I've been going here since I was a child and it's been downhill since the last decade. I thought I would give it another chance this weekend and again was disappointed. The waiter was ok but the kitchen couldn't get anything right, not to mention that the quality has gone down horrendously. It's a shame that this used to be one of my favorite restaurants but you won't catch me at anyone of them anytime soon.

The bar staff was horrible!!!! Drinking on the job in public and talking crap about all the patrons. Won't be back to this location because they were so loud and obnoxious I couldn't even pay attention to the person in front of me !

I have dined at this location since they opened as I live nearby and it is a two minute commute. Generally a pleasant experience and this is my standby place when wishing to eat out and have steak as the main portion. I always order the Outback Special in different weights and have not been disappointed. It is the best value on the menu. (I do recall when the Special was not a football shaped piece of meat as it is now.) There was a negative experience early this year regarding a pork chop entree where the meat had a distinctive rotting smell. Well, the less said of the incident the better but mentioned so you the reader are aware that there are lapses in quality control and so be aware of what you are being served. I wrote an email to corporate but no one responded. The above is the exception to years of consistently expected quality service and foods. It is wise to signup for emailed discounts from Outback's website and maximize dining dollars.

Outback just took out the Sinful Sundae from the menu and that right there just makes this an OK place now. Alice Springs Chicken is a must for anyone. Aside from that, the rest of the menu is sub par. Oh how I wish the Sundae was back. Was a regular at the place, not so much now.

Don't really come often and now won't come back for sure. The service was horrible and the manager didn't help. We ordered loaded baked potatoes with our meals. When the food came out we were told they were out of baked potatoes and served us loaded mashed potatoes ok fine. Then 2 minutes later the table behind us was served Baked potatoes and then I saw the manager serve another table the same. I don't give a crap about the potatoes it's the point here. When I told the manager he did not apologize just said the potatoes weren't done yet. So couldn't he have offered for us to wait or at least give the option? Didn't offer to comp any of the bill offered dessert which we didn't want Besides the slow service and the waiter's inattentiveness. Couldn't even get ketchup for a burger. I'm pissed. I'll be calling there tomo bitch again and I am only giving 1 star because I have to to post this

I've been coming to this outback steakhouse since I was 11. This is the only chain restaurant I go to. Their service still great, the steaks are juicy and tasty and it is very family oriented. I have a lot of history here, I'm glad they are still open. Just like AMC theaters at mall of the Americas, I'm glad that I can share my childhood memories with my wife.

Will never order curbside takeaway again! My steak was rare and I ordered medium well. Learned my lesson!

The only reason why I give it 3 is because our waitress was amazing other then that the food was not that great my steak was dry small little piece with mash potatoe over priced

I have been to several and always ate well. As you know i have not missed a meal in a long time. Today, i think I probably should have. The steak, both of them, were overcooked and dry. Our waitress was a real sweetheart trying to make ammends and setting things right.

Nope not worth it!! First lady took us to seat us through a crowded party my husband being muscular could not pass and had to go another way, pretty rude! The waiter was vert distracted and not nice at all, zombie head! Virgin piña colada was good though, i had a steak with shrimp for over $12! 4 tiny shrimp and a tasteless steak! No thanks, oh and a side of "Aussie fries" aka crispy, burned, crappy great value skinny fries! How can this be?? Bk has better fries! I gave my steak to my husband, so disappointed in this place, never again!

I used to love this place, but since a new owner has taken over this Outback has gone from a favorite to an absolute train wreck in a matter of months. I noticed a difference 2 months back when I went with a group of family members. The food was still good, but the service was off and usually the service at this place is amazing. I shook it off as maybe it was a new waitress; however what I experienced today was just unacceptable. I understand I came with a big group and I understand it was New Years Day, but that's even more of an incentive to show off that the restaurant can handle that type of load. First off they ran out of blooming onions at 5pm how on earth as a manager you run out of your signature dish? You know New Years Day is going to be packed so get extras, but no... they did not. Then our waiter was absolutely terrible, gave us our appetizers and expected us to eat them with our bare hands, because we had no utensils. Never came back to refill our drinks, was confused about our orders, and literally took 30 min for the checks. Thankfully what partially redeems this Outback is that the food is still good, but the service has tumbled to the 7th level of hell. I really hope the manager or owner reads this because something has happened to this place and it is not good. I do not recommend this Outback anymore and I really hope they get their act together.

I came here for lunch and I ordered a full rack babyback ribs, with side of french fries and asparacus. Well the ribs was ok, the fries wasnt good at all, the grilled asparacus was good, at the end I payed about 25, I saw the check and the side of asparacus was 3.99.. wthh for 5 lil strips, im paying 85 cents per asparacus.....wat a dissapointment.

Service is good but quality of the food is horrible, I ordered the Outback Special with the lobster tail for $17.99, the steak was dry and old, the lobster tail was less than a shrimp with no meat at all, just the shell!!, veggies were fine and the blooming onion too.

Very dissapointed in the food and service. The server was Jaime. He just took our order and we never saw him again. Other people served our food. The only thing he served us was a plate. Didn't even bother to offer us more water. Typically the food is good at this location but this time it was not. The chicken, steak and baked potato had too much salt. The Aussie cheese fries were salty and soggy.

Since this is the closest Outback I have to my house this is the one I go to the most although I sometimes rather drive to Kendall. The food is good like other places but for some reason, they never get the right drink that I order. I asked for the Great Barrier Rita which comes with Malibu and they brought me a regular one. When I told the waiter (after 15 minutes of waiting for him to come by again) how this was the wrong margarita, he took it back and brought me the same one again. I told him AGAIN this was the wrong margarita and while he was talking to another co worker about how that is the right rita, the other coworker started talking (right in front of me in front of her computer to other coworkers) about how she doesn't know why people are complaining about the drinks. At this time I was infuriated that I know the menu better than the workers AND that she was talking about me, right in front of me to another co worker. Sad part is you can tell when the owner is there because if she is not, the manager and workers scream to each other from one end of the restaurant to another about their personal lives and what they're going to do after work. The service is not great when the owner isn't there either. POINT IS: Go when the owner is there and don't bother unless you want mediocre service and workers talking about you.

Took a while to get seated but it was a Sunday evening so it can be expected. Once we sat down, it went great. Our server Saulo was funny and pleasant. He got our order perfect and the food was incredible. I had a party of 5 and no one complained about the food.

I'm a regular. Love the people, service, and food. The manager has been here for years, actually, I think she is the Owner, and she really does take care of her customers any which way she can. THANKS OUTBACK FAMILY

I've only been here once and the food was ok, nothing special here. The portions are kinda small and the service is lacking big time. I recommend just skipping the place not worth it.

Outback will rarely disappoint me When you start with the blooming onion, you start happy. There is something about deep fried and battered onions that makes you feel good. Burger was great, cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the salmon was very good as well. Service is very good and efficient.

  • Mary e.

Ok food (steak was almost cooked to my liking, but a little overdone), the bloomin' onion was a bit soggy, and the veggie sides were uber tasteless (the veggies are steamed but with no added condiment-- a little butter, lemon juice, anything should be offered to flavor these plain tasting, bland soggy veggies. Why is it that restaurants serve these steamed veggies plain? can anyone really eat that without making a face?). The olive martini was disgusting (tasted like the liquid in a jar of green olives with no vodka or gin; I think they forgot the alcohol part of the martini). I think I much rather go to the Outback Steakhouse off 117th and Kendall Drive. All in all, not the best dinner I've had at an Outback, and I generally like thier menu and the prices are reasonable. The service was ok, but not fantastic. This location has plenty of parking since it is in a large strip mall.

Been going to this Outback location for years. It used to be really good, but at some point it got to that mediocre level. It has some great things about it, but I've run into a few issues. The last one was on a recent visit with my girlfriend where we decided to order cheese fries... The server brought them to us without bacon, and said "Sorry, we ran out of bacon." My thoughts were 'Really? You couldn't have told us that BEFORE bringing them out?' Anyway, we started eating the fries, and they were alright, but at some point, we hit a roadblock. An entire chicken finger was under the fries. Egh. My Cobb salad didn't have bacon either, of course. It was also missing hardboiled eggs. We decided to politely ask for a manager. She was nice enough to apologize for the mistakes, but sounded like she was confused as to why we were disappointed with the chicken finger. She said, "I guess it was an unwanted surprise.", or something to that extent. She offered to bring me more eggs, but not before she challenged me about it. "I see the eggs, they're just diced up really small." -- "I don't taste them.", I told her. She never brought me any more egg, but they were kind enough to deduct the cheese fries from our tab, and give us a free Bloomin' Onion appetizer card for next time. So we went back two days ago, and the service was way better. Two servers helped us out and were on top of everything. Our Bloomin' Onion was perfect, as was my Walkabout Soup. My girlfriend ordered a pasta she enjoyed, and our waters were refilled immediately. It was really early on a Sunday, they must have just opened. Anyway, one thing that is always great is that Walkabout Soup. I could live off that thing. If they sold it in jugs at the supermarket, I'd be all over that.

We did call ahead seating and we had to wait 15 or 20 minutes. Apps: Blooming Onion--it was great, crispy and just right! Kookaburra Wings (unbreaded)-- I didn't have any but hubby says they were good. Dinner: Outback special with a loaded baked potatoe (minus chives) and sauteed mushrooms--DELICIOUS!! The kitchen was spot on with my steak! I ordered it Medium and it was a picture perfect medium steak, the flavor was perfect!!! I was sooo happy with my steak. The kitchen deserves all the stars for really serving up a great meal. It was a busy night and the fact that all the food came out perfect is awesome!

Below average food here the steak was tough and not seasoned the salad was ok the service good. Another chain serving so so food.

  • Rita T.

I did call ahead for 630 and got there at 620... we waited for over an hour! the manager tried to apologize saying the 2 tables had been finished but they just weren't getting up. it wouldn't have been so upsetting if I hadn't seen others who got there after me without using call ahead getting seated before me. they seat us around 745 and after that it was a great experience. the waitress was friendly, bringing food at a good speed and constantly refilling the drinks. next time I won't use call ahead because it doesn't really matter.

You can never go wrong with a steak..... and there are gluten free selections on the menu. But I do not think the cheese fries are gluten free.

What was once a good chain, is now extremely sub-par. I come inside to the new welcoming renovations feeling pretty positive. I ordered the half order of ribs with a loaded baked potato-- what a Dissapointment! Smaller portions and very little of anything (3 little strings of cheese does not count has having cheese on my baked potato) and the ribs were extra fatty and tiny. Not what it used to be at all. I have lost hope in chain restaurants, unfortunately.

I love Outback Steakhouse and i'd say they do a really good job at this location. The food is prepared well most of the time and the margaritas are awesome & cheap! There's usually one bartender at the bar and it's a hit or miss with this one because the bartender tends to be daydreaming most of the time when you're staring at him for service after you've been sitting there for 5 minutes.. I highly recommend getting the roasted filet sandwhich. it's to die for. omg. The curbside takeaway employees work really hard and are doing a great job! I always get take out from this location :) fyi.... you can order your food online! I've tried it and you can be as specific as possible when you choose your order! You can even pick a specific time that you will arrive to pick up! .. once you arrive, you can pay there! It's really convenient.

I got a gift card for Christmas and on the way to Jo-Ann's Fabrics, I figured why not order some food to go. I ordered the salmon with vegetables, baked potato, cheese fries, and ice cream sundae all for less than $30. I even got 2 loaves of bread-yummy! While I was waiting for my food I popped into Jo-Ann's got some fabric and went back to Outback's. It took a while to get my food, only because the cooks accidentally added bacon to my cheese fries, so they were making me another. I thought that was really nice that they were going the extra mile to ensure my order was right, I told the attendant that it was not that big of a deal, by that time my food was ready. The salmon was good. I think it was a little too blackened on the outside, I loved my veggies-just the right amount of butter, potato and sundae were perfect. Outback has the best ice cream sundaes and bread. Another thing I like about outback is that the amount of food you receive when ordering a kid's meal. Occasionally I have ordered the kids meal chicken breast only because the regular size comes with 2 chicken breasts; and I can only eat one. This is a great way to save a few dollars, eat only what you can comfortably eat without having to throw food away, and you also keep your weight in check- always a plus :) It was really busy today at the restaurant and I was glad that I had ordered to go, but the best part was that the attendant was very pleasant. She was knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend this location for take out, dine in,hmmm, get there early- it gets busy fast.

The remodel and the place look nicer. Food is always good. My favorite is Cheese Fries layered, Wings, and they Porthouse Steak. Their salad is excellent too.

I have one thing and one thing only to say.... how in God's name does a steak house sit there and make excuses for not knowing how to cook a steak?!?!?!?! I ordered medium and got well done... and the waitress says to me, "Oh yea that happens a lot..." Really?!?!

    (2)
  • Michelle S.

Ok, so the steaks are decent but overall the food is bland and the sides are pretty down right crappy. I think they forget that salt and pepper exist, along with a wide array of fantastic options for seasoning a meal.

I cannot decide if I liked our waiter or not, he kind of f-up my order the first time...but then he gave me a larger portion on the actual thing I ordered, and charged me less for my chopped pecan salad. So?? *insert balancing-scale hand movement* My table ordered about 10 margaritas...for $3.50 a piece, the house margaritas I believe. We were known by our waiter as the margaritaville! :P My companions were not crazy ranting about their food...so I reckon it was just alright. I ordered the ahi tuna appetizer (small), and got the large platter with about 10 sliced pieces. It wasn't bad but I definitely had better. Then again, it's Outback...not a Japanese restaurant! My chopped salad felt like it was made in the early morning and put in the fridge. Edible but not impressive. The table shared "thunder from down under" brownie with ice cream and big blob of whipped cream...I didn't get the "sex in my mouth" feeling so...whatev. Would I come back to this location? Probably not.... my experiences at other Outbacks have been better Tip-bits: Slippery floor, not good for women in heels Located in the plaza itself, beside PetSmart ( I thought they were at Olive Garden's spot) Call ahead seating available

I remember Outback to be a place where you can get some great food! I was disappointed this time :( Outback just isn't what they used to be. We sat at the bar since the place was packed, so the service was pretty good. The food was OOOKKKKK. Nothing I'll crave again. No biggie.

I took my mum and daughter here yesterday 4Mother's day. Seating was surprisingly quick... however, the steaks we ordered took extremely long to get here and were served COLD! Nevamind da warm beer! I saw one of the servers getting off duty take his uniform shirt OFF in the dining area and start walking around in a "wifebeater"!!! WHAT?!! "May I hav sum silverwear please?". "Where are our napkins?". I guess they couldn't handle the Mother's day crowd. What a shame.

Well lets start from the beginning, I want you to experience bizarre events of our dinner @ outback! This will be fun I promise! When we go inside to put our names on the list, the hostess was well, not groomed to say the least, maybe she had been working a double, or maybe it was PMS, but she definitely was not happy to see us.. She ignored us as we were standing right in front of her for about 2 min, then very rudely asked us how many, and told us there was a wait of 40 mins, we said fine no problem we'll wait. Finally after sitting outside watching the freak show for about 45 mins our beeper vibrated... : ) YAY we said we are closer to getting our belly's full with yummy food.. Then we got the frat waitress, why frat you ask, well her 8 friends about 3 tables from ours was more important, than us. I ordered the outback 6 oz special (what I always get @ outback my fave) and husband asked for one of those manly steaks, I don't remember which one, and we ordered the crab cakes for the appetizer (see a pattern, we love crab cakes)..... much to our surprise the cakes were DELICIOUS!! Well we were done with our cakes, and our drinks, and the waitress was nowhere to be seen, then she passed by us once and I called her out and she ignored us, then she sat @ the table with her frat buddies and I swear we waited and waited and waited about 20 mins, before husband flagged another waiter down and asked him to please refill our drinks (we were parched at this point) our drinks arrived, but the main course was still missing. We didn't see our waitress for a while, at least an hour went by after we finished our appetizer and not even the salad had come out. Finally our waitress comes and asked us if everything was OK, then as she was saying that, she realized that our food was not on the table.. We told her where's our food??? she replied " They haven't brought it out yet?" we said nope not yet.. She said I'll go check, she comes back 10 mins later with my salad, and our food all together, she said "I'm sorry the cooks forgot to cook your order" we said, OK no problem, (yeah right, we were not even hungry at his point) So we ate anyway.... Well our food was cold and tough as meat will get after being cooked, left to get cold, then slightly reheated in the microwave!!! That's not the worst part, when husband cut into his manly steak, it was "frozen raw" What I mean by frozen raw is, that it was raw, but not bloody, but not frozen either.. IT WAS A BIZARRE piece of meat.. The waitress comes around like 10 mins later and noticed my husband picking at the meat, and with a look of "OH MY GOD" she came over and asked "is everything OK?" We looked up at her, like are you kidding???, she said do you want us to cook that again for you, and he said OK, it came back exactly the same, so the manager finally stepped in, and took my husbands order off the bill, but that was not all!!!! Here is where it gets FUNNY!!! We paid our bill, and on our way out, and the not so groomed, pms-ing hostess speeded up from behind us, and said I'll get the door for you, OH and DID SHE GET THE DOOR!!! I SWEAR she literally karate KICKED the DOOR OPEN FOR US!!! Two times!!! LOL weird!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went out here to give the $14.95 steak & lobster special a try! we have not been here for a while and thought this would be a good time to give it another try. it was ok. i did get the $14.95 steak special - which was for a 6oz sirloin - due to liking it well done, it was a bit tuff then i usually like it. lobster included - well - actually it is a couple of very small tails (actually seemed like langostino on steroids) not small like a langostino and not big like a juicy delicious lobster tail... something in between a bit tuff to remove from its shell to enough. side was ok had the sweet baked potato, hubby had the bit bigger steak which of course meant a bigger price tag as well $18.95 for a 8oz - with same type of lobsters - only get 1 side with special so add a salad or soup at your own cost. we did start w/a 1/2 order of the cheese fries - yummy - but as you are eating it you feel like picking up your cell and dialing for a cardiologist!!! fatten delicious stuff!!!!! especially with that healthy side of ranch dipping sauce provided!!! did skip dessert thou (caught it at our usually Versailles bakery with cortadito!) MEAL FOR TWO - 1 BEER - 1 WATER - $49.00 not bad........service was fine - no issues w/waiting (did call ahead and then got there and sat immediately in the bar area - booths & tables there are first come first serve)

Went early for lunch and everything was on point..we ordered cheese fries, margaritas and south Wales sangria and were promptly on the table...then ordered the original outback and a ribeye cooked to perfection. The carrot cake was really fresh and James our waiter was at hand all the time making sure we were enjoying our meals....we will be back for sure

Poor food prep and quality for an outback. Well below Outback standards. Service is fine. Filet was good. Salad had fair amount of brown lettuce in it. Fries went back to the kitchen as they were not even close to fresh.

First of all, when we got seated, there were pieces of food from the previous customer on the table and it was not set up. When the server arrived, he just flicked off one piece of food while there were still some crumbs on there and didn't even clean the table for us. We ordered a Victorias filet mignon cooked medium with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Also added grilled lobster tail to that and a side Caesar salad to start. Server confirmed that everything was going to be shared amongst the both of us yet failed to bring us sharing plates. Right away we received delicious bread and shortly after, the salad. After fully completing that, the entree still took around 20 min to arrive. I understood that we went during their rush hour (around 7:30pm) so we were patient but when our plate arrived there was no lobster tail. When we asked the food runner, he looked at the ticket he had in hand and said "oh yes, I'll bring it right out". Lobster tail took another 15 min to arrive. Filet mignon was cooked well but quality of meat wasn't that great and seasoning was okay. The mashed potatoes were actually tastier. Lobster tail was cooked perfectly and very juicy. In spite of the delay of the lobster, the manager did not pass by to touch the table. With good management and leadership in the workplace even at peak times you should be able to maintain all of that and still touch tables to ensure proper service.

After Flutag using overtly repetitive advertising from their sponsor Outback Steakhouse, I decided to drop by on the way home. I like the spacing, and it wasn't too crowded. You know those waitresses that bother you every 2 seconds like a puppy hoping for a treat also known as tips? That was NOT our waitress ! What a relief :D Our waitress was relaxed, timely and intuitive. She didn't bother us just because, and she didn't pretend to be nice. That's the kind of service all waitresses should practice. We had a free bloomin' onion coupon, but also ordered stuffed mushrooms. No regrets there. My mom got the half rack of ribs, while I ordered the endless shrimp deal. Everything was cooked to perfection, and very well seasoned. This is the first restaurant that my mom had nothing but nice things to say. She's already planning our return, haha!

I think this is the first time we have ever experienced actual service at Outback. Our server was on point and had great suggestions as well as menu knowledge. She definitely knew her steaks! Great experience and I hope she's our server next time around (Bianca).

We decided to come and try out their lunch menu for the first time. It's slightly more limited than their normal menu, which I kind of liked. Overall, there weren't many people, maybe 4-5 tables at 1:30pm on a Monday. The food what was good, fries great. What I like about this Outback is that they have always gotten my steak temperatures right. So why the 3 stars? Well, our server disappeared once she greeted us for at least 15 minutes, and we managed to get some bread in between that. Once we ordered, our food took at least another 20-25 minutes. Everything was good though. They have a lunch special for a burger with a side for 7.99. They charged us the normal price and didn't change it, which I would have expected out of courtesy since I waited for them to raise and butcher the cow before I got my burger. I'll be back, but this will probably be the last time I'll be here for lunch.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to, whether it was with friend or family. Not anymore! I think it has to do with the fact that a new owner came in the picture and changed things around a bit. I'd still go, but I'd rather go to a different restaurant, better offers, better drinks, etc. The staff here is was great, not anymore. Things to dislike: - Crappy drink specials - Undercooked food 90% of the time - Greasy food Again, this isn't the Outback it used to be.

I have been to this particular outback 2 separate times. The first time was problematic as we had to wait over 90 minutes for the food, apparently there was a communication in the kitchen. But, the manager came out and apologized and offered us some free apps and paid for our drinks, which was very nice. He also gave us a few coupons for future visits. We went back recently and the food was brought out promptly but the food didn't seem to be up to the usual outback standards. In any case, good food at reasonable prices. M

This was the first time I had gone to this establishment. I can quite say that the waiters are exceptional. My aunt suggested for me to order chicken on the Barbie and it was very yummy. Unfortunately, my boyfriends maji maji came out very dry. However, the manager, a woman, was extremely kind and exchanged it for a delicious stake that was cooked to perfection. I will be returning to outback hoping to receive the same wonderful service I got like last time. I know it must be hard to be serving at night but the waiter was on top of his game. He was short with long black hair tied in a bottom pony tail! Thanks for your service!

The food is pretty good, can't complain, but nothing out of the ordinary. Their steaks are always on point and cooked to order. I've been here a couple of times already. Quality of service varies depending on your server. And their skinnyritas are the bomb diggity!

They mess it up, but always try to fix it with a big smile and caring for the clients, having said that, the waiting between the mess and the fix takes too long. Will we come again? Of course. It's a feel good place.

I went recently and trust me when I say I had the worst experience ever in outback history. I've worked for the company years ago and I remember when they cared for the guests. But now they seem To be struggling. I don't know if the management is the reason but guessing after no visit after our steak was over cooked twice kind of puts in perspective. All I can say is proceed with caution

I came here with friends on a Wednesday night hoping for a good meal, and I was thoroughly disappointed. I had tried their Alice chicken with fries, which is something that I usually get and was completely disappointed. It all tasted generic and lifeless. I had to add a ton ketchup to the meal to be able to enjoy it. I know my friends loved their meal so maybe I just got the short end of the stick, or maybe I should have tried something else. But the only reason why I am bumping it up to three stars is because of the drinks & service. For the drink I had their Blackberry Sangria and I also tasted my friends drink which was rimmed with black salt. I completely fell in love with both of them. The guy that was waiting on us also did a pretty good job in taking care of us, he wasn't to clingy or didn't ignore us... Which I am surprised since Miami is notorious for subpar service... Well South Florida in general. I do plan on coming back but it will probably be to have a drink and maybe some dessert.

After a long hard day of work and cleaning me and my girl decided to come here because we always love going when we have the money to spare The burgers and steaks are always 100% delicious and I've never had an ounce of a complaint. Nadine always enjoys a healthy parmesan chicken with veggies or other healthy delights! Their deserts are amazing. I've never tried the chocolate thunder from down under but I heard it's very popular. For desert I always get a mini milkshake. It's small and filling without making me feel like I'm going to explode. The service is always great and we have never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes the moment we walk in through the door! The waiters are very nice and attentive and some even crack a few jokes. It feels very nice and makes the overall experience nice. This is my favorite outback by far! I drive all the way from homestead to eat here sometimes. :).

My boyfriend and I love coming to this Outback Steakhouse location. We always have great service everytime we come here. I love the fact that you can call them and put your name on the list ahead of time. This is very useful especially on the weekends. I have also used their Curbside-Take-Away and I am very pleased with their service. If you sign up for their email offers you can get some great coupons to use at their restuarant. My boyfriend always comes to this location for business lunch and is very pleased with the service and the food. They also have good specials for lunch such as sandwiches and salads at a great price. I will continue coming to this location in the future.

Worst steakhouse restaurant ever. I'm a big fan of prime rib, and usually this kind of steaks are not available all the time, because they are roasted and grilled. I ordered a medium prime rib and waited 20 mins to get the steak. Surprisingly, I got a grilled steak and asked the waiter that I order prime rib not grilled steak. He called the manager and the manager told me it's a prime rib, but we placed it on grill to get it from rare to medium!!! The whole idea about prime rib is NOT grilled steak. And they call themselves a steak house?? I didn't eat it and left the restaurant looking for other steak houses that know 101 steak cooking.

Horrible Service....It is obvious that Management doesn't care. Ignored @ the bar. (not busy) I asked to be seated and was not even acknowledged for about 10 minutes so I decided to leave. The Hostess pretty much begged me to stay and said she would seat me with her best waiter. It took another 10 minutes to get a drink. The meat was tough and grissley. (I had the bone-in ribeye) It is apparent that the Management does not care. What a crappy dining experience.

Outback will rarely disappoint me When you start with the blooming onion, you start happy. There is something about deep fried and battered onions that makes you feel good. Burger was great, cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the salmon was very good as well. Service is very good and efficient.

Poor food prep and quality for an outback. Well below Outback standards. Service is fine. Filet was good. Salad had fair amount of brown lettuce in it. Fries went back to the kitchen as they were not even close to fresh.

I have one thing and one thing only to say.... how in God's name does a steak house sit there and make excuses for not knowing how to cook a steak?!?!?!?! I ordered medium and got well done... and the waitress says to me, "Oh yea that happens a lot..." Really?!?!

Probably not.... my experiences at other Outbacks have been better Tip-bits: Slippery floor, not good for women in heels Located in the plaza itself, beside PetSmart ( I thought they were at Olive Garden's spot) Call ahead seating available

went out here to give the $14.95 steak & lobster special a try! we have not been here for a while and thought this would be a good time to give it another try. it was ok. i did get the $14.95 steak special - which was for a 6oz sirloin - due to liking it well done, it was a bit tuff then i usually like it. lobster included - well - actually it is a couple of very small tails (actually seemed like langostino on steroids) not small like a langostino and not big like a juicy delicious lobster tail... something in between a bit tuff to remove from its shell to enough. side was ok had the sweet baked potato, hubby had the bit bigger steak which of course meant a bigger price tag as well $18.95 for a 8oz - with same type of lobsters - only get 1 side with special so add a salad or soup at your own cost. we did start w/a 1/2 order of the cheese fries - yummy - but as you are eating it you feel like picking up your cell and dialing for a cardiologist!!! fatten delicious stuff!!!!! especially with that healthy side of ranch dipping sauce provided!!! did skip dessert thou (caught it at our usually Versailles bakery with cortadito!) MEAL FOR TWO - 1 BEER - 1 WATER - $49.00 not bad........service was fine - no issues w/waiting (did call ahead and then got there and sat immediately in the bar area - booths & tables there are first come first serve)

I've been coming to this particular outback since I was very young and I've never had a disappointing visit. Though I do agree the service is more over on the slow side, the servers are very genuine and eager to help. The bread and cheese fries are a major must!! And though I don't like onions the blooming onions are just too great to miss out on. The alice springs chicken is delish and OFC the Ribs!!!!! I think if you don't mind waiting a bit it's definitely worth the wait.

I asked for the sandwich I always get at other outback and got completely different sandwich when I explained to my waiter he completely ignored it I was really upset and for that and other reasons I won't be comming here again.

This was really good besides the cold temperature and a few minor hiccups from the waiter everything else was amazing. Also the waiter was very attentive when it came to giving the drinks in a timely manner and the food was amazing I can not complain my food was cooked to perfection

I don't know why the other's rating are so low, but in my opinion, this is one of my favorite restaurant. The service are fast and polite, the steak are INCREDIBLE AWESOME, everything about OutBack, I ON that! Love outback.

I have one thing and one thing only to say.... how in God's name does a steak house sit there and make excuses for not knowing how to cook a steak?!?!?!?! I ordered medium and got well done... and the waitress says to me, "Oh yea that happens a lot..." Really?!?!

Ok, so the steaks are decent but overall the food is bland and the sides are pretty down right crappy. I think they forget that salt and pepper exist, along with a wide array of fantastic options for seasoning a meal.

Probably not.... my experiences at other Outbacks have been better Tip-bits: Slippery floor, not good for women in heels Located in the plaza itself, beside PetSmart ( I thought they were at Olive Garden's spot) Call ahead seating available

went out here to give the $14.95 steak & lobster special a try! we have not been here for a while and thought this would be a good time to give it another try. it was ok. i did get the $14.95 steak special - which was for a 6oz sirloin - due to liking it well done, it was a bit tuff then i usually like it. lobster included - well - actually it is a couple of very small tails (actually seemed like langostino on steroids) not small like a langostino and not big like a juicy delicious lobster tail... something in between a bit tuff to remove from its shell to enough. side was ok had the sweet baked potato, hubby had the bit bigger steak which of course meant a bigger price tag as well $18.95 for a 8oz - with same type of lobsters - only get 1 side with special so add a salad or soup at your own cost. we did start w/a 1/2 order of the cheese fries - yummy - but as you are eating it you feel like picking up your cell and dialing for a cardiologist!!! fatten delicious stuff!!!!! especially with that healthy side of ranch dipping sauce provided!!! did skip dessert thou (caught it at our usually Versailles bakery with cortadito!) MEAL FOR TWO - 1 BEER - 1 WATER - $49.00 not bad........service was fine - no issues w/waiting (did call ahead and then got there and sat immediately in the bar area - booths & tables there are first come first serve)

I don't know why the other's rating are so low, but in my opinion, this is one of my favorite restaurant. The service are fast and polite, the steak are INCREDIBLE AWESOME, everything about OutBack, I ON that! Love outback.

I have been to several and always ate well. As you know i have not missed a meal in a long time. Today, i think I probably should have. The steak, both of them, were overcooked and dry. Our waitress was a real sweetheart trying to make ammends and setting things right.

Outback will rarely disappoint me When you start with the blooming onion, you start happy. There is something about deep fried and battered onions that makes you feel good. Burger was great, cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the salmon was very good as well. Service is very good and efficient.

Poor food prep and quality for an outback. Well below Outback standards. Service is fine. Filet was good. Salad had fair amount of brown lettuce in it. Fries went back to the kitchen as they were not even close to fresh.
