You might not expect it, but this was a great place to get lunch. At the top end of what I would prefer to spend for lunch (around $9/person), but worth it for once a week or so. Lunch combos include a drink and 2 sides. The Heath cookie was delicious, in fact I would get 2 as my sides. Potato salad was also pretty good.

The food is usually OK, but the service is horrible. The food sits there while you wait at the register to pay. Three people will be behind the counter, but no one will take your money. Also, I get to the salad area, and there are often items missing. I'm not sure why they can't have the bins filled up ahead of time. I go here frequently, and would go more often if the service was better.

Great place for a quick and light lunch. Definitely try a simple tossed salad, very fresh.

Good sandwiches and great salads! The create your own salad is my favorite and what keeps everyone coming back.

Heavenly vs. Honeybaked No competition. We've had holiday hams from both, and Heavenly wins hands down.

Needed a quick lunch before a movie today; located in same shopping area as the theater. Ordered kids meal which included 1/2 ham sandwich, chips, cookie (reported by the child as awful). Adult meal was $11.50 and very overpriced for a dry and somewhat hard croissant with chicken salad (it tasted fine), side of potato salad and fruit which consisted of about 2 teaspoons of each. The place was busy at lunch time so perhaps it's that other menu items are great? Skip it is my opinion. Go to Moes next door.

Wow, I'm surprised I'm the first to have the honor to review this place. I love a good honey ham. This place was always closed when I came by at night, so when i went to the theater today, I decided to try it for lunch. It was really crowded when I was there, like a business convention. All the corporate worker bees were there getting their ham on. The menu has salads and sandwiches. There are regular and special sanwiches which are a quarter difference. you order the sandwich itself or the boxed lunch, which is about $3 more and comes with a drink, cookie and side. I just got the regular heavenly ham sandwich for $5.50. The sandwich is a butter croissant with slices of the spiral ham in it (chunks, not deli meat), havarti cheese, crisp green lettuce, tomato, mayo and crack in it. By crack I mean the honey mustard sauce. What is in that stuff? It tastes like honey mustard and brown sugar glaze had a sweet little baby. It just made the sandwich that much better. All the components were tasty by themselves, but together... Heavenly ham, you do it right. Good choice for catering.

Usually get a custom salad w/ smoked turkey (other options: ham, turkey, tuna). Favorite dressing: balsamic vinaigrette (house). I've only had the sandwiches a couple times. They're rather small... Jimmy John's or Publix would be a better bet. The salad is where it's at. On Tuesday you get double stamped. 10 stamps on your card = 1 free meal. The (friendly) employees take time to learn your name and remember you. A go-to lunch option. If you go late afternoon, salad may be a bit withered and tomatoes mushy, but still good. Everything super fresh at the lunch rush.

Can we really tell the difference between honeybaked ham and heavenly ham? I don't know why but I have always liked honeybaked ham better, but I do. In any event, I appreciate the fact that heavenly ham's honey mustard and meat are both gluten-free. Paying full price is it a bit annoying, but it still tastes great.

So. I just picked up my Easter feast that is supposed to feed 12. I have to say ... had I known just what I was getting, I would have ordered the ham and prepared everything else myself. In wanting to spend time with my family that is from out of town - and not in the kitchen cooking - I decided this year to order my meal. I love Heavenly Ham's hams (sorry) and thought when they advertised holiday feasts it was something they actually prepared. What I received was one (1) two-pound frozen sweet potato casserole and one (1) two-pound frozen green bean casserole, both made by a company called Savannah Classics, two pounds each of fruit salad and tomato and cucumber salad (which is fine, at least it seems they were made on the premises), a frozen 9" strawberry rhubarb pie made by an unknown company (box wasn't marked), 12 frozen rolls and a 7-lb ham. Now, they may be delicious, but for $120 I was expecting something that was more original. Had I known, I could have purchased everything frozen myself and just bought the ham from them for a whole, whole lot less. This will be the first - and the last - time I buy a "meal" from Heavenly Ham for any holiday. I'm not sure either, how 2- 2lb. casseroles are supposed to each feed 12 people. Thanks goodness I don't have anywhere near that coming. Save your money if you ever think of doing this. So not worth it.
