Two stars just because my food was okay even though the rice is under cooked. My son asked for a bowl with steak .the steak still had blood in it. I asked him to show it to the manager and she told him that's how the steak is cooked at chipotle. Sorry lady but my kids eat at chipotle all the time and it's not cooked that way. So I got up with a pink piece of meat in my hand and told her the meat is not even cooked. And I got the same answer I told her to switch out his bowl for a chicken. And she did. Point is customer are almost always right. Don't justify your mistake specially when serving raw meat. If I want raw piece of steak I'll go to a steak house. No wonder why Jared V had the runs.

The best fast food for veg people. This place is alway super friendly and clean. I even over heard the health inspector say it was the cleanses kitchen he has even been in. I never go a week without a visit to my favorite place to eat.

My family and I love to eat at Chipotle. Food is always good and the food is cooked in plain view. Two nights ago while placing a large order, I noticed the cook in the background. He droped some food on the floor and started cleaning his area. He picked a dirty rag with the gloves he was wearing and I think wiped the floor and then his cutting board with the same rag. He then picked a dirty broom and swipt the floor. Then to my disgust, he wiped his sweat and nose with the same gloves he had on and started handeling the food without changing gloves! I canceled my order and point this to the manager as I was leaving. The manager appeard to do nothing and they kept serving the contaminated food to other customers. I am never going back to this place! If this is what they do in plain sight I go not want to know what they do when customers are not watching!

Ahh Chipotle! This ain't Taco Bell sucka! Come here to get plenty of food on the cheap and fast. I have never waited long in line and I have always left sassified. The bottomless beverages are also a plus. I say the burrito bowls are the way to go! Not to say the actual burritos aren't great but I think the bowl allows you to incorporate more condiments and eat more respectably. Every time I have tried to eat the burrito wrap it always comes apart and I am back to using a fork to finish it. Are you vegan? Hey they have tofu sucka! So stop in and get your grub on mister I love Miss piggy! I happen to think she tastes delicious; her meat that is....well..uh...get your mind out of the gutter fool! Chipotle is awesome and you know it. If you feel otherwise, you're just a jive turkey!

I've almost wanted to give up on Chipotle altogether. Every time I come to this location, they are always out of something. Rice one day, guacamole a lot of days, dressing today. I just never know if I'm going to actually be able to order what I want here. I've ordered ahead a few times from the Chipotle app and my order has always been wrong. If you do this, be sure to check your order before you leave. The only positive thing about this location is the staff. They are usually always friendly. Even when the line is super long, they are fast and efficient.

This must be one of the worst ran Chipotles in the country. The staff is always rude and act like they don't want to be there. The service is slow and the food is always made sloppily. Forget placing a pickup order. It is ALWAYS way later than they times says...at least 15-30 minutes. They always have an excuse but it never changes. If you live in the area avoid this one and go to winter garden.

Come here all the time, ordered online came in a little earlier than the ETA of when the food should be done. Staff was nice and rushed our order, they also gave us courtesy drinks. I was just impressed with the way they handled the situation with a line to the door. I worked in a similar industry an recognized they handled the situation the best the could. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Food is always great as usual! Wish I could post a hand clapping emoji whoo hoooo!!!!

I went there last night and the was a big chuck hard piece of avocado with the seed on it still I wish I can post the picture. So I went to the counter and showed the girl and ask her if she could give me the so more guacamole this 4"2 little guy Jose told her to ignore me because there was a line I was really pissed I love chipotle but I hate this location also what's up with the steak being so raw. I hope that this guy is not there.

I would really like an answer as to why I can go there one day and they are generous with the portions, then the next day they are very stingy. I hate to give this place a bad review because I have been coming here for so long. But enough is enough. I really used to love this place. I've been going to this location ever since they opened. but I think I'm done.. I'll never eat here again. I can accept the higher prices. I understand that costs tend to go up over time. But I still expect to get the same portions that I've always gotten. Lately they have been real stingy with everything. They give you very tiny portions of rice, beans, meat, ect. Smaller than they used to, and then look at you funny when you tell them to put more on. Excuse me for having a certain expectation that is based on what I have gotten for the past 4 or 5 years, or however long this location has been open. But they'll have no problem with drowning the food in hot salsa even though you clearly tell them just a little bit. So you will always get a large portion of that. I told the girl just a little hot salsa. Her definition of "a little" is to completely drown everything in it. This is not a one time thing. I have been accepting of it the first few times this has happened. I figured maybe I just came in at the wrong moment. Everyone has an off day, where they mess up. But apparently this is normal now. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the food still tastes good.

Good and friendly staff. Burrito maker doesn't overstuff the tortilla such that the burrito bursts. The Chipotle at Sandlake Road overstuff the thing more often than not. It is a mush afterwards. Anyway, this location is clean, airy and has outdoor seating. Crossing Colonial Road going east is tricky.

I write this from my phone while sitting on the toilet because I ate here 2 hours ago and now cannot stop pooping. I got a steak bowl since, for some reason, the geniuses in the kitchen did not cook enough chicken and they ran out. There was a long line of people waiting for chicken from the kitchen and I figured I would just get steak rather than wait. The joke's on me! Now I am suffering from some pretty violent sprays and my bathroom sounded like the scene from Dumb and Dumber where Harry dominated the bathroom with his laxative fueled explosion of painful diarrhea. Chipotle Steak (and I say the steak because I normally order chicken and have never had issues) has caused a dark, thick river of hate to come out of me that Vigo the Carpathian would be proud of. No janitor and no toilet deserves what is happening in here. 3 stars because at least the guacamole tasted good.

I absolutely love Chipotle but this location has really gone downhill. When they first opened they would give you a free bowl if you had to wait on anything. Now it's common for them to be out of chicken, rice, and steak. Two weeks ago I went in to pick up a pre-paid online order and had to wait 20 minutes because they didn't have white rice. The worst part was I was standing behind 10 other customers who were waiting. Tonight it took 17 minutes to get from the door to the register. I can get food faster at Chilis.

I love the food-most of their cooks get it right. Lately though the servers on the line do not give the same sized portions and seem rushed when you make it to them causing the skimping portion. The line moves extremely slow! Waited in line for twenty minutes tonight. Damn.

The people are very friendly here, but the service can be slow. I pass another Chipotle on the way to this one just because the people working here are so great and accommodating. They have a large outdoor seating area and I have never seen this Chipotle busy, which is great. I don't know if it is all of the Chipotles, but they do skimp on the condiments such as sour cream and lettuce, so I always have to ask that they give me a little extra.

I don't understand some of these reviews. Chipotle constantly delivers a great product for an even better price. For $6.95 you can get enough food for almost 2 meals. And the food is a million times healthier and tastier than almost any other fast food option. I wish I would have been the creator of chipotle. Such an amazing restaurant.

Only in America, I have been eating really healthy, so I decided to treat myself to a Chipotle burrito. I ordered a chicken and pork burrito. The kid puts the rice beans and chicken on the burrito and ask anything else, and I answer it was chicken and pork. He goes half and half or double meat. I answered half and half, so he takes half the chicken off the burrito and throws it in the garbage and puts the pork on the burrito. Me and the people behind us were blown away. That is why I hate chain restaurants. That is the last Chipotle burrito I will ever eat. #chipotle
