Good food was great but the service was awful. Had to ask for everything including refills. Not happy with the server. Don't sit outside if you don't want attention. It even took 20 Minutes for someone to come outside to us. I never complain but I was not happy with this service (I am a server).

Absolutely the most disappointing experience. Not only was the food blah. Their servings were ridiculously small. This place is a joke. I see why it has only 3 stars. They obviously cater to tourists here. People they wont see after the first meal. Too bad there isn't half a star.

Dinner with the family in Jupiter and this seemed like a good idea. I like steak. This is a steakhouse. It's what they do best, right? Not so much. These people have no idea how to prepare a tasty steak. I will not be back. Oh! And this place closes at 9p. Ridiculous. Just another reason I would never live in Jupiter. Pathetic. Save your pennies and find another place to eat.

DISAPPOINTING. I drove the 50 minute drive from Parkland to visit my sister who lives closer to Jupiter and to enjoy an Easter dinner with family. My son and I both order steaks. I was surprised that the medium well order turned out to be rare. We were so hungry that we went ahead and ate the rare meat anyways. Plus I've been told it's not a great idea to return food to the kitched. The surprising thing was that NO ONE, not even the manager cared. I first brought our dissatisfaction up to the waiter. He did nothing but apologize. Next I asked to speak to a manager and the woman who was managing came to our table. She was totally upapologetic and told me that because I didn't speak up earlier that there was nothing she could do for me. In all my decades of visiting restaurants, I've never seen such lack of customer service and absolute lack of concern for customer satisfaction. AND TO TOP THIS ALL OFF, my waiter CAMERON made a point to come outside while I was saying goodbye to family and sarcastically said 'thanks a lot' because I didn't tip him. In all my years, this is the first time I didn't tip a server. What a lousy experience we had at Outback Steakhouse in Jupiter

We have always had good experiences at Outback Restaurants. This particular location was a huge disappointment. Paper thin pork chops, slow service and my spouse's salad was very soggy...evidently it had been made much earlier in the day. We waited so long for my little girl's mini milkshake we had to cancel it in order leave to make nearby theater event for which we had tickets to use. We won't return to this one ever.

I love coming to this outback! The servers are great! They are very friendly and are great at checking back with us to see how things are going with our meal and if we need anything else! I've been here a few times and the food has always been great! My steaks have always been cooked to order and everything else has tasted wonderful! This is definitely one of my favorite places to come to!

"I messed that up" was a common saying with our waitress. We ordered 3 Cokes and a water. We got back 3 waters and 1 coke. She said she would be back with 2 more cokes. She never did. Then, she asked what we wanted to eat. My father and brother got a salad with their order. My father wanted Thousand Islands dressing. He was given Balsamic dressing. "Oh, I messed that up." Eventually, he was given the correct dressing. We got our orders. My dad got a steak and asked for steak sauce. Our waitress never got the sauce. This waitress never asked to refill our drinks or offer us bread. My dad was 95% done with the steak when she asked again if he wanted the steak sauce. He said no thanks. We were one of 2 tables with people in the whole restaurant. Wow, you can't handle 2 tables. Next, the waitress had another family come in. She gave 2 out of 3 of them the wrong drinks. We complained to the useless manager. She offered us a free appetizer. So, we pay about $90 for a horrendous meal only to be offered a free appetizer from the manager. Never going to any Outback again. One day someone will get food poisoning from our waitress. Final review -300 out of 10

Wow, another bad meal, watched others around me send back meat, or throw it away, I had fish, it was good, weird the chopped salad with pecans wasn't chopped and had no pecans, the lightly blanched vegetables were rubber, they would have been wonderful raw. Was charged for 9 ounces of wine received 6 ounces, only noticed because another person actually served me 9 ounces for a second glass, unfortunately, my server actually belittled the helpful (to me) server, in my hearing. What an atmosphere. Can't rate negatively, pity

I'm so surprised there are no other reviews here. This is a chain restaurant of course, but it's in a great location, is well managed, and the food is consistently good! It's a large place and clean with excellent, friendly servers. We've been here many times and I usually get the 6oz special sirloin steak with the daily vegetable and a side salad. It's more than enough food, and the steak is perfectly prepared. I don't often order steak and this is great for me. You can order larger sizes as well, and seafood dishes. Go during happy hour, and you can have two glasses of wine for the price of one!

I've been eating "filets"at Outbacks throughout the US and never before have I had such a thin, fatty piece. Manager tells me they never have had Filet Mignon, altho she did cut my Victoria's Filet price to smaller size since so much was fat. For a really good Filet Mignon? I'm obviously going to have to go back to Ruth's Chris.

Better than your average Outback as far as I'm concerned. VERY attentive service, friendly staff, and the food was exactly as we ordered it. Nice job, thank you!

Had lunch around 12:30 on Friday. Wasn't too busy. Breon was our server. Even though she was busy, she was very friendly and attentive. Ordered lunch coconut shrimp and Caesar salad. Portion size and value was good. Service was fast and glad that Breon dropped off check early (especially for a lunch). Thanks for a good lunch!

I am outback original. I was there at the beginning. I know principals and partners. We were seated right away but no one here. Waitress attentive and all business. The climate was cool and comfy. Beverages always full and as much breads wevcould handle. All good so far. Entrees on their way. Let's see. All meals were just fine. Steaks done right the first time. Side were hot and had no issues. Don't know what others are talking about. This is a solid 4 stars

Wow. I was a fan of The Outback but this restaurant was very poor. I was seated quickly however, it took a while for the waitress to finally get to my table. I ordered everything at once. Wine, appetizer, salad, steak, lobster. The waitress brought the wine first and poured it into a filthy glass. I requested another. Then she brought my appetizer: avocado and crab with tortilla chips. The chips were so greasy they were almost too soggy to dip the crab and avocado. The chopped pecan salad was wilted and unappetizing. I never was asked, nor did I receive any bread with my meal. I should really get up and walk out. It is that bad, however, I won't be back here again. Really poor!!!! Don't waste your time or money.
