I love Waffle House, this particular one was disgusting. Walked in sat down in a booth. What do I see, ants and nets everywhere on the table. I just couldn't believe it. I love Waffle House so much I left and went to a different location. I will never go to this location again!

Waffle Houses have been on the butt end of jokes for as long as I can remember. And this one holds up. The Waffle House is your classic diner, but the food is something you never really crave for. It's the food that you visit one night and the next morning you regret it. The food can be good at times. But a lot of times, it's just....bleh. It's always cheap though, which is a plus for us college students. The menu is pretty large. The sandwiches arent bad....but they've got awful waffles. In any case, I've never considered myself a breakfast person, so this place may never sit well with me. The prices are cheap. The staff can be friendly at times and it still stays pretty packed (with local residents). At least it's open all day and night.

Waffle house is waffle house. I wasnt expecting some gourmet breakfast. I was just looking for breakfast food. I went on a Sunday in the middle of the Sunday brunch rush because every other brunch/breakfast place in gainesvillle was packed! The wait was short, as compared to other places which had 45 minutes wait. Service was great when I went. The waitresses and hostesses were very nice and friendly. As for food. The waffles are awesome, and the rest is what you expect. Like i said its not gourmet but there were eggs, has browns, sausage and everything else which was what I was expecting. After having a not so good experience in a Waffle House in another state, I was very hesitant to try this one out. But I was surprised because the service was fantastic and food was alright. I would definitely come back here if I'm looking for a quick breakfast fix.

This was a weird, kinda gross experience. We were sat at a booth that was crotch-level to the waitresses and could see right into the "kitchen" where the sweaty cook was flipping eggs. The waitress hovered over our table the ENTIRE meal. When I say hover, I mean I could see down her shirt and she was butting into our conversation. Granted, this meant our coffee was filled very quickly, but I would have liked to get a breath or two in. I ordered some eggs and a waffle. It's called the waffle house, so I was expecting a 6 foot high belgian waffle covered in powdered sugar and gold. No. Not the case my friends. This particular waffle was thinner than a piece of tissue paper. It was burnt on the edges, dry as a bone, and tasted like pure sugary concrete. I felt so let down. As a true lover of breakfast and all things breakfast, I will not be returning to Waffle House every again. In my life. It would go against everything. Did I mention the eggs were runny? *Tear*

Great food for the money. Great place to feed the fam on a budget. We go there for breakfast and order a full plate (meat, eggs, grits/hashbrowns, toast and a drink) for two adults at less than $20. Perkins and Ihop were about $32 for the same thing, and Gville doesn't have a Dennys. I laugh at the people who get on here and look down their noses at cheap diners as if these places were meant to have upscale accommodations and gourmet food. If you want that experience go drop $35+ but don't down places serving at a different price point.

Standard Waffle house, nothing special. But I love their food which is hot, smells delicious, and oh so yummy. Nothing like their chocolate chip waffles and hashbrowns to start the day off right. Yes, the people working can seem a little sketch, but I think the prison tattoos give them character.

I rated this a four assuming you know what you're getting yourself into going to Waffle House. That being said, the service here is great all the ladys i have had wait on me remember me after one time and will even talk to you for a while if you are bored with whomever you came with.

First time here, taste of food was bad. Second time here, took 20 mins to make eggs. Third time here... shame on me.

First off: It's Waffle House People. Don't expect over the top great service and easy on the eye servers. But do expect a darn good waffle and KILLER Bacon egg and cheese sammich!

Extremely busy on a Saturday morning. However, I was promptly sitted and served. Service was friendly. I was preparing for a day of travel so ordered grits & waffle. Coffee. Hummmm!

Epic, just epic. The staff is really friendly and I never really ate here in a long while. The glasses are also amazing on how the water doesn't precipitate. But I don't see any Gator posters because tomorrow is the game. Go Gators!!

Huge waffle house fan. where else can you get eggs 24-7 and a story about your server being beaten house their boyfriend it's always dinner and a show. If you get normal quality service and don't get the show hit the jut box and play the waffle house song for a laugh.

Like other waffle houses, but I feel as though service is good here. I like their waffles and their desserts - triple chocolate pie, pecan pie, apple pie and seasonal pumpkin pie. Cheap - regular pies are pretty big as such, so a place to go for people having a sweet-tooth. Hashbrowns are pretty good too. Update: Definitely missed this place after moving out of Gainesville. I am biased and gave an extra star, but this place is crowded and staff just get friendlier each time. Great tasting waffles, hash-browns and pies. Good place for late night breakfast. Not a big parking lot but and next to the highway.
