When you get those pesky late night munchies, few places hit the spot like La Colina. Conveniently open at the most outrageous hours, I've frequented this place after partying and during all-night study sessions. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and it has yet to disappoint. The casual, relaxed atmosphere is a welcome change from the pretentious vibe at Los Perros and the like, and the staff is great, too. They serve fresh lulo juice (or as my people call it, naranjilla), which is always a pleasant surprise. Bottled beer is also served, as well as the typical colombian soda offerings. I like to pair the lulo with a mazorca mixta, but I also enjoy the occasional Heineken and a pepito. As an added incentive, they have a frequent diner punch card. Munch with them 10 times, and choose an item on your next visit for free. Who can argue with that?

Love this place, I'm a big fan of Colombian food. Very cheap and tasty. Friendly staff and opened at extended hours. The food takes a bit long on getting prepared but your tastes buds will thank you. I recommend you try patacon mixto, is a fav.

I guess this is sweetwater's c/v fast food joint. And it's not too bad. I didn't get the best service, but they got me my food in prompt time and the portions were a very good value. This is to be assumed, as every other Colombian or Venezuelan fast food place offers the same. Tips: Burger is not too bad, they serve it to you hot. Arepa is mediocre size, and at a terrible price of around 5 bucks...

I have never heard of this place but a friend of mine brought me here for the first time. It's a cute little Latin restaurant and the best part is they're open until 2am!! So if you're out late and are around the area of the restaurant I would for sure like to go for a late night meal. My friend picked out what to have and we shared this huge meat bowl. I am glad he picked it for us to share because I would of never been able to finish it all by myself. The only down side is they took a little too long to bring the food. But that means they make the food nice and fresh.

I bring my friends from out of town to this place just to see their reactions change by the minute from "what the hell are we doing here" to "oh, I see... the food is good" to "I hate myself for eating so much and living in a city where I can't have this every day." The place most definitely doesn't look that fantastic, and there's nothing really inviting you to dive in, but you should definitely go for it. I love the lomi-perro, but can say good things about the polli-perro and chori-perro as well. The Animal burger is ridiculous. Patacones are quite good as well. Overall, this place is one of the better Colombian Hotdog purveyors in Miami, and I recommend giving them a shake.

1st visit. Ordered a picada. Delicious but the chicharron was hard. It was tasty but had to spend most of my time chewing. As exhausting as it was, it was still very good. Also ordered a Venezuelan cheese empanada and a tequeño. The cheesy was nice and gooey. And when topped off with some garlic cilantro sauce it was amazing. 2nd visit. Ordered an arepa with everything in it. I forget it's name but it's the most expensive on on the list. Again the chicharron was good but had to spend my time chewing again. Couldn't really enjoy most of the flavored because I was so fed up on chewing. 3rd visit. Ordered a maicito mixto. The carne asada was seasoned perfectly and had the perfect texture. Plus it was all mixed in corn and melted cheese and various Colombian sauces. One of their best menu items. Highly recommend. Overall, most of their items are pretty tasty. One of my most recommended Colombian fast food restaurants. Overall I would make this one of my places to go to to get good Colombian fast food

I came here around 11pm a few nights ago. The atmosphere was good and very lit up. I was skeptical it was a shady place but it definitely wasnt. Had the patacon with chicken and guayaquil cheese, very good. My friend had the patacon mixed chicken beef and cheese. The beeslf was very good as well. We had a side order of salchipapa. Everything was very good and typical of Venezuelan & Colombian resturant mix. Would come back again.

This is the local colombian/venezuelan spot, and it can be addicting. I love the tequenos, arepas, perros (hot dogs), and venezuelan empanadas. I no longer live in this area, but every time I pass by, I have to order something. The actual restaurant is not too big, but just the right size. They make your food pretty quickly. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 minutes to receive my order. You can also rearrange the tables and chairs if you're in a big group. Don't worry about parking, because this is located in a shopping center.

I could eat hot dogs every single day of my life. This place is a Colombian/Venezuelan fast food restaurant offering hot dogs, hamburgers, tequeños, pan de bono, empanadas, cachapas, arepas and much more. I came in on a Sunday night and ordered hot dogs. The place is located in a shopping center on Flagler Street. It is clean and the staff was attentive. The hot dogs were very good, just how I like them. Overall a great place to get fast food, I will be returning.

Lol munchies led us here and we were not disappointed!! I can't say I am an expert in Colombian cuisine or even Latin cuisine but my god was I very satisfied with what I got! I ordered a pork patacone which was pork, onions, papitas and queso blanco sandwiched between 2 thin and crispy PLANTAIN BUNS WHAT?! Who even imagined that was possible?! The pork was juicy and tender! I also ordered salchipapas which was fried food heaven! Omg fries with fried potatoes with chorizo with sausage with chicharrones with quail egg omg what! My friend also got a reina Pepiada arepa and I've never tasted a better one!! They actually incorporate their avocado into the dressing so you get a full avo flavor with every bite. Amazing thin buns!

This is a cafeteria like place open until the wees of the night. Kind of like the only place open after clubbing were you can get a delicious serving of carbs that is not taco bell. their empanadas and tequeňos are pretty good and so are their cachapas. Wasn't too crazy about their "maicito". Their patacon, however, is my go to every time. It is any meat you want, I get chicken, with their cheese and pink sauce stuffed in between two fried tostones. I mean, makes my mouth watery just thinking about it. Service is good, place is clean and food is pretty good. I'm definitely a regular here.

I go there for pepitos mixtos. Havent tried anything else on the menu. But then again the menu is the same colombian menu you would find at los perros or loa verdes. So, that should tell you something... lol get a pepito!! chicken or carne... or mixto (chicken & carne). ^_^

Love this place. I have been coming here for years. The food is excellent and the customer service is too. I recommend the "pepito mixto" :) I live pretty far away as I recently moved but I still come to La Colina pretty often. Definitely worth it.

Try the pincho mixto, it's amazing! Okay, like most people who go out and have a few drinks I'm usually starving by the end of the night. I also have had many a late night meal that were quite awful, so when I found La Colina, you can imagine how happy I was when I found this place. I usually have the perro jumbo, a perro that comes with cheese, pink sauce, pineapple sauce and chips. It's your typical Colombian perro but for some reason it just tastes so much better here. There is also a super perro option that brings all the sauces, bacon and quail eggs on top and it doesn't stop there. They have a huge menu with delicious options for all types of cravings and are open until 6am on Friday and Saturday nights and 2 am the rest of the week. Have a perro here and you'll probably forget about any other place you've been to.

This is hands down my favorite hot dog place in Miami. The small hotdog is fantastic. The sauces crate a wonderful mix of flavor in your mouth and the pineapple one is perfection. The fries are great too and the extensive menu gives you many options to choose from. The pincho is really great too but I usually stick to the classic colombian hotdog.

If you're gonna have anything here, you have to have the patacones. They are life changing! Service is fast and thankfully the staff speaks English too.

This Colombian / Venezuelan place was became a pretty well-known late night spot (although it is not as glitzy as Los Perros or Mega Perros) since this place was a popular kiosk by La Covacha, an overly popular Latin club in Doral. Burgers here are said to be good but I have not tried much other than the biggest arepa they have in the menu, the reina pepiada arepa, and the cachapas. Verdict: Stay away from the shredded chicken - I found them to be too dry on both of my visits. The shredded beef was better. The prepackaged cachapas were tasty though (they use one of the better brands - La Pradera). Prices were cheaper than most other places, and by over a dollar. For satisfying late night munchies, I wouldn't mind coming back here. Closed at 2 Am Sundays to Thursdays; 5:30 AM Fridays & Saturdays.
