The decoration in this place is super cute, very clean and the staff was friendly. The menu looked interesting enough, and I was really excited to try a buffalo chicken pizza... I wasn't overly impressed with the food, sadly. The buffalo chicken pizza comes on the bianca, which is a white pizza and also my favorite, but it was missing the 'buffalo'. The chicken couldn't have been chicken they cut up themselves, it was in small slivers and didn't taste too much like anything. I asked for extra buffalo sauce, and I realized why it didn't taste that great, the buffalo sauce was actually sweet and had NO heat to it. I'm not huge on spicy stuff, but it didn't taste like any mild buffalo sauce I have ever had. That being said, I thought the pizza underneath the 'buffalo chicken' was pretty okay. Maybe it could have been cooked a little longer, but the flavors weren't too bad. My lunch companion ordered the half turkey grinder with extra cheese, the bread was the beast part. It seemed homemade and was nice and fluffy. The toppings weren't extraordinary. If I were to come back I would probably try one of the traditional pasta dishes, the pictures looked pretty good.

The Chicken Greek Salad was the special of the day and it was the worst Greek Salad and chicken I have had. Lettuce was old, chicken was dry and bland, no peppers, little olives and feta was old too. If this was the special I would hate to eat anything else there. Sorry - it is hard to mess up a Greek Salad folks??

We found this place on Yelp and had a great dinner! My friend and I ordered the eggplant wraps and a small margherita pizza. Delicious, fresh and plenty of food for two ladies. We drank water but there is a wide selection of other beverages. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced and we would recommend this to everyone! Will return.

I was very happy when I walked in. It has a Tuscan feel and a very nice dining room. I took a seat at the bar. Reviewed their menu and decided on a Greek salad. It was delicious! The dressing was delicious. Generous portion. The bartender was kind, upbeat and happy to be busy. I will be back. Came in happy. Left happy.

I stopped in for a quick dinner my first night ever traveling for work. I walked in and it was a cute little rustic italian themed restaurant that had dine in options and a good take out service as well. There weren't many people in there for dinner, a few couples eating heaping bowls of pasta. I figured this was a good sign- crazy italian portions = crazy good italian food. I think the young server was a bit thrown off that I was eating by myself and I tend to look so young its weird to say I'm on business. She was a bit stand offish with me probably due to how weird it is to have someone dine at a table alone. I ordered the Veggie panini, which was loaded with fresh grilled eggplant, (red) peppers, mushrooms, and then fresh mozzarella. Was a lovely affordable and filling meal.

We stopped by here, hungry for a pizza. This family run restaurant is very clean and there is ample seating. The service was prompt and friendly. We started with a side salad with their wonderful house Italian dressing. We got the thin crust "The Works" pizza. It was pretty good. The hot peppers weren't too spicy and the sausage was tasty and moist. When we return(and we will) we're going to try more items on the menu. As we played the looky-loos, all of the food around us looked very appealing. The chicken with Alfredo sauce and the toasted ravioli looked particularly awesome. For what we had, it came to about $28.00 which isn't bad.

Good good at a decent price. Not busy at all as I and one other person were the only guests in the restaurant. But it was late afternoon on a Friday. This is a small bistro style restaurant. Ambiance is good and service was good.

This is a weekly stop for us. Love the pizza, service and owner:) Patti cares for her guests, and Catalina takes care of all your needs. Please stop in and see what all the fuss is about, you will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing hole in the wall bistro! It has a beautiful, countryside interior and delicious food. I had the caprese panini, and it was delicious. My cappuccino was perfectly frothy and the espresso wasn't too bitter. The owner is a delightful woman who gave us some of the best service we have ever gotten! You must check this place out. (try the coleslaw, it's delicious!)

Went back for a second try. This time my Bride and I had Pizza and a Antipasto with their fantastic salad dressing. We chose the thin crust version with "the works", Pepperoni, Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers, Olives, (hold the Hot Peppers). Very good! I also had a cup of their soup of the day Cream of Mushroom, very creamy and loaded with Mushrooms, wonderful! We'll be back!

I'm glad I finally came here. Wife and I really liked it. I got the Sages Chicken with pasta and it was almost perfect. Let me tell you it is nice to actually eat a Diner that isn't drenched in MSG and Salt like Olive Garden. If I needed to put salt on it I did. Really freash food and they aren't scared to feed you here. Plus they have a $5 lunch special everyday. The place is really clean and has a very friendly staff. We will be returning.

Disappointing last visit! It started with a trip to the bathroom and an unfortunate discovery that they didn't have soap in their dispenser. When I let the two servers/hostesses know, they couldn't find any more. And one actually said that she had been in there 5 times that day and was surprised that it was gone. Which made me wonder if she had been washing her hands at all. Then seeing numerous other patrons leave the restroom with presumably unwashed hands sort of made me lose my appetite. Ordered eggplant parm and my dining companion had linguini with clams. Both were completely bland! I asked the server if they had changed kitchen staff, and she replied that they hadn't and asked if we wanted anything else. Since I had their pizza a few times prior and had always been pleased with it, we ordered the white Greek pie and went to Publix next door to do some shopping while it cooked. When we returned to pick up our pie, we were treated rudely by the staff. When we got it home, the pizza was completely bland! Had to doctor it up with garlic powder, oregano and basil. It's unfortunate when a restaurant so close to my house goes down in quality. Another one bites the dust.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
