Nourishing comfort food that is made with love and packed with flavor? Yes, please. Hidden inside a plain looking office park just south of Whole Foods, it is worth a stop. Chef Dominique came out of the kitchen personally when he heard me ask for a gluten-free vegan recommendation. Since I had been eyeballing the "cupcake" in the Yelp photo gallery, that's what I ordered. Fluffy quinoa topped with soft, creamy avocado and a curried tofu scramble with black beans, tomato, figs and balsamic reduction. Explosion of flavors and 100% satisfying. Who says vegan food leaves you hungry and deprived? While I was waiting, Chef D. brought out a complimentary tostada, topped with veggie puree made from eggplant, carrots and beans. Sooooo delicious. Desserts aren't gluten-free, unfortunately, including the tofu cheesecake. So Chef D. offered to make me a quinoa flour crepe. I was totally stuffed but curious/ greedy. The crepe was awesome. Moist, soft, and stuffed with warm blackberries and walnuts. Even though my stomach was bursting I couldn't stop eating it. Love this place. Wish they delivered to downtown!

So i've been here a few times in the past. Whenever I'm in the North Miami area I tend to make my way to this little hidden gem. Let me start by saying the food is simply amazing. Each and every item they bring out is fresh, I have never been disappointed here. I tend to go to the same items which include the Pumpkin soup, probably the best pumpkin soup ive had. I could live off of this alone. Normally I get chicken fajitas which I crave pretty much everyday. It comes on whole wheat pita bread with a guac spread covered in onions, peppers, chicken cooked perfectly (and i believe tomatoes but i hold off on those) This alone is so full of flavors it keeps my mouth watering. Today I got the mediterranean salad which is also a favorite of mine. The mixture of ingredients makes every bite enjoyable. I also add chicken to this. Along with the outstanding food and generous portions, the service compliments the food. Each staff member ive ever encountered seem so friendly and genuine. They keep it professional with the "my pleasures" yet always add their personalities in as well which make it more enjoyable to grab a quick bite there. Today we spoke with the owner, who is such a sweetheart, told us how they get their food fresh, local and some organic products daily. He also was kind enough to make us a goat cheese/fresh honey and fruit plate which alone was so delicious! Anyway, if you're in the area definitely try this place out! You will not be disappointed!

For places such as this, i wish 6 stars were an option! Truly clean and healthy options (especially on the go) are difficult to find. Their healthy dishes are anything but basic - from the volcano snapper, pumpkin soup, and healthy quesadillas that never disappoint. They also have options such as soba/zucchini noodles, quinoa/brown rice, and super clean fresh smoothies. The desserts are pretty bomb as well- when I am lucky enough to snag one, the cookies sell out the minute they come out of the oven. I usually order delivery, one time they forgot a side item, but they sent 3 extra on the house with my next order to make up for it. Great staff of genuine people, always consistent, never fail to go above & beyond. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

Fantastic! The food is so good and fresh and the owner and staff were so warm! Wow! What a hole in the wall you must try! Lots of great options for vegans and non vegans too! Just good fresh food! Highly recommend!

Food so good, I can't wait to go back! Awesome service from start to finish. Great suggestions for my gluten free diet! We had the buckwheat soba noddles and the tropical salad. Yum! I couldn't eat it, but my date had the tofu cheesecake and thoroughly enjoyed. I am jealous lol

Not a 100% vegan place, but very close, since the owner and chef, its vegan. Found this hidden gem secluded in the intricate structure of an office building in Biscayne Boulevard. Not your average location, that's for sure, but once you get there you realized the neighborhood have another healthy option, besides Whole Foods. I was browsing the extensive menu, and the chef offered me a sample of his now famous vegan pumpkin soup. It was very tasty, and a nice gesture for a new customer. He explained me he can prepare any dish vegan in the menu, by request. Nice. After some deep consideration, I decided to have the soba noodles entree with grilled tofu for $9.99. Full of flavors with all those scrumptious crunchy veggies. Portion size was perfect. And to top it all off, I had a coconut vegan cake ($4), that was simply delicious. Most importantly, and rare these days, the staff was so friendly, that I will definitely be coming back soon.

"Healthy cooking" shouldn't translate into tasteless food and small portions... I spent $33, ordering food for delivery, which took over an hour and a half. I should really stop tipping delivery people 20% (using Grubhub) prior to receiving my food, as they tend to become careless. After waiting for 1 hour, I got a call from one of KC Healthy Cooking's staff members, informing me that they had made a mistake and prepared sweet potatoes instead of the ones I ordered. My options were to take the sweet potatoes or wait even more... so I chose not to wait. The sweet potatoes were slightly burnt, but edible. Everything inside the bag I received was covered in orangey grease. I had to spend more time cleaning the mess up and transferring the food before I could finally sit down and eat. The $9 grilled chicken sandwich turned out to be 1 chewy chicken breast shoved in between 2 thin slices of plain sliced bread. There were also "vegetables" - read: 2 cucumber slices, 3-4 salad leaves and some shredder carrots pieces that kept falling everywhere. The hummus was spicy, so I couldn't eat it. I wish this fact was mentioned on the menu. Sigh. I also ordered their Green Goddess Juice (apple, celery, cilantro, cucumber, kale, lettuce, lime and parsley.) It arrived warm, so I am currently chilling it in the fridge. $33 and I was left so hungry, I had to send my husband to buy more food. Meh.

This place is my favorite! I work in the building next door and I used to be excited for the Whole Foods to arrive, but after finding KC Health Cooking - it is ALWAYS my go to! The food is literally addicting! It is sooo flavorful but you are eating extremely healthy ingredients. The portions are large so it always lasts me two days. The Seda Cupcake was recommended to me by the staff and it is INCREDIBLE; I dream about it. I wish I could afford to eat here every day because I would. I pretty much live at my job and I am so happy that this place exists! Also the staff is extremely helpful as well! They're a delight to come see!

  • Brenda C.

Wow! Love the atmosphere, the staff is great and the food is amazing. Catered to my NONVEGAN son and I was happy with the vegan menu for myself!! Super laid back, great conversation and awesome price for food! Left with a full tummy!!

This place is a hidden gem for vegan / vegetarian food. They serve meat too. The salads and soups are great. They have the best cakes / desserts in town. I have ordered custom cheesecakes from them multiple times, all dairy free and with low sugar! They're delicious! I just ordered an apple / coconut cake for a friends B-Day next week!

  • A. B.

Now that's what I call customer service! We came by to have dinner while on a special restrictive diet, and we received smiles, kindness, understanding, and delicious food. We will definitely return when we can choose from the menu freely, but until then we suggest you stop by and receive some of their love!

YUM YUM YUM YUM. So I was looking for a gluten-free lunch option near work, and KC popped up. It was a bit difficult to find, since it's hiding in a high rise, but worth the effort. The restaurant was buzzing, but the server behind the counter greeted me and showed me the menu. He suggested the buckwheat pasta with chicken, and then found me a seat in the busy dining room. Although the place was small, there was plenty of space for all of the diners. Well, lunch was delicious. Garlicky and gingery goodness was delivered to me, and as a bonus, the server told me the entire dish was under 500 calories. Honestly, I would have eaten it all anyway, but that was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend KC for a casual meal, especially if you want something that tastes decadent without all of the guilt!

  • Maleek W.

Only gripe about this place is the location; someplace this good should not be hidden inside of some office building. Great tasting food!

  • Felicia B.

Didn't know they were on yelp yet but love love love this place! Coconut curry tilapia to volcano snapper to the pizza! Omg! Did I mention I love this place! The smoothies are delicious! We sampled the pumpkin soup, and it was amazing! I've brought everyone I know here and went while pregnant so the baby could enjoy it too :) definitely recommend!

  • Christine L.

I love this place! The food is delicious. The chef and waiters remember you. Actually just learned it's the same chef who used to work at Juilios juice bar on Miami Gardens drive....No wonder !! Try the volcano snapper, pumpkin soup...and my favorite- grilled sweet plantains! Also for all you avocado lovers -- they do not go cheap with the portion! Yummmyyy! The restaurant is hard to find...you wouldn't even know it's there. Havent tried any of their deserts yet since most are vegan but not gluten free. But they usually have carrot and coffee cake among other things.

    (5)
  • Lydia H.

Yummmy, you have to try the buckwheat soba noodles!

  • Kathiana T.

Found this restaurant through Eat24 and Yelp and their food is really good... Their food have have a lot of flavor. The Organic Buckwheat Soba Noodles with grilled chicken and it taste really good. I recommend trying this restaurant out .

This place is a hidden gem in North Miami. My husband and I have been going to this place for almost two years and the service is always excellent. Dominique treats you like family and so does his staff. The food is delicious. Try the buckwheat pasta and guava tofu cheesecake!!!

We were on vacation in Miami and searched for a place to eat healthy food and this place was great! They were so friendly and attentive. Also they had a very good variety of food choices. A great place for vegans and vegetarians. We had salmon, curry, fajita and smoothies and it was delicious. I was very filled and satisfied! I would definetly come back again.

  • Yasmin B.

Amazing service and the food is delicious, not to mention healthy!! Never imagined possible. Our waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. She even offered a bowl of water for my poodle. I ordered a wrap and my mom ordered noodles with salmon. It's a great place to have lunch or dinner and knowing that the food is healthy is a huge plus!!

    (5)
  • Linda E.

Despite only having lunch here once, I am blown away not only by the food, but the service as well. Don't be discouraged by the lack of signs both outside and inside the building, just take a right directly after entering through the lobby and you'll find it shortly after. Our server, Matt was hilarious and seemed genuinely happy to be there to help. Besides him, the rest of the small staff seemed very friendly and approachable. My friends and I were given a small pumpkin soup sample to try before our meals arrived, and it was so amazing I had to order two containers to go. Definitely try the buckwheat noodles and the guanabana juice!!

    (5)
  • Danielle S.

Yes the pumpkin soup is as good as all the reviews say. AND it's healthy!!! Great find via Groupon. I live right around the corner and I'm super happy to have found this hidden gem.

Pumpkin soup - Amazing. Kocoyeh quinoa - amazing... I like to get it with pesto chicken. Red velvet cookie...OMG.

  • Lauren F.

I cannot put into words how amazing this place was! I read some great reviews on Yelp.com and was expecting to be let down after it was rated and recommended so highly. However, no words could describe this place well enough for me to be let down. The owner was very attentive and gave some great recommendations. He even brought us a sampling of a few different soups he had. We ordered the pumpkin soup which has come highly recommended and we (husband and I) agreed completely. I LOVED the chicken soup. I'm making the hubby bring some home next time I have a cold. We had the buckwheat soba noodles and added chicken and the volcano snapper. Both were incredible. Our daughter (14 months) couldn't handle some of the spice as some foods were either strongly spiced or packed a punch of heat. The owner overheard us offer our daughter some of the avocado from our dishes and immediately brought her a bowl brimming with freshly cut avocado. So sweet! I only wish they had a high chair for her. Getting her to sit still and eat without her own chair was a challenge we weren't prepared for. However, we will be ready next time. And trust me, there will be a next time, and a time after that and a time after that...

Amazing food, service and people. Love their pumpkin soup, double espresso saved my life and great salads, sandwiches and wraps! I would eat here everyday if I lived here, just outstanding. Wish we had this in my neighborhood in LA.

The place is AMAZING! I found it absolutely randomly but wish I did it earlier! The food is out of the best! The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the place is calm and quiet. The only problem that its hard to find, but everything else is A+

Very good, flavorful and healthy vegan food. We've tried several vegan restaurants throughout Florida and this restaurant was one of the best.

The phrase "it is worth the wait is so applicable here" After the search to find the restaurant which is on the 1st floor of the office building , I walked in to smiling faces and the visibility of workers grating carrots. The Chef, Dominique suggested the special ( Jon Jon ( sp) rice with coconut milk with salmon which was delicious. Dessert was the tofu pumpkin cheesecake. I also had the juice ( immune) which I brought home for breakfast the next day. I am so glad I finally found this place and I will definitely go back.

There is a reason this restaurant has the best ratings in town! Its because they deliver on all levels! Chef Dominique is a mastermind inside and outside of the kitchen. His ideas are fresh and his ingredients are even fresher. This plaCe rocked my world. The menu is huuge and can be catered to all diets. This is seriously a one stop shop. From fresh juiced juiCes to healthy options. And if you live on Miami Beach where the prices are astronomical for this type of food, they will deliver to you. Wow. The "cheesecake" will leave a lasting impression on your mind, not your waistband. Order two, don't be bashful. That's all I can say about this matter. The service was great. They add a personal touch whenever possible. The Chef said he will stop at nothing to make his customer happy! I like that in a Chef..

I RARELY post reviews but I had to leave a review for this place as it's rare to find a place that is not only delicious, but also healthy and has awesome service. Matt was our server and he was amazingly attentive. He took my dirty silverware and I figured I'd have to ask for a new fork but he was back in seconds with a new fork. He gave us some curry tofu to try and the extra leftover of my sister's smoothie. So awesome. Dominic and Gina help run the place and I have to give them props for running such an amazing operation. I'll definitely be back. Ps. It's impossible to find but I'm kinda happy about that since if it was easy to find I think I'd have trouble getting a reservation in the future!

  • Bob B.

All reviews marked 5 stars - are truly true! I join to all positive reviews - dont pay attention to negative ones which probably (usually it is) just because people had a bad day - or way to picky! Once again, food, costumer service and etc is just above any places I've ever been. Only thing - not really easy to find this spot - its hidden for a reason.

  • R. K.

Thank you, fellow Yelper, for describing that this restaurant is located inside the lobby of a non-descript office building. No signage marks it from the outside, so I may have given up and gone to the Whole Foods buffet a few blocks away. Glad that I didn't! This is an informal spot with nothing noteworthy in terms of décor, but the food was healthy and tasted like it was made with care. The Executive Chef Dominique was friendly, came out of the kitchen to chat, and gave good recommendations. Pumpkin soup was off the chain. The buckwheat soba noodles were simple and only lightly favored, but satisfying. Price of the fresh squeezed juice was lower than other, more gentrified, venues. Support this local business!

  • Abbers M.

This is a nice little spot. The owner is outgoing and fantastic. He clearly cares a lot about his visitors and their happiness. Love his hot cacao drink (not sure if it's available all the time) and his approach. Great for vegetarians and vegans.

Unexpected location - nice food with veggie/vegan options. Inside of an office building - feels like a lunch joint. Have had great service both times we have gone!

OMG! This place was awesome and the owner was super nice! The food was clean, healthy and very flavorful. My sister had the grilled veggies wrap with chicken, my mom had the flat bread and I had the snapper sandwich. We also bought the coconut cake and the chocolate cake that were both amazing too! They are located inside an office building and are not allowed to put any signs so make sure you enter the building with number 11900 and then walk to the right hallway.

I was working at a restaurant on North Bay Village and I was looking for a healthy/vegan alternative. After looking at the reviews, I took a trip to the website and I must say it's amazing! All of the menu choices looked delicious! They do have a $30 delivery minimum (which I was happy to oblige, I was desperately hungry). I ordered the hummus and pita bread (comes whole wheat), black bean soup, veggie wrap with tofu, and a quinoa veggie salad. The person who answered was very happy and made my order a breeze. Everything came in about an hour (rush hour traffic) and it was absolutely lovely. I will be telling everyone about it and definitely ordering from here again.

This is very weird place. It's inside the lobby of a nondescript office building. The best parking is in the back garage. While there doesn't appear to be any specific type of cuisine on display here, the food is totally great! As far as I could tell, The common thread between dishes here is "homemade". I've had Asian style noodles, jerk chicken wraps, turkey burgers, soups, juices, smoothies of all kinds. Everything was awesome. It was delicious, unique, and relatively healthy. The staff is great too. I work in the area, so this is easily one of my go-to lunch spots.

I only post on Yelp when I am blown away. The food here is as good as it gets in Miami. Seriously, the meal I had --- fresh wild salmon (cooked the best of ANYWHERE I have eaten), side of their house quinoa (with veggie) mix, the best green beans (in delicious homemade dipping sauces) -- could have been from a upscale establishment such as Michael's Genuine or just about anywhere with a big price point. It's that good. Don't let the plain, humble surroundings fool you -- or actually maybe it is the humble surroundings that make this place so special. Chef Dominque is a class act, the staff is family, positive and accommodating. (When they ran out of cakes for dessert (they all sounded yummy: coconut, carrot, coffee, and more...) Chef offered to make us something special!) Eat in, enjoy the people, the amazing food, you may even get a sample of their pumpkin soup, and enjoy the low price point in comparison to anywhere in Miami with food this good. Seriously, it was my best meal in Miami and I have eaten at some nice places. (But if you expect linen tablecloths and have an attitude, go elsewhere.) Thank you to KC Healthy Kitchen. I will be back. The vegan offerings I saw him make looked like they belonged on a magazine cover.... and looked scrumptious.

  • Kimberly C.

The food was great, the service was excellent, and it included a few taste-testers of some of their popular menu items. We had juices, soup, soba, and a wrap. The soba is magnificent and I would highly recommend it! The pumpkin soup is also quite fabulous. The service was super friendly and inviting. Do know that it is inside of an office building, and it's a bit difficult to find if you don't know what you're looking for! It's worth exploring and hitting a few wrong turns.

We visited this place during our trip to Miami. Very friendly staff, and they directed us very nicely as per our requirement. This place has the most amazing and unique menu with plenty of choices. Excellent juice menu. Delicious food. Loved this place.

I am from philly visiting family staying at the beach. I am into eating healthy so I yelped a place to eat. This place is amazing! The I had the gluten free buckwheat noodles and an amazing shake and a Ginger shot . The people that work here are so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is contagious. I loved the food, servers, cooks, and restaurant. So glad I came! Wish they Had more heathy conscious places to eat near me like this one. Defiantly coming back! And I got to watch the gana / Germany soccer game

And I'll write the 50th review on this place. Many of my reviews are lengthy but this one will be fairly short and sweet. This is a family owned and run cafe that specializes in healthy eating. They have a flurry of salads, I love the quinoa minus feta, add avocado, borderline sinful the way it is put together. Fantastic pumpkin soup that seems to be made almost daily, they almost always have it. One of the most popular has to be the soba noodles with veggies, you add on an all natural chix breast for $4. I would have to look closer but I don't believe this place is 100% organic on all their smoothies and salads, that might cause a few to pause but if this place had to use organic for everything they would have to charge double IMO. I prefer it as is. It sits in a business building just South of Whole Foods on the same side of the street. Parking garage on 16th Ave behind it, when you pull in take the ramp to your left for visitors and then after you park just go up the little stairs into the building and KC's will be just to your left, you'll see it as you enter the back of the lobby. Enjoy! 5 Star service, atitude, and the Chef will mix n match whatever you like, he is all to eager to make you happy and he is a phenomenal chef. He does wonders with salads and other dishes.

Great and very nice chef / owner. This place has the best pumpkin soup ever! (pic attached) They also have fresh juices and smoothies. Was so glad to see they're open on Saturday's too. Even though my friends and I showed up at 10:00 am, we still could order lunch food if we wanted. The owner / chef is VERY accommodating. The people I brought there both loved their food. It's sorta hard to find since the office building they're in doesn't allow them to put a sign outside, however, definitely try to find it cause it certainly is healthy, clean cooking and tastes great. It's the just south of the Whole Foods, in the office building next to the bank that is right next to Whole Foods. There is a side door that leads directly from the outside into the restaurant. I usually ride my bike there and sit at the outside tables which are along the side, to watch my bike. They also have tables inside and large screen t.v.s for those who prefer that.

  • Bernadette F.

There is no signage in front of the restaurant so look for the TALL BUILDING 11900...you cant miss it! No need to enter the building, just go to the right of the building and you'll see the entrance, as well as, an outside court yard with tables.. Service is VERY FRIENDLY! The Executive Chef/Owner Dominic came to our table and took our order personally. As it was my 1st visit and I was a little overwhelmed by the menu I asked him point blank..."What's the best item on your menu?" Answers- Soup/Pumpkin, Entrée/Soba Noodles w/Veggies (to which I added Chicken as well) and Dessert/DAIRY FREE Cheese Cake. Everything was AMAZING!! My son could not make up his mind and is new to CLEAN EATING as I like to call it and could not decide. Dominic asked him several questions about his likes & dislikes and makes him a CUSTOM MEAL just for him. Again, AMAZING!!! I have already recommended this place to several of my friends and family members: The décor is very simple. A pair of short and a t-shirt is suitable attire for this place. Very tasty, healthy food, with fresh ingredients. I can't wait to go back.

im very healthy eater and cooker so i have been dying to try this place for long time. i ordred a black wheat noodle and my partner had juice(i forgot name,it has garlic, apple ginger celery..etc ) and curry tiapilla. his juice was amazing! that was WOW and cheaper than whole foods, much better than smoothie king, closer than last carrot in coconuts grove . however my black wheat noodle was too salty and lack of something(mybe .. umami?)probably just i was expecting it like more japanese yaki- udon. usually when we japanese make stir fly noodles we gatta add mentuyu witch is soy souse and dashi( tuna bonito) for flavor.or just soy souse and powdered tuna bonito. thats what thay are missing to add. and i tried a spoon of curry ... papilla had little bit of spiciness but overall it was too sweet to me , like there was definitely artificial sweetness . i love indian curry so that wasnt for me . sorry.i really hate to say that after i saw so many good review . the restaurant was empty ,so i really felt bad to tell a ower that i have groupon . service was friendy just food was over seasoned ( but still healthy! so i finished it all anywy) if even though they still have a room to grow recipe up, i can give them 5star as organic juice bar !

Best service, delicious vegetarian food, and fresh juices in North Miami! Yum! I split a green juice, buckwheat noodles, sweet plantains, and a tropical salad with my boyfriend... Wow, its a hidden gem in north miami worth making the trip north for. Casual, very tasty and refreshing, easy for a quick lunch, and treated like your a star! Came to Miami for vacation and so glad we found such a great place to stop in for vegan and gluten free food! All the reviews that give this place 5 stars are telling the truth. :)

I was in Miami on a layover and needed to find a place that I could eat with my gluten allergy and being a vegetarian. All I can say is OMG! This place is clean, fresh delicious food, and great customer service. I drove 25min from my hotel to get here and am.very happy I did. It's abit hard to find, it inside the office building toward the back on the 1st floor. This is a great lunch place and will come again when in Miami.

Healthy, great service, and unique selection. Unfortunately, I did not find the food as flavorful as I would have liked...perhaps because it was so healthy :) This place is also very difficult to spot from the road.

Pumpkin soup was delicious! Fresh ingredients lots of flavor too. This place is a hidden gem really. Located in the lobby level of a corp building in North Miami. The staff was very friendly and engaged. Overall great lunch!

I don't know how I had such a different experience than everyone else who has rated this place. It started out OK I called and asked if they delivered and the employee was very helpful, I thought of some finally a place in Miami that's healthy, delivers and is friendly. When I called back 5 minutes later to place my order the employee set the phone down and finished a personal conversation. When he got back on the phone with me I had to repeat the order a few times, he forgot to charge me for hummus so we had to re-run my credit card but he was nice so I didn't think it was a big deal. He quoted me 45 minutes delivery. After an hour and a half I finally called to check on my order. The employee asked me to "hold" but once again just set the phone down and I listened to him argue with another customer about the price of a dish. When he came back I asked for the status of my order he said "oh yeah he just left like 10 minutes ago so he should be there soon." I was obviously irritated because he quoted 45 minutes but the food only left after an hour and 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours later my food arrived. The delivery guy didn't have a pen for me to sign so I asked him how am I supposed to tip you? He didn't know so I stood staring at him for a moment. He offered to go to his car (I had to meet him in the lobby) and I just told him to add the tip to the card when he got back. He was nice and apologetic but by this time I was starving and not happy. When I got upstairs with my food and opened it, it was HOT. You might think this is a good thing, however I had a ceaser salad, an avocado stuffed with chicken salad and hummus. NONE of these things are served warm. You could tell the food had sat out at the restaurant for over an hour in room temperature then sat in the sun in the car for a while as well. I couldn't eat the salad or avocado with chicken salad because they were so warm. I put them in the fridge even though I knew I probably shouldn't eat stuff with mayo and dairy that had sat out this long, but I had just dropped $30 and I wanted to eventually get something out of it! I took a couple bites of hummus but even this was too warm. I ended up eating leftovers. Later that night I decided to give the salad a try now that is wasn't warm. I ended up getting sick a few hours later. Threw away the rest of the food. Overall worst Miami dining experience so far and I'm out $30 for absolutely nothing! Very very disappointing.

Absurdly nice service from all staff members (not just our server). Super hard to find but they were helpful over the phone with landmark instructions -- it's inside an office building. Quiet, strange lighting, very amazing pumpkin soup, vegan cheesecake was very good, and we both weirdly left our wallets behind and they chased us down to return them! I don't live anywhere near the area but would love to go back when I return to Florida.

Delicious, healthy food with a homemade touch. Price is just right. Owner delivered our food himself! Will be ordering from here regularly, so glad we've got KC in the neighborhood.

Great service and amazing food. We had the noodles, such great flavor and you gotta try the vegan Gluten-Free carrot cake. It was to die for! The owner was so warm and inviting, and the waiter Matt was so happy. I love places where I can go for lunch and feel good, not only with food but with such an inspiring environment as well! Enjoy :)

Started with an organic pumpkin soup, followed by a quinoa/avocado/tuna fish "cupcake" (just shape) and finished it off with an amazing quinoa pesto pasta with edamame, basil and asparagus:) smiles inside and out....

Dominique the owner is a so hospitable and welcoming, he makes you feel like you're eating with family. Came here to eat a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Completely amazing!! We did family style & shared everything. We had the buckwheat noodles(veggie), the blackened tilapia flatbread sandwich and the veggie sandwich. All were amazing & flavorful. You must stop in and when you do please take the time to review this place,These people as you will see are like family & they deserve it.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I get delivery every time from grubhub.com and this place is the best on that site to me locally. The juices are delicious and fair priced, the food is always hot and delivered quickly. I love the black bean soup with avocado.

I live in Boulder, arguably one of the healthiest cities in the country, so I'm pretty lucky in having an expansive selection of healthy restaurants. So, when I travel, I'm usually less than impressed with other city's options. Miami, though, you never disappoint, and this place is your shining star. The owner is so good at what he does. The dish I had was amazing. The juice outstanding. The dessert delicious. All healthy! Go now!

If I can rate with 0 star I would totally do that. This place took 2 hours and 15 mins for take out orders that's only 7 miles away!! And I placed my order at 3:30pm on a Friday! Madness!!

This an incredible establishment. Let's get the only negative out of the way - the location. It is hard to find! But once you find it, ignore the location and simply enjoy the food! Everything that we tasted was extra delicious! The owner and staff are also great and very friendly! I would highly recommend it!

We are always looking for new places to eat in the hood. Saw the sign while driving by and decided to give it a try for lunch. Trying to figuring out where to park (had to go around the block to find the entrance to the buildings garage) we almost gave up. We were really glad we didn't. Although there isn't much atmosphere (kind of an office building dinner) the menu was extensive. The chef came over and spoke with us and gave us his philosophy on cooking. The food came out timely and it was delicious. The chef and the owner (Matt) both came over at different times to make sure we were happy. We were presented with an unexpected complimentary desert. Caramelized plantains with goat cheese, mint leaves and a raspberry. It was AWSOME. We will be back for sure. Check it out.

I ordered the Grilled Veggie wrap for delivery yesterday. It was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant, and was excited to try after hearing the great reviews. The customer service was great, I insisted on ordering the veggie wrap with mozzarella instead of feta cheese ( my mistake) and boy was I wrong. The mozzarella made the wrap very moist, and I wasn't able to enjoy my meal. I called back, told the manager my complaints, he offered his apologies gave me a full refund and told me to come back and try again. I did, I ordered the buckwheat noodles ( veggie with cajun tufu) SUPERB. The food is great, but I most appreciate the quality customer service. Best Food I've had in Miami.

Wow from the pumpkin soup to the guava tofu cheesecake the food was not only delicious but low in calories. The location may be difficult to find the 1st time but it is well worth the effort. We will return!!!

Went to have lunch at KC Healthy cooking today. The location is a bit strange inside an office building so if your not familiar to the area it could be a little hard to find. The restaurant is small interesting choice of decor but that's not really why I went . The service was really good they were over eager to help, you could tell that everyone who worked at KC's really cared about the customers. Since it was my first time visiting I was offered a free bottle of water that was a nice touch, I ended up ordering the 11900 Wrap with tofu. When I sat down I was given a hearty sample of curry pumpkin soup it was amazing. My wrap took about ten minutes by far the freshest and best lunch I have had in a long, long time. I also learned that they have delivery it is only till 5pm on the weekdays I wished it was a little later I would probably order from KC's instead of Here comes the sun for dinner. I will be going back soon and telling my friends about KC's I hope they stick around for a while!!!!
