Went here with family for birthday dinner. Had the tour of Italy, the chicken parm was extremely delicious, however I barely touched the lasagna. To me it tasted too peppery, but that's more personal flavor choice than anything. The bar was able to make an off menu chocolate martini which was enjoyed greatly. I'd recommend stopping in here any time just for the salad and breadsticks as well.

Always like to visit a Olive Garden when going to the Mainland. Can't go wrong with unlimited bread sticks and soup. I always get the Zuppa Toscana soup and had 3 bowls of it. Ordered the Tour of Italy but was able to choose the 3 entrees. I got the Chicken Parmigiana, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, and Ravioli. Everything was good, service was great.

An average Olive Garden. Nothing special or different here. This place is always clean, service is always good. Food always seems to be the quality I have come to expect from Olive Garden.

Great visit. We had a party of 16 and after a brief delay with getting seated, everything went smoothly. Waitresses stayed on top of things and even served cake that we brought in for the six birthdays we celebrated.Everyone seemed happy with their meals. I had the salmon brucsetta and toscana soup. Thanks Olive Garden on a job well done.

My daughters and I had a great afternoon at the Olive Garden at the Largo mall. Our server Jeremy was so nice. He made our dining experience a pleasure. I ordered the chicken marsala. It came with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were good but the chicken was a little hard. I like the chicken to be a little easier to cut. The appetizers of stuffed mushroom and mozzarella sticks was good and the bread sticks are my favorite. One of the girls had baked ziti which looked delicious and the other had chicken Alfredo which had the pasta on the side and was great too. I will be returning to try other dishes and will ask if Jeremy can be our server again. :-) :-) :-) :-)

This place is definitely one of the better Olive Gardens to go eat that it was a little bit busy so we decided to eat in the bar area Nikki and Brandon rocked not only where our drinks made correctly was fast friendly service will definitely be coming back

Great service- friendly and attentive. Flat soda, mushy broccoli ruined the meal for me. When asked the waitress about the portobello ravioli she told me it was mushroom ravioli..lol..how about how it's prepared?? It is what it is at Olive Garden, walk right in on a Friday, it's a matter of time before they're gone.

Really coldest day of the year forecasted in advance and you have 1 soup ( a spicy one I cannot eat) I dont mind paying for things but I HATE getting ripped off. I ordered one of the signature soups with salad and bread sticks and I was able to get 1 small bowl and then they ran out....$8 for 1 bowl of soup and 2 bites of salad. Ok Olive garden for the lousy $8 you got from me today you will lose a 3++ times a month 4 person avg bill of $30. I hope it was worth it ?

The very best Zuppa Toscana of any Olive Garden. Debra was a great waitress. Food was fairly standard for OG, but good. Much larger than it appears.

I've been to this location a few times over the years and service is usually average to above average. I went for a late lunch with coworkers today and the service was incredibly slow. Since we got the soup, salad and breadsticks combo I feel like we might have been slighted in the service department. We would wait for refills not only of food, but drinks as well. There were times I felt that we needed to order a round of everything just in case we didn't see her for another 15 minutes as it had been going. We thought going with that option would make it timelier, but we were in there for an hour and a half. I'm giving 3 stars because this wasn't the norm I've experience there, but I suggest letting them know you're in a hurry even if all you're ordering is pre-made and ready to go.

The only reason to visit an Olive Garden is if it's at lunch time and if it's cold outside. I met a friend for a light lunch and did enjoy their minestrone soup. The salad is so so and the breadsticks aren't as good as I remember. Oh well-not too bad for $7

I ordered the seafood Alfredo substituting the scallops for clams. When I get home and opened the container, I noticed whole clam shells. About half way through I bit into a piece of a clam shell. Why would anyone serve a dish with broken clam shells? Especially from such an expensive place. The food was really good except for that. Waiting for a response from them.

Ways great food at whatever Olive Garden we eat at. When we were here though, they were out of the fettuccine pasta and had to substitute with other kinds of pasta. That was alright, the others were available and all was good. The staff is friendly And the ace is well-maintained. Again, great food and service here!

There is one thing you will always get at this Olive Garden, Consistently good service and food. During the weeknights, sit at a booth or table in the bar and ask for John. He has many years experience as a waiter and is witty and interesting to talk to. We are only able to visit every 3 months or so but we make certain to eat in the bar and as for him.

This is a great lunch spot during the work week. The staff understands that you are on a schedule and they are quick. I have never had a bad server or food experience at this location. I always get the soup, salad and breadstick deal so that's really all I can base my review on. If you would like to have lunch away from the office but only have an hour this is a great spot. Enjoy!

For a chain restaurant, this isn't bad at all, and the Neverending Pasta Bowl, which comes with unlimited salad and garlic breadsticks, is a real bargain. An appetizer of Mussels di Napoli (simmered with wine, butter, garlic, and onions) or fried calamari (served with parmesan-peppercorn and marinara dipping sauces) is large enough for two to share. If you avoid ordering anything ambitious you shouldn't be disappointed.

Nobody will ever mistake this chain's dinner entrees for gourmet Italian cuisine, but their lunch special - unlimited soup, salad, and garlic breadsticks for an amazingly low $5.95 - is surprisingly good. The salad greens were fresh and crisp, and the dressings clearly housemade rather than bottled. We sampled all three soups - a stew-like pasta e fagioli, thick with white and red beans, ground beef, tomatoes, and pasta, a vegetarian minestrone with a tomato-based broth, and the best of the lot, a creamy Tuscan-style soup loaded with spicy sausage, russet potatoes, and escarole. The breadsticks, hot from the oven, were soft, chewy, and highly addictive. It's not likely I ever would indulge in anything more substantial here, but this low-cost combo was tasty enough to warrant a return visit some day.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
