Definitely not a dive bar, but a very nicely done sports/music bar. With over 50 beers on tap you are likely to find one you like, plus a bunch of bottled beer. Nice furniture and a great outside area. I didn't eat but the menu looked like typical pub food. A nice place to meet friends and have a beer.

They just got rid of their 6-pack carry-out discounts, so now you can expect to pay around $18 for a 6-pack of something like Corona. Absolutely insane and a bad business move IMO. Not to mention they charge South Tampa prices while being in Pasco. I know good beer isn't cheap, but when I went out for happy hour with my friend our bill was around $70 not including tip. Too much for this guy to go more than once every couple months.

I only been here once. I went with my boyfriend and my brother. It was okay. Nothing too special. But my boyfriend is European, so for him it was great. He was able to taste beers that he hadn't since he moved to the US. I thought they had a bigger collection, so did my brother. I would go again, just to make my boyfriend happy. But I don't think its a girl's hang out place. I found it kind of boring, and was unable to find any good deals, other than tasting different beers for the first time, if I keep going there that could get pretty old and loose its interest. But my boyfriend would be able to enjoy it.

I've driven by here many times on the way out of town. Always wanted to try it. Had dinner with a friend and his family last night and it was time for the guys to leave and have a couple beers and catch up. We decided on the Beer Garten since he lived relatively nearby. My suggestion. Unfortunately I started slamming it in a rough-draft yelp review in my mind before I'd even had my first sip of beer. Here's why: A bunch of early middle age Jeep bros playing cornhole (that beanbag tossing game) right in front of the entrance. The music. Just like 80's or 90's or something. I tried to remember what I heard, but it's just songs you've heard like over 100 times and don't realize it. Like "Runaway Train" and then "Superman." Not sure if either of those played, I'm just saying. And they blast it. We sit at the bar and wait way too long for even a glance. That's when I started being negative about the place. Their beer choices are not interesting. It's indeed possible to have 40 taps and still not see one that really interests you. (I'm admittedly choosy). They have a whole wall of bottles, and same thing. Much more standard than you'd think. We finally settled on a beer after the dude without double eyebrow bar piercings (I mean, just, I don't know. 2 eyebrow bars? Is that what you call them? Sorry, I shouldn't be, um.....whatever, but still. Eyebrow bars.) came over and said they were out of that one. (Then erase it off the g-d board!) Another 3-4 mins. 'til he got back to us. There were like 4 taps that were not what they were, but had handwritten notes taped to the tap, that you had to squint to see. I'd say the wall hangings were boring, because they're just metal beer signs, but that's what everyplace does now, and you're starting to get my point anyway. It's just not a good thing when your list of chores for the day includes being sure to write a bad yelp review about a place.

I was visiting my sister in Florida and we went there with friends to get a couple of beers before dinner. For a small place they had a good selection of beers. If one can't find anything their they like then they are way to picky. I would have to say that the person who waited on us didn't know much about beer and that gets a point taken off and the service was slow, however, it was busy. Also, the programming on the TV was strange, they had one of those crazy cop chase shows on...strange for a place like that. Cold beer, great selection of beer, great atmosphere for hanging with friends. I would go back with out a doubt. We did not order any food so I can not comment on that.

A friend of mine took me over here twice this past week. The place is laid out like a pretty typical pub, with a great number of tables, booths and the like, a patio, and several TV's (including one above the urinal - extra marks for that!). On the right side when you walk in are about 6 huge fridges full of bottles of beer, and straight ahead towards the left is the main bar with about 40ish taps. The menu has the taps first and then their bottle selection broken down by style. It would have been nice to see a breakdown by region as well.. They have a great selection to be sure, but the one issue that we did run into was many beers that were listed were not available. One thing that they do is list beers that are not yet tapped in the menu, which is frustrating as one keeps ordering beers that aren't tapped. A simple chalkboard would fix this. All in all a good, but not great, beer bar.

There is a reason this bar is empty on a Saturday afternoon, NO FOOD! Not to mention the food isn't good! Seriously, they have a HUGE AWESOME selection Of beer!!!! Totally could be an epic bar but I think the owner has given up or its a front!

The only thing going for this is a semi-descent beer selection. Food: Terrible. Everything ordered was straight out of the microwave. Service: The bar tender had a major chip on her shoulder. Here's a tip: if you're advertising 50+ beers on tap, don't hand me the beer menu, and then ask me if I'm ready to order 30 seconds later. I'm not looking for a Bud Light. Give me a couple minutes to peruse. Beer: The only saving grace. Decent tap selection. And good bottle selection. All said, drive seven minutes closer to US 19, and go to The Brass Tap. Food, service, and beers are superior.

Best craft beer selection in the area. The staff is always friendly and good at remembering what you drink/like. Live music with no cover on Fri and Sat night is great. Only 4 stars because they only pour a single shot of alcohol when ordering something on the rocks.

In town for a wedding and staying at the adjacent hotel. Made the awful mistake to go here. If you like surly, tatted up waitresses and obscenely high beer prices, this is your spot.

For the area, this is probably your best option, if you want some craft beer. They seem to have the usual selections on draft, and I noticed a large case of bottles and cans, which I almost never sample at these places because there are more than sufficient drafts on tap to satisfy my needs. I noticed people eating some typical bar food, such as buffalo wings. They smelled pretty good, but I can't vouch for the taste. Unlike most craft beer bars, this one has a full liquor license in case you need a shot of something to go with your 10% alcohol content craft brew. They seem to have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, though I was here early on a weeknight. They are only dog friendly outdoors on the patio. I was immediately told to remove my 5-lb dog outdoors the second I walked in, so I was a little taken aback by that. My main issue with this place is that the prices are about $1 more than most of its competition, which are already pretty high. If you won't mind paying $7 for a pint of Cigar City Jai Alai, a very common IPA brewed just down the road in Tampa, and sold widely there for about $5 pint, then you won't mind this place, located just off Exit 19 of the Suncoast Expressway on SR54.

This bar has a good selection of beers on draft and bottle. There is also a full liquer license if you are a non beer drinker. However, for a Pasco location they are way overpriced. I don't mind paying a premium if they give a good pour, but the drinks are strickly measured and then when the bar tender pours it into your glass (that is overloaded with ice), half your alchohol lands up on the bar. Another problem, is the staff turnover. They seem to fire their staff on a regular basis which being a local, most locals like to have some staff consistancy. The staff indicate that the owner is always watching them through the cameras and comes back and fires people. After our most recent experience of poor service, crappy drinks, and another price increase that occurred about a week ago, we will not be back. Too bad because its location of less than 2 miles away was great for us.

Jusy a nice laid back place with lots of drink choices. And the menu is not bad (for bar food).

My wife and I used to go here without fail every Friday night. Then one night the music started to get so loud that you could jot carry on a conversation with the person across from you. We quit going. Drinks are good and the prices are fair. Just turn down the music. It's not a club.

Not a bad place to grab a beer and relax. They have live music which can be hit or miss and this is generally an older crowd that's married. I've been here three times and I had no problem getting a place to sit. Nothing amazing here but nothing terrible. A good local spot.

Great beers on tap. Food is OK, but not the main draw. The bartenders are generally helpful with selections and encouraging you to try new things.
