This was the best ice cream in town when it first opened. However in the last year it has gone down hill. The last two times we have been there the ice cream is watery and just doesn't taste right. We have emailed the store and owners in the past and nothing has been done. Apparently the machine that makes the ice cream is not working correctly and he owners refuse to fix it. What a shame!!!!

What more could I possibly say about ice cream other than hmm hmm. Sometimes all you need is that comfort food to settle that craving and just find some alone time in heaven! I have several options of ice cream places around my house, actually there are more than I realized now that I think about it. This one was just in the way of my errands and on a rainy day like today it was the right thing to do. Now I'm not going to get into flavors bc every time I hit cold stone I try a different one but I am going to have to agree with some of the comments here. Service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Place wasn't too busy but it was clean. Didn't recognize the staff from the last time I was here, not sure if that's a good thing or not. What matters is that I got my fix, didn't have to deal with angry employees and this girl here went home happy. I'd say that's a successful rainy Sunday.

It's okay I guess, my sister got the Founder's Favorite and I took a spoonful of it, but I wasn't in love. My sister was actually surprised by this, considering I have a major sweet tooth. It tasted fake, very sugary, but that is it, no creaminess. I still prefer Carvel -- better prices, and you can actually taste the fat, the creaminess, rather than it being some sugar overload. I feel it's highly overrated (and overpriced). Customer service was attentive, but it was funny to watch my sister (unsuccessfully) try to unload the ice cream on all of us family members, and in the end, having to dump half of it because it was so sweet.

So after some bonefish all we wanted was some cold stone goodness. We walk over and find the doors locked and the spot is closed. It's 3pm and today's hours are 11-close....this place sucks.

OMG This Cold Stone sucks the one on Kendall Drive and 137th Ave is better.I went to Cold Stone today after I had Sir Pizza with my husband and my son.The place was really empty only one person there.I ordered an Vanilla Ice Cream in a medium cup with M and M's and Chocolate Sprinkles.The guy was rude and didn't like me for some reason.The bathroom was smelled like someone shit on the floor.My Ice Cream was really icy and I'm never coming back to this Cold Stone I'm going to the one on Kendall Drive and 137th Ave from now on

The service was mediocre. The medium size cup I ordered was half empty. I don't know if this is a corporate thing, but when you leave a place and spend 7 plus dollars the bowl should be full!! That price should also include good service. All in all I left feeling ripped off. :-(

Every once in a while I need something sweet-preferably anything that has chocolate! I ordered an Oreo Overload and it was sweet enough and had enough chocolate chips to curb my cravings. My boyfriend ordered the Founders Favorite and though I'm not a huge caramel fan, this ice cream treat was pretty yummy. Service was good and the environment was clean. Good place for a sweet night treat.

Coldstone is amazing. It gets 4 stars just because its so pricey but that doesn't matter too much when you can make any insane crazy yummy combination of ice cream and add ins you could want! The brownies are chewy heaven, husband loves the bananas and yellow cake...so fluffy! To make it even more decadent and calorie-infused have it in the waffle cone! Wow. They have all sorts of other stuff like cakes made to order, ice cream you invent and take home by the gallon, yogurt, shakes, etc.

This place is a 10!!!! I am in LOVE with Coldstone. This place is much better than Dairy Queen! There ice cream's are awesome (bigger slection too), there shakes, cakes and cone's are to die for!! This place is not cheap when you tell them to add a topping. Ofcourse they charge you for any extra topping's but they are not cheap. My favorite mix is the cake batter ice cream with almonds, cookie dough, orero's, brownie's, caramel & hot fudge... Mmmmm.... Everytime I go, I get a little spoon so the ice cream can last me longer...lol Ofcourse, they let you taste any ice cream flavor too! I also like it when you come in or tip them they sing a song for you!

Yummy & more yumminess (is that a word!?) well I love that you can mix whatever ingredients you want or just get one of their recipes. My fave is the strawberry shortcake. It's just sweet enough with that little crunchy pieces of shortcake. The kids running the place are very sweet & I love also that they have always a good stock of frozen cakes as well. Saves the day on those last minute birthday runs. The prices are not that cheap but you get what you pay for! Will be back after my diet....

You know what they say chocolate a day keeps the doctor away (i wish). I'm not really to be honest a sweet tooth type of guy. I can't stand anything that has sweets and is super sugary, I never eat deserts at all unless I haven't eaten for days and its the only thing I have to eat. But BUT once in awhile I would have a little crave here and there, so this is my first time coming here, the location is great you can tell the employees keep this place cleaned up properly. If you love sweets and ice cream you will love it here, they have a variety of flavors in which you can mix too your little hearts desire, I also like the fact that they have healthy shakes. I ordered a small chocolate cone, didn't want to over do it and give myself a sugar high. The service was great you can tell the girl was mad tired so I don't blame here, but she sucked it up and made the best of it, she was really a comic tryin to entertain as we waited which i loved that customer interaction. Anyone wanting some ice cream, or ice cream shakes come on by you'll like it

i love cold stone as much as the next mixed ice cream lover but cold stone is just so over run with bleh... I've been here a lot since i live like 2 seconds away and it always seems when i go they just hate their job a little more. When there is a new flavor and i ask to try it they give me that really? look and then when it comes to mixins they never mix it enough. I always have to ask them to mix it more. They never seem to interact with the customer unless they need to ask you something about your order. in an ideal yelp world they would prob get 2.5 stars but ill round up and give them a chance. This cold stone is meh but the ice cream is still good! my fave is banana ice cream- with graham cracker crust and 1 of the following: brownie, chocolate shavings, or cookie dough... give it a try, all my friends have and no one's complained yet about my mix.

WAY over rated. They're usually pretty cramped and they've got that mainstream/corporate feel to them. The ice cream and topping selections weren't great. I had the cheesecake ice cream with nuts, caramel and oreos--didn't finish it. Anyone that feels the same should try the Marble Slab.
