Great Tradicional Honduran restaurant, great variety of food, the Baleadas are delicious very fresh specially with their corn tortillas home made prepared on premises. The crab soup with coconut milk is amazing . There is a great variety of plates to choose. Adelitas has the best Orchata, an exotic rice drink. The place has an excellent ambience with an eclectic contemporary decor where you transport yourself to another world. Great service.

The best Honduran food in town no doubt about it, a charming little spot with amazing food items and a surprisingly low price. Bring your entire family and you won't be disappointed.

I just spent my birthday at this fabulous new restaurant in Little Havana -- Adelita's Cafe! What fun...and a delightful meal. This was my 3rd trip there in less than 2 weeks, that's how good the food is. And don't get me started on the service! Jennie is attentive, helpful, has an engaging personality and is a whiz at explaining the menu which is chock full of typical and delicious Honduran dishes. From the moment I walked in alone the first time, I felt at home. Then I brought my daughter and tonight we brought her best friend -- we had a ball! And it's such a sweet, homey yet hip space. Enjoy!

Adelita's Cafe is one of those little cafes that wins you over with its charm. It is nestled in an obscure little corner of SW 17th Ave and Flagler. Warning: because of the tinted windows and lack of a lighted sign, it may look closed! Don't miss it! The restaurant consists mainly of an eclectic mix of primarily Honduran food with elements of Nicaraguan and Salvadoran cuisine. Adelita and her charming daughter ,Jennie, run the restaurant. Expect to see them both often as they are in the restaurant chatting with customers or minding to daily tasks. Their menu is robust featuring many staples of Central American food - don't expect to find anything too exotic though. Their specialty is in providing Central American food of the common folk. All their food is made upon order, so oftentimes they may not have something that you pick on the menu. Nevertheless, they often have everything. As for the food, well I've come here now 5-6 times and the food is always very good and freshly made. I always come away feeling that it was worth the money. The most beautiful aspect of this little restaurant is its space. It is essentially a loft restaurant - beautifully decorated while keeping it simple at the same time. The second floor offers a nice view of the street while the bottom floor offers a more intimate and comfortable area. The atmosphere at this cafe is always wonderful and relaxed. It is never too busy and never too empty. It always feels just right and it just offers a nice space to come and rest. In addition, they often play great music pulling in some of the best of the oldies. The atmosphere is always very family friendly and welcoming. Adelita is genuinely what I expect a cafe to be. It is a nice, chill, and relaxed environment where I can come to relax or get work done on my laptop. It is a huge plus that they also happen to offer some delicious food at a great price as well.

There was a huge void until this place opened. The decor is great, a true Honduran place where you can take your family to. The good is amazing and prices are great. You may order a beer or try a variety of non alcoholic tropical drinks, Nance, tamarind, passion fruit. True Honduran cuisine at its best! Try grill steak Aka Carne Asada, soups, baleadas.

Great honduran food. They have a good variety of plates including baleadas, pupusas, carne asada and other typical Honduran dishes. Greatly recommended. It is in the corner of West Flagler and 17 Avenue

Stopped here during a short visit (a few hours) visit to Miami. We were looking for something fast, delicious, authentic and inexpensive. It was perfect! The staff was patient with our mangled Spanish and explained everything on the menu with lovely smiles. I definitely recommend the Carne Asada platter with a tamarind juice.

This place is just great, well cooked hondurian food and taste like grandma cooked it.
