from all of your regular bars/burger joints. Their burgers are LIFE CHANGING! So different & SO FRESH! I had the spicy crunch burger, and for appetizers we had loaded tater tots and spicy shrimp. The spicy mayo is EVERYTHING! haha Our waitress Calla was the bomb; she would check on us every few minutes to make sure we were happy with the food and change our drinks. At the end of our dinner, John (the Owner) came by our table to make sure we were pleased with everything and I couldn't stop complimenting his amazing food and staff; very nice guy! To John & Calla: Thank you again for giving me a perfect ending to my 25th birthday! I'll be back very soon! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in Miami, period. I live in Kendall and I would make the drive to South Miami just to have their food. Do yourself, and your taste buds a favor and go!

Came here on a Friday night with a group of friends before hitting up Gametime. I ordered a lychee martini to start, which was less lychee and more boozy, fine by me! I ordered the tuna tacos which were waaaay smaller than I anticipated but yet soooo delicious!! I really wish they were a full size taco for the price that they are selling them for!! I also ordered poutine to go with my tacos. I'm originally from Montreal so I've eaten my share of poutine in my lifetime, but the gravy used in these had a strong flavor to it that you won't originally find in your traditional poutine. But overall it was still delicious and kinda reminded me of home. I give this a 4 star because of the size of the tuna tacos... $12 for 3 tiny tacos!!!! But I will definitely come back.

The service is exceptional, but the outside area is a bit of a mess (e.g. sticky floors and the service station and it's garbage out for everyone see). Had lunch there on a recent Monday, which was enjoyable enough, but things were slow to come out of the kitchen and they overcooked my turkey burger (yes, I know it has to be fully cooked, but it doesn't have to be dried out).

Soooo yea....I HAD A GrEAt day! Another fun Sunday I'm the books. Started Brunch off at Rok with my friends, a group of 7. There are 5 girls in my group. The free mimosas for ladies is an easy choice why I continue to have my brunch here. Don't believe me? Have you ever seen an angry girl with a mimosa in her hand? Lol never Soo the girls were happy ;) the delicious champagne glasses never reached bottom. The servers were great & on point. They were topped off/filled without having to beg. Now to the food. If you've never had their burgers then that's what you gotta order. Since it was brunch we had our breakfast. Every time we come they have something new on the menu, as in pancakes toped with something delicious. I definitely recommend this place. Happy ppl and I forgot to mention, its best friend friendly ( dog)

Well this was my first time here at Rok-burger. The food was consistent with the reviews. Well prepared and cooked as ordered, which is a sticking point for me. What killed it for me was the service. It appeared the our server was just trying to hard or was rushing and not paying attention to us, the customer. He was more interested in pushing beers then listening to what we wanted. When ask for non-alcoholic drink choices, he stated they had none. However, wright behind me was a big ice tea dispenser. Good food, servers need coaching and supervision. I would try it again just to be fare though.

This place was just ok to me. I love burgers and the burgers here are good. Maybe it was just hyped up too much for me? We shared the king James burger which has barbecue sauce, Brie cheese and fried pork belly. The barbecue sauce kind of over powered everything else and the pork belly piece was really really small. But it was ok. We tried a bunch of appetizers and I was not really thrilled with any of them. The truffle fries that we ordered with our burger were actually really amazing, so there's that. They give you a free domestic beer or house wine if you check in. However I went with a bunch of yelpers and we were told it was only one offer per table. We were a group of 14 ( not everyone had the check in offer) so I would have thought they would be a little more accommodating. Other than that our server was good.

This restaurant is fascinating. The crew has been incredible every time I go there to eat lunch or for dinner. The Gastro pub has an amazing atmosphere. Love the music that's a really A+ throwback and to jam. Every time I go there on the bar there's Javier and Maggie that always take care of me. Good people. Best place for burger and beer. you won't be disappointed.

One of the most horrible restaurant experiences ever! We went for brunch today and waited 2.5 hours to be sat. Yes, there were free mimosas for ladies to hold us over for the wait, but we were starving by the time we sat down. Once we sat down it took about 10 min just to get water. We palced the order and 3 out of five dishes came out and took about 7-10 minutes for the other 2 dishes to come out. One of my friends dishes was the completely wrong sandwich, one friend ordered chorizo hash and i4 was missing the chorizo, and there was a hair in my tator tots. The manager apologized and offered us a discount that was never added. We didnt care about the discount, but it just seemed that everything was so unorganized from the kitchen, to the wait staff, to management.

We Go there because the food is great my favorite are the veggie burger and the goat cheese and beet salad. All burgers cooked to perfection BUT, the service is really bad, there are a few exceptions but the worst by far is CHERMAINE, the hostess who has an attitude like I've never seen before. Not one smile, rude as can be, doesn't move s finger to make the clients feel invited or happy. That job is not for her. I didn't tell her anything because my husband asked me not to lower myself but boy, was I ready. On the other hand, the other hostess LORENA, was wonderful, sweet and accommodating, thank you. We sat at the bar because we have learned that if you don't, they will make you wait forever to even ask you what you want to drink. So we sat at the bar where MAGGIE took care of us, she did an ok job and was more interested in waiting on 2 young guys who were seating at the bar too. When she told us she was leaving, my husband was nice enough to ask her if she wanted us to close with her, which we did and even though she stayed, she forgot about us. Never one smile! KEN at the bar was the BEST, made the whole difference and ANDY was very good too They stop serving food from 3 to 4 on Sunday's which I think is a terrible move and don't even ask for a salad before 4:00. Just weird and bad managed.

If you go to Rok brgr you will do yourself a great disservice if you don't sit in Jon's sections. His service topped only by his charming personality. Hands down best server there.

Entree: Lebron James burger w/fried egg & onion rings Great burger with a sizable bite radius required to capitalize on the onion rings you slipped into the burger. Onion rings are high quality and are worth the extra $2. Tal was a great waitress giving good recommendations for us first timers. Yelper friendly establishment. For dessert the milk & warm peanut butter fudge cookie is enough for 4 people making it a good value. I would also ask for extra milk for the group as this is a heavy cookie. I liked that they provide 3 types of sauces for your food it keeps the palate guessing what this new taste is. Good selection of hard drinks/beers. Yay free well drink with yelp check in! =D

Been here for brunch and dinner. Monday nights you can get burgers for way cheaper... Burgers are good but typically overpriced. LADIES: check it, Sunday brunch you get free mimosas. If you can find a seat and lasso a server, it's a great place to be. I tend to sit at the bar, because they are way more attentive and will keep your glass filled. Other servers are hit or miss, got a super sweaty absent minded one last time. Hangover sandwich is amazing, get it with scrambled eggs to avoid an over-yolked plate. Get there early people, UM chicks come out in droves.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, the food ,and their staff really compliment each other.Forming a unique, and very cohesive trifecta that will leave you wanting to come back. whether you're in town for the night or live here locally this is definitely a nice place to come and have a good time.

The worst service ever! We were seated in the bar in a very slow day, just 3 couples having drinks and the bartender was not able to put our order promptly. We waited for 20 min just to order our meals. We spoke with the manager to get switched to a regular table and he just say no. We keep waiting observing the bartender to do her things, long loose hair, touching her hair while adding mint to a mojito. Stay away from this place! Much better the one located at Las Olas.

Came here for dinner on a Thursday and it's a good thing we did because from 5 on it's Ladies night and all drinks are 1/2 off. The first thing that struck me that the people that people that worked there did not seem happy to be there. No smile..nothing. My daughter and I sat outside. We sat there for about 15 min when I asked the hostess if we had a waiter. She sent over a guy that was not our waiter...our waiter finally came by and took our drink order again. I was looking forward to their signature Old Fashions with the bacon infused Markers Mark and I was disapointed to find out that they did not have it. I settled for the dirty martini with the cheese stuffed olives wrapped in bacon. I had to have my bacon fix! It was amazing! I loved this drink and I could have made it a meal...LOL We decided to order the lobster corn dogs to start. I was expecting it to have a crunchy exterior like a corn dog but it didn't. It also did not have a lot of lobster in it but it was really good and the honey mustard that it came with had a nice bite to it. Made a great combination. We then ordered the slider sampler, fries and onion rings. Yeah...we were being a bit indulgent. The onion rings were really good. They had a nice crunch to it and it came with a jalapeno cheddar which had good flavor but the texture was mealy. It was weird. The sliders were really good. I was impressed that they were able to make these little burgers medium rare. They were juicy and the flavors were on point! I really enjoyed this place but the service was really, really lacking.

Came here today to enjoy the brunch that is offered on Sundays and what a great decision it ended up being. It was moderately filled but we were able to get a table quickly. Upon being seated, the waiter Joel, immediately brought us glasses of water and explained the special of the day. After some pondering about what to order we decided on the "Fat Elvis Waffles" and the "Short Rib Omelette". Both were delicious but the "Fat Elvis Waffles" were amazing. The "Short Rib Omelette" came with some taters that were phenomenal. Left with a full stomach of delicious food. Extremely pleased with the service provided by the waiter, Joel. He visited a good amount of times to make sure that we were good, but not overbearing. Made sure that waters were filled up consistently. With a pleasant demeanor. Thanks Rok:Brgr keep up the good work.

Been hearing about this place and I finally had the chance to try it. The menus is pretty extensive, they have a lot of gourmet burgers to choose from, one type of chicken sandwich & a turkey burger too which gives more options for those wanting to eat something other than meat. We decided to start off with the chicken wing appetizer, BBQ sauce on the side. The wings were crispy, and very seasoned. Definitely had a unique seasoning to it which was pretty good. I tried the classic burger with a fried egg and the chicken sandwich. I asked for my burger well done. I'm always afraid to order burger this way because I know it's hard to do a well done burger especially when it has a thick patty. I was afraid it would be burned. But I don't like any pink in my burger. When my burger arrived, I was so thrilled to see that it was well done and not burnt at all!! :)Throughly cooked, and not dry at all. Now I could enjoy my burger! Now for the chicken sandwich. It comes in a wheat bread so it's a healthier option and it was pretty good. The chicken was well seasoned, I could see some of the seasoning on the chicken breast, like little green leaves. It was very flavorful. Also I tried the sweet potato fries which were absolutely delicious!!! Thickly cut and so good..I asked for honey sauce on the side to dip them in, yummy! The tator tots were also good, every time I eat tator thoughts it brings back memories of my childhood so that is always good :)

Best burger in town. All kinds of specialty burgers are available. They will lettuce wrap ur burger if you choose. Fries are awesome. Truffle for a small upgrade its worth it. Mac and cheese is the bomb. Beer selection is very good. All kinds of craft beers available. TV's everywhere and very friendly with kids. All kinds of specials during the week even a kids eat free on Tuesday.

I will temper this review with the fact, this is my first negative experience here at Rok:Burger. The fact it was my daughters 21st birthday and I choose to celebrate it here makes this a one star review. We (my daughter along with her 17 yo brother and 2 younger siblings 11 and a 5 year old) arrived around 7:30 pm. We were seated promptly outside, close to the tv were I could watch the HEAT game and enjoy time with the family. Before we were seated I informed the receptionist, it was my daughter's 21st birthday and we were celebrating here and at the end of dinner to please bring a special dessert. (I live to embarrass my kids on cheesy occasions in public) Our waitress finally arrived and took our order. She was very attentive, took our food and drink order. This is where the saga started. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 kids meals, Chicken and Waffles for my son and 2 specialty burgers. And so begins the wait......... Our drinks arrived and the wait continued........... The kids began to get restless, tired and hungry. Finally I was able to waved down our server and ask at least for our appetizers. The Loaded Tater Tots arrived shortly there after. And the wait continued............ Finally my patience wore out and I asked to speak with the manager. Around 8:45 our entree's began arriving, minus my sons Chicken and Waffles. By this time, my kids were past being hungry and were simply irritated. My sons bun for his hot dog was burnt and hard. My burger, the King James arrived cold. Yes COLD!!! Not freezing cold, but definitely NOT FRESH HOT OFF THE GRILL HOT!!! My daughter's food was satisfactory for her; she had no complaints. The manager came and to his credit, he was extremely apologetic. He replaced my burger within 10 minutes. He went on to explain, he was understaffed in the kitchen for the night and he would comp 1/2 my meal for me. By the time my sons Chicken and Waffles arrived, we just packed it up to go. My daughter never received her Happy Birthday dessert, although there were several other families, whom we heard celebrating with the staff. What made the evening special was the time, I got spend with my DNA's, but this was definitely the worst experience i have had at ROK:BURGER.

Food was delicious and service was great. We started with the tuna tacos which were pretty yummy. Then we shared a burger (don't recall the name) that was cooked well and tasted even better. For desert, we tried the carrot cake. It was good but not a typical carrot cake. It was more of a pound carrot-cake with caramelized pecans and a thin layer of cream cheese frosting. We would come back to try out their oh-so-famous brunch.

I've been stopping at this place a couple of times and I have to say that it's an incredible place for happy hour and the food is just amazing. The bartender Kenneth was completely knowledgeable about the whole menu. That in itself sold me on the place. I was hesitant to try the Mac N' Cheese Bar with lobster but it turned out to be delicious. Most of the time I go I get the handcrafted burgers which are delicious. It's a great place to stop and chill and to let traffic die down. Great food, knowledgeable bartender and great music too.

I love ROK, its starting to become a Sunday ritual for me. We usually start the day off with some mountain biking either in the roads or hitting the trails and always seem to end up here after. I don't think I've ever had a bad burger here. Now granted not every burger was a slice of heavenly bliss but overall the burgers are good. I enjoyed my Peggy burger but as usual could only stuff down half of it. I love their truffle fries, or even the regular fries, they are that perfect combo of salty/crunchy however, be careful because the saltiness increases the deeper in the basket you go. The last two times we came here we had the same waiter and this guy is a trip. Its like he studies the menu every night because he knows it inside and out. He has been spot on with his food/beer recommendations and that's pretty hard to do. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but next time I go I'll update the review because he deserves credit. Pros: The free premium well drink with your yelp check in! Dog Friendly HUGE BURGERS (you can easily share portions) Mac and Cheese Decent selection of beers that's constantly rotating Fun staff Con's: Poutine fries, oh my god i hated them lol. (In all fairness i've never had poutine fries before but then again maybe they're an acquired taste.) Filtered water is served without ice which means its not that cold by the time you want to drink it.

So I've been twice. Both times I was very impressed with the service. Servers explain the menu thoroughly and descriptively. Answers to questions roll off their tongues fluidly, so they are obviously trained to be knowledgeable about the menu. The portion sizes are quite full. The ingredients have been fresh and they seem to have no problem customizing dishes. Both martinis I've had were also nicely crafted and not at all syrupy like some places. The last time I was there I had the Thai Steak Salad. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was delicious. It really made the salad. I only wish there had either been a bit more steak or rather that they cut the steak cubes smaller because they were too big to bite. The lobster mac n cheese is delicious but heavy, so plan accordingly if you get those. Over all, both visits were consistant with service and food quality. Though I did notice both times our table was not pre-bussed until the end. Easily overlooked with so many other positive points. Looking forward to going back.

This was my first time here and it was very good. The atmosphere is very cool and the staff are very friendly. I ordered the Spicy burger and it was very good. Hand crafted and very juicy with grey flavor. The fries were very good as well. Rok Brgr missed out on five stars for just a couple of reasons. 1. The craft beer selection is paltry for a gastropub. 2. The service initially was shaky even though the place was not really crowded. Staff talking to each other versus paying attention to the bar area but it worked out overall As a gastropub, I expect a high level of draft craft beers like I am used to in the Northeast. This should be corrected. Overall, a great place and I'll be back. The Happy Hour is excellent. Hopefully, they can get their draft selection on track.

Had the Truffle burger it was amazing, cooked perfectly and for dessert I had the berry bread pudding, so delicious and heavenly! The best part was the service, my server Synovia was so sweet! Will return again!

Thought I should give this place one more try since I was so hungry for a burger and already in the sunset area. I was right the first time. This place sucks! The food is terrible. The service is worse. I waited so long for a table and the place was not even packed. Plenty of tables open. Our server was definitely smoking something in the bathroom because he kept forgetting everything. We really got bad service. Also the food was terrible. My sliders were raw on the inside. The only thing I enjoyed were the fried pickles and beer. I'm not coming back here.

Rok Brgr is a fun place to eat with a large party and has a very good location right in South Miami. The atmosphere is cool but the service tends to be slow at times. It is a tapa-style restaurant, so sharing appetizers is highly recommended. Don't miss the Lobster Corn Dogs, the Mac n Cheese (which has different options), the Truffle Fries, and the Bacon Jam Sliders. The Tuna Tacos and Spinach Dip are also a great choice. Stop by Rok Brgr for a big lunch with friends!

3 stars because the experience didn't leave me disgusted. Not 5 stars because I don't plan on returning. This place has a fairly decent beer selection & a lot of food choices that LOOK appetizing. I went with my heart sent on poutine which is advertised as fries, with cheese curds, covered in gravy. There were fries and there was gravy. The cheese was just melted on. No cheese curds. There was also an excessive amount of salt. The king james burger looked halfway decent.

This place is always a great experience. The staff is always very attentive and making sure you have a full drink and everything you need. The food is always fresh and warm, always recently prepared. Prices are affordable. Parking is never an issue. There's always parking everywhere in the area. I always get either the lamb burger or the kale salad. Sometimes maybe the truffle fries to cheat on my diet ;) oh and I forgot to mention; they have a great craft beers menu! Funky desserts as well. This place never disappoints. Great ambiance. Good for lunch or dinner. The decor is very modern. All in all I love this place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to eat a great burger. I can compare this place kind of to Lokal in the Grove, but I like Rok Brgr better ;) stop by if you're in the area, you won't regret it!

I absolutely love this place! All my experiences have been a pleasure. From times that Ive spent with my girlfriends sipping delicious cocktails while having the Poutine or just some fries to munch on.. To Brunch, which is just the best! The music is always on point, the free mimosas, the AMAZING always innovative pancake recipes! I personally recommend the Hangover Sandwich (my favorite). Friday nights are super fun! The staff is always friendly and on point. I cant remember a time when I had to think of complaining about tje service or wait to be taken care of. The Managers seem to be always walking around making sure everyones happy, which is very comforting. All in all, I highly recommend ROK. By far the best burger I have had in a long time (try the drunken pretzel its mind blowing).

I went here today for brunch. Free mimosas for ladies - not too bad. I also went two nights prior for dinner with a bunch of friends, and had a great salad and fine customer service. Unfortunately, during brunch, they don't allow any changes to their menu, so when I asked for arugula in my salad instead of romaine, the waiter came back from the kitchen and said the kitchen staff refused to put arugula in the salad even though it was sitting right in front of him. I even agreed to pay extra, but no, they didn't want to change the lettuce. It's also extremely loud for brunch and the food isn't generally good enough to keep me comin back. This place is alright, but if you have dietary restrictions or just want some friggen arugula instead of romaine, don't come here.

The burgers NEVER disappoint! The Mac and cheese is amazingly cheesy and garlicky. The French fries and crunchy and savory. I've tried a different burger each time I've gone and they're always amazing. This last time I got the holiday turkey burger. It was pretty good but a little too heavy on the jam and goat cheese but I just scraped a little of it off. Great place if you're looking for a good burger with a twist!

Came here for brunch with my gf after it being suggested to us. We had 4 mimosas each from 11-1 ish... All were complimentary. We also ordered food. She had the waffles and I had the french toast. She said hers was ok. Mine was horrible. I mean deplorable. I assume the draw for this place is the free alcohol, but I won't come back for it because I'd rather pay a little then drink the cheap stuff which I already have a headache from :(. Also the champs and the OJ were both warm. Yuck! Most the employees looked miserable. Service left much to be desired. Lastly, the entire facility smelled distinctly of vomit. Probably from their "free vodka for all ladies 11-close" promotion they offer on Friday's.

After a few drinks, my husband, a couple of friends and I wound up here. Since I don't eat beef, I was super happy to see they had this mini tuna tacos, which were absolutely delicious. Their fries are to die for as well. However, because this is a burger place, I was disappointed by how they cooked my husband's burger. Way back in the day I used to eat beef and nothing was a bigger pet peeve than when you're paying $14 for a burger and they don't cook it properly. If this is your piece de resistance -- execute it PERFECTLY. If my husband asks for his burger MEDIUM RARE, then you ought to bring it to him medium rare.. not well done. Good service, good atmosphere.. but just get your burgers cooked properly.

My parents own the cigar shop down the street from here and they turned us on to this gem. We absolutely love this place! You can never go wrong with anything you order. Sunday Brunch is delicious, especially their Lox Deviled Eggs and bottomless mimosas for the ladies. We've ordered a different burger every time we go. The last couple of times we went I ordered a veggie burger (which is exquisite) and then the crab cake sliders. Let me tell you, YOU MUST try them! You will not be disappointed. Their beer selection is great! I usually order the Floridian Hefeweizen by Funky Buddha Brewery, since I love a tasty Hefeweizen. My wife usually orders a different IPA, whenever we go. The service is excellent and the waiters are friendly and really attentive! They have conversations with you and are really interested if you're enjoying your time there. Which is very hard to come by, these days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and they're open late too. This place never disappoints!

My friend really likes to go to Rok:Brgr for brunch on sundays, I've only been to brunch there once before and it was a pleasant experience ( because of the unlimited free mimosa) and we had a great waiter that would keep on refilling our glasses but this time that we went the experience was not so great. To start off, I really don't care for the food there but since my friends like it and theres free mimosas I went. I ordered the french toast with their"fresh local berries" which looked and tasted that they were from a can ( way too syrupy) I was not able to eat the french toast and left most of it but didn't mind because of the atmosphere and hey I'm drinking for free. The waitress was not as attentive as we have experienced and only refilled the "unlimited mimosa" twice. when we were done eating she brought the check without us even asking for it ( real pet peeve) we payed and stayed there talking because if we wanted fast service we would've gone to denny's or gotten McDonald's. We stayed there and chatted while drinking our last mimosa and finishing our tator tots for a while and Nick the General Manager came to our table asking us that if we had finished to please leave or go to the bar. I thought that was extremely rude because you don't only go to eat but you go their to "socialize" they even say SOCIAL BRUNCH, i know there was people waiting to get their tables but you don't rush one customer to get another customer, bad customer service. Any how we still had food on the table and if our waitress would've been more attentive we would been able to drink our mimosas in peace. Really disappointed with their service. THANK YOU NICK once again for wonderfully kicking us out.

Let me start by saying everything was amazing! Despite me being a bit upset upon finding out that I was there during Sunday brunch and they didn't offer the full menu, everything I tried was so good. The breakfast mac n cheese is to die for and I had the breakfast burger which was nice, big, and tasty. Definitely will be returning to Rok:Brgr next time I'm in Miami

Trendy burgies!! Sometimes I love them, sometimes I don't... I really liked this place! It was cute and they have outdoor seating which I love always. Had the bacon jam and Gouda sliders and they were super yummy. My husband had the Elvis pancakes and they were absolutely delish as well. Anyway I would come back and check out their lunch menu! It is a strange vibe in here, but worth a visit.

Has the potential to be a four star. If they would just cook the burger the way I order it. It is ALWAYS ((3 times) over cooked. Sides are great. Fries. Rings etc. The Manager said to see him next time I go and he will cook it right himself. We shall see.

My expectations were high - only to be disappointed. The burger came out looking good but it was all looks and no substance. The burger was way overcooked. The $2 extra for bacon jam could be barely tasted. The one saving grace was their tater tots.

The place and staff were very nice but this place is too expensive for food that's just okay. They are trying too hard to have a "creative" menu when you just want a simple good tasting burger.

I was disappointed last night to find a dog at the bar being held at chest level where drinks were being served. I told the waiter and he came back saying the dog was an ADA EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG. (side note: if you need emotional support maybe you shouldn't go to a bar showing an MMA fight with drunk people acting like its the world cup.... poor dog) My problem is I saw an employee, looked semi-managerial... talking to the owners like they've been friends for years... so I guess even if you have a service dog, guidelines don't matter if you have friends at the bar. Keep the dog on a leash on the floor, not sitting his dog poop butt on a bar stool for someone to sit on later, not to be fed and given drinks at the same level at the bar where humans are being served. I work at a hospital and I find this behavior unsanitary.

Great place to watch sporting eventts. They had one of my favorite beers on tap (Harpoon UFO) so I was happy about that. Calamari is excellent, one of the best I've had, perfectly cooked and fresh tasting. First time here so i tried their signature Rok Burger. Awesome burger, great flavor and perfectly cooked with nice thick bacon on a nice bun. Really enjoyed it . We also ordered the Lobster Mac n Cheese, it was very good but after a while you feel like the truffle oil they put over powers the cheese and the lobster. Slightly overwhelming. The group next to us ordered a spinach dip that looked great. Definitley going back to try one of those other burgers and that spinach dip.

Rok Burger really rocked my socks off! Saturday evening we were visiting our daughter and we decided to give it a try, so glad we did. We sat outside which is very comfortable with the leather booths. Our server was amazing. He greeted us immediately and was suggesting item after item from the menu. This guy really knew the menu and was not pushy at all just knowledgeable. He handed me the drink menu with the craft beers and not that it is a huge list but they have some pretty awesome beers to choose from. We ordered our beers and some macaroni and cheese lobster. Looking at all the specialty burgers I could not decide so I chose to create my own. Nice that picky peeps like me can do that, ha ha The lobster macaroni and cheese was very good. Very nice chunks of lobster pieces, not skimpy and oven baked to perfection. Our server was at our table constantly checking on us. Really top notch service other then in front of our table is the wait stand and my daughter was very irritated that around five servers stood directly in front of our table at the wait stand laughing, joking and well just cutting up. They were being too loud especially have diners in plain sight. I ordered a prime burger with brie cheese and lettuce, OK yeah kind of plain but wow when the server said he would bring out extra paper napkins cause it is so juicy I did not believe him. B & B is normally one of my favorite burgers but hmmm not sure anymore. This burger was cooked to my liking of medium rare, the cheese was oozing out of it, excellent flavor and the juice was dripping down my chin. Yes, I looked like a real delight eating this burger. Strange thing is I was very hungry and could only eat half of it. Well it is 10 oz. LOL Daughter loved her burger and hubs had grilled cheese with slow roasted pork which he highly enjoyed. Truffle fries were amazing. Yes, oh yes I am a fan the food and service was perfection. Prices are up there for a burger joint, yet the quality is there. Fun, cool atmosphere that will be so hard to stay away from this restaurant. Check out their great burgers.

I ate some "Southern Florida" burger with Brie, pork belly & red onion marmalade and it was the best fucking thing I've ever eaten. I also had some fries covered in some delicious shit...poutang...I think they call it. My pansy boyfriend had a beet and goat cheese salad which was amazing. You should go here & then take a nap. You're welcome.

Came here for brunch and it was amazing!!!! I'd had the ROK:BRGR before and loved it, today I went for the hangover sandwich... Omg!!! Perfect, if a bit messy. The free biscuits with maple butter were a bonus! Of course this place has a great craft beer selection (rare vos on tap!!!) and ladies got a free mimosa. Joel, our server, was very attentive and helpful. Oh and the music was awesome! We were all tapping our feet.

Food was good. Not exactly family friendly, and brunch was crazY. Too crowded and not sure it was because of the food or because of the hype. My fish was delicious, hangover part 2. Pancake of the day was also delicious. The hamburger was ok.

I frequent rokbrgr often but have never been for Brunch so I decided to check it out. Upon my arrival there was a Dj playing really cool music that had the entire restaurant dancing and in a really good mood. The hostess was extremely accommodating, as she worked with us to find the best seat to view the Dolphins game. However, I somehow always end up at the bar. Ken and Sarah took care of us. Neither of them let my champagne flute get empty and kept the unlimited mimosas coming. The food is always great. I don't eat red meat but there is plenty on the menu for me to choose from. Since I had the chicken and waffles the week before (which I highly recommend) I decided to try the Lobster Sandwich. It was absolutely phenomenal. Huge chunks of lobster, perfect amount of dressing, toasty bread, it was excellent. I have never had a bad experience there. The GM, Nick, always makes an effort to say hello and welcomes me back. His good energy is very contagious, you can tell his employees appreciate working with him and that makes the service there exceptional. Always have an amazing experience there and appreciate all those involved in making that happen!!

Long story short version: Even with a semi-disastrous dessert this place made up for it in their awesome customer service attitude. The Burgers are great! I heard they had a brunch which is just as awesome! ________ This was the 2nd time i was here. Man o man do I love me some burgers and some good customer service. We walked in about 6pm on a tuesday. There were a few tables around, they seated me and my sister . It took a little while for someone to come around to us and get us started with Drinks but Jonathan was well worth the wait. He was great the entire night. We opted to forgo appetizers and go straight for the burgers. I got the ROK:Brgr which had the best burbon bbq sauce i think i've ever had. Cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of fries (improved from last visit) I was full after, then Jonathan came back with the desert menu. Once he said warm cocoa cookie with peanut butter my sister was sold. He described with such enthusiasm my sister the choconut-o-holic had to. One of the things in his description was warm gooey peanut butter chunks. He said it was his favorite part of the dessert. We got it with ice cream (for an upcharge) and when it came out = WHOMP= the cookie was burned and hard as a rock. We let our server know. the manager came out and apologized and went to get us another. We got to keep the ice cream. Even Jonathan said that wasn't how its supposed to come out. its supposed to be soft and the PB should be melty. A little later cookie 2 comes out and we were ready and...=WHOMP= cookie 2 had the same rock hard predicament. I was done, but i saw my sister's eyes, she wanted this cookie. The manager came back and said those cookies must have been recooked at some point and apologized. he said there was a brand new freshbake in the back, it would be 10-15 minutes but ensured me this wouldnt happen again. If we were willing to stay he would have no problems giving us the dessert on the house. My sister gave me puppy eyes and we stayed, and I'm so glad shes a choco fanatic. The 3rd cookie came out.. the chef personally brought it to us, apologized for the 2 other cookies and hoped this was to our liking. DUUUUDDDEE that cookie was the bomb! Soft Gooey warm everything they had described and more. The chef came out again and followed up and asked us how it was, which to our delight, were able to respond back just as enthusiastically as Jonathan described it to us. I've had some bad plates but usually you get 1 apology . with this I got the whole restaurant apologizing and it showed how much they cared about their clientele.

This was the OMG WHAT was I thinking burger that ate Miami! Big is a totally inadequate word...NO WAY I could even think about finishing it in less than two meals...and that it was...except for the bun which was enjoyed by Floyd, our resident South Miami Peacock leader. ...and it was GOOD! another restaurant that knows and trusts where their meat comes from and therefore is not afraid to cook it something other than well done. Many selections of toppings; I choose yummy Bleu cheese;VERRRY good!. The fries that came with the burger,, though not one of their 'up-grade' choices were excellent too. A bit pricy.. I think the least expensive selection is about $13... Seems to be the trend today... Hamburgers that sell for what once were steak prices. Nevertheless, very delicious. They seem to have a decent selection of trendy and different beers but that's not something I'm into. The hostess. The beautiful and very personable Caroline, came around several times to see if all was well and I was enjoying my lunch. A nice, good employee. Ya, I'll go back...although I'd probably consider sharing one of those monster burgers!!

Went there for Sunday brunch . Ladies get free mimosas on Sunday from 10 to 3 p.m.. Amazing brunch menu which includes chicken and waffles and my favorite the morning glory which is a huge hamburger with all the trimmings including a fried egg. The Bloody Marys are also fantastic. The service is great, and they have a live DJ playing eighties music early in the morning. Definitely a must for brunch in South Miami. Atmosphere is young and trendy.

I came down to Miami on business and got together with a few close friends of mine who kept mentioning how good this place was. Well, they were right...and then some. It was a relatively cool night for South Florida so we decided to eat outside. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was really fast despite the place being packed on a Friday night. My friends recommended the Fat Tire beer on draft and, oh man, it instantly became my favorite beer. Best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend you start your meal with this if you're lucky enough to be there when they have it on tap. It's a hard beer to find so take advantage of the opportunity if you can. We started with a few appetizers, the Lobster Corn Dogs and the BLT Deviled Eggs. Such a unique spin on two popular, common dishes. I'm a sucker for two things, Lobster and Bacon which appear all over the menu at Rok:Brgr so if you're like me, this place is definitely for you. The Lobster mixed into the corn dog was delicious and the BLT Deviled Eggs were just as good. For the main course, I ordered the King James Burger which has creamy brie, kurobuta pork belly, red onion marmalade, and truffle aioli. Probably the best burger I've ever eaten. All in all, one of the best places I've eaten anywhere in the country.

This place is awesome! I always love coming here. The music is very nice. Mostly soft rock from before the 80s. Along with some newer bands like Blink 182. The burgers are cooked deliciously and they are worth the price. They have a full bar as well for anyone who enjoys drinks with their meals. I highly recommend this restaurant for it's burgers and it's bar. The service is also excellent.

Pleasantly surprised by the service and perfectly built burgers and quality of the meal overall. Though the food did take about 35 or so minutes to actually be served, once it came out we knew why. Burgers were cooked perfectly, bread was well toasted, fries were perfect and everything was very well balanced. We had the bacon jam burger, the morning glory and I had the short rib grilled cheese. This one is NOT to be missed. Soft short rib, perfectly toasted bread, melted cheese and the sauce on the side really brought it all together, add truffle fries and it was a well deserved 4 star rating.

I've only eaten here once. I ordered the veggie burger, hich was delicious but unfortunately had a gritty texture. I wound up picking junk out of my teeth and would not order one again. My fries were served cold. If you call yourself a gastropub, there are no exuses for serving cold subpar fries.

This place has been on my list of places to try for a while and we finally had time today! I couldn't decide what I wanted so I went with the waiter recommended spin dip and it was really good. We followed our delicious appetizer with the grand tasting: a slider plate with mini versions of some of they're most popular burgers the bacon jam burger the Kobe and the short rib (2 of each). Everything was delicious and juicy and the house sauces are perfectly paired with the burgers. It's about the same as ordering two burgers (maybe a little cheaper even) and definitely enough for two people to share. They use fresh local ingredients which is always a plus but everything is cooked perfectly too so it's amazing. They have mastered local gastropub burgers where Lokal has fallen short. Definitely coming back here. Also they have a ton of specials on weekdays and Sunday mornings. ;)

Had read about Rok:Brgr and decided to try it out. Here's the lowdown: - Nice deco, open outdoor space, trendy - very friendly staff (they are happy that I came tonight!) - Huge burgers with exotic tastes and combinations - Decent pricing Overall a very nice burger digestive event for us. Try the Truffle fries and onion rings, pretty awesome. Hint: perfect for those that are "ad nauseam" with the likes of Five Guys, Shake Shack, etc. and are ready for juicy and tasty protein pads. Recommended!

Great music, great staff, great food. I went last night for the Ommegang beer tasting dinner which consisted of a 4 course meal (2 appetizers, 1 burger, 1 dessert). It was delicious and well priced at $45! Along with each course we were served 2 different types of Ommegang beer (Belgian style ales from Cooperstown, NY), awesome variety of beers and perfectly matched with each dish. For the first appetizer I tried the lobster corn dogs which were solid. Then came the pork tacos...satisfying but I felt like the meat needed some hot sauce to kick the flavors up a notch. Once those were devoured I came face to face with the Peggy burger. It ROCKED! The meat was tender and juicey. This burger was definitely the highlight of the night. For dessert, I had a brownie but since I'm not big chocolate fan I can't really comment on how good it was but everyone around me seemed to enjoy it. I look forward to coming back and trying out everything else they have to offer. My suggestion to you: next time they have a beer tasting dinner, make sure to go because it's well worth the money you'll spend. Invite a group of friends and make a night out of it, you won't regret it!

The burger was freaking fabulous! Had the bacon with fig jam. I've had nothing like it before. Went at lunch, service was good, no problems.

Two words: Sunday brunch!!!! I've gone here a couple times for Sunday brunch. There's a bit of a wait sometimes but wait it out, its worth it!! Two more words: free mimosas Great, isn't it? But that wont be the only reason you'd want to come here..... One word: BACON!!!!! Almost every dish has bacon but if you just want bacon by itself, they have this bacon threesome (as we like to call it) thats got 3 different kinds of bacon and comes with maple syrup, honey and ketchup as dipping sauces for the bacon. Its to absolutely die for!!!! Their chicken & waffles is delicious, also comes with bacon. The mac and cheese and the waffles with peanut butter, banana and bacon are fantastic. I have no complaints about the food nor the service. The waiters are wonderful. The only complaint i do have is about the outside seating. Sunday mornings in south miami are sunny and breezy, thus far, so its nice to have mimosas and enjoy the beautiful weather. Except theres one part of the outside seating area that isnt covered by the ceiling thing so the sun hits that booth directly, for hours. The last time i went, they sat us there and we had to turn our table because the booth was practically on fire (its some fake leather material so you know that shit burns when its hot) and the sun was hitting the top of my head fiercely the 2 mins i sat there before turning the table. Another couple sat at the table next to us and had to move around too. Its a bit inconvenient cause the guy at the other table was blocking the walkway and there was so much booth space that could've been used for other guests, had the sun not been Beaming down on it. Other than that, this place is a must!! Even if its to try their bacon threesome!!

I've been to Rok:Brgr twice for brunch so my experience with the menu is limited to this. On both occasions the food was great. There are many great choices and free, unlimited mimosas for ladies. The must tries: breakfast mac n' cheese, hangover sandwich, and RokBrgr hash. The tater tots took me back to my elementary school days. They were delish. The service can be hit or miss. The first time, service was terrible. The waiter never came by, took forever with the bill. The second time it was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and was constantly around for mimosa refills. She split our bills and even split the appetizer that was shared between all the checks. ALL RESTAURANTS SHOULD DO THIS! If i could give it a 3.5, I would. Maybe i can update this review when i have a chance to try their burgers.

So after my horrible experience with ROK:BRGR a couple weeks ago, I thought to give it another shot. Am I a glutton for punishment? Maybe. But I thought there is no way my experience could reflect the true restaurant. After all, people are still flocking there, and others have told me of their good experiences with ROK:BRGR. So one more time. Friday night, and there is good crowd going. Not quite all tables were filled at 7:30, but SOMI was very slow for some reason. This was by far the busiest restaurant in the neighborhood. We were able to be seated right away. Our party of two adults and two kids were seated inside by request as it was still warm outside. Our waiter was right there as soon as we were seated. He was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. And his patience was boundless. My 7yo thought it funny to blow out the candle every time he left. He must have lit it 8 times. Thank you, you made her night. Here, the noise level inside made it a bit hard to hear all that he was saying, but did I hear there is a beer sommelier? With the flood of craft beers coming out every day, that would be something useful. We decided to start with the deviled eggs. Mostly because I never see them on menus, and had to know why they were there. Nicely presented, the four eggs had a slightly overbalanced mustard taste, but were overall very good. The bacon crumbled on top was perfectly cooked. Then we got our mains. The wife got the Wild Turkey burger, which she proclaimed delicious. The kids shared a slider plate off the kids menu. Theirs was not so good. Two over-cooked little hockey pucks on nice buns. Hopefully they just got away from the chef on the grill, but if so they shouldn't have been sent out. And why are kids menus so bad? Their choices are sliders, hot dog, grilled cheese. My kids are 7 and 8, but eat better than that at home. Maybe offer a smaller but similar toppings choice for the kids. You are cooking that food anyway. Why not offer it in kids size? My daughter ended up eating my wife's turkey burger, and my son ate my Sweet Caroline. That was an awesome choice on his part. The Sweet Caroline was THE best burger I have ever had. And why not? A braised short rib on top of an Angus burger cooked medium rare is genius. Moist and rich, I could only eat half and my son had another quarter. The fries were perfect as well. Crispy sweet potato fries were I thought an impossibility in So Fla, but ROK:BRGR proved me wrong. Served in tiny little fry baskets, the servings were substantial and the crispness was spot on. Not fried to death, and not soggy. They have hit the French fry sweet spot. So in all, my crazy decision to go back to the worst restaurant experience I have had in a decade was not so crazy after all. There must have been a perfect storm of errors that night, and I'm glad I gave my new favorite gastropub another chance.

This place has great food and drinks but the service makes the experience terrible. Our waitress would never come to our table, leaving out glasses empty most of the meal. We came for Sunday brunch and had the breakfast mac n cheese (was pretty good! Needed salt and pepper). My eggs Benedict was delicious! I would probably pick another brunch spot than returning here.

My wife and I go there frequently for the great food and service. The burgers and wings are the best in town. And the servers make you feel at home. Jordan, a waiter, always goes out his way to make you feel special. Love the place.

Came for brunch on Sunday and the place was packed! Live DJ playing great music and the food was amazing. Try the short rib biscuit appetizer and the chicken and waffles covered with a piece of carmelized bacon. Ladies get free mimosas 10am to 3pm. Ken our bartender was amazingly attentive and deserves a gold medal! PLEASE TIP YOUR BARTENDER WHEN APPROACHING THE BAR, ASKING FOR A FREE DRINK. Be appreciative and give those hard workers behind the bar what they deserve. Great place, great food and get there early!

My first time here And all i have to say is Wow!!! Let me start with the service. We came on a Tuesday night, vibe was great and hostess polite and sat us wherever we wanted. Now to our server his name is JOHN, he is awesome, super nice and polite and attentive. When you come here definitely ask for JOHN you won't be disappointed. Since it was our first time there he suggested the "sweet Caroline" and the "drunken pretzel". Let me tell you worth every penny. Food is delicious and can't wait to come back...

We had heard about this place by many and since we were in the area we decided to give it a try. When we arrived the hostess asked us if we preferred outside or inside sitting, we asked for inside and we were told there were no empty tables but we could sit at the bar. Walked in and there were two empty tables so we requested to sit there, a little miscommunication from the waiters I guess. Our waiter arrived and spoke to is about the history of the place and how the rok burger had own awards etc. good way to educate your clients. He also mentioned the rok burger being a special and with a twist so I ordered it medium well, in addition we also got an order of the rok shrimp. Te shrimp were delicious! Tempura style with a spicy mustard sauce served in a pan with arugula in the bottom. The burgers arrived and they looked great!! Huge! First bite and I was indulged in the flavors. The only think I didn't like was that the burger was very dry even though I asked it to be cooked medium well, I guess next time I'll have to get it black and blue.

I heard about this place awhile back and one night decided to try it out. I'm kind of picky when it comes to burgers because most lack flavor or they end up being tuff ... So I set the bar high coming to this place and man did they top it!! I had ordered the spicy crunch burger and who would have thought hot fritos!! (AMAZING!!!) To put inside a burger. It was a spicy crunchy delicious flavorful and cooked to perfection. I also paired with their amazing truffle fries. The ambience was very laid back and the DJ was pumpin. I also hear they have a nice happy hour so I will definitely check it out next time.

This is the place for burgers!!!!. The ambiance is fun and upbeat with music, awesome gourmet burgers and great service. They offer both open seating for groups and intimate sofa seating for just 2. The service was great; friendly and efficient. Our requests for customized drinks were just perfect; great bar service. The burgers are simply decadent and scrumptious. The choices and options for potatoes and french fries matched the quality in the burgers. If you are near the South Miami area and want a burger with an upscale twist, you must try it here. I'll be going back to try all the burgers,

Awful !!! Visited this place on a Sunday evening. Upon arrival we were greeted by a hostess who seemed miserable to be doing her job. She asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside I said inside because it was to hot outside she didn't say a word and walked inside which was hotter then outside and when I asked was told the air conditioner was broken. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to even ask if we wanted something to drink. I guess the place being empty should have been a sign. Someone finally came over and took out order. I ordered a Caesar salad with a turkey burger. They burger was raw in the center. The beers we order were warm. I was so disgusted with the food I just wanted to leave so the other person in my party asked for the bill while I went to the restroom that was extremely dirty to the point there were flies all over the place. I will never again visit this place !!!

I seriously don't know where to start. Oh yeah, of course I do! Free mimosas for girls for Sunday brunch!!! Rok brgr has officially won my brunch heart. This place gets pretty busy on Sunday's and now you know why but the wait is worth every minute. The vibe is very chill, lots of trendy locals and great music to top it off. Aside from the mimosas, the food really is pretty amazing. I had the famous chicken and waffles topped with candied bacon. The chicken was very flavorful and the bacon just made it taste that much better. My bf had the morning glory burger topped with an egg, also very very yummy. But the highlight of my entire brunch was those darn tater tots! You just gotta have them. We had such an awesome time, everything was beyond great. A bit of a wait, so I suggest going early in the am. Service is also pretty consistent considering how busy it is. Exceeded my expectations!

Rok Burger has become my go to spot on Mondays! $5 craft beers and $10 gourmet burgers! It does not get any better than that. I always end up grabbing the delicious Special Golden Ale brewed by Holy Mackerel with a whopping alcohol percentage of 8.5 it does the job! Lol. The first time I came into this amazing establishment I was served by Jonathan who I must add is incredible. Ask for John whenever you're checking in and the service is always exceptional. John suggested the ROK:BRGR and I quote a "Riverwalk Burger Battle Fan Favorite Champion" which was, to my surprise, SUPERB. Thank you John! Overall: Great experience and service. Great food and ambiance with 100% guaranteed premium quality!

Sat outside... beautiful nite but fans weren't working. Very buggy and our ankles where the mosquitos appetizer and dinner. Appetizer gets a 5 - deviled eggs. Meatloaf - 2 mash potatoes ok, beef overcoked\dry Burger - 3 just off -:dry and odd flavored. Fish tacos - 4 pretty good Fries - 0. Salty and inedible, sent them back they took them off the bill. Service - eh... Probably won't go back.

This place would use a different manager. It's staff was here to hang out and mingle not really to work. Staff was counting money at the end of shifts on the bar. Unprofessional and dirty.

Very disappointing experience. Our waitress made several mistakes and blamed them on others - "the bartender forgot about your drink". The restroom was disgusting - we made our daughter hold it until we got home instead of go back in. Food was meah.

I like this spot. It's laid back atmosphere and close proximity to Sunset place makes it good place for lunch or dinner before catching a movie. Being said, there are some pros and cons for this location Pros: -Excellent burgers -The truffle fries are AWESOME! -Numerous selections of beer -Location Cons: -The servers aren't the most attentive at times -It's pretty pricey. Best to go during happy hour. Overall, worth a try at least once.

Came for brunch for our 5 year wedding anniversary and OMG if you haven't been here you have to! Free mimosas for the ladies and they don't play. I lost count after 4 lol I had the hangover #1 and my husband got the hangover #2. And they were both amazing. Great beer selection also and great prices. And our service was outstanding! Probably the best service I've ever had at at restaurant. Our servers name was Calla! She was super attentive and extremely nice. Helped me pick out an amazing entree be used I couldn't decide one one. Everything sounded so good! The general manager, Nicolas, came up to us as well to make sure we were happy with everything and we were beyond happy lol gave us his card and everything. Extremely thrilled with our experience there. Amazing staff! Can't say it enough. Overall amazing food, drinks and staff! We will defiantly be making this our spot!

Mmmm.. Yummy! We had the Elvis burger which was the bomb.com although it had a little too much peanut butter. We also tried the short Rib grilled cheese which was okay... The Mac and cheese was delicious! I will definitely be returning for more of that! I will say it's a bit pricey though

We went here after hearing rave reviews. We were beyond disappointed as it quickly become obvious this place relied on the oldest trick in the restaurant book; pile on the salt and when you think it is salty add some more. After eating here, we all were turned into camels that had spent the last 40 days wandering the desert and were sent on a quest to drink as much water as possible to combat the salt overdose. The beer selection was fine but overpriced. There are far better burgers and beers to be found in the area. Only eat here if you have a craving for salt with a side of salt.

I found this place thru yelp, and I had it on my bookmarks for a few months and finally I was able to try it today! Now about my experience... Overrated the food was ok, service was pretty good and that might be the reason if I ever come back, the food looks way better than it actually taste, presentation is good, but flavor? Average, they should keep in mind that a little salt sometimes helps a lot. The burgers descriptions sounded amazing but it the taste was kind of a disappointment nothing great about it. If I ever come back it will be for brunch, to try a completely different menu. On the positive side, the beer selection was pretty good. And they have good specials $10 burgers $5 beer on a Mondays, Sunday brunch free mimosas for the ladies, and a few more.

Been hrte vountless times. BEST burgrrs in town. Full bar. Pro: Dirty martini comes with olives wrapped in bacon & blue cheese. The old fashioned is good. Con: we were waiting for 15 minutes while there was an empty table for two the entire time

I really enjoyed this place. The inside and out door atmospheres are great. I had the pulled pork burger, which was super tastey (you might need a napkin bib) and a cold Stella... did I mention awesome draft beer selection. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu which is always plus. I'll be back for other choices for sure.

The place is nice but the food was not as good as I hoped. For a $14 burger I expected more flavor. I ordered the farmhouse burger and my wife the morning glory burger. Both were not edible due to the grease that poured out of them. The fries I had were over cooked and the truffle fries my wife had lacked flavor despite being doused in spices and park cheese. I wouldn't return.

I've been coming to Rok Burger since they opened in south Miami and I am well aware that they are always very busy during brunch. I did not expect for Mother's Day to be any different. My family and I arrived right around opening time and there was already a line. Our name was put down and we were told to go inside for mimosas while we waited. We waited about 30 minutes before being seated but it didn't feel that way. The service at the bar was exceptional. We were seated outside and our waiter, a short young kid with tattoos, greeted us immediately and asked what we would like to drink. He was by far the best waiter we have had at Rok Burger. He was quick and extremely attentive. Our glasses were never empty and we never waited long for anything we requested. He was helpful in suggesting which appetizers and entrees everyone in the family would like. Everything he recommended was absolutely amazing. The lobster corn dogs and Rok biscuits were our favorites. The food did not disappoint and neither did the service. We would definitely request him again.

Me and my wife came to Rok BRGR for the first time last night, WOW! What an amazing experience. Although the restaurant seemed to be extremely busy (so busy we had to sit at the bar) the service was outstanding! As soon as we sat at the bar we were greeted by the bartender Maggie. She was upbeat and very sweet. She informed us of their "burger bash specials" and we were even more excited to find out that we came on the perfect night! She gave us a few samples of beers with no hesitation until we picked the beer of our choice. We decided to share a Mac and cheese for appetizer and it was delicious! We also had the drunken pretzel and Rok burger which were very good too. The manager was very handy, especially seeing that the restaurant was clearly very busy, excellent team work. We loved the place! Will definitely be back.

  • Ashley S.

If not for the service, I would have given this place a better review. If mimosas are unlimited, my glass should never be empty. Our waitress practically disappeared after taking our order... Which means we had to flag down bus boys and other waiters for what we needed. The food was delicious though. All in all, I'd probably choose another brunch place before coming back. Such a shame.

I really loved this spot! I went on Tuesday for the all burgers are $10 special. I ordered the Classic Burger with sweet potato fries (additional $2) and boy was it delicious! The burger was made perfectly and so easy to eat; no mess! I really love it because you can tell all the ingredients the chef uses are fresh. The food does take a little longer than most restaurants but it's totally worth the wait. It's a great spot to check out for lunch. The servers are very nice; but spend a little too much time talking to one another and should check on the tables more frequently but overall the servers are good. Everything is clean which I love buuuuut I really recommend for the owners to add air condition in the rest rooms and possible clean the rest rooms more frequently.

I'm definitely a fan! I used the GroupOn voucher here, $12 for $20. My mistake though, was that I didn't inform my waitress about it BEFORE I ordered. Which is something I usually readily do but I just got caught up in admiring everything and talking with my sister that I completely forgot. If you decide to use the groupon voucher then you basically can't combine the voucher with any of their specials or deals. I couldn't even use it on their lunch special ;( Which I kind of think isn't fair, but to each their own. Since this was my first experience, I ordered the Rok:BRGR burger. In terms of the actual burger, I really liked the bread they used and the burger was SO. BIG. (No, thats not what she said). I liked mine medium and it was so nice and juicy. It comes with fries (upgraded mine to truffle, YUM) and ketchup and a bbq-type sauce. But, I do feel as though the burger was on the plain-ish side and there wasn't anything monumental or mindblowing about it. Heres my second mistake, my sister and I wanted to try their Mac n Cheese. SO WORTH TRYING AND GETTING. BUT! We got the Mac n Cheese with Bacon, ANDDDD we each got our own burgers. SO. MUCH. FOOOOOD. We should have just ordered the Mac n Cheese, split a burger and the fries and we would've still been unbelievably full. So thats my recommendation. Sister ordered the "Sweet and Smoky" burger and thats definitely a burger I would get next time instead of the plain 'ol Rok:BRGR. I would definitely come again and explore other aspects of the menu. I really want to try their tuna tacos, a different burger and some of their craft beers. Our server was also very nice, attentive and extremely sweet and if you know me, I love me some good customer service!

Enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Great environment (we sat outside) with excellent music played at the perfect level to enjoy but not overpower conversation. Food was excellent. Would have given 5 stars but one order was incorrect and they ran out of one of the beers we ordered. Won't stop me from coming back though.

We were in the area and decided to try out the "famous" Rok Brgr. Like it says next to the 2 stars "Meh, I've experienced better." At first when we got there, there was no hostess to greet us, so we walked over to Montaditos. We weren't feeling so we crossed over again to Rok Brgr. The hostess was back and we told her we wanted to sit inside. She told us we had to wait for a table inside because they were all full but we could sit on the bar. When we went in, the bar was full and there were TWO available tables inside! So we asked if we could sit there and she said yes. Kind of disorganized but oh well. We sat, the waiter came and told us about their famous Rck Brgr which had won Burger of the year in 2011 or 2012 I don't remember too well. It comes with bacon, cheese and crispy onions. I always get my burger plain (I'm weird I know). As an appetizer we ordered the tempura shrimp, which I thought was a little bit over priced. $14 for a few shrimp. Now, they were delicious! I recommend this as an appetizer! Finally our burger came but it was well done, not medium well how I ordered it. It was very dry. The flavor was just weird. Supposedly the meat isn't frozen and cooked fresh. I don't doubt it, but it just tasted weird. It was way too dry! I honestly expected it to taste better. One thing I liked is that they had a lot of good offers. At the bottom part of the menu it tells you the offers they have every day. Like for example Mondays there's an offer for $10 that includes a burgers, fries and a soda! That's a pretty great deal specially if you work close by! I really liked the outside sitting area. There's a huge tree in the middle, decorated with lights. Very nice! I'm not too sure I will return but it was worth the try!

Came here on a Sunday to brunch it up before the coconut grove art festival and I was not the least bit impressed. I arrived at 11 am since I was told it gets super packed to my surprise it was pretty empty. The waiter come over to take our order and bring a free mimosa which they offer to ladies on sunday. That was the last time we saw our waiter. Basically every time he got remotely near us we had to flag him down for something at one point my friend and I had to get up and go to the bar for a drink I dont know about anyone else but I'd like something to drink while I eat. The chicken and waffles were just ok and pricey for what it was. I dont see myself making it a point to come her again.

Visited this place twice. First visit was cut very short so I needed appetizers and main course box-to-go. However when I got home and was able to sink my teeth into the burger, I melted. The truffle fries were ok, but these burgers were great My second visit was with a buddy

Rok Burger...one word yum! I first came to this lovely establishment when it first opened and I have to say, that there is a reason why they have had staying power in SoMi. When so many places are going defunct, they are becoming a local staple. Consistency is key and they deliver! Their burgers are, what's the word? Decadent! I have tried many of their selections, but by far their truffle burger, with that fabulous truffle aioli, makes the heart sing! Medium rare please! I also appreciate the fact they substitute buns with lettuce (a girl has to watch her waistline) but I have an issue with their dollar up charges for that and subbing a salad..it can add up..but I would take it for the team again and again, to enjoy that succulent burger. On a cheat day, those truffle fries of theirs are nothing short of sinful. Don't discount their apps either..the lobster corn dogs are also fab! They have a lovely ambience, of both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is clean and well maintained and their staff is wonderful. Last time I went, a week ago, they had a wonderful guitar player, who just heightened the dining experience. Thanks Rok Burger and see you soon! Cheers! PS Their craft beer selection is pretty decent too.

I like this place. It gives you exactly what you want, and nothing more. It's a straight forward burger joint, albeit, the offerings are unique and tasty. I usually feel like rolling out of this restaurant after a burger though, side note: you can EASILY share, which is great on the pocket. The Mac and Cheese offerings are also delicious! I frequent this place and highly recommend for all the burger + beer lovers out there!

I came here late on a Friday night-they were playing extremely loud music and there weren't that many people. I definitely need to come here during the day because I really enjoyed the food but the music was so loud and for what? for the 3 cats lounging around eating burgers? ..... However, my burger was so delicious! I had ordered the 'Black and Bleu', which had maple bacon, caramelized onions and blue cheese-I was SOLD! The burger was juicy but not too greasy and the bun was soft yet warm and toasty. All the ingredients in the burger tasted so well together. I really enjoyed my meal and the fries were pretty good too! I will definitely be coming back during hours where I am not running the risk of shattering my eardrum!

The service was piss poor...below even subpar, which is sad because the food is phenomenal. A friend and I sat at the bar with the intentions of having drinks. We finished our first round; the bartender took so long to return, I moved our empty glasses closer to him to signal we were ready for another round. He passed the empty glasses about 4 times before he finally asked if we wanted another. I had to remind him to check on my truffle burger (substituted blue cheese crumbles instead of Swiss which was amazing btw). Poor service is a pet peeve, and they have the nerve to request %18 gratuity...which I normally tip above. He didn't even get %15 from me. His loss. Surprisingly I met the manager once; if it's the same person running it, then I understand why service is the way it is. Unfortunate situation:(

We arrived and were promptly attended by the hostess. We decided for the inside since it's so hot and humid outside. Wow was it loud in there.!!There were 7+ tvs airing UM game. I guess it was understandable. We ordered lobster corn dogs as appetizer, a caesar salad the Rok burger, and the Classic burger. The burgers came out before the appetizer and salads. Immediately, the waitress came to the table apologized and said the manager would comp them. When those lobster corn dogs arrived, late and all, we were blown away. They were delicious. Mashed lobster meat surrounded by corn batter and fried. Never tasted anything like it. I highly recommend them. The sweet potato fries were also very good. I personally didn't have a burger but they looked very juicy and huge. Salad was nothing to brag about. I am definitely coming back but sitting outside and having the lobster corn dogs again.

Rok Burger has the most amazing food. Wade Burger!! Aside from the food, the drinks made by the on staff bartender are amazing. Just let him know what you like in a drink!! and watch it come to life!! Not everyone knows their liquor or clientel like Johnny!!

This was on my to go list since its close to my apartment. My GF and I went to enjoy a nice dinner nearby. it was a weekday around 6pm and not busy at all, maybe about 15-18 people. Experience: Had to wait for about 5 minutes at the hostess area for the hostess (it was not busy). Waiter then took another 5 minutes to show up to table. Asked for water which he brought out quick enough. Ordered an appetizer and our entree and drinks. After 10 minutes the appetizer was brought out by someone else. He came by picked up the plates and I ordered an alcoholic beverage, then he headed off. Yet again after another 20 minutes our burgers came out by another person. One undercooked, one over cooked. Had to flag down the waiter who was flirting with a table of girls, then he MADE EYE CONTACT and proceeded to head over to the POS system and then ran off again. Again had to yell out his name to get him to come to the table to tell him about the undercooked and overcooked food also. so another 10-15 minutes of waiting for him I told him that I still didn't have my drink. Waited for food and when it came out I finally got my alcoholic beverage. it was then only of an average quality for cost. Pros: My drink was great "B" Large selection of both beer and alcoholic beverages "B" Menu isn't overwhelming "B" Cons: Burgers were either over cooked or undercooked "D" Service of food took a long time "F-" Service was VERY Poor "F-" Food was sub-par "D" Would I recommend? Only to an enemy of mine Would I go back? F**K NO! Not even if I was offered a free meal for me and a group of friends. I wouldn't put them through that! *Note: I wait a week to post a review to allow time for non rushed reports*

So I've been here for burgers and they're delicious. I'm writing regarding the brunch. If you don't want to wait for 1+ hours get here early, especially if you are in a large group (3+). The unlimited mimosas are always a plus and for the most part the staff is polite and helpful. The food was disappointing. The most popular items on the menu ran out, so we got to try other dishes. I ordered a short rib omelet, which was at room temperature. The cheese was already stiff and it needed salt. I asked for salt and never got it. The short rib didn't have any flavor. Now I've had their burgers and they are so good, so I expected brunch to be up to par. My friends ordered a lobster sandwich which was decent, chicken and waffles (lacked flavor, but the chicken was cooked perfectly), and the shrimp and grits which were also flavorless. I have heard great things about Rok:bgr for brunch, but I guess I tried it on an off day. I will go again and give it another try. Hopefully it was an off day and I can update my review.

Went on a Monday accompanying a friend who had serious burger cravings;) Very nice place in the neighborhood and for a Monday This place was packed with larger groups.. The restaurant has special deal every Monday all burgers 10$ totally worth trying. We went around 9:30 pm and they open till midnight which is awesome. Since it was crowded we choose to sit at the bar believe me or not it took exceptionally long to place the order. Finally we order a veggie burger which was one of the best veggie burger I have ever tried and my friend got Bacon Jam Burger and it was amazingly good definitely a MUSR try. Actually it is the best award winning burger. Both burgers were delicious although I think they can work little on fries which were kinda not fresh tasting. Great place and worth trying food. Yes if you check in on yelp you can get a free premium well drink for the first time. Enjoy!

This is THE place to go to for burgers. I'm not a red meat lover, but every time I go, I get the Morning Glory. It is delicious. I have also tried the mac & cheese, I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary, but I was pleasantly surprised. The mac and cheese was like no other. If you are thinking of a casual place to eat and cant decide where, you cant go wrong by going here.

Always friendly service with consistently good burgers! Love coming to this place for their burgers and their loaded tater tots! DELICIOUS!! Brunch is not bad, try their chicken and waffles for small pieces of chicken that are not quite chicken tenders nor whole chickens...hehehe...

Gross! Dirty venue- no difference between inside and outside seating as all doors/windows open...cooks and other misc employees clocking-in and out in front of customers waiting on their money. Never coming back

I didn't really see why this place is such a big deal--the food pairings are random and not particularly tasty. I went for brunch. I had the pancakes of the day (which was actually a waffle) and it was just weird. It had some kind of dulce de leche instead of syrup and peanut butter-flavored Cocoa Pebbles on the waffles. The dulce de leche sauce was good, but the cereal threw me off. My friend had ribs and eggs, which he was pretty disappointed with--he said it didn't have much flavor. I think I'd rather eat breakfast at uninspired Denny's for some thing just as unhealthy, but that actually tastes good. As others noted, it is very busy during brunch hours. We waited for about an hour. Also, it was really loud--it was hard to have a conversation.

What used to be good with unique burgers and fantastic beer selection has gone downhill. This is easily the worst burger I ever had. I say this because I have burgers all the time & they never upset my stomach until the day I went here. They used to have an entire book filled with beers and other drinks to what now is a minimal poor selection. The service was ok and one of my biggest annoyance is when your dish comes out before the appetizer. Other than that the service wasn't too bad. Safe to say there will beating time gap before I consider returning. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the service was good and you have the option of having tots instead of fries

Consistently good burgers and fries for the Monday $10 deal. Love that crispy fries are included with the burgers. The only downside to dining here is the cigarette smoke on the patio. I wouldn't recommend the fried calamari we dared to try recently. It smelled like everything else they have ever fried in their fry oil. I tried their newer Peanut butter and jelly burger, but they totally forgot the jelly. A couple bites in I realized I couldn't taste any jelly. I took the burger apart and couldn't find it anywhere. Unfortunately our server was extremely busy and didn't stop back at our table the whole time we were eating our burgers for me to ask her for some. Service can get a little slow randomly because the servers can't handle that many tables.

This was my third attempt at having a great time here... and it was AWESOME! My last two times I went here was on their Monday special day where the burgers are $10, and it SUCKED. The buns were hard as a rock, service was horrible, and it took an hour for the food. Not sure why I decided to give it one more try but I am glad I did. I went during happy hour on a Wednesday and the craft beers were 50% off! I ordered a truffle burger and it came out quick, well seasoned, and was DELICIOUS. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other fun menu items and awesome beer/whiskey selection.

The burgers are soooo good! The rokbgr is worth every penny! If I had to complain about anything it would be how long it took to get the check but overall I was happy with the service and food from start to finish, will definitely be coming back!

I have been here a few times and I must say they make one of the best burgers in South Florida. When I hear about burger events and this place doesn't win first I am always confused. ALL of their burgers taste good. There is nothing that I have had in this place that has not been tasty. Mondays are great because they have $10 burgers and happy hour drinks I believe all day. Sunday brunch is also great but it gets very congested so arrive early. PRO: Good food, good ambience, good beer My bad experience? I went for brunch the first time recently and this is the only time I had a bad experience. Mimosas are free for ladies on Sundays... It was about 45 minutes for a table so I went to the bar to order a drink AND get a glass of mimosa. The bartender told me I could not have a drink because they had run out of glasses.... ok. So I did not want to be a total jerk and just went back outside to wait. Sure enough I see a group of ten women walk out with mimosas in their hands that were also waiting for a table (and I saw no ORDERED drink). This upset me. How was I different from anyone else? So I asked again and this time their response was "when you sit down at a table you can order a drink, until then you can't". WOW. Thank goodness ten minutes after this nonsense I was seated because I wanted to leave. After I was seated the waiter was extremely nice and attentive. I understand the restaurant was busy but if you're not going to serve some people then do not serve anyone at all. It was so rude. I would of complained to the manager but I did not want to make worse. That bartender sucks but she won't ruin my thought of this restaurant because she was having a bad day. Go eat here its worth the 5000 calories.

Everything was top notch. Burgers were good. Priced reasonably. Interesting fare. Server was slow as whale turds... I got the pretzel burger that was amazing. Had like a 3" fried o-ring on it. Cooked to the right temp. The drinks and beer selection was money.

  • Sara M.

Food was good...different! The service was not so great. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up but it took 30 mins to get my ahi tuna taco appetizer, which doesn't need to be cooked and they are in mini tacos and Poutine fries which are fries with gravy and chunks of cheese. Nothing that extraordinary to have taken so long. There wasn't a waiting list to sit and seems like there was enough waiters to cover. Waitress was good so it wasn't her. I would go back for sure, I just hope that this isn't the norm for them. For that I give them 3 stars instead of 4!

I came here last Sunday, 9/7/14 for brunch and it was AMAZING! We used to go to a nearby spot for brunch but ROK BURGER is where it is at! We arrived and, like the other reviewer mentioned, were promptly seated and our waiter made our experience that much better! Joel, our waiter, greeted us with the specials and was so kind. We had the short rib sliders which were incredible. The other meal was the hangover burger, which is definitely perfect for hangovers. Good size, delicious, but filling. We also had the pancake special of the day, the butter finger pancakes...WOW! GASTROGASM! I'm not a fan of butterfingers or pancakes and these pancakes were perfection! So sO yummy. And just when you thought it couldn't get better, Free Mimosas on Sunday Brunch for ladies! can't beat that: Great Food, Great Service, Great environment and Free Mimosas! Recipe for a Great time!

Sunday brunch is stupid. People come order free drinks and sit at the table for hours while other people wait. If you're not ordering food, they should kick people out but they don't. The food is great but the management is terrible! They tell you 20 minutes but its really 2 hours. Horrible horrible service.

Rok:Brgr is my favorite burger joint in Miami. They offer a great variety of combinations (burger + beer). Highly recommended. General tips: if you're going there for their Sunday brunch, make sure you try the lobster corndogs. Also, every burger on the menu is 10$ on Tuesdays.

great service...great food! We have enjoyed everything that we have tried. I haven taken several friends to this restaurant, they can't wait to go back!! My personal favorite....Cookie butter pancakes....YUM!! That was a Sunday brunch special. Hope to see it on the menu the next time I go

Awesome Happy Hour here daily from 3-7pm half off all their snacks on the menu and half off everything at the bar! Great deal especially for this type of food quality! The tuna tacos were delicious! Tasted very fresh topped with seaweed salad and the spicy mayo on the side was nice. The lobster corn dogs were okay. Too much batter and not enough meat. The bar is nice and they have a good selection of craft beers. I have to come back for their burgers! They look amazing and on Mondays they're all $10! Manic Mondays are no more with this steal of a deal!

Came to ROK:BRGR for their popular Sunday Brunch. Had to wait awhile but Nick the manager was on point. There was not a moment he didn't apologize for the wait. When we finally sat down at our table, Kenneth our waiter, surely made up for the wait. The service was outstanding to say the least. Will be back no doubt!

I went to Rok:Brgr for a late dinner with a friend because we were famished and it was the only place that would immediately seat us. For an appetizer we shared the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese caught my eye because A) I love mac and cheese, B) it had gruyere and fontina cheese, and C) it had truffle oil. Our order must have been all truffle oil because that was basically all I could taste! Usually I love truffle oil, but it was just too overwhelming. It made the mac and cheese watery and not cheesy enough. For my meal I decided on the Bosh Burger with sweet potato fries, and my friend got the classic with regular fries. I asked for my burger well done, and it was given to me medium. I had to eat around the pink meat, which annoyed me. My friend liked his burger and had no complaints. Rok:Brgr was good, and I would give it another try, but it really wasn't anything special. They didn't get my order right and with so many burger joints popping up now-a-days you'd think they would try to be better.

Had Sunday brunch here. The shrimp tacos huevos delish, but if you are starving order two orders. Free mimosas from 10-3pm for the ladies. Great deal. Also had the chocolate chip banana pancakes. Very yum. Will be coming back here in the future.

First time patron today. I've heard mixed reviews about this place but I always try to go with an open mind. Nothing was bad - but nothing was great. We had the lobster corn dogs to start - I would say B- - a little soggy and very heavy on the breading. My 3 year old had their grilled cheese which was good, very well toasted on thick bread so it was a little hard for her to eat, but it was tasty. Hubby and I split the Rok Brgr. I'm not a huge burger person and I was not that impressed. I would say the fixings were good but the burger itself lacked flavor. Free well drink with check in, which they kindly substituted for a beer. Not my first choice in SoMi but I'm sure we'll be back.

  • Simon B.

The poutine (reason for my visit) was not that great. decent fries, salty gravy, and good curds. As usual, it was no surprise that fries were heated in the oven (largely to make it fancy-sh) and whereas it did make the cheese melt the fries became hard and uninspiring. This could have easily with more gravy. The burger felt had a good size bun (I could taste more than bread), but unfortunately the quality of the meat seemed subpar. In fact, I couldn't quite figure out if it couldn't have been a frozen patty. Impossible at a place called Rok:Brgr, right?

Hands down one of the best places in Miami. The food is out of hand. 2 words: Bacon Jam. I'm not talking music; I'm talking food. The music and vibe are always welcoming and not "Miami plastic" imagine that. The Sunday brunch is in a word magical. At least with every bite you'll be wondering how you've never been here before. The service is impeccable. Wait time on Mother's Day was easy as Ken & Javi entertained us with phenomenal drinks and company. Great portions and great drinks - kicking the day of right. Positive vibes. Great DJs. Casual atmosphere. A Miami must!

All I can say is that this has become my new favorite burger in Miami! The service was really attentive and the server, Sevonay I believe it was, explained the menu and never left me looking around for her. My son and I started with the loaded tater tots that tasted amazing. This was like the best loaded potato skins ever! I did take notice that the Mac and Cheese looked pretty amazing as well so definitely will try next time. My burger, went with the classic, was outstanding! Fries were very good too! Overall I was very pleased by the service and the quality of the food. Can't wait to go back!

In a fattening heaven of Kobe Beef, bacon wrapped Kobe Hotdogs and French fries is where I reveled this Sunday. And what a heaven that was! Hoping that the food wouldn't be as bad as the service (apparently our waitress was not a "people person"), I was not let down; The food definitely made up for the service. Bacon Wrapped Mini Kobe Hotdogs: um, need I say more? Two delicious no-no foods fused together to make an ultimate guilty pleasure love child. And just to mess with me even more, the geniuses at Rok:BrGr decided to add a side of maple syrup so you can drizzle it over the dog; what are you trying to do to me, here?! Kobe Beef Sliders: a winning dish. 3 sliders, melted American cheese, and ketchup cooked just enough so that the patties are still moist, tender, and with a tad of fat to give them flavor. Good grief. Hand Cut Fries: a little greasy, but forgivingly so. The crispness won me over! Overall, a solid 4 stars. The not-so-great service seemed to be unique to my waitress, so I won't dock any stars for that. And there is one more gripe I have: on Sundays, they only offer a brunch menu during lunch, and it's kind of limited. If you're in the mood for breakfast, it's great. But if you want lunch, you won't have the vast array of choices you'd have off the regular menu - just a note!

Wow have been here several times and can honestly say that every time has been great. The food, the service and the ambiance is great. This time i had the grilled cheese shortrib and the bacon jam on the side and my friend had the james but kinda twisted. I tried the Belgian whisky beer which was really nice and light. Cant wait to go back.

Came by before a movie to have some dinner. Ordered jalapeño poppers and some loaded tater tots as appetizers with my girlfriend, they were mediocre at best. Had short rib mac n' cheese, better yet elbow pasta flooded with truffle oil. My girlfriend had the farmhouse burger. Nothing to special. Recommended to those who don't enjoy food at its best.

I got the Bosh burger and it was not all that. My fries were def microwaved. My waitress wasn't very friendly and neither was the manager. The bathroom was GROSS and the outside area was full of Mosquitos. The drinks were full of sugar and ice. Useless.

Absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic with hearty portions. It's perfect if you are trying to avoid starches, except for the amazingly tempting biscuits and maple syrup they bring to the table. Ladies get free mimosas during brunch. The manager came by and greeted us and was great with the kids. We were never left with empty glasses. I also really enjoyed the music for the first part of our meal, old school, but nostalgic. After a bit the music got too loud, but that is my only complaint. Can't wait to go again.

Came in here because I was craving a burger. Nothing new, I like fatty foods. Ordered the King James burger. Has Brie cheese, pork belly confect, and it was good. Not overwhelming but after a few bites the burger goes bland. Maybe there wasn't enough cheese or something but the taste just died. Same thing happened to my boyfriends burger. He ordered the Prime burger and it was just a normal cheeseburger with bbq sauce and bacon. Wasn't crazy about the burgers and the truffle fries were a bit soggy but taste was ok. We ordered the Mac n cheese and it was ok. I felt like it needed pepper. Overall, the place was ok. Oh and I ordered dessert. How could I forget? Ordered the brownie ice cream. It was good. Tastedt like a brownie cake though. Not an actual brownie

Hands down some of the best burgers in Miami. Service for lunch is very prompt and courteous, although the wait for dinner can be a bit annoying. This is a great place to go with friends (I suggest going when it's not so packed though)

Our waitress was really nice and patient with our big party.I ordered the French toast and tater tots which were amazing.I am giving three stars because I ordered a small cup with OJ for my one year old and was charged $3.They should have given me a regular cup and the small cup on the side for that price!

Really one of the best burgers I've had. Came in to try this burger I'd seen on the morning news. It was foie gras, truffled cheese/mushroom,blended meat insanity. It was surprisingly good. Burger n Beer have a similar burger that is a joke compared this and around the same price: $50......I'm saying it's totally worth the money and totally worth the trip to my cardiologist. Manager was a cool dude, bartender a lil spaced out, great atmosphere, tons of tvs booze and beers....highly recommended

I really would have wanted to give this place a better rating but it just isn't possible. My husband and I had lunch there on a Friday afternoon (our second time in years as he did not enjoy food or service the 1st time). I wanted a good experience so we'd have another spot to go to in South Miami. We ordered the fried pickles for starters. They arrived quickly and looked great but upon biting into them, they were so salty and greasy, we had to take off the batter just to eat a few. I asked for lemon for my water, got none. So my husband asked for lemons for my water and I got limes! On my third request for lemons, they finally got it right. I guess 3s the charm. I had the turkey burger and it was passable at best (a bit dry). We had to send back the truffle fries because they too were so salty. When we did the bartender laughed. I'm not sure what was funny. We wont be coming here again. We'd rather eat at Station 5, Deli Lane or Town, all in the neighborhood. Sorry, we tried!!!

I have a very mixed opinion in Rok Brgr. Their burgers are good, but a little over priced and greasy. The Lebron burger on a Monday for $10 is a hell of a deal, and a great burger. The apps are great, especially the lobster corn dogs. We've been to the brunch 3 times and my wife got the challah French toast each time. First two times it was excellent. The last time is was mush on the inside. We hate sending things back, but this was just gross. Plus my daughters waffles were really burnt. They remade them and they were the same. The manager gave us a weird excuse, but he was incredibly nice. He took off the French toast and comped us 50% on the bill. I think that's above what was necessary, and is the reason we will be back. I had the short rib omelette and it was very very good, but the tater tots that came with it were over fried. The biscuits were also really good. They also made my kids chocolate milk. It's a pet peeve of mine when a restaurant has milk and chocolate syrup and won't make a chocolate milk.

I've gone here twice now for dinner with my parents. Both times we had an excellent experience, with fantastic food and equally great service. Unfortunately since our first visit was a while ago I don't remember our server's name from that time, but our waiter tonight was Jai. The waiters here are attentive and thoughtful, which is especially important since my parents and I all have gluten allergies. As for the food, the signature Rok Brgr is awesome, as are their fries and three varieties of ketchup. The manager informed us of their brunch menu, which sounds really good and which I'd love to try the next time I'm here. If I didn't live in NYC I'd be going here all the time.

This place was great. It had a nice chill vibe, and servers and management were on top of things even though I came with a few buddies during a busy time. Televisions around the wall showed some sports during our meal over the weekend which was a nice surprise. Beer menu better than expected. Great place to grab some good food and beer! I definitely need more time to try other stuff on the menu.

Solid place. I was surprised that everything we tried was good. The deviled eggs are delicious as are the burgers, onion rings, and fries. Loved the crunchy burger which I had with American cheese instead of the Gouda. My husband had the the rok burger which was a perfect bacon burger. Good craft beer selection and decent wine and bar selection. Definitely will be back.

I hate to have to do this.. BUT; today was my second trip to Rok:brgr ( the first trip was alright, hence my 3 star review). However, this time I was far less than pleased and left slightly disgusted. I'll start with the good.. the 4$ beers (always a plus), the waitress was nice and attentive & my chicken burger (no bread) was also not bad. Now for the bad, my b.f. ordered "the peggy" burger. It is a burger that comes with cheese, and bbq short rib. Well, first they brought out the wrong burger. After it was taken back, the contents scraped off and replaced they brought out the correct burger. The issue with this was that it was literally dripping grease ( see the picture I posted), usually my bf finishes all his food, yet he could barely finish half of this.. after the one bite I took I didn't want another (as I could taste the grease) I love a good burger, but I wont be coming to ROk:brgr for a LONG time

Positives: Very unique burgers (lots to choose from), the outside dining area was very hip, there are a plethora of activities to engage in around the Sunset place area, and the service was phenomenal. Negatives: Prices was high, that's it. Prices for the burgers range from $12-15 dollars and they come with fries. You can choose your beef to be cooked anyway you like as well; my burger was super juicy and just perfect. For dinner I chose the D.Wade, and it was delicious! The D. wade consisted of a 10 ounce angus beef, sesame bun, cilantro sauce, jalapeños and fries. Everything was good! Tip: If you're going with a friend, one burger is enough to fill you up!

Was craving for a burger and wanted to come here for quite sometime. Parking in South Miami is pretty easy as the parking lot is right in front. We waited for 30 minutes as on a Saturday place was pretty full. Our server was not the best one we order mac and cheese and they were delicious. Also the King burger was delicious. The sweet potato fries the best. The waffle and chicken not good it had no flavor and waffle was burn. Some food was great and the other dish regular. Might come sometime but only burgers is the best dishes to order.

Lobster BLT was awesome. They are definitely not shy about the Lobster portion. The chunks of lobster were huge! Delicious

Cool place, good food/beer, shitty rude service. Waitress is in the wrong business, ignored our table for as long as she could, got the orders wrong and was very rude and inconsiderate. Maybe a one off, place was great otherwise.

Amazing burgers, friendly staff, great beer and whiskey selection, tv's for sports and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating- no complaints. Goal is to try everything on the menu!!!

First time at Rok:Brgr and it was a pretty great one. Nice atmosphere (pretty empty since it was Monday afternoon on 30 Dec when most of South Miami isn't working), and a very nice menu. I wanted to have a dozen things off of it, but I came for the main show. Mondays are great at Rok because all the burgers are $10. I could've easily gone for one of the more expensive ones, but I like judging a burger joint by their takes on classic burgers first, and gourmet ones later. I had the Rok Burger, just a burger with lettuce and tomatoes. I also added caramelised onions and roasted jalapeño. I have to say I was disappointed with the onions. Either the caramelised ones were not discernible or they just ignored the order and popped in normal raw onions (which I hate in a burger - way too strong). However, I loved their take on the roasted jalapeño. I've always lamented the way some restaurants do it - either chunks of jalapeño that are too big and you end up taking a full one in one bite, or something that hasn't been through through at all (the last visit to Burger and Beer Joint resulted in one raw jalapeño split in half). At Rok, they flatten it out so it's a thin sheet of roasted pepper that's perfect for putting in a burger. I did order it medium rare and I feel like it was in between medium rare and medium, but no matter. The burger was dripping in juice and tasted delicious. All of the flavours really came together. The fries were pretty good, better than average, but the burger was the main event. The order also came with bourbon barbecue sauce, which was good (much better than the one at B&B), but I am generally not a fan of bourbon BBQ and I question why it's becoming so widespread. Overall, it was a fantastic burger - perhaps not better than that of other joints in Miami, and it might be a little overpriced if I had not gone during $10 burger day, but very tasty, very large, and very delicious. On the service: I was promptly seated since the restaurant was basically empty. Since I was alone, I opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was competent, but I felt a bit of an attitude, and I kept having to ask for water or wait for her to come around even though there were only three of us and she didn't seem particularly busy. Also: Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free well drink! Tossing back a free (and strong) Old Fashioned while I waited for my food was not bad at all.

I ramble, Enjoy. Went with the gf last night. We decided to get 2 burgers and split them to maximize our taste testing experience. She got the King James, I got the D Wade... Fueeegoooo. My burger was a perfect Med Rare. Hers was sliiightly over but nothing even worth worrying about, and honestly, barely noticeable. Only bringing it up to give a thorough breakdown and because typing is fun. I'm not normally an onion ring person, but I got them from reading reviews. Take this into account: I didn't touch them until I was full up on delicious meat, and was really regretting that I quit smoking cigs (that digestion cig is the best, am I right?) and they were still crispy, warm, and quite delicious. I liked the D Wade better, she liked the KJ better, both were awesome. Win-Win. We ended up having to box about 1/3 of each burger and the fries/rings. Great portions. Kristen (I believe) was our bartender: super nice/warm, and with her suggestions my gf actually ordered in less than 10 minutes which is bonkers. (Crazy indecisive). 90 minute on tap and a Hop Head Red for me (HHR went well with the burgers) She had the Cucumber Hendricks which she really liked. Everything came out in good time and well prepared. Considering it was around midnight on a Friday that means a lot. From someone who has worked ITB for a decade or so, having a kitchen that is on point with temps at the end of the night is money. To top it all off, they have In The Biz. Dope. From my experience it's hard to find an ITB spot in South Miami in general, let alone a quality place. We're looking forward to going back and trying their non-burger food. OH, and the DJ was playing A Tribe Called Quest and the like... It's just not even right that I waited so long to try this place out.

If you're going for a burger here, you must go on a Monday when every burger on the menu is $10. Other than that, it's overpriced. Despite the great location, excellent server, clean interiors, I was just not satisfied for two reasons. 1. My burger lacked flavor. It looked like a burger. It felt like a burger. It tasted like the market ground beef from a grocery store, which is not a bad thing, but not special. Not only that, the bacon had no taste. A piece of bacon fell out of my burger so I popped it into my mouth. It literally tasted like nothing. Just texture. 2. My wife wanted to substitute blue cheese instead of the Creamy Brie that the King James burger came with. That happened, but the cook also deleted the red onion marmalade. She asked the waiter about it because she didn't taste the marmalade. He checked with the cook who told him he didn't put it on the burger! Why? I have no idea! The server brought some out on the side, but she was half way done with the burger by then. To top it off, they charged and extra $1.50 for blue cheese until we protested. There are lots of other great burger places around town. Hit all those until you want something new, then come here.

We went last night before Wicked. I was actually apprehensive about going because our previous visits didn't have the greatest service, and I was worried about being late for the show. That being said, I have to hand it to our waiter Brian. He was quick, he was attentive, and he made me a lot more comfortable with our choice. Food wise, I decided to get something new and not try a burger, as all my previous visits have been for burgers only. I had the pork belly BLT which was awesome! Quite messy, but I won't complain. The bf had the black and blue burger which was good as well, but I definitely think my choice was better. Also had the tater tots with sour cream, not bad, but nothing special.

This place simply rocks, literally. Can't say enough good things 'bout this place. Mac n cheese great, but a bit filling. The maple syrup is crack! Close your eyes and pick from the menu, you can't go wrong. Burgers are huge, share! Nice outdoor dining, worth the wait!

Ate here yesterday for 1st time. Wasnt bad at all. Place is decorated nicely with a big selection of craft beers. Being our 1st time we both just got burgers. I had the classic & she had the D-Wade, which was really good w/chili on top. One thing is that both burgers were HUGE! Service was also pretty good. What looked like the owner sat us down & explained the menu. Then a very nice young lady was our server. We will definately try this place again. Maybe next time we'll split get some appetizers & split a huge burger. Only thing that was missing were desserts.

This place is awesome All around ... Service was great and friendly. We had the Mac & Cheese that was to die for, best I've ever had ... Creamy and comforting as it should be. The Rok:Brgr also the best burger I've had (2011 winner of the burger battle) and the Bacon Jam Burger (2012 Burger Battle Fan Favorite Champion) you will never know how good these burgers really are until you try them... Very impressed. And they have a full bar! Bonus!

Really liking this place. Burgers are nicely cooked: fries crispy and served piping hot every time. The Elvis burger is wildly decadent. The frito crunchy burger was awesome even tho they forgot to put Fritos in it. Great craft beer selection. Desserts are uninspired but, no worries, bc Whip n Dip and Buttercream are nearby! Knowledgable staff and pretty solid service. I recommend.

Still indulging in the Miami Burger craze, I headed over to Rok:Brgr last Thursday for some greasy goodness. Lets start off by my favorite category, the specials!!! Thursday is Ladies night!! $4 wines $5 cocktails $3 beers Burgers & fries oh myyyy... We shared the "fan favorite 2012" Bacon Jam & the Black N Blue. Hands down black n blue kicked the shit out of the bacon jam burger. The bacon jam was good at first but then too pungent and at $17 a pop, I was expecting better! The black n blue was packed with flavor, tangy, sweet and oh sooo good...all for $13. Winner!!!! As for the sides, my boyfriend took it up a fattening notch, pulled an Anthony Bourdain and ordered the poutine fries. He loved, I thought it was kinda gross & just stuck to good ol' Americano onion rings! Delish :) My recomendations: totally worth a try but head over on a MONday when all burgers are $10

I rate this place a solid three, it's pretty good, but not the best burger. It was a bit greasy, but yummy. My boyfriend ordered the morning glory burger with an egg, he ate it all with onion rings, which weren't too good, they were a bit greasy and very battered. I couldn't finish my burger, it was pretty big. If you go with a girlfriend, as in two girls, you guys can split the burger. Fries were good too.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and when I saw they had a groupon, I jumped right on it. And what a disappointment it was! Long story short - I had a veggie burger which cost me $14.00 after I added cheese...and it wasn't good. But it's my fault for ordering a veggie burger instead of one of their other tasty options. What bothered me though was when the waiter told me I could either use the groupon, use the kids eat free deal, or apply happy hr prices.... Listen, I didn't intend on eating for free - but it made no sense that I couldn't apply at least two of these deals. Why can't I have happy hr drinks, order a $14 burger and have my kid eat for free? It made no sense to me. I ended up spending $70 on two adult meals, two kids meals and a few beers. I won't be returning. Screw my groupon!

Decent drinks, and great burgers. Really good deal if you go during happy hr. I will definitely be back, to try other things on the menu. Their lychee martini, Peggy burger and bourbon barbecue sauce is worth trying if you go!

A burger is a burger! Except I do love me some five guys!! My beau and I went here for lunch expecting a great meal. I ordered the Rok:brgr lunch deal which is 12$ with a drink instead of 13$ with no drink (Not to big a difference considering I don't drink anything but water. I had asked my burger to be done medium well because I usually don't like pink meat in my burger, steak is different though hehe. I found it to be quite tasteless and dry considering all the juices that were dripping out of the burger. It was basically a classic burger with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onions. They so claimed their ketchup is homemade as well but it tasted like regular ketchup to me just served in a little tin cup. Although their bbq sauce is definitely home made and very tangy and smokey. I would only come here again for their special items which they serve on random days and on a separate menu. I had a sneak peak because it was attached to the menu they gave us. It had like lobster mac n cheese and other goodies. good luck!

This place has great reviews here and I do agree with almost everything, if it wasn't for our visit this past Saturday, we were looking for a casual place to eat, family of 4 (with 2 kids under 10), we drove by and noticed this cool place and decided to give it a try. We stood by the entrance for a few minutes an not a single employee (and a couple of them saw us but did not say a word) approached us not even to say someone will be right with you. So when we were about to just leave and go somewhere else, I told my husband lets ask if we are supposed to seat ourselves or someone will be doing this. So that is when they said, oh yes the hostess will be right with you. The hostess seemed bothered by the fact that we wanted to seat outside because she needed to clean the table. Other than this, food was great, our server was very nice and beers were cold. Businesses need to understand that it's not only about good food and location, service is what's going to make me come back and recommend the place.

Short and sweet: it's pretty good, although not a great value for the money as its a bit expensive versus the taste -- aka tastes good but with a price that implies it should taste great. I will give them that the burgers are huge. In fact, so huge that I wasn't sure how I was supposed to fit it in my mouth. In fact, I think this may be the only time I broke down and ate one with a knife and fork. My wife's fish wasn't mega-fresh and a bit fishy, but its a burger place, so frankly I don't hold that against them that much. Overall, the waiter was attentive and really nice -- though I will say he oversold the food and built up expectations beyond what could be met.

I thought the burgers were excellent (the peggy and the southwestern). The hand cut fries were okay, the onion rings were better, the sweet potato fries were not sweet, but were hand cut. The burger was perfectly cooked medium, maybe the best temperature I have ever had it; pink middle till the very edge, but not bloody. It was a 10oz burger and the portion was huge. they served Really fresh lettuce and tomatoes, crispy fresh. Excellent sauce to go with the peggy. The beer selection was huge. Great service, with a smile. I don't give it five stars because the prices were tad too high perhaps. The burgers go from $10-$20. Ours were $13 and $15 burgers. My beer was $9, i think they start at $6. I recommend it if you get a good gourmet burger craving.

We'd been dying to try this place out. We were going to Sunset Place for a movie so figured we'd stop and grab a bite here first. The service was good. The food was just meh... Overpriced and really not that great. I got the sliders and I didn't really like them. My boyfriend got a burger and he wasn't impressed either. Before this, we had only tried truffle fries at Batch Gastropub, but we saw they had some here so we decided to try them. Well, they sucked. If you like truffle fries, hit up Batch. Their food is better and you get way more bang for your buck. This place is not that great, ESPECIALLY for the price. Won't be going back.

The service here is a hot mess, but the food is awesome. We went here on a Sunday and there was a Dolphins game on so things were pretty hectic, even though it wasn't THAT packed. The atmosphere is great. It's like a fancy sports bar and it's really open so on a nice, breezy day, it's great inside and out. I'm a huge burger fan and the burgers on this menu all look great. They're kinda pricey for sure, but they are huge and excellent. They have a pretty good beer selection and a few cocktails and good daily food and drink specials. The drinks take FOREVER to come out. I got the wrong beer the first time, which I didn't mind too much and I just kept it. The waiter was definitely apologetic about it. Someone at our table got another round of her cocktail and it came out different because they had ran out of some of the ingredients. They have a pretty lengthy wait time for the food as well as some others have mentioned. And I don't know if these people all just started working there or what, but it's like they're all new to the food service business and the food runners have NO idea where to take your food so they just ask around. They really need to number their tables. However, when the food finally came out, it was great. No one said a word for like 10 minutes. I got the Bacon Jam sliders and they were exquisite. Perfectly cooked and topped with their maple bacon jam and brie cheese. Their burger selection is out of hand so I can't wait to go back and try some others. They also have a slider sampler where you get two of all the slider options, including the bacon jam and seeing those pass by while we waited really makes your mouth water. We also got chili cheese fries. They were great, great homemade chili, a healthy serving of cheese and a dollop of sour cream. I also tried a little bit of the lobster mac and cheese and I was impressed. They don't skimp on the lobster and it was delicious. There are tons of things on the menu I want to try, like the lobster corndog and poutine fries, so I'll be back. I'll just make sure to go when I have plenty of time because everything takes forever.

When choosing the star rating for this place, it was made a lot easier by the little side note saying, "A-OK" because that's exactly what I thought of this place. It's just okay. When I got there, we chose to sit outside because the weather was nice for a Miami summer night and there was no one else sitting out there. When other people started opting for outside seating, I realized I was practically sitting at another table from the proximity even though there were only 2 of us. It would have been nice if I couldn't hear every detail of their intimate conversation which isn't their fault but made me feel really self conscious about my own table's conversation which by that point was turning into a myriad of whispers and hand signals. There's no real lighting outside at night so trying to interpret the hand signals in the dark was kind of a fun little game. I usually have water or a refreshing beer when eating outside to keep from overheating so I was really pleased that they served my water in a frosted glass pitcher... until I realized they were charging me for it. Yay, now I can officially check off, "eat somewhere that charges for water" from my bucket list. Guess I just didn't think it would be a burger place. I ordered the Rok:Brgr which is a good burger. Not amazingly orgasmic, but I would say slightly above average. I paired it with regular fries to get a standard of what the signature quality of the food at Rok:Brgr is like and I wasn't disappointed. All in all, (I hate to keep repeating myself) the place is okay. The service is good, the food is good. I just don't think the price is right for what you're getting. I don't regret going but probably won't be back any time soon.

This is the place to have a quick casual bite to eat in south Miami. The atmosphere is cool with plenty of outside seating. I have yet to dine in here. I was there tonight to pick up food to go and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I ordered the sliders, spinach dip, and truffle fries. All of the above were delicious. And the best part was that I waited less than 10 minutes for the food. They were polite and courteous. I will be back! I'm a very satisfied customer.

I have been in a bit of a burger crazy lately. Don't judge me... if you eat it without the bread its pure protein. What more can you ask for? So when co-workers wanted to try Rok:Brgr for lunch I was on board. My favorite burger so far is the "Cuban." It's a delicious burger with "ropa vieja" on top. My mouth waters as I type this!! Naturally, I returned with the hubby on a Saturday night and again I was impressed. The wait time for a table was decent and again the food did not disappoint. Why not 5 stars? 1- if you sit outside it is HOT... I know this is Florida but shouldn't there be fans or something? It was terrible. 2- I ordered a mojito that was more like rum and water. YUCK... and to top it off it was $10... yes $10 for water and rum. But don't be fooled I will continue to return for that delicious Cuban burger.

My husband and I went on a Sunday with friends. The loaded tater tots were deeeeeelicious! My husband had the Bosh Burger he loved it! I had the Bacon Jam with creamy Brie & maple bourbon jam it was very tasty. They have good happy hours and specials during the week because its a little pricy for burgers but yummy! Although my ultimate gatropub burger is B&B Joint ROK BRGR is definitely worth a try!

Love this place. FOOD: The best burgers I have found within a 10 mile radius. They are fresh, made to order, and delicious. They also have a great beer selection that isn't water downed bud or miller light. ATMOSPHERE: Clean, a little small, but great pub environment. I came here During the day with my girlfriend and daughter so it's family friendly. And I def would come here at night and hang out. They also show UFC fights which is a big plus for me. COST: A little expensive but this isn't a dive bar or standard burger joint. So you get what you paid for. SERVICE: the biggest reason I couldn't give this 5 stars because I've only been here during their down time so I don't know their service.

Jesus H Christ these guys make a tasty burger. Big too. But not comically big where you can't figure out how the hell to eat it and end up destroying it in the process. I got the rok:brgr for takeout, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly and the BBQ sauce and bacon were spot on. One of the best burgers I've had anywhere. Fries tasted great but I think I got the bottom of the basket, a bunch of small pieces. Bartender who took my order over the phone was very friendly. The burger was ready in ten minutes. Can't wait to try more stuff off their menu, as I'm new in town.

Rok(Bottom) Burger Note to self: when you find a restaurant that has tables available when EVERYONE in a 2-3 block radius is closed or has a 2-hour wait, BE SUSPICIOUS. I know we should have tried a burger given that this is a burger place, but it was late and we didn't want something too heavy... and then we were tempted by the Lobster Mac & Cheese. How could you not be? Lobster. Cheesy goodness. Truffle oil. Sigh... We excitedly took 1,2,3 bites... By the 4th bite, you knew this shit was going to bite you back. Tums here we come. The Tuna Tacos were tasty enough, but tiny... Nothing to write home about, but not bad. What WAS bad? The Pinot Grigio (my own fault for ordering wine at a burger & beer joint), and the service. Our server was quick to arrive and take our order... Then we never saw him again. Maybe it's because he got pulled behind the bar... Or maybe he settled behind the bar once he saw that we would only have a $40 tab given our small order... Whatever the reason, it took 20 mins to track him down to get our check once we were ready to go, then another long while for someone else to come get our check & card. So if you find yourself rolling thru South Miami and you're aching for a tasty meal, head to George's, Sunset Tavern, Fox's, Wisk -- buy food at Whole Foods and make it yourself if you have to -- but avoid Rok Burger; they will leave you hungry for more.

I had been wanting to try Rok:Brgr for some time now but never got around to it. I finally decided to go after finding a Groupon deal for it. I stopped by with my wife for dinner during the week to try it and, although it wasn't bad, I had a few bumps along the way to my burger coma. Let's start with the outdoor seating. The booth tables are way too close to each other. When we were seated it was just us but as soon as the table next to us was taken, it became rather awkward to be so close to other people. When I can hear an entire conversation between people that aren't even being loud, there's a problem. The lighting was essentially nonexistent which took away from the visual impact that I expected upon my burger's arrival. Couldn't really see what was on my plate. I just knew the burger was enormous. I probably made a mistake when I chose my burger. I should have gone for a normal sized burger (which would still be big) but instead opted to go all out with the King James Burger. That's a 10 oz. patty with brie, pork belly, red onion marmalade, truffle aioli, lettuce, and tomato. When I read it I was excited. When I got it I was shocked at the size. When I realized I couldn't get one bite from top to bottom I was disappointed. This burger is just too big. One bite would only be the top part and the second bite only the bottom. I was essentially eating two different things. An awesome burger and an awesome pork sandwich. I never got all the flavors at once. I opted for the truffle fries and felt they were too oily for me and extra crunchy. Maybe they double fry them? I don't know enough about making fries so I can't say much, but I do know when I don't enjoy something. That was probably my mistake also since my burger already came with truffle aioli so I was probably just overloaded. Craft beer selection made me happy and I ordered a UFO to help me get that monstrosity of a burger down my gullet. Service was good the whole way through. The check took a little long to come but it wasn't that big a deal. As a side note, I think they charge for water here. Is it just me? I threw out the receipt but they charged $1 for some miscellaneous thing and I think it was the water which came in a tall, slender chilled pitcher (for lack of a correct word.) Weird. I'm curious about a lot of the other offerings here at Rok:Brgr but I won't be rushing to come back right away.

Prepare to get heart burn.... BUT the food is awesome. I had a regular burger with tater tots. Each of my friends had a different burger and everyone was more than satisfied. It's a great place for people who live in South Miami. I would also recommend the fried pickles as an appetizer. But as I said..the food is very greasy. So just know you'll be feeling guilty after. But it's definitely worth it as a rare treat.

If I were judging this place on food alone, it would easily be a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The service on average is just that...average, which would be okay if it weren't for the occasional decline into the valley of less-than-average quality that I have experienced at Rok:Brgr a few times so far and particularly during my last visit this past Sunday. My expectations for service are not unreasonably high. I expect a server to be polite, have some knowledge of the menu and be proactively attentive. I don't need or want you to be at my beck and call the entire time but it would be nice if you make an effort to keep my glass full of whatever I may be drinking and check in periodically, especially after the order comes out. One of the worst things a server can do, in my opinion, is have an attitude problem for no apparent reason. I am always polite to my servers and expect the same respect in return but the last server I encountered at Rok:Brgr (Lauren) was either having a really bad day or simply hates her job and has no qualms about letting it show. I was part of a big group of family and friends who called ahead to reserve seating for a birthday brunch that included 16 adults and 3 babies. I fully anticipated that such a large group would slow down the speed of service, which is completely understandable. I didn't think it was acceptable, however, for the waitress to be visibly annoyed with the fact that we were such a large group or give me and some of my friends attitude for simple things like asking if it was okay to order already or if we could get a refill. Despite the delicious food I enjoyed, the pissy waitress with a chip on her shoulder left a bad taste in my mouth. I shrugged it off at the time because I was more interested in enjoying the festivities with my loved ones than worrying about the server's attitude but today when I realized that she was not only rude but also dishonest, I knew I had to write a review so that other patrons might avoid getting duped like I did. The bill was split multiple ways and my portion was on a bill that included several other members of my family, all of whom were paying cash. The cash was collected and I gave it to the server along with my credit card and asked her to put $30 on the card and the rest would be covered with the cash. I counted it twice before giving it to her and know that the amount covered about one dollar over the entire amount of the bill, which clearly indicated that an 18% gratuity had already been included. I did not realize it until today when I was checking my credit card transactions that the Rok:Brgr amount charged to my card was different than the $30 I had asked the server to run. Apparently, the server took it upon herself to add an additional $5.05 tip to my card without my knowledge. When I received the signature slip, I noticed it said $5.05 tip but since it has a line underneath it that read "additional tip," I mistakenly assumed that it was a suggested amount for additional tip so I drew a slash through the additional tip line, wrote in $30 for the amount and signed the bottom. I typically leave at least a 20% tip even when the service is not up to par but since the server had given off such a negative vibe, I was not exactly compelled to reward her attitude with any increase of the mandatory minimum gratuity that she was already guaranteed to receive. I specifically asked her to run my card for $30, not $30 plus tip. Since the food cost for my portion of the meal was only $22 and I asked her to charge me for $30, I had already paid plenty of the tip that she was getting to begin with but apparently she did not think it was enough. I sent an email to Rok:Brgr to advise of the situation and I hope that management does something to prevent Lauren and other servers from pulling this sort of trick on other customers in the future. I will likely return to Rok:Brgr simply because they do have great food but it probably won't be for a little while and I will definitely be much more conscious of whose section I sit in and what goes on with my bill. As for the food though, the Mac-n-Cheese with Chorizo is my favorite but all of the burgers and the smothered tater tots are equally delicious. The Sunday brunch options are also pretty tasty but the stars of Sunday's special menu are the free mimosas for ladies. Overall Rok:Brgr is definitely a must-try for your taste buds as long as you can live with somewhat sketchy service.

This place I believe will be the next hit spot in the Sunset Place area. I went here for lunch with my co-workers, and we tried the threesome - Yes you heard me, the threesome.... It's three different fries, regular, sweet potato and truffle fries.... and all I can say is... YUM! The calamari was a small portion and it was okay. I also tried the truffle mac and cheese, honestly I felt it needed a little more seasoning and less cream and more cheese. I felt like it was just thrown together.... Come on ROK Brgr, you can do better than that. The Kobe sliders were okay, a little over cooked and just a burger, but the mini hot dogs with chili, made up for the wow factor, and so did the short rib sliders, they were oh so Delish, the sweet onions on top were just mouth watering goodness. The bacon jam sliders were also very good, I could have used a little of the jam on the side for anyone who wanted to add a little more to it. I have to say, I'm slowly becoming a fan of this place. I will definitely be back for more. xo, kristin nicole

Excellent. Went for brunch after discovering on a list of Miami gastropubs. Most were underwhelming but Rok burger knocks it out of the park. Get the lobster BLT.

The burgers are super tasty and they have a good craft beer menu and the service was pretty good. On taste of food this place gets 4 stars. That being said there are some drawbacks. The booths on the outside are too low for the tables - I am not short, but felt like one of Snow White's dwarfs while eating. Happy hour drinks prices at half price is really nice - but otherwise wouldn't be drinking much. This place is a somewhat overpriced 'gastropub'. Yes the burgers are good, but you aren't paying NYC rent - so $15 for a burger is hitting the upper end, then another $2 for truffle fries or tator tots... They are giant burgers so If you like giant burgers, its great.

This place will be PACKED in the future. I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location maybe 25 times and enjoyed the larger Miami location. What to order: Bacon wrapped bleu olive martini is a must! The bacon was perfectly crispy and resting over my martini, giving it the perfect hint of flavor. Bosh Burger - AWESOME! The caramelized onions were perfectly done and the burger was incredibly juicy. Lobster Mac and Cheese- again, another winning dish. Primos Meatballs - JUST like the marinara meatballs at Marc's Primos Italian Restaurante. The bar manager. Nick walked over to our table to see what drinks we ordered. He is very knowledgeable on craft beers and spirits. I suggest if you're going on a date to split a burger and maybe two appetizers. The burgers are huge, and you will enjoy more dishes of you share!

So to be frank, a manager contacted me through yelp to discuss my previous visits here. He was by no means coercive, he was quite the opposite. He was open to my opinion, sorry that my previous experience went the way it did, and explained to me what management does every week to ensure the quality of the food and service. I am always appreciative when the team behind restaurants are open to peoples opinion; It shows that they care about their customers. Anyway, him reaching out to me to discuss my past experiences was enough to guarantee another return to Rok:Brgr. I came back a third time hoping it would be better than the last two. We shared the lobster corn dogs, the regular mac and cheese, and a medium rare bacon jam burger on wheat bun with sweet potato fries. The lobster corn dog batter was fluffy and sweet and the lobster filling was good. (you only get four small ones though) The honey mustard dipping sauce that came with it was excellent, it tasted like there was a bit of horseradish in there, so it had a kick at the end. The Mac and cheese was as spectacular as it was last time. A beautiful bread crumb crust covering al dente pasta that is surrounded by creamy gooey cheese. Now for the main event!!! The burger was absolutely spot on. Cooked immaculately, it was a darkish to light pink on the inside. Because it was not over cooked this time, I could really taste all of the beef flavor. With each and every bite there was juices and cheese running down my hands. (I personally like it when a burger is kinda messy, I mean it is a burger, it is supposed to be messy) I could really taste the cheese and the bacon jam mixing together in my mouth to create a sweet and savory effect. The sweet potato fries are thick cut and fried nicely. It gives a great crust and inside it is sweet, moist and has almost a creamy texture. Service this time was great also. I was tended to by two waitresses and each was very pleasant. One, whom I presume was the manager at the moment, was friendly and conversational. I ordered extra honey mustard for the burgers ( which I was informed was an extra 50 cents) and she came out with extra ketchup, honey mustard, and garlic aioli!! (because she thought garlic aioli went well with the burger and it did) I guess third time is a charm. The service was a giant step up and the food was fantastic. I really hope every visit from here on out is like this one!

The burgers are good, cooked just right tasting juicy and of good quality meet. Has a well rounded bar starting with beers all the way to a good single malt scotch. Music, decor, and ambience is nice and you can choose either inside or outside seating depending on the weather. I believe they have free mimosas for girls at brunch on weekends and 50 percent off drinks from 3-7 Monday called the social hour. Now the service at this place I would say lags behind in attention. I've been twice and both times it had been of similar experiences. Food taste triumphs over this however(especially when you're starving so I can't hate too much.) Overall I would recommend it especially if you're around sunset place and looking for a bite to eat.

We visited on a Wednesday night while we were in the area. A friend highly recommended it and I'm glad we tried it! Our 5 year old ordered a grilled cheese with bacon. It was awesome! The pepper on the bacon was a little much for him, but we loved it! The fries are awesome! I highly recommend the truffle fries. Too good to miss. I ordered the mac n cheese with short ribs mixed in. It was so rich and delicious I could only eat half, but the leftovers for lunch the next day were heavenly! I don't remember which burger my husband ordered by he was also very, very pleased. I remember it had brie on it. Our server was busy most of the night, but she was attentive and pleasant. We sat outside and there was live music, which was a plus. Definitely plan to return or at least try the other location closer to us!

Hamburger taste good but mine was slightly overcooked. Their hamburger patty are huge and they offer custom your own burger menu.Their sweet potatoes fries were excellent. Bar atmosphere and good customer service.

I've been to this location several times as well as the Ft Lauderdale location once and the food will always be consistent, high quality and beautifully presented. That goes for both the kitchen and bar. The service does take a while though, don't come here for a quick lunch :/ the greet always takes a few minutes as do drinks

The burgers are fine, nothing special for the price they charge. But the fries are by far the worst i have ever had. The quality of the potato was so bud, the way they chop it horrible and they dont even cook it well. How can you screw the easiest part? I ordered the truffle fries and not even an essence of truffles. My advice, do yourself a favor and stay away from here. You want amazing gourmet burgers and fries? Go to UMAMI in south beach!!!!

They have different specials on different days

Burgers are a last resort for me, yet after coming here I know feel like I've been missing out on these babies. I ordered the black and blue burger and added a fried egg. I had no idea the size of these burgers so I was taken back when my masterpiece arrived at my table. Regardless of the amateur maneuvering of handling that delicious monster I managed to finish it off more than satisfied. The onion rings were OK, kinda of dull tasting for my preference. Next time I plan to get the truffle fries. I went this Saturday and tried their short rib Mac and cheese...I was in cheesy heaven. Tried the lobster corn dogs as well and they were OK. Service was quick an friendly. Definitely plan to visit soon.

Went here to celebrate my big 3-0 with my favorite eating partners, the hungry chicks. We ordered it all and killed it all- mini kobe dogs, meatballs, calamari, fries threesome, mac n cheese, lobster corndogs, tuna tacos and trio of bacon jam burgers. Everything was great except the tuna tacos (they were fishy and gray) and meatballs which were bland, mushy, and gray too. My bday cake was awesome - gooey fudgy brownie in a skillet. Topped with sparklers. The bomb. I plan to go back post-baby to indulge in their very extensive craft beer menu which I wasn't able to enjoy as I am with child. Service was also very good.

We love this place! Great burgers, fantastic brunch, wonderful service and management. Kindall was our server today, and she was very attentive and efficient. Nick, the GM is always on top of things as is Javier, the Asst. Mgr. Sunday brunch features my favorite Hangover Sandwich, sure to cure what ails ya. Toasted multigrain bread slathered with mashed avocado and sriracha mayo, crisp applewood bacon, american cheese and 2 sunny side up eggs. Definitely need 2 napkins, but so worth the mess, served with a side of crispy tots. Also on the brunch menu, free mimosas for the ladies and $4 bloody marys. Additional offerings include Rok Hash, Smoked Salmon Bagel (way above average here!) and Burgers, of course. For starters, the smoked salmon deviled eggs are not to missed. For lunch or dinner, don't miss the slider sampler for the undecided! Big enough to share with a good mix of their best burgers. With a rotating tap selection and extensive bottle selection, the bar keeps you hydrated, as does the weekday happy hour and weekly bar specials.

One of my favorite burger places in Miami! Its definitely part of the trendy restaurants growing in Miami. It's really yummy made to order burgers. On Tuesdays, burgers are only 10 dollars which makes it even more worth it! The Mac n cheese was pretty good but if I go back I am just going to order a burger. The Somi burger and the Bosh burger are amazing. My only complaint is that one of the burgers was cooked almost well done when I ordered medium, but it was still delicious. The drinks aren't bad- I ordered a Mojitos which wasn't so great, way too sugary. But they had a large beer selection etc. I would love to try other menu items next time I visit!

My girlfriend and I came in on Friday night. The bar was nice and clean and it was the end of happy hour so it was loud inside but nothing unusual for a Friday night. The service was terrific. Our server Pat was very helpful in recommending beers and kept the waters full. He gave us a few tips on which burgers he liked. As for the food it was good. We just had fried pickles and some slider and the poutine fries. The fries were delicious with the gravy on top. The sliders were better than your average sliders. We plan on coming back for brunch on Sunday.

I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because my server was attentive but as to the food I would only give it 1 star. The first shrimp appetizer was almost raw and its replacement only slightly more cooked. And then, unbelievably, my burger, which I requested medium-rare came medium-well and the fries undercooked and limp. The burger had a good taste but overcooked. I will not return based on this experience. The place wasn't even very busy as they had open tables.

I've been to Rok Brgr in Fort Lauderdale numerous times and after receiving terrible service at another local brunch place. My friends and walked to Rok: BRGR and were impressed. We had a 20 minute wait per the hostess so we headed to the bar for free mimosas for ladies and half price bloodys. Our bartender was great with mixing up some of the spicest bloody mary's i've had to date and was very quick to get the tab handled after we headed to our table. Our waiter was fantastic, very knowledgeable and surprising nice for a Miami eatery and bar. The food was good and came out very quickly. Well done!

I really enjoy coming to this place. I'm not a burger lover but what keeps me coming back is the ppl that work behind the bar. John and Kathryn are super nice but the person that steals the show is Aileen, this girl always has a smile on her face. She has taken care of me and my friends a couple of times and it is always a great experience.

I went to this restaurant on sunday for brunch, it was pretty nice and good quality service, if you like to drink try the mimosas and margaritas those are awesome and for the food i will recommend the hot dogs rolls with bacon and the burgers, the only think i didn't like it, was the brownie cake it taste like it was made from the box of a supermarket, beside that i had a lot of fun.

Heard about this place and wanted to check it out. The atmosphere seemed nice from the outside. We were sited and we waited 20 minutes for someone to make any sort of contact with us. No body even acknowledge that we were there. As the host was walking by we asked her if she could find our waiter and she just rolled her eyes and told us to "just wait." We then asked her if she could get her manager and again she rolled her eyes and said "really." It took her a while to talk to anybody but after a few minutes she did talk to someone, I'm guessing the manager. He did not come talk to us. We just left.

Great location and ambiance! I really enjoyed their brunch menu- very broad. The food was not amazing but was decent. The staff was attentive and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. If you're looking for a place to catch up with old friends and enjoy the Miami scene, this is a good place to try.

Great place to dine in Miami! I was there on vacation visiting family and we had a fabulous meal. The lobster corn dogs are great and the bacon tomato jam was delicious! The best part of the meal was our server Jon. He made great suggestions, knew the answers to all of our questions and was very very attentive. We had a great meal but Jon really made the night!

Stellar service and I used the yelp coupon to get a free premium beer. Couldn't be more stoked. The burger is one of the best I have ever had. Nick was our server and was on top of his game. Rok brgr for the win!

Yesterday I went to brunch for my sister in laws birthday, and it was just alright. A great plus was the FREE mimosas for girls. a big negative was that it took about 35 minutes to get our first mimosa (I ended up walking to the bar to grab my own). The service was beyond slow and our waitress would get lost for 20 minutes at a time. I had the eggs Benedict with lobster. The lobster was a bit fishy but the eggs and hollandaise sauce was delicious. (Even better if you dip the tator tots in them). We also had the Elvis pancakes with peanut butter, bacon, and bananas which was really good. If it wasn't for the service, I would have given this more stars.

Wow, had this place bookmarked for a long time and finally got around to going here and very glad I did. The food is excellent. Nice place for burgers but they have a pretty big menu too with a lot of other options...their salads are amazing!! Service was very good. Atmosphere on the patio is great and the prices are reasonable. Just found a new favorite place to eat..

Came in for lunch. Shared the lobster Mac appetizer which was fantastic. Me and my friend both got burgers (obviously) and thy were pretty good. Bread seemed stale or something. Something about the bread was just off. I got the truffle fries with mine, but were kind of soggy and salty. Server was very attentive, and I love the beer selection.

I love the concept and I like the location of this place. But, these burgers are not worth the price they charge. The only exception is the lunch special which includes a drink and fries for about $11. Otherwise a burger alone will cost you in the $15-$21 range and all of the sides are in the $8 range plus a drink. One person's meal here will cost you at least $30. That's a lot of money for hamburger and fries. I think there are better options out there that are lower-priced such as elevation burger, burger fi, and smash burger.

I'll keep this real simple. Wanted to impress some out of town friends with some of the MidTown Miami spots like Kush, but everything was too packed. We end up driving down to RokBrgr in Miami and the night was saved! Our waitress Stephanie was awesome and made us some really great drinks. Burgers were on another level and the vibe in the place was exactly what it was supposed to be. I actually live down the street of the Ft. Lauderdale location so I will def be visiting real soon!

I never even heard of this place before - the only burger joints that I ever heard of and that I actually visited was Fuddruckers in Doral & S. Dixie highway. My parents came here a couple of weeks ago and called me telling me about it but never payed to much attention too it, until today so I came here with family to try out this new place. First and foremost Ladies & Gentlemen this place truly is worth EVERY SINGLE STAR I HAVE GIVEN IT ALL 5 STARS. The Break Down: - The location is in an excellent part of town which is South Miami, you're surrounded by other restaurants, bars and a mini-mall (Sunset Place) that has a movie theater, bowling ally and a gameworks (If they're still called that). - The crowd of the location is also very nice - you are surrounded by all walks of life the majority is more University students and the medium upper income individuals that like to stroll around. There is a good police presence so you don't have to worry about much to be honest. - The restaurant on the outside looks very nice - for those of you that enjoy eating outside rather than being cooked up in-side a restaurant its got a nice outside patio with good roof coverage incase of it rains and etc . The outside has nicely seating with booths & tables. - The inside of the restaurant is very well maintained and kept clean, all modernized with flat screen tvs, full service bars and clean bathrooms. - The patrons that come in here are all ages from kids to senior citizens. When i came in here it was mix of young and old and it was a very nice comfortable environment. Nothing crazy or absurd so you will have a good time. - The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL the hostess was warm welcoming, very attentive and soft spoken. Our server which I forgot her name but a blond white girl was very attentive, always smiley and incredibly knowledgable on the menu - not only her but the rest of the staff watching them wait tables and serve the food and etc .. you can tell they enjoyed doing what they did and weren't disgruntled employees. (Of course everyone has there bad days we're humans) - THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE, AMAZING, TASTY, AND ALL THE GOOD THINGS YOU CAN THINK. The food was served in a good amount of time, the menu is also very elegant which has a leather front and back cover. The menu has all types of food for those that want to be healthy and for those that want to indulge themselves a little bit. They do have a variety of options. The burgers are very big - so prepare yourself and it is worth every single bite. **NOTE: I TOOK PICTURES OF THE BURGERS THAT I ATE AND THE APPETIZER. Ladies and Gentlemen over all I am TELLING YOU that this by far IS THE BEST (IN MY OPINION) BURGER JOINT I HAVE GONE TOO. My preference was Fuddruckers, it has always been fuddruckers but today IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH THIS BURGER JOINT. I am definitely recommending this restaurant with no doubt in my mind. Of course there will be the critics who disapprove (which are entitled) to there opinion - but I do strongly encourage anyone that wants a good burger, or place to chill and relax with friends to come over here.

After Segafredos' sudden death, I was a little worried for RokBrgr too. Considering their burgers run regularly between $12-$17 (my eyes popped the first time) and they set up shop next to 100 Montaditos?! Really guys, going up against the Wednesday Dollar Mania? But they proved me wrong and have held their ground. I think that can be attributed to their unique tasting burgers. Their BBQ sauce is sweet and smokey and the meat is THICK. You've got Kobe, brie, maple bacon, ricotta...it can get funky. And funky can be fun. Or it can be jarring. If you're set in your ways on what a burger should taste like, stick to 5guys. If you're willing to check out something different, try their Peggy, Prime, Short Rib or Dwayne Wade--won't disappoint. If you fear for your skinny jeans, they also have a bun-less burger: same yummy ingredients but it's sandwiched between lettuce. Best thing you can do is pop in on a Monday Night for their $10 Burger Bash. Ordering a regularly priced $20 burger (King James Burger) for half the price will make you feel pretty damn royal without the wallet drain. Be sure to stake your claim on a table outside because that's the nicest spot in the house.

There was noting amazing that i could share about my experience about eating at Rok:Brgr. Our first course was the beet salad which we added salmon to. Unfortunately the salmon that was served was rotten and we had it sent back ( which was so embarrassing because i hate to send things back to the kitchen). The burger that we ordered again was nothing sensational and the pork belly that was served on top was cold ;/.... i hope they were having an off night. Dessert which i was looking forward to was also blah... their rendition of a caramelized apple blondie sounded perfect when the server was describing it however when it arrived at the table..... all of the apples were left at the orchard because not one made it to my dish. I'm sorry Rok:Grgr i hope it was an off night. For both the kitchen and our unmemorable server who really did not want to tend to us.

Excellent Burgers cooked to your liking, great selection and variety. The side additions leave endless possibilities. Truffle Fries are Excellent, probably best in Miami. Have dined here a few times and have experienced great fast service although few times they had made billing mistakes and forgotten additions made to Burgers during time of order . The cocktails and specials are worth trying. Overall a Great Burger Establishment with Live Music at times. Must Try: Lobster Corn Dogs, King James and Black n Bleu with Fried Egg.

I am a big fan of burgers and make it a point to try burgers every change and location I can. I had the King James burger and it was AMAZING! They cooked it to perfection, it was extremely flavorful, abundant and filling and if it wasn't for the price tag I would have ordered another! I would rank this experience as one of the top 3 burger places in South Florida. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was because of price - way too expensive.

Rok Burger is our go - to restaurant. Their food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. I love their calamari and short rib grilled cheese sandwich. The only downside is that their burgers are too tall. (I know that's an odd comment) They literally are too tall to eat normally. You almost have to eat them in layers with a fork and knife.

I'm not a regular but I come here often. I grew up in Italy so I'm not really sure what the standards for amazing gourmet burgers are, but so far these are the best burgers I've ever had. Delicious, fresh, and variegated. They also have a very wide choice of beers and drinks. The staff is friendly, courteous and refreshing. Never let me down. The only problem is that the restaurant is tiny, so if you go on a weekend dinner or game day, you will have to wait a while to be seated. I highly recommend reserving in advance if you intend to do so. They also have great deals on burgers on Mondays, which is when I usually go with friends. Definitely worth a try.

Rok Brgr has 2 locations, South Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. they both have the best burgers in South Fl., not to mention the sweet potato fries and their Beer list. i love the tuna burger, but my meat loving friends, rave about their quality (beef) burgers. Rok Brgr is also a sports bar, which makes it great combo restaurant.

Went here for my boyfriends birthday after hearing from lots of friends and locals that it was an awesome and casual place for dinner. Our server was Jon. He was fantastic! Very attentive and extremely funny and knew everything about all the burgers on the menu. Per his suggestion we got the D Wade burger and the King James burger - they were amazing and perfectly cooked. Would definitely come back and have heard brunch is great too - will try that next!! 5 stars :)

Really delicious burgers! The Bacon Jam though intimidating in size, is hard not to finish. It's really really good! Lots of gooey brie cheese and sweet jam oozing out. Messy but worth every crumpled napkin. The truffle fries are a must! Service was above average for Miami. I will definitely be back.

This was my first visit because I had bought a Groupon and it expired today. I loved the ambiance. My husband and I sat outside and were able to see the tvs both inside and outside. The food was great and the live music was awesome (the guy plays Wednesdays and Sundays). They have a full bar and awesome tap beers, I had the 90 min Dogfish IPA. The service was great. I will definitely be back very soon. It's a great place to watch any game...good food, great service, and awesome drinks! Do yourselves a favor and give this place a try.

I had a classic burger and it was a disappointment. It was greasy and my fries were all small as if I got the bottom of the bag. The bun was average at best. I wouldn't go back. I can get the same burger at Applebee's for less money.

Tonight (Saturday, 3/2/2013) was my first visit to ROK:BRGR. My group was nine (9) people strong. The size of our group was not an issue, and we were all seated in relatively short order at around 9:00pm. I discovered that you can make reservations here, and would recommend that you do so if you plan on dining during rush hours any day of the week. I had the southwestern burger, truffle fries, and some of my friend's lobster mac and cheese. I also got to sample the fried pickles and corndog appetizers. All in all, the food was good, but I would probably give the establishment's fare (food), on its own, 3 stars. No regrets dining here, but I wasn't entirely 'wowed'. Nonetheless, I'm ultimately giving the joint 4 stars for, in the aggregate, other reasons (set forth below). First, the service we experienced was very good. Staffers other than our designated waiter helped serve my party, and otherwise met the table's needs throughout the evening (water, drinks, napkins, etc.). Alternate servers visited the table on a regular basis. Second, the place had positive atmosphere. Decor is nice. Comfortable seats and tables. All age groups seemed to be in attendance, and enjoying the venue. Both indoor and outdoor seating was a plus. There was a dj handling the music, and he did a pretty good job of it. Third, and this won't matter to everyone, but the bar exceeded my expectations. I'm a bourbon drinker, and was pleased to discover a solid selection of same: Four Roses (both small batch, and single barrel), Angel's Envy, etc. The bartender knew his stuff, as far as bourbons go, and provided excellent service. In conclusion, this is a place that you can count on for a good burger and accompaniments (DO try the truffle fries), backed up by good service and a strong bar.

This place has incredible offerings and wonderful, knowledgeable servers. You can build your own burger or select from their list of pre-selected ingredient combinations. Full bar is a plus! Definitely not overpriced considering the high quality of food, the excellent service, cloth napkins, nice flatware and comfortable seating. I highly recommend ROK:BRGR.

Amazing!! Lobster shrimp corn dog DELICIOUS!! Burgers A+++!! Atmosphere great! And they have happy hour til 7 half off crafted beers. Definitely one of my top burger places!

I was very pleased with Rok Brgr. There are so many burger places opening and closing I hope this one lasts. We were a group of 4 and tried the slider sample and fries sample. The sliders were 2 each of 4 different burgers. The pulled pork was just OK. Meatball sliders were HUGE and had a nice spicy flavor. The fries were sweet potato, garlic and regular. All were very good. Service was very good and prices aren't too bad. Lots of craft beer as well to try.

The food is great, Jon was a fabulous server! I will come back for him! I ordered the French toast, it was enormous abd the mimosas are delicious

I would have given this place 5 stars because the food was excellent, but the manager was downright awful. The good: Our server, Carolina (I think) was amazingly sweet and helpful. Went during Sunday brunch today, so there were free mimosas for ladies, and she was wonderful about keeping them coming. The bad: On of my friends is a type I diabetic, so she asked if there was anything other than orange juice she could sub in the mimosa, or if she could just have a half glass of champagne without the juice instead. I understand this sounds like the type of thing people say to take advantage of a deal, but it was 10 in the morning and she was more than willing to show them her insulin. The server politely said the manager declined, so my friend asked to speak with him. Which leads to... The downright ugly: It's one thing to say I'm sorry, we don't have any sugar free juices. It's another for a manager to come out and say we are disrespecting his establishment by trying to take advantage of a free deal that he's already losing money on (let's do math...if she drinks the same amount of champagne, but no OJ, that actually costs him LESS money than the rest of us). Nicholas (the bar manager) proceeded to say that if it were him who couldn't have something that was on special, he wouldn't go to that restaurant (but of course was not receptive to my suggestion that we take our business elsewhere). He went on to say how he can't do it for one person because he'd have to do it for everyone, and it is against policy, and that we weren't understanding him and whatnot, despite her reminding him that diabetics are protected from discrimination by the ADA. She proceeded to get HIS boss' business card to contact him. After about 10 minutes, the manager came back to personally pour her a glass of free champagne and offered her a coupon for a free bottle on her next visit because he had been "doing some thinking, and really wanted to make it work." I'm not sure what slapped him in the face and woke him up, but after spending 5 minutes arguing with a customer because he had to much pride to come to a compromise, it was too little too late to try to save face with us. Anyway... I had the breakfast macaroni and cheese and ohhhh my goodness it was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food immensely, and it was delicious. Just a word of warning: don't make any requests of the manager because even if you have a non-functioning pancreas, he will blow you off and treat you like you don't deserve the same dining experience as your peers.

Good burgers and delicious chili cheese fries. What's not to like?? I did read that several folks complained about the service here but I've honestly always had attentive & friendly waiters.

Go on a Monday! got it? on MOND@Y. Any burger on the menu is $10...and they are worth more than that fo sho! Also, if you like craft beers...shall I repeat? Monday is the day to go...they are only 4 dollars. I had the intercoastal and was a bit skeptical at first (considering it was made of tuna steak)...absolutely delicious. Simple and fantastic burgers with a laid back atmosphere. GO!

This is the first time I've been to the Miami location, but have enjoyed the Fort Lauderdale locale on a number of occasions. This location is more open and spacious than the original one. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We were all ready to indulge. My companions ordered the Classic burger with hand cut fries and the Rok Brgr with truffle fries. It was New Years eve, and I don't like burgers, so I ordered the Rok Chop salad (so I wouldn't feel too guilty) and the lobster macaroni and cheese. Oh, that macaroni and cheese will haunt my dreams - served in a skillet, topped with bread crumbs, and chock full of creamy gruyere, fontina, and tender chunks of delectable lobster meat - I was set for the evening. Everyone enjoyed their burgers as well, they were very juicy and required multiple napkins. Service was brisk, and when all is said and done, I think I actually prefer the Miami location over Fort Lauderdale - at least for now.

This place is great. I love their drinks, especially the rocksberry! Their truffle fries are amazing, the Mac & Cheese...I try to eat as much vegetarian as I can, but I sneak 2 Burgers in a month (but don't tell!). Their classic is my favorite.

I'm writing this review from the perspective of a wife and mom of 2. Our family dined here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. For starters, this place had a funky smell that I couldn't really place. I found the service was very slow here and the burgers were overpriced. Plus, they didn't taste very good. I honestly don't know what people see in this place. Just save yourself the headache and eat at Five Guys.

We went for Sunday brunch around 1:00 p.m. There was a 20 minute wait, so we went inside to order some cocktails. By the time we got our drinks (women get free mimosas), and went back outside, they'd called us and skipped us. Knowing that there is bar, there is no reason to skip someone waiting to be seated without so much as calling their name inside. The service was mediocre, as was the food. The only delicious thing we ordered was the tater tots...they were amazing, and they are the reason for the third star.

Excellent burgers, great service, friendly staff. As for sides definitely order the Truffle Fries and pass on the Mini Lobster Corn Dogs.

Came here last night on a Sunday at around 7pm. Did not have to wait for a table because we opted to sit outside because it was a nice day. I had just heard of this place from my cousin the day before so we decided to try it out. We had burgers for lunch so we decided to order something different. We ordered the threesome of fries to start and then we split the pork belly BLT. The fries were delicious and so was the pork belly blt. Our server was super nice and attentive and gave great opinions on what to eat. I will go back and try out new things. Maybe a burger next time.

Loved this place! I had a burger with a friend egg on too which was to die for....I opted for the sweet potato fries and was not disappointed....crispy on the outside and creamy and sweet on the inside. My fiancée had the regular fries which were pretty good also. The burgers were great and the bacon inside even better...u wish they had a bacon burger!! Will definitely be back!

Very unique burgers. I went to the one in Ft. Lauderdale about a year ago and was stocked to hear that they opened a Miami location that was near me. Great spot in South Miami and same great menu. A must try. Service was excellent.

I'm guessing these people think their location make up for their flavorless burgers . Lots of toppings but the meat itself is not anything special. They should change their name because Burgers should not be a specialty here. I went on a Friday night at 10/11PM and they had a DJ with great music but slacking burgers & $6 draft beers are not appealing no matter the ambiance. If you want a gourmet burger head a few more blocks north to BGR in the gables. Same price for way better burgers, cheaper beer & stroll Miracle Mile .

  • Michael S.

The only flavor in my "prime" burger was supplied by the bacon. And even then it is not like there was a lot of flavor to go around. The only competent employee was the bartender. My son, a teenager, didn't like anything he had except the lobster corn dogs, which looked like they were frozen only moments ago.

MY husband and I went today at 2:30 and they said you have to sit outside because there was a Party inside .The waiter was super nice takes our order brings us drinks then comes back 10min later saying there's a long wait because of the party inside .Ok I asked how long and if a long time could they bring us Fries He comes back says he can bring us fries .He doesn't know how long needs to go ask the manager ........Wow I only want a burger and fries not a problem .So we left cause now its been a half hour !!!!!!one star for the waiter and he should look for another job cause they don"t know what they're doing ...

A new welcome addition to the south Miami area. I had neglected the areas surrounding Sunset Place for a while because I got tired of the teeny boppers and the overdone chain restaurants... But with the addition of 100 Montaditos across the street I returned, and the discovered this place as well! Dd a girls dinner on a Friday night and it was great. Lots of good drinks to choose from. We ordered several sides to share before even p,acing our entree orders.... And we never felt rushed. It was one of those leisurely dinners with old friends that you don't get to do often. Definitely try the Mac and cheese (skip the lobster version... Do that at a seafood place). Also had the threesome fries platter.... Truffle, sweet potato and regular fries. Could've eaten two of the platters! Then bad the short rib grilled cheese - delicious! Bing your appetite and friends to share because it's great. Next time I'll actually try one of their burgers....

Visited today for the first time with a Groupon I had bought. The hostess was quick to greet me and I quickly found a place at the bar with a excellent view of four Big HDTVs. I ordered the Black N Blue burger with onion rings and a draft beer. The burger was huge and juicy, really liked the everything about it, the onion rings were ok. Someone who I think was the manager took the time to greet everyone in the bar and ask about our experience, which I think its something that should be done more often at bars and restaurants. I had a very good experience and left satisfied, will definetly be back, hopefully soon. In short, a place with friendly service and great burgers where you can watch sports and have a beer.

A local in the area, once Segafredos closed down, my boyfriend and I were very curious in what would come next. We saw 100 montaditos come about and then comes Rokbrgr. We went in looking for something amazing, and that's EXACTLY what we got in return. Now this is our favorite burger place being there about 4 to 5 times. We have tried different things on the menu. Our favorite appetizer has to be the artichoke dip. Then when it comes to entrees, ANY burger is great! Just as a tip for everyone, DO NOT ask for a smaller burger, it doesn't happen! The burgers are huge, filling, and delicious! We highly recommend going on MONDAY nights where they have different specials plus burgers are $10. This is not a place to miss. A perfect place for date nights or to grab a bite to eat and drink with friends.

I came in at 12:40 for lunch and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the rokburger medium done. It took 30 mins to get my food. Service was ok. I had to ask for a refill on drinks. The burger was ok. Extremely greasy. Whenever I took a bite the grease was dripping down my fingers and onto plate. They had to use 70/30 meat. I wont be back.

Great place. A little too warm this time of year to sit outside at night w/out a breeze, so I would opt for inside. Martinis were good, but could have been a bit stronger, seemed weak. I had the muddled strawberry cosmo and my husband had the dirty martini with bacon wrapped blue cheese olives. The Spinach and artichoke dip app was very good and it is a very large portion. The 10 oz burger of course is the highlight here, so that is what you go for. We opted for salad sides instead of fries, and they charge $2 extra and the salads were nothing special at all (seemed liked they just chop up the iceberg lettuce/onions/tomatoes that they use for the burger) so I wouldn't order that again, I would just get the truffle or sweet pot. fries. If I am going to have to pay extra for a side salad, I at least want a good salad, not a cheapy one. However, even with all of the above, the burgers are OUTSTANDING and worth the visit. They are huge too. I got the classic($11) (I know, boring and plain right?) It was super good! Husband got the Prime burger ($18) and devoured it.

Went here about a few weeks back for my good friends going away party. Ordered the "Morning Glory". It has 10oz. of certified Angus beef, pecan smoked bacon, american cheese, topped with a fried egg, sesame bun. It was delish! You have many fries option. I got the Truffle fries, which has parmesan-reggiano and cooked in truffle oil. The was another WOW! The ambiance was great, and had live music. Gobbled all this great food, and had a great time with friends. Go to this link for Menu: rokbrgr.com/eat/miami-me…

Oh soooo delicious! Went last night and, of course, it was awesome. Wednesday is half off wine bottles to start...awesome. I had a turkey burger this time around and it was fantastic, usually have the Kobe burger. I like to build my own so this changes every time I go. Obviously had to have some truffle fries too... these are the best. Craving satisfied!

I have been there a few times. The food is pretty good. This time of year the weather makes it really nice to sit outside. The service was a little slow each time I was there, but you really do not feel like rushing anyway. There are a bunch of restaurants near by, but this should be in the rotation.

This place has really good food I really recommend it , the only bad thing I can say is the hostess left a lot to be desired but the food was incredibly good, we had the rok shrimp and fried pickles for appetizers, great beer selection as well, the Thai steak salad was delicious my husband had the king James burger he truly enjoyed it.

Nice Gastropub. An awesome beer selection (a minimum requirement for every SoMi establishment) and a full bar. Glad we got rid of the Segafredo's and replaced it with this. Great addition.

I should have come in with lower expectations. The burgers...while creative....were way over priced and not as good as they sound on paper. I came in with a party of 7 and no one was happy with their food. We had the d wade, cuban, bosh, California chicken, and burger with pork and horseradish (forgot the name). The burgers were average....nothing mild blowing and definately not worth the price. Truffle fries were nothing special....I'd stick with regular or sweet potato. Our service was terrible. The server failed to fill drinks or check on our group...he also got order specifics wrong a couple of times....we saw him hanging out against a wall inside several times rather than attending to his tables. Will not be visiting again.

Delicious! My friends and I went for the first time last night and enjoyed our experience. All three of us are servers so we know what good service and they did the job right. The burgers were amazing! Also their truffle fries are good, not the best i've had but good. I'd definitely eat here again.

Went here for a burger and beer after work and the vibe and service was great. We had the pork belly blt and the kobe burger. Good but prefer the burger with bacon jam so I'll stick with the original next time. The server also highly recommended the cubano so maybe we will try that too! Fun beers and I just got a deal on Daily Candy for next time. Check out their daily specials like $10 Burger Monday.

Just got back from the South Miami location ! Cant wait to go back ! Black n Blue burger was amazing ! Our waiter, Daniel, was awesome ! Only down-side was the "hostesses" were pretentious and were there merely for decoratrion. Once we got past them, we had a great time and meal !

    (4)
  • Annie S.

Such a great environment, great service, and the food. THE FOOD. The calamari, the lobster mac and cheese, the chicken club, the bacon jam sliders, are some of my favorite things on the menu! The burgers are probably the best you can find in Miami and you can build your own as well. HUGE selection of craft beers. This is the place to be, I go as often as I can and try something new every time!

I was excited to know we have this joint here in Miami, I have been to the one in Ft Lauderdale and liked it a lot... so, last night was the time to try this place! We got there and the hostess told us the wait was about 20 minutes, so we went to the bar and ordered drinks, my bf liked his " Magic" craft beer and i ordered for a glass of cab but the bartender said they do not have cabernet, so i chose pinot noir..while waiting, my bf ordered chili, he said it tasted just " ok" , the cheese was cold. Then, a hostess came about 20 minutes of waiting to tell us our table is ready outside, my bf paid and we were lead to our table. ANd so we waited... and waited...10 minutes came by..then 15..then 20 minutes! The staff and or servers just socialize with each other and seemed no plans of coming to our table...SO, my bf said, let's leave! The hostess saw us leaving and we told her that we have been waiting for over 20 minutes and no one came to our table! She apologized, and said " we are short of staff!"........ Hello?? Service and food...PRIME! and thus the 2 stars!

First time at this place and it was the worse experience. We sat down and the lady took the order for our drinks. We got our drinks. We waited and waited for 15 min and no one came to the table to take our order for the good. The place was empty and this is the worse service I have ever had. This place is over rated. I have heard some many good things about this place and I'm definitely not coming back. Too bad I didn't even had the chance to try the food because the service is terrible. it seems they need to work on how to run this place better.

I made an error in judgement recently when I drove by this place thinking it was a knock off burger joint. They have seriously some of the best burgers that I've ever had. I highly recommend ordering The King James burger or the Cuban burger. They also have a great beer selection too.

The drinks took forever to come out. One of the glasses was broken. Instead of pouring a new drink I witnessed the waitress pour the same one into another glass! I had to tell her to pour a new one! WTF!!

This is my burger heaven. I was initially introduced to Rok Burger at their Las Olas location. I was excited to hear about the new South Miami location. I find that this location has more weekly specials than the Las Olas one. Last week Wednesday I stopped by the Las Olas site before a Wicked show, at the Broward Performing Arts ready to have partake in their wine night (half off all bottles of wine). Saddened to hear that this special was only available at the South Miami location. Las Olas Rok Burger lost points that night. South Miami Rok burger staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The burgers are made to perfection. I've been to a bbq and burger event and Rok Burger won first prize at both. If you don't enjoy beef they also have a delicious turkey burger. To just make your mouth water more, the fries will put you in a coma. Hopefully your Rok Burger experience is as wonderful as mine. If you ever see me there please don't laugh at me because my mouth will be a mess :P

Wow. Rok BRGR south miami. WORST customer service experience ever. 40 minutes waiting for a table literally 8 empty tables inside. I ask what's the delay. They say we have a small a kitchen. I said I don't mind waiting can we just sit so my 2 year old can stop sittingon the floor. Asked the manager too made it very clear I don't mind waiting for the food but can I just get a table. no. F them I left. Should have left earlier. Never plan on going back.

I went to RokBrgr last night 4/7 to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our server, Amy, was a joy, and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The pork belly flatbread appetizer was on another level. My burger was cooked perfectly and came exactly as I had ordered it. For the place being a "burger bar", I was kind of expecting insane burger amazingness. My burger was fantastic, but not beyond. Maybe my expectations were too high? Everyone else in my party loved their food. Great food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Top notch!

  • Alicia J.

The only good thing I can say about Rok:Brgr is that they stay true to their name: their BRGRS taste like ROCKS on a bun. Been here 3 times (I really wanted to like it and they always say third times a charm) but everytime, the service sucked, food took forever, orders were wrong. Burgers are always either overcooked or undercooked and have no flavor, even with all the "fancy" toppings they try to add on. The sweet potato fries are steak-cut and never cooked all the way through. If you create your own burger or make any changes, they charge you extra. Heck, even fries are separate! Each time we went, it was not even busy yet took forever to even get our drink order taken, which set the stage appropriately for the waiting time for actual food. And EVERYTIME, our order has been supremely wrong (i.e. my friend orders her burger well done which they warn takes 20 mins and when the food arrives, I have her well done patty and she has my medium patty and they have to remake the order AKA another 20 min wait.) To make it worse, they do not even offer to comp anything to try to make up for it and even got annoyed once that we had a free fry coupon to redeem! It sucks cuz the atmosphere is great and the concept is rather simple (who messes up burgers??) Terrible food, terrible service, STAY AWAY!!

After hearing all the hype about the RokBrgr in Ft. Lauderdale, I suggested this place as we were walking to 100 Mortaditos. I was disappointed. My wife and daughter had the RokBrgrs, they were good, but not as good as some of the reviewers describe on Yelp. They both gave it a 7 on a 10 scale. I had the Intracoastal (tuna burger) and it was very good - high quality tuna and raw in the middle. Some of the fries were soft and not very appealing. Finally, and a real turn-off for me, the Mens room had no soap in the dispenser (had to use the handicap one) and the towel dispenser was empty. Judging by the dust atop the soap dispenser, it seems the bathrooms are not a priority. Overall, it's ok but don't go out of your way for it.

First, why I gave them 4 starts: The burgers are awesome! They offer an array of GIANT specialty burgers with some of the usual toppings (tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, etc) as well as some more exotic ones (truffle aioli and maple bourbon bacon jam for example). I have never been disappointed!!!! All the burgers come with fries that are equally delicious. The best time to go is MONDAY when all burgers are just $10! Go from 4-7pm and it's also 1/2 off beer! :D YESSSSS!!! Why I took a star away: Two incidents made me begrudgingly take 1 star from Rok: Brgr. The first was around New Years'. I live in Doral, so I called ahead to make sure they were still doing their Monday $10 burger deal since it was around the holidays. On the phone, I was told they were. An hour trek via the Metro Rail/on foot and my bf and I get to the hostess to be seated. And then we are told the deal isn't on. :( The other incident was a case of slooooow service. Perhaps we had a new waitress, I don't know- but it took us a good 30-45mins to get any attention. Then a manager ended up taking over because he felt bad for us.

  • Diana V.

I went there recently and the burger was so so, nothing spectacular as the taste was rather tasteless. I was surprised by how greasy both the burger and onion rings were. The best thing was the dessert which was a blonde brownie with ice cream. I did not go on the special Monday and felt that burgers are way overpriced because the taste is nothing to rave about. Also we needed mustard and had to flag down the server as they did not come around after the food was served to find out if we needed anything. By the time we got the mustard our food was almost finished. It's in my neighborhood so I may go again but only on a Monday!

Probably one of the best burgers in the area. They have a great selection of burgers and beer. For what it is, I think it can be a little pricey. Also I kind of feel like Im not cool enough to eat there. Stinking hipsters.

I have to say this is cute spot I might be returning too. On a Friday afternoon it was getting busy, but the staff was always available and quick. We had lobster corn dogs, delish; hot dog "slider that where yummy, amazing truffle fries with pineapple ketchup dip. They have beer, wine and yummy strawberry margarita among other selections. Mac and cheese was good. We tried the bacon sliders, they were ok. Desert was a huge brownie topped with Ice cream, that was amazing. Segafredos old location neat sunset place, seating inside and out, they take reservation.

Ok, its rare for me to give a good review but this place was so good that when I left I felt like I just cheated on my girlfriend with a burger. The service was so good, i couldn't tell if i just had a memorable dining experience or if i was just blown by someone without a gag reflex. Eat here, the end.

Went for dinner a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night. The weather was beautiful so my husband and I sat outside. It was so beautiful with the twinkling light, sort of romantic. Now for the important stuff, the food rocked! Funny thing, neither one of us had a burger. My husband, who is a meatloaf aficionado had the meatloaf and loved it. Big enough portion to have for lunch the next day. I had the braised short rib grilled cheese, yummy! Again, big enough for lunch the next day. Desserts were a little disappointing, but overall we would definitely go back. Rok:brgr ROCKS!

I like this place! The design of the building, the decor, the atmosphere, the menu, the beer, the food, the staff....all were very nice. The stout that they had on tap was excellent, and the fake burger was really good, very much like the recipe from Houston's. Sitting at the bar, I could see other burgers heading out of the kitchen, and they were the tallest burgers I have ever seen. I enjoyed my visit, and look forward to going back.

This review is based on my one visit. Although the menu makes your inner foodie want to shout with joy, the service I received was awful. I don't care if it's a Heat game-- stop watching the tv and do your job. I asked my waiter if I could hang on to the drinks menu seeing as I wasn't ready yet. I waited forever for my waiter; I honestly forgot what he looked like so i couldnt even flag him down (only addressed my table once before). The food took roughly 30+ minutes and by the time I was half way done with my food is when he finally appeared. By that time, I'm fed up waiting for you and I don't want a drink anymore. I really wanted a drink earlier. I'm pissed off and want the check. Nothing special or very truffle-y about the truffle fries. However, I did order their bacon jam & Brie Kobe sliders that I am obsessed with. The bacon jam is slightly sweet and the creamy Brie adds the perfect touch. Not sure if worth returning; doesn't seem to be anything out of this world and shitty service pisses me off.

Came here with my boyfriend and my 17 year old and his girlfriend. I am a fan of the mega mega burger at Tabacco Road. Finally, someone is able to meet or may I say beat It. Morning Glory burger is the way to go. Also, my son made the observation that the waiter would never ever let any of our water glasses run dry. He was a true professional and I can easily see him owning a restaurant of his own some day Will get his name next time. Great place and happy atmosphere.

Simply amazing. From the dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives wrapped in bacon to the mac-n-cheese, truffle fries, onion rings.... and our amazing sandwiches, every bite was phenomenal. I ordered the short rib grilled cheese - delicious. Kind of like a french onion soup in a sandwich, with perfectly cooked short ribs. My husband had a burger which he said tasted like steak. Not only was the food perfect, so was the service. We will be back for sure!

The burgers here are delicious, I try a different one each time. They have a full bar with a great beer selection. Good service, knowledgeable staff, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. No complaints here.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. The food took a while to get to us, about 45 minutes, but the food was good. I had the Blue Cheese burger and it was very good. Sweet potato fries were a little thick. Not bad at all but I prefer it when they are more like shoestring fries. The sauce that came with them doesn't really go with the fries, though. Overall it was a great meal and I will be going back.

Rok Burger rocks! Found it by accident last night with my wife since we had to go somewhere down the street from it and we live on Miami Beach. They had the Monday $10 burger special going and we caught the last couple of minutes of happy hour. The burgers were execllent and the tater tot and truffle fries sides were excellent. Other sides at the tables around us also looked great. Everything is made to order and is not some prepackaged crap that most places serve these days. Despite screwing up my order, they fixed it asap without even asking and bought us a round of drinks to make up for it. The bartender was terrific and all I can say is they have it down here. Of all the new trendy burger joints out there, this one is on the top of my list! The place totally filled up and I am not surprised since I am sure everyone in the area has found it. This is the only location in Miami and since we live all the way up on the Beach, I just hope they open some others that are closer to us.

Being I am local of South Miami I was excited to check out my newest neighbor. Saturday night was there around 7. Place was happening with a few tables left. Sat inside near the ATM machine next to the glass wall. Took the server awhile to come over and take our drink order. We also ordered our food at that time. 10 min later we saw someone walking around the entire place inside and outside looking for the person that ordered a glass of wine. Which was mine. Finally he found us. Place was very noisy. Some people dont mind it but I think sitting outside might be better. Took way to long to get our burgers. Again, the delivery person was walking all around the place looking for where to place them. The presentation was nice, but we both ordered medium rare and both were over cooked. They were ok but I have had better. I know this place is new, needs to get the kinks out but I wont be back. Its not a $5 hamburger we are talking about. $12 and up. I expected more.

If you enjoy barbecue and want an awesome burger, try the Sweet Caroline burger! My taste buds and tummy were v-e-r-y happy! Also, instead of fries, I had tater tots, which were perfectly crisp and delectable. This is the best burger joint I've been to since moving to Miami, so I look forward to taking my friends here when they get the chance to visit!

There's nothing special about this place except the borderline ridiculous name. The service was excellent though. I had a Cuban burger and it was just a slop of indistinguishable sort of smoky ingredients on a very tasty bun. The fries were floppy too. To say I was disappointed is putting it lightly. The food was edible though so I'll give them a second star for that.

The burgers are BOMB! They are absolutely delicious and juicy. I had the Mexican Burger and I have no complaints about it. The fries it comes with were pretty good too. I was here on a Monday and they have a deal of $10 for all burgers. $5 craft bees and $5 absolut vodka with juice. (Not bad) Its a nice ambience. The only complaint I had was service. 2 tables that came in and ordered after us were served. I had to ask for napkins and utensils. I hoped they'd be more attentive. Either way, I will definitely like to give a second try. The food is pretty great.

This review is solely for Brunch Dining.. Sunday brunch in Miami, such a Trend, and this restaurant made sure to jump on the bandwagon. To begin with, brunch is from 10a-3PM Sunday only , make sure u arrive early , if u don't want to make the same mistake as I and wait for a table for one hour . After the wait , it was all uphill. Free mimosa for the ladies , and our waiter was nice enough to let allow my boyfriend join in on the fun too. For starters we shared the biscuits with bacon and brisket, YUMMMMMMMMM this was my absolute favorite . The brisket eggs bennie was next ( yes I am obsessed with brisket) which was just ok. It was a little bland. Comes with a side of potatoes and fruits. large potion , good for sharing Second entree was of course their famous chicken and waffles . Love love loved it. 3 good pieces of chicken, greatly seasoned and crunchy, on top of a waffle, with syrup on the side . overall this is a great brunch place , close to home , and affordable . The bar is first come first serve , so if it's only a party of two, go for that. Large parties take forever to get seated , so once again, make sure to arrive early .

A good burger can do wonders- there's nothing it can't cure! I've been coming to Rok since it opened in this location and it's been great at consistently serving great burgers. The burgers are on the higher side, and if you opt for sweet potato fries, you're looking at $18+ for a burger. However, they are huge! I've tried several and they are all good but my preferred favorite is the Sweet and Smoky. My husband has ordered the Peggy and that one is gargantuan! In addition to the burger patty you have short rib on top and slaw- delicious yet extra heavy! I've never ordered appetizers because the burgers are so big I wouldn't be able to finish it and I much rather eat my meat than anything else. Drinks are good, their bacon old fashioned is one of my faves. But then again anything with bacon is great. Monday's all burgers are $10 so it's a great time to try them if you haven't already. Keep an eye out on any additions you add to your burgers because that's where the price will add up. Service has always been pleasant and they're eager to help. Definitely a place I keep coming back to when I need a nice, juicy, burger!

I was pretty pleased with this place. We were seated promptly, server was helpful. I had the AHI tuna burger, and it was delicious. My friend enjoyed her veggie burger. We sat outside. No complaints. Need to try the bloody Mary next time. I'm always on the hunt for a good bloody outside of the New Orleans area!

Really enjoyed the Sunday Brunch! The menu is very creative and I can say it's a tough choice to make when ordering because everything looks and sounds delicious! We tried the chicken and waffles, French toast lollipops, slider burgers, and Fat Elvis waffles! I highly recommend all of them! Delicious meals and the free mimosas for ladies is a definite plus! We will definitely be back!

I am very sad because this was really one of our favorite brunch places on Sundays and one of our favorite burger joints in Miami. We brought friends and relatives many times and we recommended it to so many people. You can tell we loved this place by just looking at all the amazing pictures I had posted of the food during our visits. It was a five stars for us. Unfortunately, the experiences started from awesome to I don't think I'm going again... On this occasion, we decided to bring the family and some friends who came to visit us from out of state. They love burgers like us and enjoy having a good time. So, we thought this is the perfect place. When we arrived there was a long wait since they do not take reservation even for big parties for brunch on Sundays. I don't understand this policy but we patiently waited outside. Anything for a good burger! However, time really went by and we were waiting for more than two hours. During those hours, we saw a member of the ROK staff come out to give complimentary Sunday mimosas to some ladies seating outside (waiting like us). Unfortunately, he never came to us or offered anything to us. Not the best customer service... Anyway, we decided to ask the hostess about it and she said we can go to the bar and try to get drinks there. We were kind of confused but we decided to go along with it. We went inside and after trying to find a way to the bar we got the cool bartender , Sara, made us the mimosas. She noticed us trying to get through the crowd at the bar and she made sure we got the drinks. We went outside again to wait some more but at least we had some mimosas to keep the ladies in my party busy. We were about to give up and walk to some other place in Sunset when they said we got a table. They sat us in the patio....before i continue let's keep track of the succession of incidents, we arrived to a long wait, we were ignored and had to fight the crowd at the bar to go get some mimosas for the ladies and bloody mary for the guys.... now for the grand finale... Once at the patio table, I was already starving and craving my favorite burger.... "The Morning Glory" but then the waiter messed up some of the orders ... but after waiting for that long to eat, I decided to eat my burger anyway, which it was a BIG mistake because now I am turned off about their burgers since it was not good on this occasion. Just to make the experience even worse, it started to rain so we had to run inside and then just stand around until it will stop. I guess they have no back up plan in case of rain .... I was so embarrassed with my family and friends who were there with us this time because I had talked so much about how great this place was. I was thinking of giving it one star in this update review but after thinking of the other good times I had before in this place I decided to give them three. Hopefully, it was a bad weekend and they are not operating like this on a regular basis now. I am not sure I will find out since I haven't felt the crave to go there for burgers since this last experience more than five months ago...

I've been to this ROK BRGR several times before and have never had a complaint. The food is pretty delicious and it's a good spot to meet up with a group of friends, catch up with your girlfriend over a bottle of wine, or cocktails, or even a date. The service is usually on point. The servers (in my experience) have been friendly, fun, and polite. My friend and I have a habit of coming here Wednesday nights for their half price wine bottles. The wine selection is limited but you can't beat the deal, so we usually come, split a bottle, and order a couple of apps. Yesterday we showed up a bit late, around 9:15 pm or so and the place was pretty slow. We were seated outside and our server showed up quickly to take our drink order. I usually have pretty great service at ROK BRGR and while our server this time wasn't bad per say, she also wasn't very warm or friendly either. She seemed like she just wanted to get out of work for the night and we were the annoying table standing in her way. She didn't let us know it what the drink specials were and was very short and to the point with us the entire time. We ordered a bottle of wine, the chicken wings, and the short rib sliders. Everything came out quickly and the food was pretty delicious, as always. On other occasions I've ordered everything from the spinach dip (mediocre), to the calamari, to the lobster corn dogs (delicious but for the price.. eh), and the jalapeno poppers. So far the wings and the deviled eggs have been my favorite. I've ordered a couple of burgers here but it was too far ago to really tell you. I tend to come here to drink and have a couple of bites so the sliders usually work out best for me. My recommendation is the bacon jam sliders because you can't go wrong with maple bourbon bacon jam and brie. I've heard ROK BRGR's brunch leaves a lot to be desired but I've yet to try it myself. Overall, I really like ROK BRGR. It's a really good place to chill out, listen to some live music, and eat some tasty food.

Pretty disappointing experience after the raving reviews. Came here for brunch with a friend. It was slammed pack because of the free Sunday mimosas and the wait was going to be about an hour for a table for two. I was willing to wait, but once I saw people who came after me being seated I started to get agitated. I asked the hostess if people could call ahead for reservations, that's the only way people who came after me could be seated, right? She said no. Minus a star. When we were finally seated it took 20 minutes for a server to make his way over. I know because I timed it. Minus another star. We put in our order for all our food and drinks not wanting to tack on more wait time. After we got our drinks we realized we were placed at a rickety table (really?) which ended up spilling most of my coffee into its saucer and water dribbled off the table and onto my lap. Minus ANOTHER star. The waiter saw how bad the table was and offered to fix it, but it took 20 minutes for that to happen. Was the food good? Yea, I would say so. Good enough to go back and pay for shotty service and long wait times? Nope. Seems like a trendy, well known spot in the area that you go to just to say you went. I'd give it slack for being super packed, but I've been to popular spots where service is spot on, table turnover is quicker, and food is just as good. Would have liked to enjoy this spot! Oh well, on to the next.

It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. We came for brunch and you know what that means - free bottomless mimosas for the ladies! We're off to a great start. Service was quick and friendly. Our mimosas were constantly being refilled. I also noticed that they give mimosas to the ladies who are waiting for a table. Pretty nice! As for the food - we had a side of tater tots to start and they were great! So warm, crispy, and fresh. I ordered the rok Brgr, well done. It was cooked perfectly and it was absolutely delicious! I was so pleased. Yes, this place is a little pricey. However, everything was so good that I couldn't possibly knock off a star. I'll be coming back!

Rok BRGR never lets me down! Nice spot located in the heart of south miami. Iv gone for brunch, lunch and dinner and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I usually always have the regular burger or the sweet Caroline Burger, while they are both good I wouldn't say they are great. The disappointing thing of the burger is the dry flaky brioche bread they use. Either add more bread choices of change the bread! P.S the Mac and cheese is a must!!

Great staff relaxed and happy. A pleasure to see folks like their job. I went on Monday $10burgers $5 craft beers. Yum! I had the Truffle Burger-I'm not a fan of baby swiss. Changed it for Vermont Cheddar. exotic mushrooms, caramelized onions truffle oil drizzle, truffle aioli regularly $14.50 a must. And they have Sunday brunch remote is for the ladies forgot to check that out. Who knew

Here is an update since my last review was some time ago. Still one of my favorite burger places but it is also climbing the list for brunch. Again, free mimosas for women from 10am till 3pm! I mean really, you cannot beat that ladies. The food is pretty great too. I had the waffles and my bf had the chicken & waffles. I'll be coming back for that one... Yumm

This place was definetly a pleasant surprise. The burger here defied all my expectations. I had the filet mignon and Maine lobster burger. If you haven't had it... you need to. It one was of the best burgers I have ever had. The menu offers many different unique and delicious burgers. They also offer some great craft beers. It's not cheap but it's worth the money.
