The sashimi wasn't out of this world, but wasn't horrible either. The main reason for giving it two stars instead of three is that I discovered the fish is frozen. How'd I know? One of the pieces was not quite frozen on the inside.

Didn't feel fresh to us and ended up not feeling well. Don't think I'll order again but at least staff was nice.

Excellent place for fast- food sushi! It's by no means the best sushi out there but it does the trick.

Excellent ! Not much more to say. I've had Sushi in many places and this is one of the best. Spicy Tuna Spring : to die for ... OMG ! Quick, friendly service with fresh fish, that's properly cared for. The address is on the corner of SW 72 Place and SW 90 Lane, next to World of Beer. They don't sell alcohol, but you can pop next door, grab a beer, a drink it with your meal no problems. Very friendly service ! I was in town a few days only and HAD to go back 3 times. Kid friendly with games, books all for the use of patrons. I had a few rounds of Rock 'Em Shock 'Em Robots with my son. Love it.

Walked in wanting to try something new. The place was completely empty, and we weren't even acknowledged. After sitting down at a table, one of us went up to the bar to ask for a menu, the guy gave us one and told us to order whatever when we were ready. Needless to stay we sat down, looked at their cheap menu, and left, without even a goodbye from them.

This place is a gem! For anyone in the area looking for great service, great sushi and to be back at work before your lunch break is over, look no further this is your place. The lunch specials are amazing and with the variety of dishes you can have a different, healthy and delicious dish every day for about 4 months without putting a dent in your wallet. One more thing, don't forget to also check out the desserts. The Banana Tempura & Cheese Cake Tempura are my top recommendations.

Sushi is decent, fried rice was pretty good! It's a quick neighborhood bite to eat...

The food is aways good here! They are the Micky D's for sushi. I'm loving it! Dragon roll is my favorite.

When in need of a fast sushi fix. Iron Sushi hits the spot. It may not have the caché of Miyako's, Sushi Ko, or Akashi but it definitely delivers (pardon the pun lol) their rolls are the standard fare but the fish is definitely fresh. They are also very consistent with their food, you get what you order every time with the same taste. I love their half and half roll, which they substitute for brown rice, like I like it! Their salads are fresh and their ginger dressing is tasty. They are conveniently located next door to World of Beer Dadeland and also deliver to about a three mile radius. I am dying to venture into their soups, which have a great reputation. Guess I am a victim of habit lol I tend to always order the same thing every time. :)

It's OK if you're looking for something in the area. So-so food. Not great but not bad. Only downside I experienced was when I asked for help getting their 'free wifi' - the password was not being accepted regardless of whether I tried upper-case or lower case and although I was the only customer in the place (it had just opened) they had an attitude about my asking about it and ignored my request to verify the password was indeed correct. So much for customer service. There are many other sushi restaurants that would be happy to have my business without the attitude.

Salad was fresh and tasty. I really liked the dressing (it wasn't the typical ginger dressing with most side salads at Japanese places). The Alaska was fresh and flavorful - typical sushi with fish eggs on top (very tasty!). The Crispy Spy was good, but it was different from what I expected. It was 6 rice balls with the fish and whatever it was rolled in on top. It was a little hard to manage with chop sticks, but it tasted good nonetheless. I'll certainly be back to try some other options when I'm around here.

I orders some food from iron sushi yesterday. First I have to tell you I had iron sushi in south beach twice. This was more than six year ago. It was horrible, so I told my self I would never order from them, never! My neighbor told me he had iron sushi and it was really good, I thought ok may be that have improve and now they know how to serve quality food. And this is in south Miami. I'm sunset! So I order few things. Eel roll, salmon skin roll, and spicy tuna hand roll. Guess what? It was still horrible, these guys still have not learn how to make sushi, rice was dry, fish had a smell to it, and look old. I again have wasted my money with these iron sushi! That's it iron sushi Never again I will order from you!!!

Ordered from this location for delivery at 6:09pm from my work place which is less than 2 miles away. 7:00pm comes along and I call to check on the status of my order only to be reassured that the driver has left and there is traffic. 7:30 comes along and all I can think is, "Is this really how I die?" Thankfully, the sweet delivery man arrives 5 minutes later with our sushi. I ordered the Amigo sushi platter. For $21.95, you get a California roll, a dancing eel roll, a tuna roll, a JB roll, and a crunch roll. This is an unbeatable price for 5 sushi rolls. Unfortunately, this place is about quantity over quality. All 5 rolls tasted the same, and the Crunch roll had MAYONAISE in it. Not spicy mayo, no... Miracle whip. So gross. I know it is delivery and close by, but never again will I order from here. For $27 (delivery and tip) id rather eat at a good sushi restaurant. I feel a little ripped off after waiting nearly 2 hours for my terrible meal. Sigh. I hope management offers to fix this problem.

Where do I begin... Have been ordering from this place for a while now because of how conveniently close it is to my apt, everything through Eat24 so I never had to actually call in to the restaurant. Today I order three rolls, they only deliver two, although I have already pre paid for three. I actually call the restaurant and they say they didn't deliver because they ran out of brown rice. So because you ran out of brown rice you don't deliver something I already paid for?! ... They say they will deliver, okay no problem. Let me just wait another hour! We actually decide we want to order another roll so we call in again. First call they hang up on us. Second call a man named Jay, J A Y, he was very clear in the spelling of his name, tells me "we know you're missing the roll it's on the way we can't talk" ... VERY RUDE! Then a lady gets the phone, let's not even try to discuss her manners, or lack there of. She says "the roll is on the way, if you're not going to order anything else I can't talk, there are people here". I will NEVER order from this place again. Their customer service is really really really bad, please let me emphasize REALLY BAD! Stay away... The sushi isn't even that great to put up with someone's bad attitude. I would give it ZERO stars if possible.

I usually eat at the one by the beach but i decided to order delivery from the dadeland location since it's near by. They told me 30-40 min wait but they ended up taking 1 hour & 45 mins! Customer service was horrible, they could have atleast called me to let me know they were backed up. When I called for an update, the guy who answered simply told me that they haven't finished my order so that the sushi isn't "lying around".

Wife and I love this place, the sushi is consistent with their other locations and for the price and world of beer next door, great value. Not the best sushi but it's above average, saw the back in the kitchen and notices the huge salmon fish being cut for the rolls, no frozen salmon delivered or purchased precut as other places.

Just had a great meal at this place. They had a good selection of options to choose from. I chose the grilled eel bowl and a Jr tempura roll. The food came out very quickly and was very fresh. This is now one of my favorite places to come for a quick meal and get quality food. Highly recommended.

I've been here twice now. The first thing that stood out are the puzzle and game books that line the wall. It makes for fun conversation and helps pass the time if you have to wait (which I did not). Both times I tried the nigiri & a sushi roll. Both times were pretty consistent. The fish was fresh but not cold, and the sticky rice was alright. All in all I think it's excellent value for money. You'd have a tough time beating the quality for that price. Miso soup

I've come here twice now, and I have nothing to complain about! Sushi was made on the spot, the miso soup was excellent and fresh. Also, it's very affordable .. I mean, what you get for the price, makes it a four star place to me !

I used to think that Sushi Maki was the best sushi around, which it used to be. They got too expensive & their higher than mighty attitude doesn't help either. Then came King Sushi, which is delicious with their Brazilian/Japanese Style. Alas, they weren't making enough revenue to stay afloat. Then at the beginning of this year came our savior, Iron Sushi. The prices are phenomenal (your wallet will love you). Their food is so delicious & fresh tasting. The staff is so attentive & friendly, it makes you feel very comfortable. I recommend for everyone to come & experience this place for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Okay, so I'm at World of Beer and all my friends are getting Lime. I love Lime, but I thought that Chicken Teriyaki (because I'm allergic to fish and shellfish) would be ever so slightly healthier. I call them up and within 5 minutes my food was delivered to me, so far so good....and then I actually ate the food. I am unable to come up with the proper words to describe how much I disliked my food, but I will try. The quality of this food is worse than most food courts. The mushrooms were okay I guess, and the rice was completely drenched in soy sauce but the chicken... Dear Lord, it was so bad. It didn't even look or taste like real chicken. It was fatty and disgusting. I couldn't even finish it, and I usually finish EVERYTHING. It was depressing as hell for me knowing that I threw away the majority of my food. I will never ever eat here again. Maybe their sushi is better, but if you have an item on the menu it should at least be done competently. I didn't expect groundbreaking chicken teriyaki for such a cheap price, but I certainly expected something edible. Yeah, it was cheap (about $8 total including delivery), but really why does it matter how cheap something is if it's going in the trash anyway? I already had low expectations, and this place couldn't even match those. Guys, please do not go here. Apparently this is part of a larger chain of restaurants. I assume they are merely drug fronts because they certainly cannot stay open based on the merits of their food alone.

This place is ok if you're desperate. I came with a coworker for lunch and the lady who helped us didn't even change her gloves! In the span of time I was there, she took money, made sushi rolls, and washed dishes all with the same pair of gloves. My colleagues sushi roll was not even made correctly as advertised. Not the best place and hygiene is enough to keep me away

I've been eating at this location for over a month now. Restaurant is clean and neat. Sushi is okay. I tried the chicken fried rice today and I was not disappointed. I bought the B Lunch Box. It includes two spring rolls, large portion of fried rice and a side of steamed peas. Not bad for less than seven bucks.

I am not really a fan of the Iron Sushi chains, but I was left with no choice since this seemed to be the only sushi place around. When I came in I was pleasantly surprised, this Iron Sushi is by far the cleanest and nicest I've been to. Maybe it's because it just opened but everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. While I don't see myself going out of my way to come here, I will definitely eat here again if I am nearby.
