Wonderful old world charm and taste. Atmosphere of dark wood, white tablecloths and genuine italian servers adds to the experience. From the special appetizers including zucchini flowers stuffed with lobster and ricotta and mini ravioli's stuffed with black truffel oil and cheese right through the amazing home made desserts of chocolate mousse cake and pistachio flourless chocolate cake every bite was a symphony. And these were just the amazing book ends of the sumptuous entrees. And all of this taste is only enhanced by the magnficent presentation!! A thoroughly wonderful dining experience.

Dinner was great! Went with a party of 4 and had plenty of time between apps and dinner. On Saturdays they have a dj after 10pm. Definitely stay for the entertainment ask for Luca the bartender. Stiffest pour in PB county.

Great local place, just a cocktail & an appetizer at the Bar! My husband and I live very close to Per Ter and we love going there for a cocktails and an appetizer at the bar. No matter what appetizer we order, it is delicious. We love the atmosphere, good wine, and good food.

Italian food is like sex -- when it's ok it's good and when it's great it's great. This place is GREAT. Service and ambiance are first class. The food is delicious with impeccable taste and presentation. Do not come here looking for a ten dollar chicken parm that will fill your belly and serve as leftovers. What you have here is the menu you would find in Roma or Firenze. This ristorante is top notch. The only Italian food even in the same league is La Sirena.

Second time visiting. Fist time was better. Greeted warmly, even the owner came over to say hello. After that it was all downhill! Ordered a bottle of house wine which took 40 minutes to arrive. Appetizers were finished before the wine arrived. Couldn't find our waiter for almost half an hour to remind him. Finally stopped another waiter. When our waiter then arrived, after our complaining that no wine had arrived and water glasses were empty, he responded "I'm too busy taking care of two other tables". Entrees were also very slow to arrive. . Waiter realized it and tried to make excuses asking "When would you like your entrees to be fired up?" Food was over priced and average. After waiting and waiting, after our entrees arrived and we had just finished eating, the final insult was when the owner came over and asked us if we would leave as other patrons were waiting for our table. We had just finished our dinner and not ordered dessert or coffee. we were horrified We have never had this happen before. Four people, dinner, salad and a bottle of house wine, no desert or coffee - $300 plus tip.

What a wonderful addition to the fine dining scene in Jupiter. From the clubby, welcoming atmosphere, comfortable bar, cheery service...and best of all memorable dishes and spot-on technique, we had a great time last night. The burrata had that slightly acidic mouthfeel of real Italian cheese that you don't get from domestic. The tomato soup is highly recommended. The veal chop was cooked perfectly to order and had our guest glancing about to make sure nobody was watching him pick up the bone for the last few delectable morsels. I had the fresh papardelle with porcini and sausage. Excellent! If there's a complaint it's in the wine list. There are amazing choices, but barolos and to a lesser extent brunellos need aging. The vast majority of the selections are nowhere near ready to accompany fine food like this, and the $30 corkage fee per bottle is, in my opinion, way too hefty when you're paying top dollar for a meal anyway. We're always looking for someplace to enjoy selections from our own cellar at a reasonable cost, but nonetheless we will be back soon.

After hearing about this restaurant and reading the reviews, I was ready for a culinary experience in fine dinning. Unfortunately Per Te missed the mark. The ambiance is wonderful. The rich dark wood walls, the large open space, and the combination of booths and tables all contributed to a beautiful visual. The service is a 7- 8 out of 10. They fawn all over you when you first arrive, but when you ask for something extra, your request is forgotten. The food is also 7-8 out of 10. We ordered appetizers. for $16 one of us received a very boring ravioli, for $12 I lucked out with the sausage. We went for the top of the line entire. Dover Sole priced at $49. We expected perfection. We got a slightly overdone dover sole, 1/2 of a tiny potato, a tablespoon of spinach and 1 sprig of asparagus. Sad. The wine was a 5 -6 out of 10. For $250 for 2 for dinner, I expect sublime. What we received was good, acceptable, but not great. The value with drinks was about $150-$175 for 2. They are about 25% overpriced. If they charged less, or improved their food and service, we would have a winner in Jupiter, just for the handsome ambiance. They could lower some of the lights which would make it better. Sorry Per Te, we will not be going back.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
