Four stars for ambiance. Not five because the food lacked a little je ne sais quoi. I was disappointed there weren't more veggie friendly options on the menu. Even the sushi only had one vegetarian roll on there. I ended up going with the green salad because that ginger dressing is my fave- they bombed it. Not good. The roll I ordered was good. As was the miso soup and the edamame. The wait staff was pleasant enough, and the food came out relatively quickly. So really nothing to complain about. Sitting outside was the best! Beautiful view while eating. Lots of boats to look at. Right on the water. Very nice.

A marina indoor/outdoor restaurant with decent food. Service was friendly and fast. I bit overpriced, but good overall.

We had lunch there. Good food and fun atmosphere especially if it's cool enough to sit outside. If you need to sit inside there are only 3-4 tables however there are a ton of bar seats. It's a huge bar !

The way to enjoy this place is pass up the aquarium and sit outside on the harbour. The happy hour is great and the service is OK not as bad as some of the reviews but not the fastest. Enjoy the view and relax, The happy hour is especially good if you are a sushi fan, Everything seems very fresh and the place is very impressive. I do doubt they will make a go of it to recap the investment in the interior. If they can hold on till the massive buiding projects are done perhaps. The venue is great, give it a try, plenty of parking.

We had a great meal (sushi appetizer, seafood cobb salad and mahi tacos). Service was fast and server very nice. Recommend!

Steer clear of the buffalo tuna tartar, otherwise the sushi is great though a little overpriced for dinner. Bloody Mary was from a mix, but they have blue cheese stuffed olives. Also, you have to love a place you can go to by boat!

Just returned from lunch here with my husband. I am insulted that the kitchen would serve a dish called fish tacos and present 2 tiny tortillas barely stuffed with mahi and less veggies at $16.00. Oh yeah, there was a scoop of yellow rice. My husband, needless to say, left hungry. Do yourself a favored and spend your hard earned money at a restaurant that appreciates its customers

I like the food and atmosphere. I had never been there so I though it was literally like a cash only, cowboy-style dive bar. Hahaha the food was good, but not excellent. The server forgot my miso, and the menu says they have oysters from New York- which is impossible since oysters haven't grown in New York since 1913. Other than that, I though it was nice.

Stopped in for lunch after being out on the water with work colleagues. Sat outside, food was great. Had the Grilled Kim Chee Sirloin tips and the Mahi Mahi Tacos. All cooked perfectly. Waitress was very pleasant and accommodating and would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor, waterside dining.

My family and I went there on a Monday night around 5pm. Or greeter informed us if we sit inside we could pick any high top table. After 5 min waiting and no one talking to us a waitress walked right by us like we were not there. Horrible service. As we were leaving three hostess had the nerve to say have a good night! Really!

My mother in law is a fan of this place, so the only time we ever go is when it's a family affair. IMO, the outdoor dining and the coastal ambiance (the boats, etc.) are far superior to the actual food. The service is wonderful, however, and we've never had a waitress we didn't like. While the drinks are great--love the Bloody Mary's, the food is just OK. The shrimp cocktail is good, very fresh, and the tomato and mozz is great as well. However, the sushi is certainly nothing to call home about, and there aren't many other items on the menu that appeal to me. My husband, who doesn't eat seafood, has a very difficult time finding something to eat here, and usually ends up with a chicken sandwich of some sort, which he always describes as "just ok". The 3 star review is based on numerous dining experiences. I deducted one star for the meh food and an additional star for the fact that I find it to be overpriced. This being said, I am a firm believer that you cannot put a price on a fabulous dining experience (I'm talking total package here), but this just isn't it. The food is simply not good enough to warrant the prices.

Trendy. HUGE aquarium right in the middle of the bar. Outdoor seating on the canal marina. GREAT FOOD. I had sushi - a few different kinds straight from the menu and one special request - PERFECTION and not too expensive. We also had salads and fish entrees. all good. No complaints. Cocktails are good, service friendly, its a good one !

Super fun place with great ambiance and an all star cast of bartenders. The crowd is very mixed and very friendly. The oysters are quite good and very reasonably priced.

Went in tonight for an early dinner (4:45p) at the sushi bar. It was our first time in, and it had been recommended by someone to try having just moved to Jupiter. We chose a seat at the sushi bar and immediately we were approached by the waitress wanting to tell us about the specials. (Um, how about drinks to start), but I let her continue reading diligently from her notes. She was rush, rush the whole time were there. No attention to detail here. Then basically she sold me an appetizer for $12.95 that later ended up being $21.00, spilled half of it on me while she was placing it on the table and later was arguing with the sushi chefs over my head. (She obviously just started. They all rolled their eyes upon her walking away). The food was mediocre and the service was WAY inexperienced! The busser rocked, they should promote him and skip the "cute girl" hiring method. After throwing down $75+, I realized that there was a HH menus that we never even saw. Seriously?!! I'm pretty let down by this place. Go to Red Corner across the street for sushi and especially the service. They rock it a million times better!!!!!

  • Elizabeth P.

Very mediocre staff. Mediocre all around really. Lots of spots in Jupiter with great views. The aesthetics won't make this place worth a second go for me. Bartender makes an especially terrible mojito that's about as bad as his cocky attitude.

    (2)
  • Amy S.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! All and all a great little spot. A little hard to find (tucked away in a shopping center) and a little on the pricey side, but delicious!

  • Ed B.

Enjoyed a nice evening on a Thursday at the bar for HH. Somewhat limited HH menu, but met most of my needs. Clientele was a nice mix of young to old. Service folks were friendly and did a nice job to encourage conversation amongst strangers. I will return again when in Jupiter.

First visit - Pulled in, parked in an empty spot - then valet comes over with his hand out...husband says, this spot was open - it wasn't coned or anything; I can't park here? Kid says yeah you can but you still have to pay. Hubby asks so all parking requires payment? Kid says yes. We left, had dinner at Guanas, drinks at the Grouper - all of which was without the ever so annoying (and underinsured) services of a teenaged valet driving my vehicle! So, I can't really comment on the food, drinks or otherwise as we have never returned. But the parking really stinks.

  • Russell G.

Went here because it's so popular that I thought it couldn't be bad. I was wrong. Don't eat, just drink. Greasy burgers, insipidly limp fries, yet packed to the rafters every day.People are sheep and have no independent judgment, it seems, 'cause this joint is still packed...which I notice as I now drive right on by without slowing down.

  • Chris S.

I must agree to disagree on this one. We had the scallops, conch fritters, volcano sushi and everything came out quick, hot and amazing. We are picky seafood people and loved this place. Our bartender was great and she offered us a taste of the lobster bisque which was also so wonderful! I will be back!

  • L C.

TERRIBLE FOOD. Pretty location. Decent cocktails. We waited for more than a hour for a table, though we had been told it would be twenty minutes. No free drinks, nothing. Then our waiter described the grouper special as so fresh, it was still moving. Dry, bland, overcooked. Come for a drink. Leave for dinner.

  • Janine K.

This place gets 5 stars for service and atmosphere... but 3 stars for actual food. I had a few different sushi rolls - they were fresh, but not as much flavor as I hoped for. The ceviche was weird - I've never had it served how they do it.. and I kind of hope it doesn't get served to me like that ever again. The ceviche's taste was decent, but I've had much better. The fish tank is awesome.. and the tv's showing marine life are also cool. Being right by the dock is stellar... I just wish the food tasted as good as everything looked.

  • Steve S.

Had a great time at the Dive Bar (a misnomer, as the bar itself is pretty upscale). With a cool deep sea interior and open to the harbor, the bar has a very cool vibe. The bartenders - friendly and willing to gossip about the other bar patrons. I got to see a couple to the right breaking up ("This is the worst night of my entire life!") and and older man on the left with a "date" he clearly procured for the night. Cool setting, great drinks, friendly bartenders and awesome people watching!

I only gave this the extra star because of, as others have said, "the atmosphere" which is far more superior than the food. 'm going to write a long and detailed review because I dont want you all to get swindled like we did. Because I'm okay with spending money of deliciously good, well-prepared, creative, quality food.....im not okay with spending an exuberant amount of money on..well...plain uninteresting bland food and bad service on top of it. I would say -You're paying for the scene here, not the food. So if you're a millionaire that likes to be seen or need to take someone to an uppity dinner spot- then go for it. Otherwise---Avoid this restaurant. Everything is ridiculously overpriced considering the service sucks to begin with, so it's not even worth it for the service. They have employed a good amount of air headed teenage girls with poor to no experience in the restaurant business. I was told 45 minutes for a party of 4. Okay. I get that. One hour later..."how much longer will it be?" and I get "20 more minutes at least, you are the next person to be seated but we need a table to open up." Um ok, well that doesn't quite make sense. I was the person you were trying to seat 2o minutes ago so If I'm next up, it'll be 20 MORE minutes? And there's 4 open tables out there waiting for someone to sit at them? So...I tell her.."well, if you're waiting for a table to open up...there's about 4 open right now and i'll take any of them." And she replies...."We'll call you when somethings available". Right. There's been tables available the whole time i've been standing. At that point I decided this staff is so careless I will just have to seat my self. So I sat at one of those opens tables haha. No one noticed or said anything or objected because they weren't keeping track of the tables at all. I probably could have been seated long ago if I'd took matters into my own hands....And PS I never ever go that phone call. Well, just when I thought things were going well I got a young waitress who really also stunk. She didnt even give us all the menus. We saw something else served to a table next to us and asked what it was and she said "Oh that's on another different special menu", Um, right okay thanks for showing us it, not that we are here to spend money on your food or anything. She brought out 3 wrong dishes after we sat and waited for our meal over an hour. That was great. Forgot our second round of drinks which we wouldve liked with our meal. Then on the bill she forgot to put on one entire $$30-something meal- that was the only good part, the accidental discount. However that didnt even make it worth it. The service sucks here. Then you see other haughty people being practically carried to their seats and waited on hand and foot? Hmmm. Okay- to the food. The actual food is NOTHING SPECIAL! There is no art to this food. No detail. Nothing special. You could get it any where..and prepared much better at more casual and cheaper restaurants.Especially because... its totally overpriced. Entree specials were the only interesting SOUNDING entrees and they were all priced in the 30's. A piece of fish wish 2 sides (no options for sides you had to get what they had available) which were carrots and succotash. Ok on the plate thatw as 3 rarely roasted little carrots and frozen corn with lima beans. And when we did finally get our meals they were bland and plain...not delicious or at least special looking on the plate. Only the sushi looked interesting....And about that... This place boasts sushi....Ha..ha. Please, go to your local casual asian restaurant for sushi. The rolls price into the 20s and 30s...one roll i'm talking could cost you at least $27. AND THEYRE NOTHING SPECIAL! If anything, they are bland. The fish tank at the bar was awesome. There's also about 20 tv's playing live footage of fish around the bar.

I'd really like to give Dive Bar 3.5 stars. The outdoor seating has a beautiful waterfront view and the giant fish tank in the middle of the bar is cool. It seems like you would be forced to eat at the bar if the weather was bad, so I would only recommend dining on a nice day/night. There was a 30 min wait so we gave our number to be texted when our table was ready and snagged a spot at the bar. We were then texted a generic greeting with a website to check out while waiting. The site had games, trivia and such, which I thought was a really cool, unique feature. Shortly after getting our first drink, we were texted our table was ready. To start, we split the scallop appetizer. It was amazing! Fresh and buttery, some of the best scallops we've had. For entrees, we ordered some sushi combos and a lobster roll. The sushi was just alright, which I was surprised by because it took up half of the menu choices. The lobster roll was good, but nothing extraordinary. For dessert we had the mango key lime pie. It was tasty but I could not find the mango flavoring. Overall it was an enjoyable meal. I would return, but will definitely skip the sushi.

Friday night energy is high and so is the service. We had an excellent server, Lars, who lead us to excellent drinks and superb dinner selections. Will be making this a Friday night tradition . Sitting on the water with an end of week margarita goes a long way to starting the weekend right

I came here after Toojay's with my cousin and my mom. We came with the intention of having some wine and some key lime pie. I could not find my ID, and while my mom and cousin both vouched for me, and I showed my business card, they would not (and legally so) serve me wine. Instead, I had an iced tea. That said, I did taste the pie, and boy oh boy was it tart. I know that's the point of key lime pie -- to get that naturally tart key lime taste -- but it was far too tart. Pretty area, though, and perhaps I'd come back, ID-handy.

Go here for the view, the cool bar, cheap oysters and sushi. The cobbler dessert tasted like microwaved jelly with a flour mix thrown on top. Saw them microwaving a fish entree through the open kitchen. Not sure what would make that necessary. Just know what to order. We went back for the many TVs during the game and the oysters, just nothing that was cooked.

It's been a while since I've been Yelping for those who care. Finally went for dinner this evening. Ordered the Fish Taco's which were very good. Didn't walk out of there feeling completely stuffed. Service a little slow but that's not the restaurants fault. More so the loud north easterners who had a huge group of big mouths.

We had late lunch here today and loved it. Great view, great service and just a different, unique kind of place. My son fishes on a boat out of this marina and I am sorry we haven't tried it sooner. Quick rundown of what we had......appetizer scallops, crab miso soup, ceaser salad side, jerk mahi mahi wrap special, and the crab/shrimp cobb salad. All was excellent. Happy hour kicked in while we were there at 3:00 and our drinks went to 50% off. Also on happy hour menu we learned are several sushi rolls, edamamae and seaweed salad at 50% off. We will definitely be going back and soon. My only complaint would be about some of the employees....while they provided great service to us, they all seem very young and spend too much time cutting up and having seemingly stupid arguments amongst themselves that the guests can hear.

Nice outdoor seating. Drinks kinda weak. I had some really good sushi. A guy in our group fell into the water between piers due to unmarked hazard BEFORE he was drunk. My wife got really sick 6 hours after eating. Too bad.

Loved the atmosphere. Cool large bar with massive salt water fish tank in the middle and tvs all around. Bar opens up to outside tables overlooking the yachts and marina. The margaritas were delicious. We ordered a few sushi rolls and they were just ok. With one side of the menu being all sushi I expected them to be better and if go back Id def skip the sushi. They are in need of a better selection of bar appetizers. Would definitely return for drinks again.

Easy breezy low key atmosphere...fun sitting barside, romantic sitting waterside in the evening. Never learned to love sushi until I tried it here...YUMM spicy crab roll! Also fun to order' to go' sushi when coming off the water boating or day of beaching! Always a fun time!!

This is the last time we will go to the dive bar!! I agree with others. Service is poor at best. Today we arrived to find a relatively small crowd. 3 girls at hostess bar all talking to each other and then eventually acknowledge the fact that we are standing there. They seat us and 15 minutes and 4 waitresses pass us by. We left and walked right passed the hostess station where the SAME i three girls were chatting. The food is good, but not good enough to be ignored repeatedly. Seriously, don't waste your time or money. There are lots of other places to eat in the area that offer good food and much better service.

A fun place to go for a drink and people watching before moving on somewhere else for dinner. We had a terrible experience the one time we attempted to have dinner here. Upon arrival we were told there was a 30 minute wait for a table of 4, so we decided to give it a try. After about an hour, my husband checked with the hostess on the status of our table. She advised we would be the next table to be seated and it should be about another 15 minutes. We still had some cocktails to consume, so we waited the 15 minutes and then checked with hostess again. She said it would be about 5 minutes. At this point, we decided we didn't trust her time frame and decided to head to another local restaurant. We were already seated, with drinks, at the other restaurant (15 minute boat ride away) by the time the text came in to say our table at Dive Bar was ready. So in actuality, the "30 minute wait" was more like a 2 hour wait---don't waste your time!

Food, service, and atmosphere are all wonderful. I had a very fresh Cobb salad with crab and shrimp. All so good, I tried to eat it all, but couldn't, but so yummy and very fresh. Our waiter was friendly and even thanked us using my name when delivering the bill. A nice touch. It was a very hot and steamy day, but the fans made it comfortable and the view is very pleasant. Well done, and a great experience.

Great place for sushi at the bar. Happy hour is good for people watching. Decor is okay except they should upgrade the effort on the large tank filled with jellyfish...it looks lame. Grab a drink and walk the length of the marina and you are right on a nice spot along the intracoastal.

  • Ray D.

Great location, especially on a pleasant evening when the outdoor tables are at their best. They need to step it up on service, though. Our waitress was great. But there are guys in white shirts and black pants wandering around like they are on drugs. Are they servers? I did see a plate or two in their hands, but mostly they just..wander..wander around looking like they are trying to deal with their buzz. Menu is just great. So much seafood and a full sushi menu. Food is okay, but not super. The hostesses also were out of it. Three of them were engrossed in handling one phone reservation. The one thing a hostess must do is greet customers. That's about all they have to do. These three couldn't. So, great location, good food potential. Some training for the staff would go a long way.

    (3)
  • Meredith R.

Def. has potential. Food was hit or miss. Did let me try a clam to see if I liked it before ordering. Had ceviche, was ok, to many scallops. Tried an oyster they tasted fresh. Will go back and try it again. They need to get some fish in the tank though at the bar. The 3 jelly fish are hurting.

This is my experience. After waiting 20 minutes for our order to be taken on a slow Sunday afternoon, I ordered coke and not pepsi. A water/waitress should inform you if they serve Pepsi or Coke products because not everyone likes Pepsi or visa versa Secondly I ordered conch chowder and a cheeseburger. I had a feeling she didn't take my order correctly as I even told her twice. Another 20 minutes later here comes my soup (conch chowder that tasted like tabasco) and a grilled cheese. She tried to argue with me of what I said but eventually ordered me a cheeseburger medium. 15 minutes later I get a well done cheeseburger which I did not eat. When the bill was due there was no discount. We had a party of 6. If it wasn't my brother in laws birthday I would have caused a uproar. I will NEVER come here again

Great location, right near a marina on the intercoastal in Jupiter, Florida.. It is tucked away but it has a neat aquarium in the middle of a huge bar. It is one of the first things you see. Around the bar area is many big flat screen tv's showing espn or surfing/fishing videos. The service was not that fast and it was a limited selection on their wines and a tad pricey but did well on local microbrewery beers. We tried the sushi and sashimi as that was our friends recommendation but it wasn't great as I thought it was going to be. It didn't seem outstanding but decent, nothing incredible by any means. The spicy rolls were on point with seasoning but the rice was a little dry. I would probably say that the atmosphere is the best part about the place. I only wish that the service and food picked up the pace. Oh, for reservations you need to have at least 10 in your party, good news is they do call ahead seating.

they replaced the 2,000 gallon tank that used to house little jellyfish with other fish--visual upgrade. :) this bar is really large--hope they're doing well. there wasn't much of a crowd when we were here, but it was raining and a sunday night i think. teresa and reilly were both very attentive bartenders. i really liked the local beer they had--wish i could have gone to the tequesta brewery. the "monk in the trunk" was super tasty.

We went with a group of ten people for a late lunch. We had made a reservation and received a text message acknowledging us and asking to confirm. Our table was ready when we arrived, and we were seated right away. Dishes ordered varied from sushi to lobster rolls, po boy oyster sandwich, a cheeseburger and a tuna burger. Everyone was happy with what they ordered, and service was very good, especially considering the size of the group. The setting and ambiance were very relaxing, and we were not rushed. The only problem that came up was that the waitress offered to substitute a larger portion of cole slaw for the fries, which I didn't want, but then forgot.; however, it wasn't that important to me, and I didn't complain. all in all, we had a very lovely lunch together, and I highly recommend this place.

Good sushi, awefully managed restaurant. Bar staff never spoke to us but focused a lot on each other ! kitchen staff and sushi staff eating behind the bar and in the kitchen. Place smelled awefully inside, like a fry pan. Just kinda dead and done, no life, like they all just don't give a damn. Never again...

One of my favorite spots in Jupiter. The BEST lobster roll in town and great sushi also. The fishtank inside at the bar creates a cool ambiance. Outside is nice in the cooler months, but there are typically no fans or cooling system to beat the heat. You still have a nice view of the water from inside.

We have been here multiple times and we love it more and more. Jess and I met friends here Friday night and we got a great seat outside with an amazing view. Our server Shannon was the hit of the night. She was very attentive, extremely friendly and funny. She had us cracking up laughing all night. The Blue Point oysters are a must have and their drinks are better than most spots in Jupiter!!

Just came back from the Dive Bar where we went for an afternoon snack and drink. This place has really nice atmosphere at the Jupiter Yacht Club. I can't tell you about the food because we never got served. I would say the service was terrible, but that would suggest there was service. It really was just about nonexistent. Too bad.

Sit outside and soak up the blazing south Florida heat and humidity. Listen to huge industrial fans laboring to keep you cool. Drink overpriced, poorly made, watered-down cocktails, and eat average food. But wait a minute! We're on the waterfront. We can see "water" and "boats"! It's gotta be worth it, right? Nope!

Been here twice now, once with a younger group and once with an older (kinda hip) group. This is a very active place and the energy is pretty positive. If you are looking to put a stopwatch on getting a table or expecting a 15 minute order to service time maybe this place isn't for you. With that said, I never felt like I was waiting for anything. The drinks are really great and the bartender know their stuff (ordered some pretty funky drinks). I liked the waite staff both times - gave great recommendations, didn't just recommend the most expensive things. As for the sushi - this place is A+. The scollops are really really good. The lobster tail with crab was perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back.

Meh. But for the location I'd give 2 stars. Its a sports bar, right? Plenty of good tvs. Wide selection of food. While my waitstaff has been eager to please each time I've been there, the rest of the staff was less impressive. Hostess? Didnt seem interested that we were there looking for a table. On a slow afternoon, would not let us sit outside just for a drink (which seems odd for a bar at a marina). I get that its just a sports bat, but it would seem that some basic customer service would help earn some decent repeat customers.

  • Mike P.

The atmosphere is pretty cool. The food was good as well. The prices were horrible. Way overpriced. A sushi roll for $23? Absolut cocktail for $8? Service was just ok. It seemed like the servers had tables all over the restaurant so they could not focus on their tables. I would visit again by boat if the prices were better. Until that changes, I will pass on a return visit.

Great sushi and fish dishes. Service was very attentive. Outside dining area did not feel crowded and had great views. Would definitely go back.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Had the crunchy tuna roll and dragon roll. Hubby had a bento box (great value). A little pricey for lunch but worth it once in a while! :)

The atmosphere is always great at The Dive Bar. There was a guy playing a steel drum. The food is OK. I had the mahi mahi tacos which were fine and $16. Jim had the special which was coconut macadamia nut crusted grouper. It was delicious although seemed a little overpriced at $37. Our server Lindsay was very helpful and attentive. We had a lovely evening and never felt rushed. We are not fans of sushi so I'm not sure how the options compare to other restaurants. I like this place mainly for the atmosphere. (Dinner rolls were dry and tasteless which ultimately was good for me since I can make a meal of the bread when it's warm and crusty. )

I had the hamburger and it was awesome! My colleague with me had the chicken sandwich and said the same. We sat at the sushi bar with a view of the kitchen and it was a very clean kitchen especially for how busy it was. Prices a bit high but the atmosphere was great. The fish tank is very cool.

Happen to see this restaurant on TV and decided to try it out while driving through. We mostly all got the sushi bento box lunch specials, which were only $13-15 and included more sushi/sashimi than I could eat and included a soup or salad! It was amazing and beautifully presented. Some of the freshest tuna I've had. Beautiful views and an atmosphere worth checking out. Their only downfall was their service... The young woman we had as our waitress didn't listen and we had to repeat ourselves several times. We arrived their early and even with being one of the only people there, service was EXTREMELY slow. Make sure you have time to spare if you dine here.

What happened?! This former gem of Jupiter has quickly and surprisingly slipped to the back of the pack. Poorly staffed and managed. The beautiful aquarium is 5 years late on a scrubbing. It's all you look at when you sit at the bar...how can they not clean the tank? $13 Tito's vodka drinks couldn't even ease the pain of the unprofessional staff. Staff just doesn't seem to care, they even left out some food that was supposed come out with my meal but still charged me full price and never addressed it. One star is given only because their sushi is good. With the grand opening of Harbor Side next door, unfortunately I see the Dive Bar sinking to the bottom of the restaurant Dead Sea.

Great food and great service. That's what we experienced. Kudos to David S. our server we for his suggestion of the Bahama Roll. We had great Sashimi, Spicy octopus, rice less rolls and steamed clams. Too cold to appreciate the outdoor space, but the experience was memorable.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink and food. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered a salad and a sandwich with the intent of splitting these items. Much to my surprise, our food was delivered already divided up. Mind you we did not request this. I assume the waitress overheard us discussing our meal. This was great!!!! The food was very good and the drinks were cold. Hats off to our waitress and her tip hopefully reflected the service she provided.

Went to the Dive Bar a few times and each time had a different but great food experience. The first time I went was for lunch. We got there around 12:15 in the afternoon and it was before the crowd. We were greated by the hostesses Lanae and Taylor. Both of the girls were cute and very attentive. It's a cute place with an awesome fish tank inside. If you want somewhere to sit inside...this is not the place for you because their seating inside is limited to 3-4 high tops, but being that Florida is sunny most of the time it's a great place to enjoy the water, boats, beautiful days, and sunsets. My lunch experience we first ordered the scallop appetizer. yahooooooo on that choice. They were sea scallops, bacon panko crusted, with beurre blanc sauce. Perfect for sharing. I then got the chirashi bento box which had a lot of shashimi and came with a soup or salad. Good sushi. I ventured out the next few times and got the lobster roll, which was to die for. It had a buttered griddle roll with huge pieces of Maine lobster in it. Also, the fries and honey mustard were freakishly addicting. The next time I had the mahi mahi tacos blackened. Unlike any other tacos I've had. The rice was sort of bland but the tacos were killer. This past time I was there I got the bahama roll. It had tuna, salmon, sweet egg, and I think avocado in it...then topped with spring mix and conch spicy salad. The spicy is kimchee, so if you like spicy and a lot of raw fish..this is the path to follow. The service was good and the girls try to be as attentive as possible. Our server was Erica and she killed the recommendations portion. Oh, and she even sold me on the oysters on the half shell specials of the day. Again..amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I went to the bathroom and they took my half finished drink and didn't believe me when I asked for a new one. As the drinks are extremely overpriced, was quite upset. They charged me for it and didn't reimburse me. However, the sushi and drinks were extremely tasty.

The selection of sushi combined with great sandwiches and superb location make this place a hit. We enjoyed the tuna burger, oyster po boy and several rolls. The only disappointment was our server David S who acted like he really didn't want to be there and was hardly concerned about our satisfaction. If you're in the hospitality business at least act hospitable.

Stopped for drinks. This place aims high but misses the mark. The decor is black paint and TV's. The beautiful aquarium behind the bar is mostly empty. It needs professional attention. Great location on the marina. Our server was friendly. I felt like I was in a cheap imitation of a nice bar.

Well.... Went here. Got seat at bar. Order a glass of wine. They were out of it. Ordered another. They were out of that too. Third times a charm right??? Nope. They were out of that too. Admittedly, I am a bit of a wine snob and this is named 'dive bar,' but I tried three times. Can't say I have tried anything else, so I can't fairly rate any lower but I wanted to provide my two cents.

We had a reservation for 20 people at 7:00 and did not get sat until 8:20. They kept telling us that they did not expect the table they sat at 5:00 to sit there longer than happy hour. This is a beautiful restaurant on the water, one that I have never had problems at before, and I find it hard to believe that they don't usually have tables sit for more than 2 hours. In every restaurant I've worked in, we inform the parties before they sit down that there is a reservation there at the certain time, so they know and can decide whether they want to sit there or be put on a wait. Most of their party was annoyed from 20 of us hovering around "our table" and most our party was upset and hungry, but at least the view was enjoyable. Once we sat down, we immediately ordered and the food came out at a reasonable time and was great! Most of us ended up continuing to get our drinks at the bar, because the service to the table was slower. I did not see the manager come to our table to apologize to the party for the inconvenience. I recommend going somewhere else for a larger reservation, they clearly dropped the ball with our party. On past experiences, service is generally great and the food has always been good. They also have a great happy hour!

Came here last night for some sushi. Sushi was fresh and delicious. We first ate at the bar and our waitress Jessica was very attentive constantly asking if we needed anything else. Shout out to John for recommending very good oysters. We then moved to a table and our waitress Stephanie was also very attentive. We ordered a Jupiter roll, spicy tuna roll and the lover story roll, stuffed chicken entree and mahi mahi francese. Everything was good.

An awfully weak effort. Ate and drank at bar. Bar tenders were inattentive and genuinely unfriendly. Drink selection was limited and overpriced. It's the service that sends dive bar into a nose dive!

Food was very over priced for what you got. The ceviche was the worst I have ever had. Very nice waitress though. She got something else to eat. Outdoor seating is very cool.

The Dive Bar has wonderful sushi. We sat on the patio with a view of the water and the boat slips. This is a terrific location! The restaurant offers half off drinks and sushi rolls between 3 and 6pm. Raw oysters and clams are available. There is a good variety of entrées, including a smattering of non-seafood items and sandwiches.

Beautiful location...right on the water by the Jupiter yacht club. Inside, there is a huge bar with an aquarium in the center. The sushi was great. Excellent service also. A little too pricey would be the only negative, but there are sandwich options other than sushi.

I get what previous posters say about hostesses...seemed a little less than professional, but we had great service at the bar during our 20 minute wait. We closed out that tab and sat outside, where they served our Blue Point oysters on the half shell. They were SO GOOD. Our outside waitress was very attentive. After the oysters we shared the Caprese salad...one of our favorites. We've ordered a LOT of caprese salads and we both agreed this was the BEST. Cheese was very fresh and had a lot of flavor, not the sometimes bland mozzarella you get. We shared the lobster roll with scalloped potatoes. Again...SO good! The lobster roll is mostly lobster, with just a little grilled bread. Tons of lobster, very little mayo, celery, etc. Skip the fries and get the scalloped potatoes. My hubby did that on suggestion of some guy at the bar and we weren't disappointed. Great place to watch the pretentious locals :) All and all, very good!

Located right on the marina, this is a fun place to people watch! Oh ya, and the food is very good too!! Casual dress, and outdoor dining. There is a large bar inside and plenty of inside seating as well. Beautiful boats and beautiful people. Well , you do see some Botox and plastic surgery disasters, but it just adds to the vibe of this place. Definently try it out! No reservations, but call ahead and you won't have to wait too long for a table.
