I've actually been here twice. The first time it was almost out of necessity, since it was pretty much the closest place to eat where we were going (next to Palace 18 Theater). The second time I remembered why we never went back here. I judge all Chinese restaurants by the way they make General Tso (sometimes Cho) chicken. This was by far the worst take on it I've ever seen. The way I know it, pieces of breaded fried chicken that are wok or pan fried a second time with a sweet and sour type of sauce. The way they made it was wok fried chicken (not breaded) with some type of semi sweet soy sauce mixture. We also had the house fried rice which was basically a pork fried rice with vegetables which wasn't bad at all. So the second time we come here we order the Honey Garlic Chicken. I figure, how can anyone mess that up. I mean, I can make Honey Garlic Chicken.... But somehow it just wasn't good. It lacked honey flavor and it was soggy (which makes no sense to me). At least the house fried rice was still good the second time. We will probably just walk the extra 5 minutes to the Subway or Pollo Tropical next time we were hungry after watching a movie next door.

Great food and service. The little Asian lady at the front desk is always attentive and friendly. I always order my lunch special with special fried rice and honey chicken with no garlic. My order is always hot, tasty, and fresh with crispy honey chicken :-)

I don't mean to sound biased but this is seriously the best chinese restaurant I've been to yet. I travel around country for business trips and always had a great passion for eating chinese food. It's a sweet tooth of mine, haha. Food and service is absolutely fantastic! People there are so nice and friendly. It's so funny because it's almost like I made friends with everyone in the restaurant the very first time I came. Atmosphere is not perfect but who cares when the food is freakin' awesome! I drop by every couple of times when I come to Miami. But you don't have to take my word for it. Go try it yourself!

Chinese food is my favorite cuusine and this place does it well. Food us usually out within 20 minutes and everything tastes really good. My personal favorite is the Singapore noodles and egg Foo young.

Service was extremely good and quick. Food was just average at best. The sweet and sour sauce we received for our fried wantons tasted bad, and the wantons themselves were a bit stale. The honey garlic chicken looked as though they had been recently re-fried, but didn't taste bad.

I love this place! We've been ordering from these guys ever since we moved to the area about 5 years ago. We've eaten in before but mostly call for delivery. Everyone is very friendly and the food arrives within 20 minutes even though they usually say it will take up to 40. We usually order their fried rice & honey chicken. The servings are enough to feed our family of four and it tastes great. I definitely recommend this place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
