After a long day of moving, who wants to cook!!? I love local pizza places and would prefer them over any chain. Fresco was located the closest. They would've gotten 5 stars had they delivered :-( Between all of us, we ordered two large pizzas, one being a supreme. Also ordered a Philly calzone. Food was ready within the specified time frame and it was still hot when we brought it home. Everything tasted fresh and home made. Can't wait to eat there again!!

Pizza is really good! The chicken parmesan sandwich is okay. It was pretty tiny and didn't fill my husband up. Good thing we ordered pizza too! Overall, I would definitely order the pizza again! Only downside- they don't deliver!

My families favorite pizza. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Food is ways fresh. Hubby says it's the closest pizza to Jersey. Great price for the large cheese pie. Meatballs and salads are good too with big portions.

Just great pizza!! No they don't deliver so get off your butt and go pick it up. Have yet to try their other items so I can't tell you how it is.

Love their cheese calzones! Service is great, staff is friendly. You can order to go, or eat there and they will bring the food to your table and refill your drinks unlike most counter service pizza places. Will definitely return.

Recently moved from Philly, this is the best pizza around. Only 4 stars because they don't deliver.

Pretty good. Will order again because I think it is better than delivery chains and it's close by. I do however hope they clean up their act and get a better health report.... Some of their practices are pretty unsanitary. I would not buy anything that is in their case (pre-made), meats or anything cold.

We received a recommendation to come here from a local who was also a transplant from the northeast. We grew up in South Jersey and Philly and consider ourselves cheesesteak aficionados. this place is as good or better than many of the famous south philly and jersey places we grew up on!! Their pies are thin and crispy and the rolls are fresh. Great place!

The staff is friendly. The pizza is good, but typical. Nothing seemed overwhelmingly great. I think it is clean, but average on taste.

It tastes like an italian pizza place. I go there all the time with my freinds and they love it!

Pizza is an important food group in my house! My husband isn't a fan of the major chains, so we usually go with Fresco's or Marco's. Although Fresco's is a little more expensive, we always get great food here! We usually stop in to place our order, then run to Publix to get a few groceries. Our food is always ready when we get back. Fresh, hot and so yummy! The pizza, stromboli and salads are our favorites. The staff is friendly and it definitely feels like a family-run restaurant.

My family's favorite local pizza place. I highly recommend the Pizza Italiana, if you are a white pizza lover, this is one of the best! The only downside I've found is that they are closed on Mondays.

Well to add personality to the above visual description...I recently placed an order for pick-up. I wasn't going to be the one picking it up however. (This is a big issue) So Grease's daughter answers the phone. Wow what an articulate debutante she must be. Kept saying "huh" and "what". I'm thinking, this is your job idiot, pay attention. So she screws the order up...of course. Food arrives. The order is wrong and cold. Missing an entire sandwich. Yet they charged us. Called up. Got attitude and ignorance that you would expect from trash and the uneducated. No concern for customer base. Barely admitted that they made a mistake and over charged us. Absolutely no apology and a threat of bodily harm if I went up to his establishment. Yes, that's right Physical Bodily harm. Are you kidding me. Food suck and so does the attitude.

My friend and I came here on 3/16/2012, ordered our to-go pizzas ahead of time since we were next door at Beef O' Brady's watching the NCAA tourney games. 15-20 minutes later we came back to get the pizzas and they hadn't started making them and started a crazed search for the order ticket. They finally found it, no apology of any sort, and started to fire up our 2 large pizzas. That's fine, these things happen, whatever. "They" were two guys, one was a 40-something with greased back curly-ish hair with his shirt rolled up and the other was some old guy with gray hair that thinks he's in the mob. One pizza was made and they had no idea where it was going, he just shrugged his shoulders and put it up in the window. After a few minutes I got frustrated that we didn't get an apology so I asked for one. Longer story short they wouldn't offer one (I was very nice and calm). I asked them if that's how they like to conduct business, they responeded "yes". I didn't even want anything for free, just looking for an acknowledgement that they screwed up, but instead I got pushback from Grease, Gray, and some teeny-bopper chick behind the register that had no business butting in (I'm guessing Grease's daughter). They clearly don't care about customers and I won't be returning. Too bad because the pizza was decent, but not unlike any number of places in the area. There's family owned "NY Style Pizza" everywhere, and people that want business more than these goons. EDIT 6/26/12: Found a much better place! Angelina's in the Shell gas station a couple miles west of these guys....and they deliver!

It's the only place we get our pizza from. We also recommend the pizza rolls, Philly steak and cheese and chicken cheese subs! Amazing ! The family run establishment is a breath of fresh air amongst chains and outdated pizza restaurants. We've never experienced poor service and our call in orders have always been accurate and prompt. Give this place a try!

This is probably the best pizza in Tampa..Italian, not New York. The pasta and salads are delicious also-had the Puttenesca. Not the fastest, but worth waiting for! Delicioso!!
