I really enjoyed this place. I know for a while Ruby Tuesdays was not so good as they tried to become a 5 star restaurant at one point with the food and prices. But I decided to give it another shot. Been back once so far. Love it! Their salad bar is amazing as always, and fresh. The waiters are nice, and their alcoholic drinks are AMAZING. The bartender really knows their stuff! I had two relaxers. I recommend those. Food is great, not like out of this world but still really good which is why I gave 4 not 5 stars. Will definitely frequent this place.

They have changed up their menu quite a bit but its ok and the prices have gone up because of their new "Chef inspired dishes". The only thing that stayed the same is the awesome salad bar. They do have a new appatizer which is a shrimp fondu that is amazing, but like I said earlier the main courses are just ok.

The food is always delish here!! Well worth every penny and most meals come with salad bar now too! I always come here with my father and my fiancee and we sit at the bar.

I love Ruby's. A litle bit of everything done to perfection. Great for your casual night out - My choice over applebees and the other usual spots.

This place was so-so and not worth the price. There's no reason I should be nostalgic about Ruby Tuesday, but it seems to me that the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down at this chain. My wife and I had steaks and they were overdone and not of a very good quality to begin with. Everything else was fine but completely unremarkable. The server didn't listen very well, but she was reasonably attentive about refilling my soda.

Not worth the price at all. The sampler (13.99)tasted like bar food but I've had better mozzarella sticks and egg rolls over at Duffys. I ordered a burger ($11.99) medium well it came out well done... I ate it being I was hungry and it wasn't that bad. My friend ordered the shrimp &crab meal that was $20 & he said it was just ok. To drink I had gingerale & he had a raspberry tea. Nothing exciting but for the price we could've went somewhere else enjoy a really good meal. (Shrugs)

Third time coming here in total and I absolutely love it here, especially for happy hour. The margaritas are $5, The BBQ chicken flatbread and the Thai Phoon Shrimp are the bomb. And the waitress Kayla at the bar is always nice/on point.

Great Customer service!! Went for a quick lunch down the street from my Real Estate Class. Ordered a Turkey BLT with Avocado. When the sandwich arrived it was missing Avocado and Bacon. Stephen our server was really apologetic and got me everything I needed. He sent his manager Scott over. Scott was wonderful. He apologized and made me a whole new meal. He even took it off my bill. Scott was really wonderful and absolutely knows how to treat a customer!!

I ate here at this particular location with my friend. It was a random pick...not my call. I was already skeptical because I've never eaten here and Ruby Tuesday isn't a popular name. I must say I ended up more disappointed than I expected. Everything on their menu was pretty overpriced. I had the munchies for a good steak meal but didn't get it because the least expensive steak dish was about $17. I could have got a good steak meal at Applebee's for just $12.99. So we both just ended up getting 2 cheeseburgers on a pretzel bun for $10, cheesefries for $6. Two cocktail drinks for $15. I wasn't happy with any of it. The cheesefries had hardly any cheese on it and they forgot the ranch. The burgers were very greasy to me. I don't know if it was from the bacon or the beef but it was greasy dripping from it. The bun was too much bread and made it kinda dry. My $6 cocktail drink sucked. He ended up spending $41 plus the 2 dollar tip on our entire meal. Even though I paid nothing, I was still pretty pissed because for that money I could have had a much better meal at almost any other restaurant.

Excellent ! The service was great and the food was great! The only thing I was disappointed with was their sangria, it was too sweet. It was more of a drink than a traditional sangria.

I was here on a weekend night (Saturday night) for a change. I rushed to get there and was pleasantly surprised to find out they are open until midnight on Saturday nights. My waiter introduced himself and walked off after taking my drink order (hasn't he ever heard of a one stop shop?). I could have ordered my food when I ordered the drink but the waiter wasted time by not taking my food and drink order together (which I would have preferred). I looked up from the Menu at my waiter after selecting my two side dishes to observe that he had a double personality in that he was looking angrily away (probably making faces about me having to take a second to select my side items to one of his co-workers) and I really did not take a long time when selecting my sides. The order having been placed I never saw my waiter at my table again- not even to see how my meal was or whether I needed anything- while I was eating. When I pushed my plates far away to the edge of the table that is when the waiter appeared again and dropped of the check WITHOUT even saying THANK YOU. No thanks to having a MERE ORDER TAKER for a server/waiter again. Poor service in that there is no service at all. I introduced myself to the manager, Scott, there once. Though I did not have the benefit of her counsel last night (the Saturday night in question) there was a very professional female manager talking with and explaining what sounded like menu prices related to Sides and Salad Bar, etc. to another table near me. She was, in fact, kind enough to break a Five Dollar Bill for me. I was impressed with said female manager as she seemed very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.

Friendly service but they are clueless when it comes to cooking a burger it's a fllip of a coin if getting it still raw or bunt to the point that it crunches in your mouth they can't seam to figure out a way to cook it in between those two extremes

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I never have a bad experience here and I eat here on a fairly regular basis. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait but its well worth it. I usually order the ribeye steak well done. Let me tell you, this is one of the best ribeye steaks I've ever had. Seriously, it's that good. I also love their tripple prime burgers. They are very tasty and cooked how you like. My favorite thing about ruby tuesday is their salad bar. The veggies are always fresh and the salad bar is kept clean. They have a real good variety of veggies. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend eating at any ruby tuesday.

Nothing special about this restaurant, but it does have decent quality and value. The nice thing is that the entrees come with the salad bar. While the salad bar is not out of the ordinary, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. You can easily make a meal out of the salad and take your entree home for another time. That's always a good thing!

Where do I start with this place? First of all, they went down-hill in all aspects compared to how they used to be. Way over-priced. The food? Putrid. The service? Terrible. To start, they have a revolving door. Employees are hired and fired on a weekly basis and they never exceed the age of 19. They bring their high school drama to the workplace and are extremely unprofessional. It's usually the bartenders. There's always gossiping and bad-mouthing going on between the employees about one another in front of the customers. I was sitting at the bar one night and one of the waitresses brought out a customer's food early and the bartender said something to her about them still eating their salad, and her response in front of the customer was, "I didn't fucking know that." and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The bartenders/waiters let you sit there with no drink re-fills and used plates piling up to the ceiling, even after repeatedly eyeing them. The only thing still positive about this place are their cheddar biscuits and their salad bar, that's if you can find a clean plate to throw your salad on after rummaging through 25 of them. The last thing that I ordered here was the parmesan shrimp pasta which was disgusting. I really don't know what else to say about the rest of the food but that it tastes like mediocre bar food. They have really been in a rapid decline since they opened years ago, and it's a shame.

3 out of 5 is average. This place is barely average. The regular lemonade taste like water with a slight lemon in dying need of sugar and more lemon! The four way sample was extremely terrible everything on out was dry and the Louisiana fried shrimp was barely cooked. The fries was bland. I'm not going back to this place...

I've only been to this restaurant once. I was meeting a friend for dinner but had heard that they had a really good salad bar. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and for my sides I got the salad bar and the garlic mashed potatoes. The trick is to stock up on the salad bar because you can go back as many times as you want and take your entree home. Which is exactly what i did. So I got two meals for basically the price of one. The salad bar had a lot of great toppings plus the usual pasta and potato salads. It was enjoyable and I would go back again.

Bleh, the food just isn't good. Salad bar was really sad. I used to like it but not anymore. Our server hated her life and it was depressing being served by her. There is no pride taken in the food they make.

I ordered a simple hamburger. It came out looking in shambles. Presentation was terrible. The hamburger was bland and warm but not as hot as it should be. It probably sat for a while before being served. The server was friendly but robotic. The prices were ok, but this would not be my first choice in dining out.

We used to go here around once a month until they changed their policy regarding the salad bar. Really the only reason that my wife and I went is because we won 2 free burgers and we ended up each buying the salad bar and a drink. The triple prime burgers are tasty, cooked any way you like them. The salad bar is clean and everything looks fresh (no dead lettuce). When we did go Ruby Tuesday'd the salad bar was included in the price of the meal after management changed their policy they took away the salad bar as it was not considered an entree to get the burger, but you can buy the sliders (for less money) and not really that good and have the salad bar included. The service was good, quick and never had to look for drink refills as (Steve) brought them to the table before we had a chance to ask. The place was clean from what we could see and we ate in the bar area. We would go back if management changed there policy and what you have to order to get it.

Went here today. The employees were into very friendly in fact they seemed very unhappy to be working there. My waiter was just so so at best. I had the salad bar and was very disappointed with how small it was. It used to be a lot bigger. I also ordered the tiramisu and it was not flavorful at all and was kind of soggy. The place was somewhat clean carpet looked old. I don't think I'll go back there again.
