Nice place and pretty quick service. Better than its local competition for similar foods. They do have a Mofogo so be fure to try that. Their family meals are pretty tasty and alswyas huge portions.

Whenever i call or go here the guy at the register answers the phone and doesn't have any manners. Very abrupt and today i was hung up on without any verbal response back. One time i placed an order and wasn't even asked my name, so when i got there do you think my order was placed? Nope. I had to place it again and wait on the line. Food is good, but please get your staff up to par. They need to be more professional.

funny smelling food, watery beans and dry meat would not be enough reasons to make me write a review. but a cooked fly on my fried rice (chaufa) makes me feel with the resposibility of writing a review on this place. First time and last time I would get anything from this place. yuck!

I like this place because its decent food and they deliver. Not the best spanish food in town...but not bad either. Chicken and steak tend to be dry. But they give you complimentary sauces that are really good and give the meal a punch making up for the dryish meat. One is white and creamy, there's a mild spicy green one and a super hot red sauce. Each one adds something to each bite. I like to order this at work because they bring the food sort of fast and you can order sides that make it healthier (instead of the traditional rice and beans).

This is not my first time ordering from here but after today it will be my last. They do not deserve any stars! I just got off the phone with the most rudest, disrespectful, nonchalant person I have encountered since I moved to fl. I will not deny the fact that the food is good, but due to their lack of customer service skills and bad attitudes I will never order from here ever again! Their online ordering system does not run properly and their phone system is just as bad. When it comes to the food industry if you dont have the right attitude towards paying loyal customers I can only imagine what approach is taken when preparing food for them. Be very cautious!

Loved it. Everyone I was with also enjoyed it. I had 3 carne asada tacos that were delicious. One of my friends had the beef stir fry and said it was great. I will definitely be back.

This is not the type of place we normally frequent but we took a gamble since we were in the area and were starving! What we found was a Solid place for a quick and flavorful cafeteria style lunch or dinner! Their menu is extremely varied with a ton of choices influenced by many different Hispanic/Latin cuisines -Dominican, Mexican, Peruvian, Cuban, etc. so you will be sure to find something you like on the menu. Prices are great, space and bathrooms seemed cleaned and maintained. You order at the counter, then pick up your food on a tray and at the end they pick up your tray. The food is very well seasoned- we had the mofongo and boneless chicken breast (a meal that comes with rice ,beans, plantains and soda for only $9.59) and everything was fresh and very flavorful-nothing bland here! All in all it is a quick, simple, cheap and delicious place to have lunch - Enjoy!

This place has some of the best food I've ever had. My two brothers inhaled their palomilla, I've tried the fried seafood, chicken breast, & chicken chop chop...all were fabulous. I literally could not get enough of this place. Such authentic, delicious food...and their onion marinades are INCREDIBLE! If you're within an hour radius its worth the drive, and be sure to take advantage of the deals they have going on!

Omg! This place is the nearest thing I have ever found in FL with my Dominican/Puertorrican flavor!! You gotta try "Mofongo" with "carne frita"! It was amazing, and really ship prices! I'm coming back for sure!! I already told all my family!

There seems to be a competition between fast-casual specialty hamburger places and fast-casual Mexican places in the Fort Lauderdale area as to how many different chains of each can be opened up. I can name 6 of each to start with and still wouldn't have named them all. Right now La Parrilla Rotisserie & Grill has two locations right outside Fort Lauderdale, all within easy driving distance. We came to this one in Margate coming back from a doctor's visit and said, "Why not?" The building is shaped like a Pizza Hut restaurant and I wonder if it was one that closed but I didn't ask. Entering you walk up to the counter on the left where large pictures of all the plates available are posted on the walls surrounding the counter. It is set up that if someone is in front of the register ordering you don't know they have menus that you can hold, look at and order from. Prices run from a lunch special of ¼ chicken with rice and beans for $3.99 to skirt steak churrasco at $14.99 or seafood paella and seafood chupe at $14.59. They have about 24 different plates and 4 'family meals' with plenty of different sides. The kitchen and counter are well staffed with a pleasant staff and the kitchen is open so you can see what and how everything is cooked. Allen had the fried fish platter ($9.59) served with rice, black beans and, instead of the plantains, he asked for and got French fries and a can of soda which was included in the price. He didn't think it was anything special. I generally will order fajitas the first time I eat in a new Mexican place and I proceeded to order the supreme fajita ($12.99) which had steak, chicken, pork, rice, peppers, onions with cheese, sour cream and 5 tortillas plus a can of diet soda which cost $1.50. The dish was served steaming hot and was as good as any I have tasted in most restaurants BUT and that is a big but for me, I could have gone to my favorite Mexican restaurant and had full service for the $26.05 this lunch cost. Nothing wrong with La Parrilla Rotisserie & Grill but with full service Mexican restaurants like Tequila Sunrise, Carlos & Pepe's or La Bomba much closer I probably won't being going back there. I will say they had a steady clientele coming in while we were there, many of them Latinos/Latinas, who were coming back again and seemed very pleased with the place. SLIDESHOW youtu.be/2M5UD74-EBc

This place is so close to my work so I have been there many times for lunch. They have a vast selection of hispanic food. This place is more about good quality food with very reasonable prices. My favorite dishes are Pruvian rotisserie chicken, Lomo Saltado and deep fried whole red snaper fish. What I don't like there is that staff don't clean tables on a timely manner and the restroom is always smelly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work literally across the street from la parilla and we order food all the time from here. I ordered a chicken and rice meal for delivery, called twice to be told it was on the way, ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES LATER. Still waiting. The delivery driver showed a few minutes after that and I called and asked to speak with a manager who I explained my frustration to for her to tell me that there is nothing they can do for me that they wont give me anything for free. They do not give a crap about their customers. No sense of customer service what so ever, so terrible.

I ordered a steak sandwich from this place when coworkers of mine were ordering lunch .... I really can't explain how disappointed I am. $6.99 for this tiny gross sandwich and soggy fries.

I love this place! Grilled chicken, black beans, mofongo!!!!! If you don't know what it is I suggest Google it. Great fast service and my order is always perfect. Remember to take advantage of the yummy sauces. It takes their food to the next level! The only negative is loud Peruvian music. It makes me dance in my chair and my kids hate that...lol

Awesome food for the price! My boyfriend and I tried here for lunch on Sunday. I got the mixed ceviche and tostones. Ceviche was one of the best I ever had (no lie) although I could have done without the squid but that's personal preference, and tostones were tasty but I have had better. Bf had the steak (he ordered half pound but apparently the guy misunderstood but we ended up paying and receiving 1 lb). Luckily, the steak was also delicious, although a little dry. We also got the fried yuca (good also), and 2 empanadas-beef was amazing but chicken was just so-so. For the price-$25( after my $10 of $20 Yelp deal) it wasn't too bad and would have been a lot cheaper if the order wasn't messed up to begin with. I would go back just for that ceviche and beef empanada though!

I had the mofongo & chimichurri... The food was unbearably salty! And I love salt, so if I say the food was salty then it is.

Delicious food and a very good sized portions per meal. I've been here more than a few times and I have never been let down! Their chicken breast is pretty big and very yummy!

Normally, I enjoyed going here because the food was fine, along with their customer service. I would have no problem rating them four stars. Sadly, due to recent customer service behaviors, I have to give this particular location two stars. A little over a month ago, I ordered food for delivery over the phone for friends and me. They ended up double-charging me for one combo item. The gentleman said over the phone he would credit me for $7.49 and put notes in the system. I called again today to place an order and asked about my credit. The gentleman--who was very short with his responses--said there were no notes written in their system regarding my credit. Again, I would give them four stars, but, as a matter of principle, it's unacceptable that they said they would credit me something and then not have it written down, like they said they did. Unfortunately, because my coworkers and I were hungry, I went ahead with the order. But this will be the LAST time I dine in, take-out, or place a delivery order with this particular La Parrilla. My coworkers have also said they will no longer order food from this location.

Mezcla de comida Dominicana y Peruana. I been at this place twice on the last two weeks and I just cant get enough. First time I had their pescado frito(fry red snapper) and my wife had Ropa Vieja omg best ropa vieja I ever had the mix between peruvian and dominican cuisine is just perfect. Nice prices, and very good costumer services.

Great food and prices but similar to other chains you may see with the usual chicken and rice themes. It's worth a visit and I highly recommend the tostones.

Place is decent enough. Food is good and cheap but what really send this place down is the service: it's absolutely terrible. There's no sense of customer service, they're rude most of the time, and they are not very helpful at all. Almost like they can't wait to get you out of the place. But like I said, the food isn't too bad and the price is def good for what you get. Keep a lookout for yelp and groupon deals. They frequently have good deals on groupon that makes the price for the food even better value. You won't be disappointed but you won't be blown away; and you might leave upset with the service.

I'm a little biased because I'm Cuban but I really enjoyed the food here. I ordered a mofongo after perusing the menu of real to life photos of the dishes on the menu, no photoshop here! The food was done in a quick an timely manner while my husband and I waited. The interior is ok and can use a few updates but not too bad for a smaller scale establishment. The food arrived looking just like the photo and tasting even better. The meat was juicy and tender. My husband ordered the steak fajitas and they nearly didn't make it to the table before he devoured them. We ordered dessert afterwords and they are truly authentic. I had a flan and my husband had tres leches. I will most assuredly eat here again and urge others to try the large Peruvian inspired menu.
