We have breakfast here at least a few times a week and they make the best pastel de carne in miami in my opinion.

Small quaint casual bakery café in Westchester. The only take cash. The French bread they make is excellent in addition to the Croissants. The prices are very affordable and it is not very busy in the morning which is why I like to stop here. The service is pretty good nothing crazy but it does it's job. They steam and make your coffee on the spot unlike other places that already have the milk hot in a dispenser. Medium Café con leche is $1.55 and the croquetas are pretty good for $.50 cents each. So can't beat that.... Enjoy!

As I am a big fan of all bakeries but really hold a soft spot for french ones, I was a bit crushed to see that "Le Fournil" was short on pastries. That's right, I did say short on pastries... with just a handful of varieties to greet my gaze. Two types of Eclairs, pastelitos de guava or it's second cousin guava and cheese... And of course the temptress herself, the señoritas... Dressed in the best attire possible, chocolate, dulce de leche and the gracious powdered sugar. And That was the extent of what was available aside from the baguettes, soups and drinks. But the heart of a bakery lies on the pastries and "Le Fournil" sadly to say lacked them. Stopped in today for the first time for lunch and Le Fournil was a revelation. Do not be fooled by the modest exterior. Le Fournil has some of the most delicious sandwiches in Miami. If you are seeking fancy ambiance and furnishings, this isn't the right choice. If you want a delicious sandwich on extraordinary bread that they bake fresh on-site, at a great price - Le Fournil is the place. What a hidden gem!

This is where I come everytime I have a party and I serve French rolls or need baguettes, or French bread. Their bread is delicious and inexpensive. Depending on the size the breads are 4 for $1, 5 for $1, or 6 for $1.
