This place is amazing! It's my local cafe and I come here knowing whatever is on the menu will be fantastic. Traditional Italian food, made from scratch with love (and lots of veggies). The food is always ready so you never have to wait. I've never had a local spot where everyone knew my name until I stumbled upon La Bottega On the Bay. I bring all of my friends through here and recommend it to every visitor I can. Stop thinking about it and eat here already. You can thank me later :)

Coffee was excellent. Breakfast sandwich was fine - nothing to write home about. Wait staff is very friendly and accomodating. 80's music on the patio is epic.

Terrible service and very greasy food, way too expensive for this type of place. When we moved to the area we thought it would be great to have this place with a view of the park and the bay, but it turned out that the waitresses believe they are doing you a favor when they serve you, the tables most of the times are dirty and the food is pricey for what you get. If you only ask for a coffee, which is the only thing I would recommend to have there, they look at you like if you were the cheapest person on earth, making them waste their time serving you. Conclusion, enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean and the park but somewhere else....

Excellent home-cooked Italian food. Carlo is great, as is the rest of the rest of the staff. A true hidden gem.

Man, oh man, how I wish I could give this place 6-stars. You MUST, and I mean MUST, try their Chicken Milanesa with roasted potatoes! Coming from an Italo-Uruguayan/Italo-Argentine background, I've had a few shares of Milanesa during my time, and this place is up their with mom's cooking. Go to La Bottega, they don't upset!

This is a really cute cafe and market on the ground floor of my friend's apartment building. It has a great view of the water and the owner is very friendly. We just ordered drinks on the day we went, but they had some amazing looking desserts in the pastry case! And the owner offered us some complimentary cookies to go with our drinks. My only issue was that I had gone with then 4 month old son and sat outside on the patio tables. We sat next to two other tables that had kids as young as mine. While outside a man seated himself with his girlfriend and started smoking. My friends and I moved along with one of the other tables that had kids. I guess the guy was offended, and then inquired rather loudly with the owner if it was okay to smoke on the patio. The owner looked at all of the kids and said yes. I'm sure it is perfectly legal to smoke on an outdoor patio at a food establishment in Dade county, but the lack of courtesy by the other customer and the owner rubbed me the wrong way. Either way, if I go back with a kid I guess I will have to be stuck inside!

If you arrive a little too early for a cruise out of Miami this is a great place to grab a hot, delicious breakfast before you board your ship. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Try dinning outside on the patio. You'll enjoy a beautiful view of Margaret Pace Park with fancy yachts glimmering behind in the background. Their fresh squeezed orange juice lets you know you're in Florida.

I think this would have been 4 stars if the parking situation had been friendly. All the spots were taken and two occasions. Also while the food was good and the amount was plenty the pricing seemed rather high at $14 - $15 average. Two people came out to $30 with no drink.

We were staying at the Doubletree down the road and decided to venture out for some food. I am glad that we did because the food is absolutely amazing! Food is made fresh with a new menu everyday - everything tastes homemade. Relaxing view - it is across the street from a local park and if you decide to sit outside, you'll have a beautiful view of the bay. This place is a must if you are in the area and just want to sit out and relax a little bit with some delicious food.

Great Italian food and coffee. Oh my, the coffee always taste great. I prefer the lunch to their breakfast because their are more options. Also, sell wine and food in the back. The owners are vey nice and always working hard. Sit outside, watch people at the park and enjoy authentic Italian food.

I have now eaten breakfast twice in one weekend at La Bottega. Each occasion was a great experience! I had eggs, potatoes, sausage and a cappuccino. Everything was very fresh. I met one of the owners who was VERY friendly .I love the fact that they deliver and their market is very cute. I plan to return this week for one of their paninis! :)

I am so very lucky because this special Italian cafe/deli is right at the foot of my building (Bayfront Park) Food: 5 stars. Service: 5 stars. I find that EVERY time I eat ANYTHING from here I am savoring it. The homemade pizza...mamma mia.. I literally did not want to finish my slice. I am not exaggerating. Their pizza is that delicious. Other faves: the Torta Della Nonna (dessert) is superb. Best caponata in town, hands down. I had a mixed greens salad there one time and I was savoring THAT. They just do good food. It's obvious that they put a great amount of care, detail and authentic Italian MAGIC into their food, but you'll also get excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. The owners/staff are friendly, cool and modest - considering how great the food is ;) Highly highly recommend stopping in. Opens early, closes late. Also, vegetarian options are available. Why is this and all the other reviews being filtered??? I'm not a robot.

Definitely to add to the list of Miami's Best Kept Secrets. Absolutely love this place. It has all a little eatery needs to have to be perfect. First of all, it's independently run, not corporate-owned. That ensures the "cool" factor from the start. True-Italian owners add more coolness points to the mix. It does show in all the details: from the selection of available products, to the quality of prepared food, to the design touches, and even the selection of music being played inside. Then the size and location is perfect, too. Not too big, not too small. Smart mix of small boutique/gourmet mini-market, and eatery. Not too many tables, not too few. Breath-taking views of the bay and park outside. So soothing and relaxing if you go during day-time; either for a casual business meeting, or catching up with a friend, or working by yourself with your computer. Finally, a special hats-off to the quality of the coffee they prepare and serve inside. Nor Lavazza, nor Segafredo, nor Illy: they work with this less-known original Italian brand called Pascuci, from Monte Cerignone. The roast is to die for. And if you order a cappuccino, get ready to be instantly transported to any street of Italy when you see the piece of art they put in front of you in the shape of a cappuccino. These people are real artisans of food. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Cute mom and pop place. Although the food is very simple, it is prepared well and taste great. Coffee is awesome. My husband and I both got veggie omelets which comes with potatoes and toast. Even though it takes a little bit to prepare (we got there when they just opened for the day) it was so worth it. Staff was very friendly. Will go again next time we are in Miami.

A very conveniently located cafe/deli/mini mart at Quantum Bay. Some of the most authentic italian food around from the panini's to the home made salads to amazing entree's that change daily and are prepared on premise by the owners' mother & brother. They are open for breakfast, lunch & dinner - have a nice brunch menu for Sundays' and stay open pretty late which is an added plus. Everyone is extremely warm and welcoming - it has become our second home & now they know us by name! So for all my friends who live at Marriott, Opera, Quantum def check it out You know who you are ;-)~

Solid food; entrees about 10-20 each; looks like a small deli with a few tables for eating.

Although, conveniently located right outside of my apartment, the experience was much less than convenient. They will only take cash payments for items under $5. That transaction may have only been worth the monetary price of $3, but I was also scoping the place out and planning my next visit. The encounter with the woman at the cash register put a sour taste in my mouth and I haven't been back since. Big mistake on their part considering I am pretty bad with my money and love to spend it on drinking wine outdoors.

What looks like a typical high-rise convenience store from the outside is actually a gourmet cafe! Bottega has a small selection prepared foods as well as paninis and salads. The server behind the counter (also the chef) was very friendly and quite proud of the food he was offering. I had the baked salmon with artichoke and capers with couscous and a salad - AMAZING! I can't wait to go back.

We were staying at the Hilton Downtown waiting for a cruise and found this amazing place. We loved it so much we went for dinner twice and breakfast once. Amazing customer service and great authentic Italian food. Also bought some wine - really wonderful value.

ITALIAN 100%. Very friendly, very helpful, very kind ppl. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, brunch and happy hour too with a very good glass of wine, italian bruschetta or you can go with a nice tavolozza ( chopping board with coldcuts and cheese selection from all around the world) plus a beautiful view on the bay (they have tables outside too). Priceless. The food is AWESOME! Italian food of course ;) Not expensive at all. Inside also, they have a little grocery. Very useful btw. Casual, family atmosphere. I'm there almost everyday. Try it and let me know!

Just AMAZING!! I Love this place, I come here every day and they always have a wonderful meals, either pasta or meat or fish of the day with one side for only $10!!! then if you want a combo meal with 2 sides, a soup or a salad and a soda everything for $15!! then they have those incredible paninis that melts in your mouth! I am from Paris and my dad is Italian and my mom is Danish, so I grew up with great food and when I eat there I feel like I am back home and that I am eating in a restaurant in Italy that is only known by the locals. The deserts are priceless, I am eating the "crostatta di Nutella" (Nutella tart) and drinking a cappuccino as I am typing this review, umm umm amazing! And on top of all that they have a small market with imported goods straight from Italy and some of wines from Italy, France, New Zeland, some beer from around the World! And the people working there are very friendly, the make you feel like you are home, and like if you part of the family! If you live in the area or if you are just visiting the area, you should definitely try it out, you would love it. ;-)

  • Phil S.

The food might be okay. I actually never tried it. However, they have a convenience store integrated and for a 6-pack of beer something around 18 dollars is just way too expansive. At Bayparc Plaza you pay 12 USD. Something to be considered...

  • Tanya L.

Love this place! Delicious home made Italian food but what is more important the service is outstanding! Very warm friendly atmosphere, always a pleasure to stop by even just for a cup of coffee. (btw they have a convenient store!) oh and the home made deserts are sooooooooooo good!!!

  • Dee G.

Food is decent. Prices are beyond outrageous. But the reason I will never go back is what looked like the owner (older blond woman) who was so rude when I went there to use the wifi on Christmas Eve. She kept asking me if I would order now or later. I didn't know I had to order anything at an empty restaurant. I've spent $15 on pancakes with a side of sausage in the past. The wifi didn't even work and when I asked her about it, she just said "I don't know" in a rude way. No way to treat a regular at an overpriced spot that no one off of n. Bayshore drive has a reason to go to. Ill go to Starbucks next time.

The food is ok. I live on this block and to eat there is convenient but I rather drive elsewhere. They are very sneaky with pricing, they change it based on how the feel . When we ordered they told us it was a bfast sandwich so I went to sit down. Once we ate my friend went to pay and they charged a completely different price my bfast sandwich was charged for all ingredients (lettuce tomato egg and ham) and even the bread it was 15.45 for bfast when it advertised for 6 dollars and something. All I changed on this sandwich was the bread. It was absolutely ridiculous bfast sandwiches came to over 30 dollars. They are sneaky very sneaky and service is like they are doing me a favor by coming in. Nothing out of the extraordinary. I like that they are near. Bathroom is nasty and men's bathroom is broken so both use the ladies.

Delicious for breakfast!! We rolled up on this place our last day in town, because it was close to our hotel and we happened to see it on our walk the day before. My breakfast plate included some of the thickest, most glorious bacon that I have ever had the pleasure of consuming! It was delicious in all it's bacon glory. Truly stands out as a highlight. Hubs had a breakfast sandwich which was pretty much a mobile version of my plate. Cute place - it seems like they are dog friendly, there were a few patrons that brought their pups in while picking up their odds and ends.

I recently moved to the area and decided to visit this place when my family visited me. -service was great and courteous -I ordered a grilled chicken panini but they told they ran out of grilled chicken -I ordered a tuna panini, but they told me they ran out of tuna -I ordered a chicken salad sandwich but they told me they ran out of chicken salad -finally I was able to order a turkey panini. They turkey panini was good kinda pricey but good. -my mom asked if they were able to make iced coffee like in Starbucks which they said they could... Oh boy that was a lie... That coffee was awful. -overall its a good place with courteous employees and good for a quick sandwich if they happen to actually have the ingredients to make it.

I live in the 1900 block so La Bottega on the Bay is an extremely convenient place for me! They have an order, pay, and go method so for those on the go it's great! For the more relaxed/just hanging out days they have indoor seating or outdoor seating with a tv for those with pets... So yes! Extremely pet friendly with a bowl of water near the outdoor entrance to keep them hydrated! The food is authentic Italian and each day they have a variety of specials along with their regular menu. They also offer wine by the glass or you can purchase the bottle for there or to go! So not only is it a cafe/restaurant but it's also a market with a variety of imported goods from Italy, France, and Spain! I feel so lucky I don't have to go too far to get my Italian and European eats and goodies!

This wasn't as wonderful as I had expected, based on the Yelp reviews. The place was hard to find. Signage was not as prominent as it could be. The selection of hot ready food was nice. I chose the breaded fish in marinara sauce, with a side of roasted potatoes. The food was fine however, I thought the pricing was a bit high for the overall quality and ambiance.

This place is delicious! Small family owned business. The service is great. The staff and owners are very welcoming. On my first trip to Miami, I was looking for a place that makes their food from scratch. I had the chicken primavera which was delicious. I was expecting the chicken to be dry but it was very moist. I also tried the beef meatballs and that was great too. The food was light and filling. I went back for breakfast the next day and the portion of food was huge. I ordered their "Classic" dish which included bacon, eggs, home-fries, toast and American coffee. It was all great however their fresh squeezed orange juice was the best part! Absolutely wonderful.

I love this place. I have been here so many times for their hot food. Whoever is the chef, knows what's going on! Great selections of Italian food. They usually have some kind of seafood, chicken, pasta, veggie, and other meat options. Although it can be pretty pricey, their portions are large enough to share. They also have a breakfast menu of which I always order the same thing: the breakfast club sandwich (to die for). They also make freshly squeezed OJ :) It's located right across the street from the park where you can sit outside and watch all kinds of dogs, cyclists, runners, etc.

Great for a quaint breakfast... You can sit outside or inside with a nice bay view... We had the French toast and croissant sandwich which was pretty good. The fresh squeezed orange juice was excellent! The only thing we didn't like was that our orders came out at different times.

Without a doubt, they have the best lasagna I have ever had. From California (not sure if that disqualifies my Tuscan taste buds), and I have yet to have a meat sauce comparable to LA Bottega. In addition to the food, customer service is unmatched. The owner was instrumental in the food we chose, and spent a lot of time talking to us. I have another week hear. I'll be back for that cheesecake I didn't have room for today.

La Bottega is a hybrid sort of place; they have prepared hot foods, a small grocery section, and a coffee section with some pastries. We came in here for a late breakfast on a weekday. It's location right near a park by the water makes for some pleasant outdoor eating and relaxing, and the food was pretty solid, but nothing that will leave a lasting impression. It's good , fast Italian food and from what we all had it was fairly fresh. Out of what I can recall, I had the eggplant rollatini which I had no complaints about, but it could have been slightly uniformly warmer rather than in patches. One of our crew's BBQ chicken was great, although he didn't enjoy it as much so I finished it for him. Some of the options were a overly greasy, and that takes me out of the experience a bit. The girls behind the coffee counter and register were extremely friendly and cool, and the guy dealing with the hot food was knowledgeable and was really into food. Cappuccino was great, too. We each spent around $18 for some hot food and a coffee or drink. Not cheap, but it's not shabby food items or portions you're getting, either. Remember, there's not much in terms of walking distance , anyway. I wouldnt come back unless its for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; lunch if I'm absolutely out of options. It wasn't too early for wine but we were recovering from a brutal night, so we didn't try, but that is also an option here that looks rather enticing. Edit : I saw someone leave a review comparing it to Italian food from NYC. Yes, I agree, in NYC this would get a 2 star review from me as well, but I am working in context of location)

I'm a big fan of Margaret Pace Park - on any given day you may find me there walking, trying to bike (a bit too crowded for that) or maybe taking a yoga class. After seeing this place across the street about 100 times, I decided it was about time to stop in. La Bottega is a hybrid of a few different things. It has a small section that's like a market, presumably for the people that live in the building. The other half is where the magic happens. They have a small selection of beer and wine (including wines by the glass) as well as of sandwiches, pastries, and sort of cafeteria style hot food that they make fresh daily. I've eaten the hot food several times, and I've always been really satisfied. The last time I was there I had a broiled fish that came with a heaping portion of rice as well as cooked veggies (tomato, squash, eggplant). It was great, huge, and only cost $10-12. The wines by the glass are also an excellent value - I know I've had a few glasses there at around $5 each - you're lucky if you see prices like that even during happy hour. Also, location is hard to beat, and the people working there (I want to say it's family run) are always really friendly and helpful. Overall, this is an awesome place to get a cheap, tasty, casual meal while you sit and admire the park/bay view.

Adorable little cafe across from the park on the bay. After reading all the reviews we popped in for lunch. They have a small section of grocery items, soda's, wine and ice cream for purchase. The front counter has prepared hot foods, such as pasta's. When I looked at what was hot I quickly changed my mind on ordering. The food looked dried out from sitting all morning. We checked the board and realized they had panini's, cool we both ordered different panini's. The owner or chef not sure is Italian, he is very personable and friendly. We sat at a table inside. It's quaint inside, very clean as well. I am sure if this was in my building I would frequent it often. After a short wait we were given our panini's. The prosciutto was good, bread was good and they came with a side salad. All of the ingredients from the meat, cheese and vegetables all tasted fresh and I appreciated watching him cut the meat fresh on the slicer. To stop in for a quick lunch why not. It is nothing out of the ordinary, prices are average. A solid three star's, it's OK in my opinion.

This was a very nice surprise. Walking by the bay you'll find this mom and pop shop serviced by an Italian family! The food is made fresh daily and their taste will make you remember "la nonna" a very own Italian grand mother! The place holds a market inside where you can find exquisite delicatessen, and a variety of goodies to take home and enjoy at home. I really enjoyed the vibe of the place and the attention of the staff.

This small cafe is in a condo complex and serves the local crowds, it was a little hard to find but worth the effort. They have a little convenience store area with cold drinks and some snacks, plus a cafe-style menu that looks like it changes pretty frequently. Service was fantastic and the food was tasty but could have been a little hotter. I got a lot of food, wanted to try lots of things, and it was still pretty reasonable. Quick update... Definitely a fan. Got here a little earlier and everything was fresh and hot. Nice people here too.

If you're on low carbs diet and go to La Bottega on the bay, it's the perfect time to eat Its white fish with herbs, delicious and consistent flavor, sides: sautéed spinach and baked carrots with corn. Yummy Also I could get a fork of exquisite rigattoni a la matriciana, if you love pasta, get it!!!. Pastries absolutely delicious!!! Torta de la Nona and Nutella tart. Prices A++ plus a good selection of Italian products at its grocery store.

Amo La Bottega on the Bay. Authentic, authentic, authentic Italian cafe at the street level of the Quantum Towers. It's a semi mini grocery store as well as an Italian cafe. It's a gem. A best kept secret. And you must go. The menu changes daily as everything is made fresh. Some of my favorites is the lasagna, roasted potatoes, prosciutto and mozarella panini, any of the soups that they have daily, the meatballs served with rice, and the pork rolls. Oh, the pork rolls. *salivates* They also have fresh baked goods, pies, cookies. Salads. Coffee and espresso. They also serve breakfast. I've only been for dinner but need to come back for breakfast. All in all, you need to go!

Living in the neighborhood is great, but having this little gem right beneath our noses is what makes it even better. They deliver to your doorstep (for those days you just can't leave) also have pick up. The employees are so sweet and know everyone's name; very personable. Love that I can buy goodies in their little shop.

Great place for breakfast. I have yet to try their lunch and dinner options, but the breakfast here is cooked on demand and they use real eggs, not watered down egg beaters or milk to add fluff to an otherwise measly amount of eggs to cut corners. Housed on the bottom floor of the 1800 Club condo building, not the Quantum as some incorrectly pointed out, this establishment is both a small provisions market and deli with a decent wine selection, as well as a casual restaurant, and the people running the place are young, yet very friendly. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. After visiting a friend at the 1800 Club, we decided we were both hungry for breakfast and since La Bottega is downstairs, this was definitely more convenient than walking the 10+ blocks to the Starbucks on Biscayne. My friend ordered a classic breakfast, which came with toast, scrambled eggs, potatoes, coffee and sausages. I got the good morning sandwich, which is a bagel that comes with scrambled eggs, melted cheese and sausage. The breakfast itself was a definite improvement from other grease spots like Denny's and was light, not heavy. I tried some of my friend's potato chunks and they were great, very lightly seasoned, with pepper and not greasy or salty. My bagel was tasty and I found their tea selection to be quite decent, with several Twinings tea options (like Earl Grey, one of my all-time favorites), unlike other places which only offer Lipton black tea. They were nice enough to allow me to substitute the breakfast coffee with tea, as I don't drink coffee, and they brought me a lemon slice and some honey to add to my tea. The view from La Bottega is gorgeous. Yesterday morning's weather was pleasant and we sat outside and watched the sun sparkling on the bay waters, while we ate and people walked their dogs and exercised at Margaret Pace Park. When we were finished, we did not want to get up, we wanted to enjoy the lovely views! This is a somewhat small, cozy spot, it would make a great hangout place for locals wanting late-night grub (but not TOO late, they close at around 10:30 during the week) with a glass of wine and without having to drive or get all dressed up to head out to a restaurant. The music was mostly 70s-80s hits, like the Bee Gees, and kept at a moderate volume. I don't use Facebook, but have been told they have daily specials that change every day and these are advertised on Facebook. I will have to try their lunch or dinner options sometime, but in the meantime, if you live in the area, this is a solid breakfast spot, and it's worth checking their lunch and dinner specials as well, judging by the Yelp reviews and photos.

ECCELLENTE CUCINA ITALIANA Just as good at any of the best Italian restaurants of San Francisco, Chicago, & New York. Only difference is no white tablecloth, fine china and polished silverware... as well as the leather bound menu tenor prices. Everyday is something different to try. Its sincere friendly service from the heart. I could dine here everyday and never be tired of the splendid daily entrees. Small shop with limited seating capacity.

Went in looking to get the lasagna, but it was not available because the chef chooses 5 dishes from the hot menu every day, so it is anyone's guess what is going to be the offering of the day. Decided to wait and had some Greek salad that was pretty good. Ended up getting chicken a la Milanese and was tender and good, the roasted vegetables delicious. What took me aback was the prices, too pricey for what was being offered.

Ughhhh!! Im sorry Yelp & plz dont hate me for this review but you guys really HYPE THIS PLACE UP!! Was not EXCELLENT like another yelper stated.. I don't even think it was good to be honest and yet while I did finish my plate of misery (really didn't have a choice becuz it was way to EXPENSIVE ) 14 bucks! 4 lunch?? Wht a joke. Lol.. but seriously it was cold! No where near hot after sittin under the heat lamp and my Roasted Carrots & Corn were beyond ROASTED.. THEY WERE BRUNT TO A CRISP!! Believe me, they looked very appetizing and had lots of flavors goin on but Couldn't enjoy them like I wanted to :-( So now Im pissed becuz im sittin at this beautiful Establishment with a plate full of cold pasta and brunt Veggies.. how disgusting!! Really wanted to like this place and didn't know this place rotates their menu so you really cant order to ya liking.. gotta order from wht they already have prepared for the day and that's not a problem, only if I was told that before arriving, kinda felt mislead :-)

Nice breakfast stop and conveniently located. I wouldn't put more stars since breakfast was similar to what you'd expect and a bit pricey in comparison to some of the other options around the area ($9-10) for an egg dish with eggs or bacon, toast and potatoes. Their coffee is delish, not the typical watered down cup of Joe some spots will serve which is a plus. Came for dinner another night and they had a wine tasting. I was greeted with friendly faces. I had a seafood mix (mussels, fish, veggies in a marinara sauce) with rice and broccoli and my friend the chicken Alfredo. She liked her dish. Mine was good, nothing exceptional but it hit the spot. Pricing was $13. Overall a decent establishment, conveniently located and with friendly staff so I will return.

The food is great, but the pricing is outrageous. I feel like I spent a whole paycheck on two meals and two coffees. It should be like that when the place right down the street is 60% and arguably has better coffee. Please change you pricing and more people will enjoy your establishment.

We were waiting for my passport and wanted to find something in walking distance. We found this place on the maps app and decided to give it a try. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is adorable! My husband and I both had the buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto paninis. Everything was fresh tasting. The space is a bit small but they have some seating outside as well.

Living in the neighborhood is great, but having this little gem right beneath our noses is what makes it even better. They deliver to your doorstep (for those days you just can't leave) also have pick up. The employees are so sweet and know everyone's name; very personable. Love that I can buy goodies in their little shop.

Coming from an Italo-Uruguayan/Italo-Argentine background, I've had a few shares of Milanesa during my time, and this place is up their with mom's cooking. Go to La Bottega, they don't upset!

If you live in the area or if you are just visiting the area, you should definitely try it out, you would love it. ;-)

The food might be okay. I actually never tried it. However, they have a convenience store integrated and for a 6-pack of beer something around 18 dollars is just way too expansive. At Bayparc Plaza you pay 12 USD. Something to be considered...

Love this place! Delicious home made Italian food but what is more important the service is outstanding! Very warm friendly atmosphere, always a pleasure to stop by even just for a cup of coffee. (btw they have a convenient store!) oh and the home made deserts are sooooooooooo good!!!

  • Naty K.

Living in the neighborhood is great, but having this little gem right beneath our noses is what makes it even better. They deliver to your doorstep (for those days you just can't leave) also have pick up. The employees are so sweet and know everyone's name; very personable. Love that I can buy goodies in their little shop.

Love this place! Delicious home made Italian food but what is more important the service is outstanding! Very warm friendly atmosphere, always a pleasure to stop by even just for a cup of coffee. (btw they have a convenient store!) oh and the home made deserts are sooooooooooo good!!!

A little too overprices in my opinion. Food is good, but could be better. The Lasagna is good tasting, but the texture isn't very on point at times, too soft/liquidy. The view and ambience is great though.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
