Still a fan of Benito's but have had a few issues lately with eggplant quality and order mix ups. I think their pizza is still excellent, but the few issues lately have reduced my star rating.

Really not good. Probably the worst cold sub I ever had. Sub roll was stale, barely any cold cuts on the sub either. I am not surprised that the place was empty today at lunchtime.

It's located in a dirty, old, dilapidated building. We were in shock when we arrived and saw the dirty shop. GROSS. We watched the person behind the counter a bit and saw the use of frozen ingredients and microwaves. The pizza looked so gross. We left without ordering anything (thankfully).

Recently moved into the Jupiter area and searched yelp for near by restaurants with good rating and saw Jupiter Benitos Pizza and Subs. Although it only had one review we thought we would give it a shot. We ordered 3 items and the delivery lady mixed up the pizza boxes and gave one of our items (calzone) to another customer...no problem, she said she was going to call the restaurant to have them make it while she was driving back and she would be right back. 15 min later, I called the restaurant to make sure everything was on track and the restaurant said that they were unaware of the issue. When I made them aware of the issue they we're not apologetic and said they would put it inline to be remade ( in other words, you're going to wait another hour until I get to it). After arguing with the cook on the phone, he eventually said he would make it right away and it would be at my house in 20 min. 50 min later (now going on 2.5 hrs) the delivery lady showed back up and handed me the calzone...my guests were now on their way out because they had kids that needed to get to bed. I called the restaurant again and told them the situation and asked them if they would just refund the money for the calzone. They said no, they wouldn't because they fixed the problem. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially by a small family owed establishment. I will NEVER order from them again, they do not value their customers at all!
